 The recovery of situation due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus, several airports will reopen international routes. Therefore the purpose of this research is to analyze the readiness of the facilities and personnel of the aviation security unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport in the reopening of international route. This research was conducted from 5 December 2022 to 5 January 2023, at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. This research used a qualitative method, including data obtained from observations at the Adi Soemarmo Airport terminal, interviews with aviation security personnel, and supporting documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Aviation Security unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport is ready for the reopening of international routes. The facilities owned are certified in accordance with KP 138 of 2018. The number of personnel available is sufficient to carry out their duties and the working hours of personnel are in accordance with Law Number 13 of 2003. The obstacles experienced by personnel are that there are still several facilities that are not yet available and the need for additional personnel aviation security when there is a reopening of international routes.

Features of ensuring transport security of transport infrastructure facilities and railway transport vehicles in the transportation of highly dangerous goods

The system of ensuring transport security in railway transport is considered, aimed at reducing the risk of committing acts of unlawful interference, including terrorist acts, using weapons, explosives and other dangerous substances, by limiting their carrying by the offender to transport infrastructure facilities and vehicles.A list of high-risk goods transported by rail is given. The normative documents regulating transport security are analyzed. The minimum number of posts of the transport security unit for the transport infrastructure facility has been determined.Measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the transport security system are presented.

Pengaruh Fungsional Peralatan Keamanan terhadap Kinerja Petugas Unit Aviation Security di Bandar Udara Internasional Adi Soemarmo Boyolali

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Functional Security Equipment on the Performance of Aviation Security Unit Officers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport to be able to improve the performance of human resources in order to realize flight security and safety. This research was conducted at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport from 05 December 2022 to 05 January 2023. The data collection method used in this study was a quantitative method. The population in this study were all Aviation Security unit officers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport, totaling 80 respondents and the sampling technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling and the analytical tool used in this study was simple linear regression. The results of the regression test show that the functional variable of security equipment has a positive effect on the performance of aviation security unit officers and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the functional variable of security equipment has a significant effect on the performance of aviation security unit officers. The results of the determination test produce an adjusted R square value in the regression model obtained at 0.766. This indicates that 76.6% of the variation in the magnitude of the variation in performance variable changes can be explained by the functional variable of safety equipment and the results of the partial test show a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. This proves that the functional security equipment has an effect on performance.

A spatio-temporal model for determining the possibility of timely counteraction to the enemy by the forces and means of the observation post of a security unit

The experience of carrying out combat (service-combat) tasks by various components of the security and defense sector in the initial period of the russian-Ukrainian war points to the need for reliable protection and defense of military units (objects), the basis of which is the planning and implementation by operative response forces of measures aimed at for complete neutralization or reduction of the negative impact from the actions of the enemy's subversive forces. In order to ensure high-quality planning of the protection and defense of the object (objects) of the military unit, commanders (chiefs) need to have an appropriate tool to support informed decision-making, namely a mathematical (calculation, analytical) apparatus that will make it possible to predict events under certain conditions. which may occur in the event of an enemy attack and determine effective measures for maximum preservation of the integrity (combat capability) of the protected objects. The article presents a spatio-temporal model for determining the possibility of timely countering the enemy with the forces and means of the observation post of the security unit, which is based on the solution of the spatio-temporal problem, and, unlike the existing ones, takes into account: the fire capabilities of the observation post and on-duty forces; maneuverability of the main (regular) forces of the security unit; mutual placement of the enemy in relation to the observation post and security facilities, as well as the main (on-duty) forces of the security unit. In the future, the model proposed in the article can be used as an integral part of the methodology for determining the rational composition of forces and means of protection and defense of military units (objects). Also, this tool can be implemented in the educational process.

PT SK Keris Indonesia is a joint venture company operating in Indonesia and is part of SK Chemicals' global strategy. This company produces various types of products, such as polyester filament yarn, PET resin for bottles, PET film, as well as several specialty chemicals that are tailored to orders from consumers. Given the types of products produced and the large size of the company, security at PT SK Keris Indonesia is very important. This study was made to find a correlation between the role of security management and security breaches. The results of the study show that the Security Unit at PT SK Keris has not optimally and coordinatedly utilized all parties related to the security of PT. SK Keris including the local police. SK Keris, needs to take advantage of the potential that exists from within and around it, including by building cooperation with the local police apparatus.

