Abstract

The language talent development program was introduced on the basis of the lack of interest and love among students regarding the skill of speaking, so the focus of this research lies in the administrative implementation function in the form of implementing the language talent development program implemented by the administration of the Language Talent Development Division of the Arabic Language Teaching Students Association at Kiahi Al-Haj University. Abd alhalim. The aim of this research is: First, we want to know the management of the implementation of language talent development programmes. Secondly, I want to know the problems in the language talent development programme. This research uses field research methods of a qualitative, descriptive nature, where the researcher explains the process of the language talent development program from implementation of activities to evaluation. The primary data source for this research is members of the Language Talent Development department directors who understand the field and are supported by the findings of accountability reports. The results of this research showed that the implementation of the language talent development program, which consists of six areas of activity, takes place inside and outside the classroom, which consists of three stages, which are the introduction, basic activities, and conclusion. The only problem facing the language talent development program is the lack of trainers, language facilities, and supporting staff to make the language talent development program successful.
