Оценка актуальности и достоверности сведений об объектах недвижимости содержащихся в едином государственном реестре недвижимости

In this scientific work, the author briefly analyzes the features of assessing the relevance and reliability of information about real estate objects contained in the USRN. To this end, the author briefly characterizes the USRN as a special set of documentary data, considers the essence of such characteristics as relevance and reliability. Further, the author focuses on the problems of assessing the relevance and reliability, examines some tools to eliminate this problem. In the conclusion of the scientific work, the author also writes that in recent years there has been a decrease in statistical indicators for irrelevant and unreliable information in the USRN. The object of the study is the features of assessing the relevance and reliability of information about real estate objects contained in the USRN. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive, consistent analysis of the features of assessing the relevance and reliability of information about real estate objects contained in the USRN. Research methods: formal-legal, comparative analysis, dialectical, generalization, specification, systematization, deduction, other methods of theoretical and practical levels of scientific knowledge. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the preparation of a comprehensive study, the formation of the author's conclusions regarding the features of assessing the relevance and reliability of information about real estate objects contained in the USRN. This scientific article will thus be useful to theorists, practitioners, students and faculty of economic and other areas of training, as well as a wide range of readers interested in the problems and prospects of assessing the relevance and reliability of information about real estate objects contained in the USRN.

Kinetic investigation of dry reforming of methane reaction over Ni–Rh/ZrO2–Al2O3 catalyst using Langmuir-Freundlich isotherm

The study involved conducting kinetic measurements for the dry reforming of methane (DRM) over a Ni–Rh/Al2O3 (85%)-ZrO2(15%) catalyst under a wide range of operating conditions (temperature: 500–900 °C, total flow rate of the inlet feed: 50–100 mL/min). The support material was prepared using the sol-gel method, followed by impregnation of Ni–Rh catalyst on the incipient wetness of the Al2O3–ZrO2 support. The calcined, reduced and spent samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES), N2 adsorption/desorption and CHNS analyzer, and tested for activity, yield and stability in DRM reaction. Furthermore, kinetic behavior of Ni–Rh/Al2O3–ZrO2 catalyst in DRM process was investigated by assuming DRM and reverse water-gas shift (RWGS) reactions take place on two kinds of different active sites. Experimental data were fitted using rate expressions based on the Langmuir-Freundlich (LF) isotherm for DRM and RWGS reactions. The activation energy for the DRM reaction was optimized at 43.62 kJ/mol, falling within the reported literature range of 24.73–108.9 kJ/mol. Statistical indices indicated that the kinetic model accurately predicted CO2 conversion compared to other responses, with an error of 12.054%. The computed and experimental trends for CH4 and CO2 conversions, H2 and Co yield in terms of temperature were similar with each other and the difference between the calculated and experimental trends was lower for conversions compared to yields.

Sustainable Development in Regional Socio-Economic Strategies in the Central Chernozem Macro-Region

The concept of sustainable development in modern territorial management is gaining momentum more intensively and dynamically. Socio-economic and environmental aspects are embedded in strategic national and regional documents of a long-term nature. The degree of achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) adopted by the UN Agenda is assessed and monitored in various reports of international and industry organizations, which affects the reputational characteristics of countries. The publication presents the results of a review of the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals N 9 (SDG-9): “Industrialization, innovation and infrastructure” (Creation of sustainable infrastructure, promotion of inclusive and sustainable industrialization and innovation) in 5 subjects of the Russian Federation of the Central Chernozem macro-region for the period 2015–2022. Indicators for monitoring the achievement of SDG-9 in the regional context were proposed by the authors when comparing the national set of SDG indicators and statistical indicators characterizing the development of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The main research methods are systematization, content analysis and the method of structural and dynamic assessment. In the course of the study, a unified regional list of SDG-9 indicators was formed; an empirical assessment of this list of indicators was carried out on the materials of 5 subjects of the Central Chernozem macro-region and an overview of the degree of achievement of this goal in the studied regions. The authors conducted a comparative review of the strategies of social and economic development of the subjects of the Central Chernozem macro-region for the existence of principles of sustainable development.