The principle of clarity in the study of ways to make escapes from custody.

The subject of the study is the peculiarity of the use of the principle of visibility in the study of methods of escape from custody by suspects (accused) by employees of the security and convoy units of the police. The author draws attention to the fact that for criminal-legal characteristics at different times, including today, not all methods of escape from custody are important, however, it is necessary to know and recognize them for each police officer, since favorable conditions for escape from custody are more often created by themselves employees of security and convoy units. Using the acquired knowledge, a police officer will be able to reproduce the situation in practice and prevent the escape from custody. The article notes the professional qualities that an employee of the security and convoy service must possess in order to successfully solve the tasks assigned to him and the orientation of training that can contribute to the development of these qualities. The author considers the importance of applying the principle of visibility in teaching, justifies the use of specific means of ensuring visibility that can be illustrated to students, and provides examples. The article examines the violations that contribute to the escape from custody, the methods of its commission, in the study of which examples are used in the form of tables, graphs, photographs, video clips, extracts from court decisions. The position is substantiated that using the principle of visibility improves the perception and memorization of information

Taking into account the peculiarities of escapes by suspects and accused of committing crimes during the professional training of police officers in the basics of security and convoy service.

The subject of the study is the development of methodological recommendations for taking into account the peculiarities of escapes by suspects and accused of committing crimes during professional training in the basics of the security and escort service of police officers. The object of the study is professional training in the basics of the security and escort service of police officers. The article discusses the peculiarities of the escape of suspects and accused of committing a crime during the implementation of security and escort measures. The author gives examples of ways to carry out escapes and analyzes the reasons for their commission. Attention is focused on the need to take into account the peculiarities and use of this experience in the training of employees of security and convoy police units during the implementation of professional training programs for employees of internal affairs bodies. The relevance of the study is determined by the importance of preventing illegal actions in the modern world and, accordingly, the importance of improving the effectiveness of training of security and convoy police officers. To this end, the author has developed methodological recommendations for taking into account the peculiarities of the escapes of suspects and accused of committing crimes during professional training in the basics of the security and escort service of police officers. It is based on departmental regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for the protection and escort of suspects and accused, as well as instructions, reviews and methodological recommendations prepared by units engaged in methodological support of official activities, as well as the opinion of the scientific community competent in this matter.

Analysis of Prisoner Resistance in Class II A Correctional Purwokerto

The aim of this study is to identify and describe the forms of resistance carried out by convicts in Class IIA Correctional Purwokerto. This research is qualitative research, and its analysis is descriptive. Data collection techniques using interview techniques were conducted on informants who had the characteristics of convicts who had served a minimum of one year's sentence, tamping or workers, 9 people and Correctional Officers including the Head of the Correctional Security Unit, Security and Order Officers. 5 person observations were also made to observe behavior, developments, and other things related to prisoner resistance. Based on the results of the research conducted, the resistance exercised by inmates at Class IIA Correctional Purwokerto is a way of adapting patterns in living life in prison which is full of limitations and pain. The resistance carried out by Correctional Purwokerto inmates is open resistance and closed resistance. Where this open resistance is a way to fight the rules that restrain convicts as well as open resistance efforts against the policy, this form of open resistance is synonymous with riots, attacks on officers, individual and group protests, “lobi-lobi 86”, and not following coaching, even by lying and withdrawing respect, and this shows a pattern of adaptation to ritualism, innovation, as well as rebillion. As for the closed resistance carried out by convicts, it tends to be in the form of clandestine deviations. Forms of closed resistance include smuggling of prohibited items, both drugs and cellphones, hiding prohibited items, attempts to escape, laziness, stealing, refusal of food rations and even sexual deviation. This shows an adaptation pattern of innovation, retreatism, and ritualism.

