Research on the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of urban security

Artificial intelligence is one of the core factors that determine the future development of the security field. As one of the main means to maintain public security in modern society, security technology is of great significance to ensure the harmonious and stable development of society. In order to strengthen the application of artificial intelligence in the field of security and improve the automation and intelligence level of security technology, it is necessary to continuously study the application scheme of artificial intelligence in the field of security so that the security products can continuously meet the new needs brought by social development. In view of this, this paper mainly discusses the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of security. First of all, the development level and stage of AI in the field of security are described. Secondly, the types of AI technology applied in the field of security are introduced. Thirdly, the practical application of AI in the field of security is summarized. Finally, it discusses the development prospect and trend of smart security in smart city construction.

Do economic development and population agglomeration inevitably aggravate haze pollution in China? New evidence from spatial econometric analysis.

With sustained economic development, China's ecological environment is becoming increasingly fragile and the problem of haze pollution is becoming increasingly prominent, which has affected the normal life of human beings and the stable development of society. In this paper, 287 cities' panel data from 1998 to 2016 are used, PM2.5 is used to represent haze pollution, and the spatial Durbin model is used to explore the role of the economy and population agglomeration on smog pollution. The empirical results show that (1) haze pollution has obvious spatial spillover. From the perspective of China as a whole, the relationship between the economy and smog pollution is an inverted U shape. (2) China is divided into three economic regions, i.e., the east, the middle, and the west. In the east and middle regions, it is found that economic development also shows an inverted U-shaped relationship with haze pollution. (3) Regardless of the country or the three major economic regions, population agglomeration is the primary factor that aggravates haze pollution; the progress of technology and the optimization of the industrial structure can improve haze pollution. (4) Through further analysis of the indirect effects of haze in China, it is found that there is a significant spatial spillover effect. According to the results of this research, policy suggestions are put forward.

Reform of the State-Owned Enterprise System under the Innovative Modern Enterprise System

<p>State-owned enterprises, as the pillar industries of the current national economy, have an important impact on the development of the market economy. Under the current new economic situation, it is of great significance to reform state-owned enterprises and build a market economy in the socialist system. Carrying out the reform of state-owned enterprises is an important task of the current social and economic system reform, which is a prerequisite for ensuring the long-term stability of the country and the stable development of society. In the more than 20 years of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China, the management system and operating mechanism of state-owned enterprises have been changing, and they are developing in the direction of the reform of the socialist market economic system. In the process of the reform of state-owned enterprises, there have also been some changes and new problems. In this regard, it is necessary to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and promote the development of enterprises. This article studies the necessity of corporate system reform and analyzes the ideas and countermeasures of corporate system reform of state-owned enterprises under the modern enterprise system.</p>

Use of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Environmental Gini Coefficient for Allocation of Regional Flood Drainage Rights.

To solve the flood drainage conflict among different regions of the water basin when the flood occurs, it is of great significance to study the allocation of flood drainage rights. The allocation of flood drainage rights requires flood management departments to consider the influences of socioeconomic differences among different regions on flood control operations to realize sustainable development. Under the pattern of the total amount allocation of “watershed–administrative regions”, the evaluation index system of flood drainage rights allocation incorporated four aspects: natural conditions, level of social development, level of economic development, and technology and management. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) was used to calculate the weight coefficient of each allocation index and the initial distribution’s proportion of the total amount in each region. Land area, population, gross domestic product (GDP), and sewage treatment capacity were selected as the evaluation indexes of the environmental Gini coefficient, and the environmental Gini coefficient method was used to evaluate and adjust the initial allocation of each region. Taking the allocation of flood drainage rights in the Taihu Basin as a case study, the final allocation results were obtained after initial allocation and feedback optimization. By evaluating the environmental Gini coefficient of each evaluation index, it is concluded that the final allocation could meet the requirements of fair allocation in each administrative region and be effectively implemented. Optimal allocation of the flood drainage rights in the Taihu Basin can contribute to overall flood control management, the reduction of flood disasters, and the stable development of society in the basin.