Radiomics in the differential diagnosis of focal brain lesions: a retrospective study

INTRODUCTION: Glioblastoma and solitary metastases are the most common malignant neoplasms of the brain, characterized by high mortality and severe disability in patients. The method of choice for neuroimaging glioblastomas and metastases is contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging. However, differentiation between the two is often difficult due to similar radiological features on MRI. Radiomics and machine learning can differentiate the primary origin of brain metastases and identify pathological tumor types noninvasively.OBJECTIVE: Application of texture analysis for differential diagnosis of glioblastomas and metastases of different etiologies.MATERIALS AND METHODS: 169 MRI studies from the RSCRR database were used in the study, 11 of which visualized morphologically differentiated glioblastoma of the brain, 55 lung cancer metastases and 103 breast cancer metastases. Segmentation of the regions of interest was performed semi-automatically in the free 3D-Slicer software with the ability to upload radiomic features from the regions of interest. For each lesion, 107 radiomic features were calculated from T1 and T2 sequences. Statistics: The calculation of statistical indicators was performed in a computer program for statistical data processing IBMSPSS Statistics 23. In statistical data processing, the Mann-Whitney statistical criterion for quantitative indicators and correlation analysis using the Pearson criterion were used to reduce the feature space. The reduction of the feature space and the selection of predictors by the feature_importances measure based on decision forests were carried out. Machine learning models were built in Python 3.10 using specialized libraries.RESULTS: For the model based on radiomic features extracted from T1 sequence, random forest showed the most efficient result, ROC-AUC=0.815 [0.749; 0.874]. For the model based on the radiomic features extracted from the T2 sequence, random forest showed the most effective result, ROC-AUC=0.817 [0.743; 0.873]. For the complex model based on radiomic features extracted from T1 and T2 sequences, random forest showed the most efficient result, ROC-AUC=0.855 [0.789; 0.906].DISCUSSION: The classification models and their metrics obtained by us indicate that the radiomic features extracted from T2 weighted MR images make it possible to differentiate breast cancer metastases from lung cancer metastases with higher sensitivity than the features extracted from T1 weighted MR images. We also identified a large number of significantly different indicators in the construction of models for the differentiation of glioblastomas from metastases, which demonstrates the prospects of this direction. It is planned to continue the study with the expansion of samples. Our conclusions are also confirmed by the research results of our foreign colleagues.CONCLUSION: The models we have obtained are highly accurate and sensitive to the differentiation of metastases of various etiologies and demonstrate significant potential in continuing this study with an expansion of samples.

Innovative development indices for the national economies: on the way to the “ideal” assessment of innovation processes in the countries of the world

Purpose: is to develop recommendations for the construction of new indices of innovative development designed for cross-country comparisons.Methods: the conventional general scientific methods were used in the article, such as the ones of description, comparison, system analysis and historical comparison. The study was based on the documents describing calculation methods of the economic indices and scientific publications covering the history, specifics and problems of the practical application of those indices.Results: it is shown that since the 1930s, when the creation of economic indices drew attention of economic science, indices have evolved from the relatively simple statistical indicators to the complex tools with sophisticated calculation methods. Using several of the most famous or remarkable indices as an example, the principal methods currently used in assessing the level of innovative development are revealed. Basing on the conducted research, the major requirements for composing innovative development indices are stipulated.Conclusions and Relevance: it has been found out that in order to achieve the maximum objectivity in compiling indices of innovative development, the widest possible range of significant indicators should be used and a pool of experts should be engaged in their selection. It is also advisable to engage the pool in compiling the index formula, in particular the indicators weights. Data normalization should be used to ensure comparability of incommensurable indicators, and statistical outliers are advised to be neutralized through standardization techniques. It is also necessary to take into account the goals of the index compiled. At the same time, in the future it is necessary to take into account relationships between the actors of national innovation systems and between different innovation systems, effects of scale and, when possible, sectoral specialization of countries and other national specifics.

