Implementation of Policy for the Use of Village Fund (Study on the Implementation of The Village Funds in Durungbanjar Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency)

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the use of the Village Funds in Durungbanjar Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency, what are the factors that influence the implementation of the use of the Village Funds, and the implementation model for the use of the Village Funds in Durungbanjar Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using interactive model. The validity of the data in this study used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the use of the Village Funds in Durungbanjar Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency has been carried out through stages that are influenced by leadership factors, community participation, village organizations, and village head examinations. In this study, the steps and factors influencing the implementation of the use of the Village Funds are juxtaposed with Edward III's theory, then the implementation model for the use of effective the Village Funds consists of: 1) Communication factors include: village head leadership, socialization, problem identification, and village head examination. 2) Resource factors include: Team and RKPDes. 3) Disposition factors include: activity implementation team, and community participation. 4) Organizational Structure factors include: organization of village apparatus and outside village apparatus, assistance for development activities, monitoring and evaluation (monev). And in practice these factors work partially and simultaneously, but the communication factor, namely the leadership style of the village head has the strongest influence on other factors. The research entitled "Village Head Leadership in Creating Independent Villages in Bojongmalaka Village, Baleendah District, Bandung Regency" This research is motivated by looking at the condition of Bojongmalaka Village which was chosen as the best in Baleendah District, Bandung Regency so that this village will create an independent village.The research methodology used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, with the intention of focusing on the phenomena and problems that occur at the time the research was conducted. Data obtained from observations, documentation and interviews with key informants as primary data. Key informants were determined based on several criteria, at least 3 sources were used as research objects, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, and the Head of the Village Consultative Body (BPD). The data is processed by means of data reduction, data categorization, synthesization and formulation of working hypotheses as the last step in the data compilation process.The results showed that the leadership of the village head in realizing an independent village in the village of Bojongmalaka, Baleendah District, Bandung Regency has been achieved well and optimally. However, the program being carried out is still in the process of turning the village into an independent village. The village head and village officials are working on the concept and program of the village in order to get maximum results so that this village can be said to be an independent village.

The Effect of Village Leadership on Community Participation in Village Development in Village Keramat Gajah

This study aims to determine the influence of village head leadership on community participation in village development in Keramat Gajah village. Leadership is a set of abilities and personality traits that can influence followers or subordinates to invite or obey their orders with self-awareness to achieve organizational goals. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this study were residents of the Keramat Gajah Village. Number of Samples Using the Slovin formula quoted by Savilla in his book Sadarmayanti and Syarifudin Hidayat, the total sample size is 97 people from a population of 2,978 Kk. The technique used for data collection using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable of Village Head Leadership has a positive and significant effect on community participation in Keramat Gajah Village. The contribution of the village head's leadership influence on community participation can be seen from the t value> t table with a calculated value of 2.083> 1.985 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Analysis of the Village Head's Leadership Style in Cidokom Gunung Sindur Village, Bogor District

Profit is not the main goal of the cooperative business, but the business that is managed by the cooperative must obtain the remaining business results that are feasible so that the cooperative can maintain its survival and improve the ability of its business. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of members, own capital, external capital, business valves, and assets owned to the remaining results of business (Indonesian terms: Sisa Hasil Usaha/SHU) savings and loan cooperatives in Subang district. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so as many as 14 cooperatives were selected. Data analysis used in this study is classical assumption analysis and then panel data analysis is carried out, determination of test coefficients (R2), F statistical tests, t statistical tests. Based on the results of research that has been carried out simultaneously known all independent variables significantly influence the residual business results. However, the partial test shows that only the variables of business capital, business volume, and assets owned by cooperatives have an effect on the residual results of operations, while the variable number of members and external capital has no effect on the residual results of operations.

Disaster Resilient Village Based On Sociocultural Aspect in Ponorogo

Real landslides management in Indonesia is formulated in the form of a resilient village (Destana/Desa Tangguh Bencana). In Ponorogo, there is one village as a role model of Destana that is Tugurejo village. The purpose of this study is to explore the beneficial advantages of implementing the Destana program in Tugurejo. The other 11 disaster-resilient villages in Ponorogo area will also be explored in other programs. The method used in this study is grounded research. The results of the study show that Tugurejo village has a good management institution and the spirit of mutual cooperation. Furthermore, the village head's leadership that firmly maintains the local wisdom as a form of collaboration of social and cultural aspects was forcing the village development, at least in the case of Tugurejo Village, and built the ability to perform synergy with stakeholders.

KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA DESA DALAM MEWUJUDKAN DESA YANG MAJU DAN MANDIRI ( Studi Multisitus pada Desa di Kecamatan Dringu Kabupaten Probolinggo)

The village head's leadership is very influential on the progress of the village. Good village governance and quality village officials are able to bring villages to become independent in improving the welfare of village communities. Qualitative research with a multi-site method is needed to obtain in-depth information about the style and strategy, triggers and inhibiting factors, as well as the expectations of the leadership of the village head in the Dringu Subdistrict, Probolinggo Regency. A qualitative method with a multi-site approach was used in this study. This design was carried out guided by 3 stages of phenomenology, namely the intuitive stage, bracketing, analyzing and doing descriptive and interpretation. Unstructured interviews are used as the main method of data collection. There are 10 participants who have been saturated and based on participant criteria. The results of the study found 3 themes, namely (1) Leadership of innovative progressive and visioner village heads; (2) The duties and responsibilities of the village head are full time; (3) Hope to be an independent and participatory village.

PERANAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA DESA TERHADAP PENYELESAIAN KONFLIK SENGKETA TANAH DI DESA CEMBA KECAMATAN ENREKANG

Abstract 
 The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village head's leadership in resolving the tana dispute conflict in Cemba village, Kec. Enrekang, Enrekang district. The type and type of this study used descriptive quantitative, the population in this study were all Cemba villagers as many as 1,875 people, and the sample of this study was 95 people. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were using techniques (1) observation, (2) questionnaires, (3) literature study. The collected data were then analyzed using frequency tables using a Likert scale and with the help of SPSS.The results of this study indicate that the leadership role of the Village Head in Cemba Village is 48.4% or categorized as Good enough, the way the land dispute conflict resolution in Cemba Village is 44.34% or categorized as Good enough, and based on research results can be concluded from the summary table results that there is a significant influence between the role of leadership of the Village Chief in resolving land dispute conflicts of 49.7% or categorized as Good enough.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Lurah terhadap Kesadaran Masyarakat dalam Membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Kelurahan Karunrung

This study purposed to describe and explain the influence of Headman leadership on community awareness in paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Karunrung Village, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The type of research in this study was quantitative research. Quantitative research is a measured method with the intention to test a predetermined hypothesis. Variables were measured with research data so that the data was collected, tabulated and provides the information needed. The results showed a significant influence of village head's leadership on community awareness of paying Land and Building Tax in Karunrung Village, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The community's awareness was strongly influenced by factors; leadership, motivation and public knowledge about the urgency of taxes for regional development.

The Chosen Village Head Leadership in Carrying Out Government Duties: Analysis Study of Sidoharjo Village Head, Susukan, Semarang

This study is entitled Leadership of Selected Village Heads in Carrying Out Government Duties (Analysis Study of Sidoharjo Village Head, Susukan District). The focus of this research is about how the Village Chief Leadership Style in Sidoharjo Village Head, Susukan District and the purpose of this study is to find out the Village Head Leadership Style in Sidoharjo Village Head, Susukan District. This study is classified as a descriptive study with core questionnaire instruments and data analysis techniques using the presentation of the frequency table of the results of questionnaires from respondents who have been determined based on questions about the 4 leadership styles based on expert theory used as grand theory in this study. The results showed that the leadership style that tends to be applied by village heads in carrying out their daily tasks and functions is the leadership style of Democracy. Democratic leadership style can be seen from the involvement or active participation of Sidoharjo village head in deciding problems in every activity of the organization / office. In addition, the Village Head also prioritizes democracy in his administration by always holding deliberations to reach consensus in making every decision.

Influence of the village head leadership-based self-efficacy and personal mastery to total visits of children under 5 years to health officials in Central Lombok west Nusa Tenggara

Background: The village head as the leader and head of the government is directly elected by the villagers, entrusted and at the same time required to possess a good leadership skill for the sake of the community health development. The requirement for the good leadership is especially important as the health level of the community in Central Lombok Regency is still low. Therefore, a study on the current leadership style of the village head in Central Lombok is very necessary, emphasizing on the role of the village head in optimizing the children under 5 years visit to the health official, as the form of community participation in health program. Objective: The study is aimed at presenting the leadership model of the village head based on personal mastery and self-efficacy. Materials and Methods: Type of research is observational. The study design used was cross-sectional. There were 127 respondents, all village heads in Central Lombok. The conceptual framework is a modification of the Theory of Planned Behavior model. The data were obtained through survey method, using questionnaires for the village head and the check list as reinforcement for village midwives. Data analysis was performed with the Smart PLS. 2,0. Results: (1) Leader’s attitude has weak influence on the leadership of village head. (2) Subjective norm has weak influence on the leadership of village head. (3) Self-efficacy has considerable influence on the leadership of village head. (4) Village head leadership behavior model–based self-efficacy and personal mastery illustrated with structural equation modeling, that the leadership of the head of the village is very weakly influenced by leader’s attitude and subjective norm, but influenced enough by self-efficacy and intention. The influence of the leadership of the village head is very weak to visit children under 5 years to health officials. Conclusion: (1) Leadership village head in Central Lombok regency is influenced enough by self-efficacy and intention, but weakly influenced by leader’s attitude and subjective norm. (2) Leadership village head in Central Lombok weak effect on the number of visits children under 5 years to health officials.
