التدخل المهنی لطریقة تنظیم المجتمع لتفعیل دور المؤسسات التعلیمیة العلیا فی تنمیة مهارات التفکیر الاجتماعی القیادی لدى طلابها

Abstract

استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على مدى فعالية برنامج تدخل مهني من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتفعيل دور المؤسسات التعليمية العليا في تنمية مهارات التفکير الاجتماعي القيادي لدى طلابها، من خلال استخدم منهج بحوث تقدير عائد التدخل المهني، وأسلوب المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة (عينة ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة من طلاب وطالبات جامعة عجمان) وقد بلغ عددهم 100 طالب وطالبة. ومن اهم نتائج الدراسة ثبوت صحة فروض للدراسة، وهي من المتوقع وجود علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين فعالية برنامج تدخل مهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع وبين تنمية التفکير المتفائل الإيجابي لدى طلبة المؤسسات التعليمية العليا، من المتوقع وجود علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين فعالية برنامج تدخل مهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع وبين تنمية التفکير الشمولي الموجه لتحمل المسئولية واتخاذ القرار لدى طلبة المؤسسات التعليمية العليا. The present study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a professional intervention program from perspective community organization method to activate the role of higher educational institutions in developing the skills of social leadership among its students. Using experimental approach, and the method of social survey sample (a representative sample of (100) students of Ajman University students). One of the most important results of the study is the validity of the hypotheses of the study. The first is expected that there is a significant relationship between the effectiveness of a professional intervention of community organization program and the development of positive optimistic thinking among students of higher education The second hypothesis It is expected that there is a significant relationship between the effectiveness of a professional intervention of community organization program and the development of holistic thinking among students of higher education institutions.