Is It Possible to Establish an Economic Trend Correlating Territorial Assessment Indicators and Earth Observation? A Critical Analysis of the Pandemic Impact in an Italian Region

The paper is set within the methodological framework of the Territorial Impact Assessment (TIA) process, which is an instrument designed to facilitate sustainable and cohesive policy-making choices at the European level. The article is developed within the context of a European H2020-RICE cooperative project, which utilises the STeMA (Sustainable Territorial Economic/Environmental Management Approach) TIA methodology to investigate the potential relationship between statistical economic indicators, specifically Gross Domestic Product, and related parameters (metadata), and Earth Observation (EO) data. The objective is to provide evidence of socioeconomic trends during the Coronavirus 2019 pandemic in the Lazio Region (Italy), with a particular focus on the metropolitan area of the Rome capital city Rome. In line with the pertinent European context and the scientific literature on the subject, the paper examines the potential for combining classical and Earth observation indicators to assess macroeconomic dimensions of development, specifically in terms of gross domestic product (GDP). The results of the analysis indicate the presence of certain correlations between grey data and EO information. The STeMA-TIA approach allows for the measurement and correlation of both qualitative and quantitative statistical indicators with typological functional areas (in accordance with European Commission-EC and Committee of Ministers responsible for Spatial/Regional Planning—CEMAT guidance) at the NUTS (Nomenclature des unités territoriales statistiques) 2 and 3 levels. This facilitates the territorialisation of information, enabling the indirect comparison of data with satellite data and economic trends. A time series of data was gathered and organised for the purpose of facilitating comparison between different periods, beginning with 2019 and extending to the present day. In order to measure and monitor the evolution of the selected territorial economies (the Lazio Region), a synthetic index (or composite indicator) was developed in the economic and epidemic dimensions. This index combines single values of indicators according to a specific STeMA methodology. It is important to note that there are some critical observations to be made about the impact on GDP, due to the discrepancy between the indicators in the two fields of observation.

Peculiarities of the dynamics of tuberculosis incidence in children in Ukraine

OBJECTIVE. To analyze the dynamics of the epidemiological situation with tuberculosis (TB) in children in Ukraine, taking into account the adverse effects of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic and large-scale war. MATERIALS AND METHODS. The epidemiological and statistical indicators of TB incidence in Ukraine were analyzed. RESULTS. During 2022-2023, there was a negative trend in the incidence of TB – an increase in the incidence among all age groups. Among the children with TB, an accretion in the percentage of the most vulnerable contingents – children younger than 1 year old and adolescents (15-17 years old) – has been observed. Simultaneously there were a decrease in the number of children with small, limited forms of TB and an increase in the percentage of patients with bacterial excretion in all age groups. CONCLUSIONS. During the previous 2 years, for obvious reasons, the situation with TB detection, treatment and follow-up has deteriorated significantly. During the war, all children in Ukraine belong to the high-risk group for infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis and TB disease and need (at the earliest opportunity) a specific screening examination for TB.

DEVELOPMENT OF MARKETING IN AZERBAIJAN

The main goal of the article is to study activities aimed at marketing development in Azerbaijan. It is noted that benefiting from the synthesis of the national characteristics of the economy (including the experience of the Soviet era) and the world experience is one of the urgent requirements of the modern era. Method and methodologies. In the analysis process, comparative analysis of statistical indicators, analysis of legal-normative documents necessary for the development of marketing, classification of existing problems in the system of formation of market relations in Azerbaijan, forecasting and projecting methods were used. Novelty on the article. The article focuses on some rational and non-rational activities that are neglected in the scientific literature and necessitates the development of marketing. Conclusion and suggestions. The article emphasizes that marketing promotion is a step that serves to make companies popular among the population. These steps are one of the necessary steps to be carried out and updated both thoroughly and systematically. It is noted that 90% of managers of companies operating in Azerbaijan think that there is no need for marketing research. Thus, the decision to implement marketing measures is not based on the analysis of research data, and this, in turn, does not justify the effectiveness of marketing projects. Businessmen rely too much on their intuition and make unreasonable expenses based only on their own experience and unsystematized information that reaches them over a period of time. As a result: 1. Unsuccessful image campaigns are organized that do not produce any desired intangible effect; 2. Sales of newly launched products are falling; 3. Preference is given to advertising campaigns mainly aimed at financial impact; 4. Absurd models of brand perception emerge as a result of lack of study of brand perception after marketing activities; 5. Low level of service and, as a result, customer satisfaction. At best, marketers refer to a company's to-do list.