Information technology as an important tool in contemporary lifelong learning

The pace of civilization changes taking place in our country causes radical changes in all spheres of life, which is also reflected in the educational reality. Competitiveness of the labor market, globalization processes and the development of new technologies necessitate the necessity of lifelong education as a key factor determining both personal development and life success, as well as the stable development of society and the knowledge-based economy. Therefore, the concept of lifelong learning is becoming more and more important, in the implementation of which the newest information and communication technologies play a special role. The computer network offers enormous possibilities of reaching information, searching for it, storing and processing it. Information technology available at any time and place, enabling constant access to knowledge and adapting the pace of learning to the individual needs of the student, is an extremely important tool for the implementation of the tasks of modern lifelong education.

SEARCHING FOR NEW AUTHORITARISM IN THE CONDITIONS OF GEOPOLITICAL TURBULENCE

The main factors of the growing popularity and influence of undemocratic regimes are considered. In the modern world, in the context of geopolitical turbulence, the geopolitical centers of power and actors in the adoption of global management decisions are changing. But there is a need to manage socio-political and economic processes for the stable development of society. Therefore, the conditions of chaos only strengthen the attempts to search and create fuses for the uncontrollability of the development of the political regime. Especially in the conditions of the crisis of the formal institutions of liberal democracy, a clear proof of which was the emergence of post-democracy as a phenomenon and process of evolution of «modern» democracies. Several factors reinforce this trend. First of all, the reverse wave of democratization (S. Huntington), which lasts several decades. Secondly, the crisis of American hegemony and the completion of the next cycle of political hegemony. We must add the completion of the macrohistorical cycle of the internal political development of the political system of the USA itself (A. Schlesinger) with a number of crises throughout the entire first half of 2020. The weakening of the global hegemon resulted in the process of easternization and the emergence of new geopolitical centers (primarily, Asia, namely China with a powerful economy, which is a prerequisite for the formation of a new hegemon). The third factor is the growth of right-wing extremism and right-wing populism in countries of sustainable democracies and new democracies. The wave of populism is supported by a conservative turn in the form of legal consolidation of nationalism, the legitimation of the dominance of the collective over the individual. Another factor of destabilization is the crisis of traditional institutions of democracy, primarily political parties, party leaders who can refuse program promises and turn into lawyers of the «expression of the will of the people». Amid growing mistrust of traditional democratic institutions and the values of liberalism, there is a growing demand for leaders and institutions that can ensure the safe and stable development of society. And the actual uniqueness of the current development is the search for new forms of coexistence of authoritarian and democratic institutions within the same political regime.

Research and Countermeasure Analysis of College Students’ Employment Issues

College students are engineers of national development and construction, and they are the future and hope of China. With the expansion of colleges and universities across the country, the number of college graduates has increased year by year recently, and “employment difficulties” among college students have become increasingly prominent in recent years. The difficulties of employment affect not only the stable development of society, but also the happy lives of the people which have drawn great attention from society. The difficulty of employment has also become a problem that the country must solve now. China has issued a number of policies in response to this problem. Colleges and universities have also focused on cultivating social talents and expanding the employment market for college students in accordance with social and market needs. The economic realization of property in a market economy is also manifested in a special form of organization of economic activity and entrepreneurship – cooperation. When organizing business through cooperation, a more vague alienation of the worker from the means of production is manifested, which allows to optimally resolve the contradiction between labor and capital. Around the world, most cooperative enterprises are based on various modifications of communal-collective ownership. In the conditions of modern Russia, in order to overcome the economic lag and import substitution, the transition to full-fledged market relations, the further development of ownership forms, the cooperative form of economic management is becoming increasingly important. The growing number of cooperative entrepreneurship contributes to de-monopolization and the development of healthy competition, increasing the level of consumer protection, increasing the number of jobs and reducing unemployment, creating a layer of collective owners as a social basis for the stable development of society and the welfare of the population. An analysis of numerous publications on the issue of cooperation in recent years suggests that representatives of cooperative management, without demanding large capital and production facilities, know-how and serious experience in manufacturing products with special consumer qualities, are created by their economic nature for "Start from scratch". In the article, the co-authors investigated issues related to the economic form of realization of property through cooperation. Questions concerning the history of the cooperative movement, foreign and Russian experience in the functioning and development of various forms of cooperation are considered.