The use of firearms by employees of security and convoy units of the police

When developing standards and special shooting exercises for employees of security and convoy police units, it is necessary to take into account the modern practice of using firearms, the specifics and conditions of service by employees of this category. The conditions and circumstances of the use of firearms by police officers are described in detail in the materials of official inspections. Due to the fact that these materials relate to information of limited distribution, it is not possible to analyze them. To determine the probable conditions for the use of firearms by employees of security and convoy police units, we used general scientific research methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, induction. Empirical methods: pedagogical forecasting (questionnaires); mathematical statistics (mathematical and statistical data processing). The problem of the study is determined by the contradiction between the need to study modern conditions for the use of firearms by employees of security and convoy police units to develop practice-oriented standards and special shooting exercises, and the lack of publicly available necessary information about the practice of using firearms by employees of this category. Object of research: professional activity of employees of security and convoy police units related to the use of firearms. Subject of the study: conditions for the use of firearms by employees of security and convoy units of the police. The results of this study will allow us to determine the characteristic technical and technical-tactical actions with firearms necessary for the development of practice-oriented standards and special shooting exercises for employees of security and convoy police units.

CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF ECONOMIC SECURITY FORMATION AND THE PLACE OF THE SECURITY PROCESS IN THIS MODEL

Military operations, the crisis in the country's economy, and other factors have negatively affected the economic security of all business entities in Ukraine and the country as a whole. This state of affairs requires a modernized approach to the formation of economic security. The purpose of the article is to develop a conceptual model of economic security formation and to distinguish the place of the security process in this model. The study applies general scientific theoretical methods – generalization, explanation, grouping – to analyzing economists’ and practitioners’ ideas about the object of the research and formulating conclusions of content analysis of primary sources, analysis and synthesis – to substan-tiating a new scientific approach to ensuring economic security. Based on a critical review of professional sources, the article differentiates three approaches to the formation of economic security. It is shown that the author adheres to the approach according to which the formation and ensuring of economic security are not identical. A three-component model of economic security formation is developed. The elements of the model are the decomposition of economic security, its provision and the creation of a special security unit. It is shown that at the country level such a unit should be included in the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. An integrated approach to ensuring economic security has been improved. It is based on bringing the current parameters of the enterprise's activity into line with the future parameters of the internal and external environment. This takes into account three groups of processes: resource provision, interaction with stakeholders and value added. Each group of processes is contrasted with appropriate means of influence and security actions, which together help to ensure that the current parameters of activity are consistent with the forecasted changes in the environment. The peculiarity of this approach is its versatility: the possibility of using it to ensure the economic security of an individual business entity and the economic security of the State.

Analisis Pengamanan Pagar Perimeter Dalam Menunjang Keamanan Penerbangan di Bandar Udara Internasional Adi Soemarmo

The way that airports are able to protect aircraft that will take off and Landing from various disturbances that could endanger flights at the airport is by carrying out perimeter fences and being guarded by aviation security personnel. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze how security is carried out by aviation security personnel on the perimeter fence in supporting flight security at Adi Soemarmo International Airport. In addition, this study also aims to determine whether the security of the perimeter fence is effective in supporting aviation security at Adi Soemarmo International Airport. This research is a qualitative research using primary and secondary data types. The data collection technique in this study uses the method of interviews with Aviation Security personnel, observation during patrols around the perimeter fence area, and documents in the form of documentation when conducting research. The results of this research indicate that the perimeter fence security carried out by Aviation Security personnel at Adi Soemarmo International Airport is in accordance with applicable procedures or provisions and is effective in supporting flight security. Although there are still some shortcomings, the Aviation Security unit at Adi Soemarmo International Airport can cover these weaknesses in accordance with the Regulation of the Indonesian Minister of Transportation Number PM 33 of 2015, by conducting additional mitigation.