Evaluation of aerial thermography for measuring the thermal transmittance (U-value) of a building façade

In efforts to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions in the construction sector, policies promoting energy efficiency improvements in existing buildings are being implemented. Accurately assessing the impact of energy retrofit strategies requires precise determination of thermal envelope performance through energy audits. Aerial thermography, employing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) equipped with infrared thermal cameras (IRT), is an underused method overcoming limitations in energy audits of large buildings or complexes. This approach offers an elevated perspective, providing an overview of the building’s thermal patterns, aiding in the identification of thermal envelope defects. By measuring temperature distribution, even in inaccessible envelope areas, the severity of identified defects can be estimated. Beyond detecting thermal bridges, air leaks, and moisture, aerial thermography is valid for estimating thermal transmittance (U-value) of enclosures. The aim of this research is to evaluate this method to calculate the U-value of the façade of an university building located in a Subtropical Mediterranean climate, during a typical full day in different seasons of the year. Concurrently with aerial thermography, the thermometric method (THM) was applied to compare results and refine the operational conditions during U-value measurement using different statistical indices and uncertainty analysis. The results demonstrated the validation of airborne thermography as a method for U-value calculation under specific meteorological and operational conditions, overcoming the common physical limitations of traditional building audit methods.

Synergistic effects of students’ mathematics and science motivational beliefs on achievement, and their determinants

BackgroundStudents’ mathematics and science motivational beliefs are crucial determinants of their school academic achievement in math and science. The current study aimed to identify the group memberships of students’ motivational beliefs in math and science, which are closely related. Furthermore, this study probed the predictive effects of individual students’ experiences at school on forming group membership. We also tested the mean differences of the identified latent groups in math and science achievement.ResultsUsing latent profile analysis modeling, we examined data from 3857 Korean eighth-grade students participating in the 2019 Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study. The theoretical rationale and supplementary statistical indices showed a five-group membership as the optimal solution. The five groups are high motivation, medium motivation, low math/high science motivation, low motivation, and very low motivation. Students’ sense of school belonging was the most crucial predictor in forming group membership, whereas perceived student bullying did not predict group membership. Finally, students in distinct motivational belief groups exhibited differences in their math and science achievements.ConclusionsThis study identified five subgroups of students based on their distinct motivational beliefs in math and science, and variations in their association with achievements. In terms of policy development and intervention, it is important to nurture students’ sense of school belonging. This study advances motivational theories in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education, and provides practical suggestions for improving educational practices to enhance student math and science motivational beliefs.

Forecasting the volume of urban freight traffic

The efficient development of transportation vehicles in conditions of stiff competition and global digitalization depends on the correct methodology and forecasting of freight transportation. A review of scientific literature showed that all studies are directed towards the railway mode of transportation. The research conducted in this work focuses on freight transportation by road transport in the city of Almaty, where trucks remain the sole means of delivering goods from one point to another at the local transportation level. The main goal of the research presented in this article is to analyze statistical indicators of transportation volumes and freight turnover by road transport and develop software aimed at forecasting the expected volume of freight transportation. In logistics planning and management, the moving average method is employed to predict truckload volumes and freight turnover for the next year. This method works by averaging data points to smooth out random fluctuations, thereby providing a more stable forecast. This phenomenon arises from replacing the original levels of the time series with arithmetic means calculated for certain time intervals. To facilitate transportation volume planning and substantiate the optimality of freight transportation, it is necessary to have up-to-date statistical data. These statistic data serve as the basis for constructing a dynamic representation of automobile traffic volumes and freight turnover in the city of Almaty. The growth rates of indicators are calculated to assess dynamics. The forecasting aspect of freight transportation volume is addressed by developing an algorithm based on the moving average method.

