This study uses questionnaire surveys to examine the real impact of incorporating traditional cultural elements into the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The integration of traditional cultural elements into these practices is the research object of this paper. It realizes the sharing of teaching resources for the integration of traditional culture into the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and examines the impact of network distance education on students' learning interests using SQLServer development tools and network distance education technology. The study's conclusions demonstrate that students can enjoy the allure of traditional culture virtually by setting up a network distance education platform and implementing resource sharing. The study's findings offer theoretical evidence in favor of using network distant education to incorporate traditional cultural components into the practice of teaching politics and ideologies in higher education institutions.

Chinese dragon modeling based on Openscad

Nowadays, 3D modeling technology has become a vital link between modern technology and traditional culture. The question of how to replicate and innovate traditional cultural elements using advanced computer graphics (CG) technology has become a topic worthy of exploration. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss how to construct a dragon model rich in Chinese traditional characteristics through the powerful 3D modeling tool OpenSCAD, to demonstrate the potential of integrating modern modeling technology with Chinese traditional cultural elements. The paper first introduces the basic features of OpenSCAD and its potential applications in constructing complex 3D models, followed by a detailed discussion on the design concept, modeling process, and technical details of the Chinese dragon model, including the dragon's posture, detail depiction, and color coordination. Ultimately, a digitally rendered Chinese dragon with profound traditional aesthetic sensibilities was successfully created. The experimental evaluation results garnered widespread recognition from evaluators, particularly in terms of appearance.

There are many ancient cultural sites in Bulgaria that not only attract tourists but are also believed to facilitate a person’s connection with deities and natural forces. Today, cultural practices performed at these sacred places from the period of antiquity and the early Middle Ages are often associated with neopaganism and the New Age movement, while also incorporating elements of Bulgarian traditional culture. Through ‘mysterious’ rituals, the participants seek to connect with a higher spirituality, which they feel is missing in their everyday lives. Interest in ancient paganism is also one of the manifestations of contemporary nationalism. The feasts, reenactments and rituals presented serve to ‘re-establish’ man’s relationship with nature, with the aim of achieving health, well-being, and spiritual growth in an uncertain world. These practices often interweave esoteric and environmentalist ideas with strategies for the development of cultural tourism.

As the digitization of museums accelerates, service-oriented virtual humans are leading the museum industry's entry into the metaverse. However, compared to other countries, the application of service-oriented virtual humans in Chinese museums is still in its early stages. This study explores ways to enhance the user experience of service-oriented virtual humans in museums through emotional design and UX evaluation. Firstly, the study identifies emotional design elements and UX evaluation factors through prior research. Secondly, it discusses seven elements—visual, auditory, storytelling, interaction, pleasure, satisfaction, and convenience—across the three levels of emotional design(instinctive, behavioral, and reflective) using representative cases from Chinese museums. Thirdly, based on prior research, the study establishes UX evaluation criteria and selects expert interview subjects, identifying key factors affecting user experience: meaningful, pleasurable, convenient, usable, reliable, and interaction. Finally, the study synthesizes insights from case analysis and interview results. From an emotional design perspective, virtual humans are modeled after real people and incorporate traditional Chinese cultural elements in their appearance, using natural dialogue and emotional expression. They explain the background and history of artifacts and enhance participation through diverse interaction methods. Rich knowledge and engaging interactions attract visitor attention and enhance enjoyment. In terms of UX evaluation, diverse interactions increase immersion, while natural language and visual/auditory elements stimulate curiosity and engagement. Concise information delivery and voice interaction improve convenience. Functions such as inquiry response and route planning meet individual needs. Natural voice interaction and data security enhance trust, while improved voice recognition accuracy and facial expression consistency enhance user immersion and interaction experience.

Innovative Design and Application of Ethnic Cultural and Creative Products: A Case Study of the Zhuang Fu Rui Cultural Dolls

The distinctive attire of the Zhuang ethnicity is the most direct expression of its folk culture. The positive development and utilization of ethnic costumes can significantly benefit Zhuang folk tourism. Incorporating elements of ethnic costume culture, such as patterns, colors, fabrics, and decorations, into modern design can enrich the ethnic cultural connotations of contemporary design practices. This research project, taking the Zhuang Fu Rui cultural dolls as a case study, discusses the integration and continuation of minority culture with modern design. By merging Zhuang costume culture with "Fu Rui" culture, the study explores the incorporation of traditional cultural elements into modern design, aiming to preserve and promote Zhuang culture. Additionally, the paper uses case analysis to deeply examine the role of cultural and creative products in the inheritance of Zhuang culture, suggesting that products combining Zhuang culture with Fu Rui culture can effectively facilitate the transmission and spread of traditional culture.

