AbstractSensitive, simple, and accurate differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) method was validated and used to estimate mirabegron (MIR) at silica modified carbon paste sensor (Si‐CPE) in micellar media. The electrochemical nature of MIR revealed irreversible diffusion‐controlled oxidation. Various experimental conditions were optimized, under optimum conditions, good linearity was obtained within range 1.25×10−7−6.25×10−5 M with correlation coefficient 0.9997. The suggested method was efficiently performed for estimating MIR in a pharmaceutical dosage form and spiked human plasma with high precise recoveries (%) ±RSD 98.60±0.88 %, 99.10±0.54 %, respectively. The suggested method could be used as a stability‐indicating assay to assess MIR with its degradation product without any interference.