Evaluating Spatial Interpolation Maps of the Age Structure of the Population of Thi Qar Governorate Using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Technologies

The research aims to harness spatial interpolation techniques to produce maps with a high level of perceptual accuracy in representing the population data of the study area. This is achieved after exploring the statistical and spatial nature of the databases used, analyzing them, and determining their distribution using a variety of spatial data exploration tools available within the GIS (Geographic Information Systems) environment. These tools contribute to evaluating the characteristics, distribution, and analysis of data, including testing data distribution, identifying its direction, and uncovering its spatial correlations. This highlights the importance of the study and understanding the distribution pattern of the population data in the study area, thereby facilitating the preparation of future that serve spatial organization by building spatial models for the numerical distribution of the data for age groups: young, middle-aged, and elderly, at the level of administrative units of the study area by relying on the inductive approach and the quantitative analysis approach. This is done using Geostatistical Analysis methods within the concept of spatial interpolation in GIS. The research also seeks to predict the population maps for Thi Qar Governorate by comparing spatial interpolation methods, namely Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) and Simple Kriging (SK). The study concluded, after verifying the accuracy of the results using the Cross-Validation curve, that the Simple Kriging (SK) method is the most accurate model in spatial prediction of population data for representing the data of the young age group in the study area, as it had the lowest Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of 10.012. It was followed by the Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) method for representing the data of the elderly age group with an RMSE of 350.48. This indicates that the use of statistical criteria improves the accuracy of spatial interpolation and that the spatial prediction of the population data for the study area using the Simple Kriging (SK) method was more accurate than the Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) method based on statistical indicators.

Extraction of isotropic and anisotropic components for optical surface micro-metrology based on the two-dimensional power spectral density analysis

Extraction of surface characteristics is essential during surface processing and optical inspections. In this work, we propose a new extraction method by dividing the global feature within multiple directions into isotropic and anisotropic components and combining noise filtration, two-dimensional component extraction, and fast reconstruction. The mathematical descriptions of global and local features were derived. The noise by holes, scratches, and finite sampling points was restrained by Bearing Ratio analysis, Hough transform, and Welch window operation. The isotropic and anisotropic surface components were extracted in the two-dimensional power spectral density domain, reconstructed in the two-dimensional Fourier domain, and inversed in Cartesian coordinates. Five surfaces with anisotropic structural characteristics ranging from zero to two dimensions were analyzed. The general applicability was proved according to the consistency between surface processing methods and extracted results. A chemical mechanical polishing experiment was designed and accomplished to verify the sensitivity of the extraction method. The subtle variation in surface morphology was captured on the reconstructed surfaces near the polishing end-point, confirming its detectability on weak anisotropic components. This process-oriented surface extraction method can achieve qualified results without transcendental knowledge of surface conditions and offers openness to various surface evaluation criteria by statistical roughness indicators, which supports surface inspection for multiple surface processing techniques.

Heavy Metal Identification in Water Resources and the Surrounding Environment of the Cirasea Riparian Zone, Indonesia

The Cirasea River can provide water for both the Bandung basin and agricultural irrigation. Intensive agriculture, industry, and land use changes could have an impact on water quality. The purpose of this study is to look at the origins of heavy metals in riparian water resources. Heavy metal analysis was performed on 13 groundwater and river water samples. Heavy metals in water sources were compared with sediment and soil. The samples were analyzed for heavy metals using an AAS instrument. The research method employs statistical, geographical, and heavy metal pollution index (HPI). The HPI for river water was 131, whereas groundwater was 93. River water with an HPI value of more than 100 is highly polluted, indicating that it is unsafe for human consumption and has negative health consequences. Data verification with heavy metals in sediments reveals the presence of heavy metals coming from geogenic circumstances in various locations in the upstream area. Heavy metals in downstream areas result from geological factors and anthropogenic activities in the surrounding area. The long-term effects of heavy metal pollution along the riparian zone will become apparent. More research is needed on communities that depend on groundwater supplies along the Cirasea watershed.

EXPLORING ISSUES AND ENHANCING SUSTAINABILITY: AFFORDABLE HOUSING DYNAMICS IN MALAYSIA

This study delves into the issues of affordable housing and elements influencing the sustainability of affordable housing, with a specific focus on the Malaysian context. The primary objective is to identify the issues associated with affordable housing in Malaysia, as well as to determine the elements crucial for enhancing sustainability in the housing sector. A quantitative method using a questionnaire survey was conducted involving three groups of respondents: building designers, facility managers, and GBI facilitators. The research employed the Kruskal Wallis statistical analysis method and Importance Index Calculation as the key methodologies. Two significant findings emerged from the study. Firstly, the issues related to ‘location and accessibility’ and ‘financing challenges’ were identified as critically important, shedding light on the obstacles faced in these domains. Secondly, the elements of ‘adaptability and upgradability’ and ‘location and accessibility’ were highlighted as pivotal contributors to the sustainability of affordable housing in Malaysia. These findings provided valuable insights for policymakers, urban planners, and stakeholders in addressing key issues and promoting sustainable practices in the realm of affordable housing.