The Features of Tea Packaging Design in China

The object of the study is the design of tea packaging in China. The subject of the study is the problem of the formation of a national features in the design of tea packaging in China. During the research, such issues as the brief history of the subject of research, the specifics of the modern view of tea packaging in China, the main factors in the formation of approaches to the development and design of tea packaging with national specifics, the concept of a "cultural and creative product" are traced. The problem of integrating elements of traditional culture and aesthetics into the sphere of modern design of tea packaging products is considered separately. In addition, an analysis of examples of successful design is given, in which the competent and effective use of cultural tradition is traced. The advantages of using one's own tea packaging language as a product promotion factor are revealed. The study involves the systematization of available information on the theory and history of tea packaging design in China. An integrated approach is used to create a holistic view of the formation of China's own design language for these products. The scientific novelty of the study is due to the fact that for the first time a complex of issues related to the problem of forming a national language in tea packaging design in China is being studied. Individual samples of modern Chinese tea packaging design are being introduced into scientific circulation. The author's main contribution to the research of the topic is to identify the grounds that determine the features of the process of developing one's own language in tea packaging design in China at the present stage. The main conclusions of the study: currently, the formation of China's own tea packaging language is associated with the actualization of cultural tradition and spiritual heritage, which is associated with the orientation of tea producers not only to the Chinese consumer, but also to a foreign audience. The development of a national language in the design of tea packaging has the character of adapting traditional culture and aesthetics, the principles of which are determined by the concept of a "cultural and creative product".

Study on the Design of Traditional Cultural Elements of Packaging under the Chinese Design Trend

Purpose: Exploring the specific problems and design approaches of traditional cultural elements guided by Chinese design trends in packaging, aiming to provide valuable references for designers when designing Chinese-style packaging. Procedures: Starting from the background of the development of Chinese Design Trends, summarizing and analyzing the current design issues by combining the Trompenaars Cultural Layers Theory. In addition, case studies will be used to discuss the design approaches of traditional cultural elements through a thing with Chinese characteristics— Dim sum packaging. Results: The existing problems in Chinese packaging, such as homogenization, superficiality, and information discrepancy, are identified from the perspectives of visual dimension, cultural dimension, and rule dimension. At the same time, it reveals how the elements are designed on Chinese dim sum packaging in terms of direct application, refinement, and transformation. Conclusions: To a certain extent, this study fills the existing problems in the current literature regarding the application of traditional cultural elements in Chinese design trends and reveals the intrinsic nature of the problems through induction and analysis. Pagelaran Pottery Village: Culture-Education Resin-Concrete Souvenir in Industrial Tourism

This implementation aims to develop resin-concrete souvenirs as a superior product for the pottery industry tourism in Pagelaran Village, with the aim of promoting cultural education and enhancing the visitor experience. Pagelaran Village, renowned for its heritage in pottery production and traditional cultural practices, faces challenges in preserving its cultural identity and attracting tourists amid changing consumer preferences. Consequently, this activity explores the concept of resin-concrete souvenirs as a method to convey the cultural identity of Pagelaran Village pottery according to tourist preferences. Implementation of this activity employed a mixed approach, combining qualitative interviews with local artisans and quantitative surveys of tourists, to gather insights into the village’s cultural heritage and visitor preferences. The resin-concrete souvenir prototype in the form of merchandise was designed by amalgamating traditional pottery motifs and cultural elements unique Pagelaran Village. Subsequently, it underwent user tests and feedback sessions to ensure their aesthetic appeal, durability, and ability to evoke cultural narratives. The resin-concrete souvenir prototype has significant potential as a superior product in industrial tourism. The integration of traditional pottery with modern materials enables the creation of products that are both visually appealing and culturally relevant. Additionally, tourist responses show high interest in souvenirs characterized by authentic and narrative cultural experiences. This implementation contributes to the development of souvenirs in the context of industrial tourism, emphasizing the significance of education and preservation of cultural heritage.
