The modern tendencies of development of military-sports multiathlonists, the characteristic of physical training in modern martial arts are analyzed, age features of physical development of young athletes 6-8 years, features of development of motor qualities of young athletes 6-8 years, functional characteristics of the vestibular analyzer in young athletes, modern approaches to the structure and content of physical training at the stage of initial training in martial arts. Analysis of scientific and methodological literature indicates the presence of an array of knowledge on the development of specific for military-sports multiathlonists abilities, but this information is not generalized and not developed for children 6-8 years, and it is not clear to coaches the combination of tools for the development of general and special physical qualities, as well as specific qualities during the first year of study and in a separate military sport. Given all the above, we came to the conclusion that the existing traditional system of training in the Federation of military sports multiathlonists as it is, does not meet modern requirements. Therefore, reducing the age period of the beginning of training to 6 years, we first - support the tendency to early sports activities; secondly, we are forming a modern school of sports, covering all age groups of children, starting from primary school age; thirdly, we reduce the risk of injuries from skirmishes on the carpet, giving the young athlete the opportunity to undergo a decent initial training with an emphasis on physical training, with a gradual acquaintance with the basic technique of hand-to-hand combat in game conditions. With this in mind, the scientific substantiation of the structure and content of physical training, which would combine general physical training, auxiliary physical training (gymnastic exercises), special physical training (acrobatic exercises) and technical aspects of training young fighters 6-8 years of military-sports multiathlonists.