A multi-perspective assessment of satellite surface Ozone products in China: Spatiotemporal variability, land cover impacts and pollution monitoring capability

Accurate Ozone concentration datasets are essential for comprehensively understanding air quality, climate change, and the health and societal impacts related to Ozone exposure. Currently, there is limited research comparing near-surface Ozone concentration products. In this study, we employed continuous evaluation metrics (R2, RMSE, RB) and classified statistical indicators (POD, FAR, CSI) to comprehensively compare and assess three near-surface Ozone concentration products (CHAP O3, LGAP O3, TAP O3) in China from 2015 to 2020. Our findings indicate that CHAP outperforms other products in estimating near-surface Ozone concentration and monitoring Ozone pollution in China. In terms of temporal scale, the three Ozone products exhibited a strong correlation in specific regions across multiple time scales (R2> 0.6). The RMSE values of the products were lower in CHAP, followed by TAP, and higher in LGAP. Notably, LGAP significantly underestimated Ozone concentrations over time. Regarding spatial scale, CHAP and TAP align closely with ground observations, whereas LGAP shows significant underestimation in latitude and longitude, with the discrepancy increasing gradually along the longitude. All three products exhibited strong correlations with measured data at various sites (R2> 0.6). The RMSE and | RB| distributions of CHAP and TAP were similar and superior to LGAP. CHAP and TAP perform better than LGAP under specific land cover types, especially in urban and vegetation-covered areas, while their performance is relatively poorer in farmland-covered areas. Concerning pollution events, CHAP and TAP exhibit strong detection capabilities for Ozone pollution events in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei (BTH) region and other majority areas, with POD values exceeding 0.6, and FAR values below 0.1, showcasing excellent CSI performance. In contrast, LGAP has weaker detection capabilities, with POD values primarily in the 0–0.2 range and lower CSI values. This comprehensive evaluation sheds light on the strengths and weaknesses of different near-surface Ozone concentration products and their implications for assessing Ozone pollution in China.

Влияние регуляторного пептида тафтцин-pro-gly-pro на показатели вариабельности ритма сердца крыс в условиях различной физической активности

Background: The cardiotropic effects of a synthetic peptide with the anxiolytic activity of taftsinPro-Gly-Pro (taftsin-PGP) under stress was investigated. Previously, the effect of this peptide on the state of the cardiovascular system, which plays an important role in the adaptive reactions of the body under stress, has not been studied. The aim of the study: To study the effect of the regulatory peptide taftsin-Pro-Gly-Pro on the heart rate variability (HRV) indices of rats under conditions of various motor activity. Materials and methods: The study was performed on 48 Wistar rats. HRV indices were recorded using the Physiobelt 2.5.1 complex (Neurobotics, Russia) and analyzed by statistical, geometric and spectral indicators. Taftsin-PGP was administered intraperitoneally at doses of 80, 250 and 750 μg/kg once in a volume of 1 μg/kg. The study was performed in 4 stages: 1 – after adaptation to the device (before the introduction of the peptide), 2 – 15 minutes after the introduction of the peptide, 3 – after physical exertion (2-minute treadmill run), 4 – after a 15-minute rest. Results: At a dose of 80 μg/kg, taftsin-PGP had a pronounced adaptogenic effect in the form of maintaining the initial level of functioning of regulatory mechanisms both during physical exertion and during recovery. At a dose of 250 μg/kg, taftcin-PGP led to disorganization of autonomic regulation at the level of the autonomous and central circuits of heart rate regulation. The introduction of the peptide at a dose of 750 μg/kg stabilized the mechanisms of regulation of heart rate with increased physical activity, but caused an imbalance in the regulation of heart rate during recovery. Conclusion: Intraperitoneal administration of taftsin-PGP to Wistar rats had a dose-dependent and multidirectional effect on the regulation of heart rate at all stages of the experiment: at rest (15 minutes after administration), after physical exertion and during recovery.

