Oz Ulkemizde egitim yaklasimi uzun yillardir davranisci modele gore sekillenmis, 2004 yilindan itibaren ise yapilandirmaci yaklasimin esas alindigi ders programlari uygulanmaya baslanmistir. Bunun bir uzantisi olarak 2005 yilindan itibaren ilkogretim ve liselerde okutulan DKAB derslerinin programlari yapilandirmaci yaklasima gore yeniden hazirlanmistir. Yapilandirmaci yaklasimin temel becerileri arasinda elestirel dusunme onemli bir yer tutmaktadir. Elestirel dusunme becerisinin kazanilabilmesi icin ders programlari, ogrenme ortami, sinav sistemi, ogretmen ve ogrenci faktorleri gibi unsurlarin uygun hale getirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu calismada yapilandirmaci anlayis ve elestirel dusunme arasindaki iliski programlar ve uygulama duzeyinde ele alinacak, elestirel dusunme baglaminda yapilandirmaciligin gerektirdigi programin yapisi, ogrenme ortami, sinav sistemi, ogretmen ve ogrencinin hangi ozellikleri tasimasi gerektigi ile mevcut durum tartisilacak, her biri icin oneriler siralanacaktir. Arastirmanin amaci, din ogretiminin daha cok uygulama boyutuyla ilgilidir. Oneriler, din ogretimi merkezli olmakla birlikte genel sorunlara yonelik de yapilacaktir. Betimsel bir arastirma olan calismada tarama,/survey modeli benimsenmis, literatur taramasi ve icerik analizine dayali yontem kullanilmistir. Educational approach in our country has been shaped by behavioral models for many years and since 2004, the course programs, based on the constructivist approach has been implemented. As an extension of this application, since 2005 the programmes of religious education and ethics that ate taught in elementary and high school classes have been prepared according to the constructivist approach again. The aim of the research is concerned with more practical dimensions of religious education. Critical thinking holds an important place among the basic skills of the constructivist approach. In order to acquire the critical thinking skills, the component factors such as curriculum, learning environment, examination system, teachers and students should be made available. In this study, behavioral and constructivist educational approach and philosophical understandings that become the source of them will be discussed. The relation between constructive understanding and critical thinking will be discussed at the programs level and In the context of critical thinking, the current situation will be discussed according to the structure of the program as required by constructivism, learning environment, examination system and the propertied that the students and teachers should have and recommendations will be listed for each. Recommendations will be made towards the overall problem although they are religion education centered. This study is a descriptive research.
