Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative study that aims to understand the utilization of village funds in the implementation of development programs in Poka Village, Teluk Ambon Sub-district, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of these development programs in Poka Village, Teluk Ambon Sub-district. There were 10 informants in this research, selected using a purposive technique. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation, and the analysis technique used the interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman, involving data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that the utilization of village funds in the implementation of development programs in Poka Village has been effective. This is evidenced by the number of development programs that have been realized according to the development plan set by the village government through Musrembang (village development planning process). The community's involvement in utilizing village funds in Poka Village has been quite good, as the community has been engaged in the development plan formulation and the implementation of programs.