Antioxidant properties of different pectin-containing solutions

At the present stage, the tasks of state policy is to preserve the functions of life support for the stable development of society, improving the health of the population, ensuring environmental safety of the country. Antioxidant activity is manifested in the ability of substances to delay the radical oxidation of organic and high-molecular compounds, and thereby reduce the yield of alcohols, hydroperoxides, fatty acids, aldehydes and ketones. Pectin substances are contained in all plants and some algae and are able to exhibit antioxidant activity. The article presents the study of antioxidant activity of pectin-containing solutions. To determine the antioxidant activity, aqueous solutions of pectin substances of Apple, citrus, beet pectin, their combinations with a concentration of 1% were prepared. According to the obtained data, the value of antioxidants for aqueous solutions of pectin substances and their combinations was calculated. According to the diagram of antioxidant activity of aqueous solutions of pectin substances and their combinations. An increase in antioxidant activity in the combination of Apple and citrus pectins with beet, which is explained by the influence of beet pectin on the properties of substances combined with it. Apple pectin does not increase antioxidant activity in combination with citrus pectin, due to its chemical and physiological form. The ability of pectins to show antioxidant activity depending on the combination of pectins is proved. It was found that the most antioxidant activity has an aqueous solution of beet pectin. Moreover, there is an increase in antioxidant activity when combining Apple and citrus pectins with beet, which is explained by the predominant effect of beet pectin on this indicator.

Research on the Influencing Factors of Internal Control of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in China

The recent frequent vicious incidents of enterprises and the short life cycle of small and medium-sized enterprises indicate that the internal control of small and medium-sized enterprises is imperfect, and strengthening the internal control of small and medium-sized enterprises is beneficial to employment security and the stable development of society. This paper focuses on the influencing factors of internal control of small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of “the Basic Standards for Internal Control of Enterprises” and “Guidelines for Internal Control of Enterprises” promulgated by the government.

The purpose of study is to identify local and global general parameters and principles of the countries in the format of protection of the most vulnerable members of society – children and the old people. In the basis of social cohesion laid the welfare of the majority of citizens, harmonious and stable relationship between them, minimizing social exclusion and social disintegration. The authors have shown that a fair and effective legal aspect of the problem, with the ultimate objective of social protection is the key to sustainable and stable development of society. Instrument of the research of social protection of the population led to the conclusion that this system is too extensive and unsystematic. It was determined that representatives of major law schools define social protection differently. The authors show that the lack of funds made it impossible to assess at the proper level support to those who are forced to remain on the brink of poverty. The Contradictions of Modern Societies

MANCUR OLSON HAS WRITTEN A BOOK IN THE GRAND tradition, trying to explain how societies are undermined by their own success. In his own words, there is an ‘internal contradiction’ (p. 145) in the development of stable societies. I want to discuss Olson's views in the light of other works in the same tradition, works that also set out to explain how success tends to be self-defeating in various ways. Among the classics of social theory, I have singled out the writings of Marx, Veblen and Schumpeter. A contemporary work that suggests itself for the same kind of comparison is the recent book by Douglass North, Structure and Change in Economic History. Before I go on to compare Olson'stheory with these competing explanations, I must briefly set out the main elements of the theory itself. This must of necessity be a very simplified statement, but the later discussion will allow me to add some nuances.