Rural development: the basis for the realization of agrarian policy

Among the problems currently existing in the regions of Kazakhstan is the increasing outflow of able-bodied population from rural areas and localization in the suburban zone of cities. The aim- is to identify the causes of deterioration of the demographic situation in rural settlements (RS) and to develop recommendations for stabilization of the rural economy in the West Kazakhstan region. Methods - retrospective when obtaining data for past periods of time, comparative analysis - to compare the information obtained, on the basis of economic and statistical method the selection and analysis of statistical indicators of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, used information from scientific institutions, official sources, defined absolute and relative parameters, average values. Results - it is shown that the main factors of degradation of most rural areas of Western Kazakhstan are the lack of a clear vision of the role and place of rural residents and rural areas in the socio-economic development of the republic, weakening of state regulation in the sectors of agriculture. Conclusions - the prospects for building the capacity of rural areas of the West Kazakhstan region is associated with a number of interrelated problems that need to be solved as soon as possible, primarily modernization of social and technical infrastructure, increasing the motivation of the economically active part of the rural population in mastering new knowledge and technologies, which will increase labor income and effective demand of rural residents for goods and services. The study indicates that in rural areas the situation with investment and expansion of small business activities is ambiguous. It is necessary to emphasize the small business entities in the sphere of agrarian production and the formation of social facilities - housing, catering enterprises, social and cultural facilities, education, pre-school education, sports and recreational facilities. This author's position provides for the possibility of forming greater investment attractiveness and attracting extra-budgetary sources of financing. Elimination of environmental barriers will require improvement of the current regulatory and legal framework.

Measles in the elimination period: the epidemic situation in Voronezh region

Vaccine-preventable diseases, one of which is measles, do not lose their importance and still remain a threat to public health. There is a deterioration in the epidemic situation regarding measles, both in the world and in the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study was to characterize the manifestations of the measles epidemic process in the Voronezh region for the period 1940–2023. The study of morbidity was carried out on the basis of data from Rosstat Form 2, 146 maps of the epidemiological investigation of a case of measles in the Voronezh region for the period 2011–2023 with the calculation of basic statistical indicators. The general availability of effective measles vaccination led to a decrease in the incidence, which by the beginning of the 21st century had become sporadic. However, from 2011 to 2023, there is an upward trend in incidence: rates increased from 0.27 cases (95 % CI 0.06–0.48) to 2.14 per 100 thousand population (95 % CI: 1.54–2,74); the risk group were children (average age 5.70 ± 0.24 years). From 2011 to 2015 imported cases predominated; since 2016 local cases predominated. For 2011–2023 146 cases (81 outbreaks) of measles were registered; among those who fell ill, the majority were not vaccinated against this infection or did not know about their vaccination status. Seroprotection level for the period 2011–2023 averaged 94.09±0.41 %; in certain years, there was an insufficient level of the immune layer in indicator groups of the population 16–17 years old and older. Thus, the pronounced activation of the measles epidemic process in the Voronezh region in recent years is due to a decrease in the immune layer.

Ресурсный потенциал сферы облачных инфокоммуникационных услуг в российских регионах: сравнительная оценка

The purpose of the study is to develop a methodological approach to comparative assessment of the resource potential of the cloud infocommunication services sphere in Russian regions in order to determine the state and development prospects of regional resources. The approach is based on the construction of integral indices of human and infrastruc-ture resources of the regions. The choice of statistical indicators included in the named indices was substantiated. The assessments of the level of development of the resource potential of the cloud infocommunication services sphere in Russian regions were constructed based on the current Rosstat data for 2022 and 2023. The regions were grouped by analogy with the groupings of the BCG matrix and the Gartner quadrant. Each region is assessed by two indices: «hu-man resources» and «infrastructure resources». Four groups of regions were defined, corresponding to the four quad-rants: with high scores for both indices; with high scores only for the infrastructure resources indicator; with high scores only for the human resources indicator; with low scores for both indicators. The prospects for the development of re-gional resources were determined, taking into account the identified specificity of regional resources and the share of costs for the implementation and use of digital technologies in the gross regional product. The results can be used to justify strategic directions for the development of the resource potential of the infocommunication sphere of Russian regions.