Territorial Development Function for the Successful Assignment of TNI AD Soldiers at the Border (Study on the Border of West Kalimantan and NTT)

TNI law number 34 of 2004 states that one of the TNI's duties is to carry out border security duties. As an elaboration of Law number 34, the TNI Commander issued a policy regarding the implementation of operations, especially border area security operations through the Commander's Regulation (Perpang) number 12 July 2007. The dynamics in the field show that the number of border security unit personnel is still lacking in the face of the vastness of the territory. what they have to protect. For this reason, it is necessary for them to involve the community in participating in border security efforts. The involvement of border communities is very important in supporting the success of the task. In maintaining good relations between the TNI AD and the people, the territorial function which is the function of the TNI AD is the right means. Soldiers must carry out territorial training (Binter) to achieve the unity of the Indonesian Army and the people in order to create security and order in their assigned area. One of the functions of Binter studied was the implementation of territorial attitudes. Writing refers to territorial research in the Badau area, namely the border of West Kalimantan with Malaysia and Motaain on the border of East Nusa Tenggara and Timor Leste. The conclusion from the analysis of the existing data shows that there is a significant influence on the Binter function in this case the territorial attitude on the success of the task where the implementation of the territorial attitude is the gateway to the success of territorial development activities in the assignment area in the framework of border security.

Legal Analysis Of Violence By Prisoners In State Detention House Class I Medan In Normative Legal Perspective

The purpose of writing this article is to explain the forms and consequences of violence by prisoners in State Prison Class I Medan, the factors that cause violence by prisoners in State Prison Class I Medan, and efforts to overcome cases of violence by prisoners in State Prison Class I Medan . To obtain data in the writing of this article, research is carried out, to obtain secondary data is carried out by reading legislation, scientific papers, opinions of scholars, books, articles and other materials related to this research, and field research is carried out to obtain primary data related to this research through interviews with respondents and informants in this writing. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the form and consequences of violence by prisoners in Class I Detention Center Medan is in the form of misdemeanor and ordinary abuse which resulted in the victim being seriously injured and minor injuries and the perpetrator received a punishment in the form of confinement in isolation. The factors that cause violence by prisoners in Class I Detention Center Medan are individual problems, personal grudges, inadequate room capacity, and the absence of familiarity and harmonious relationships between fellow inmates. Efforts to overcome cases of violence by prisoners in Class I Detention Center Medan is given sanctions in the form of reprimands, put in isolation and not given remission, security units supervise each room of prisoners, this supervision is carried out for 1x24 hours, besides that each block is guarded by a public picket, which is tasked with guarding prisoners and ensuring that there is no disturbance of order in Class IIB Detention Center Banda Aceh. It is recommended to Rutan Klas IIB Banda Aceh to increase the number of detention rooms, so that in one room inmates do not overcapacity, counseling guidance, it is expected that surveillance efforts carried out by the security unit of Rutan Klas I Medan are divided into 3 teams plus 4 teams, this addition is intended that at 6 pm to 7 AM can be divided into 2 teams at 6 pm to 12 pm and 12 pm to 7 am.

Caring for Bierzo: A plan for improving motivation for health workers from Mental Health

IntroductionMotivation is an essential determinant of performance, particularly for those working in difficult conditions, such as the conditions facing many health workers. The relationship between motivation and performance is influenced by the health workers’ organizational environment and social context. Many intrinsic and extrinsic factors may influence the impulse to head for and maintain and effort to achieve the objectives of the organization these may include acknowledgements, status and incentives, but also auto efficacy perception, personal growth, welfare and physical and mental health.In the last years and particularly during COVID-19 pandemic health organizations have suffered a crisis of lack of motivation and high turnover rates in health professional, particularly among highly specialized professions.Objectivesto develop a quality program to promote mental health and motivation, detect risk of mental disorders and improve communication skills in the health workers of the Health Area of El Bierzo (GASBI).MethodsA committee with four members form the psychiatry and mental health service, two from the Quality and Security Unit and 1 from the Occupational Risk Prevention Service analyzed the GASBI with a SWOT-CAME matrix analysis. Actions to be implemented were ordered with a Hanlon method score according to a representative sample of the employees of GASBI.ResultsThe CAME matrix recommended an offensive strategy, given a number of strengths and the opportunities for an administration sensible to new paradigms. The program proposed included 6 main lines (evaluation, access to mental health consultation, prevention of suicide behavior, resilience group, communication and relation groups and a group of actions to improve motivation and prevent burnout called “10 actions to dream together”, displayed in figures 1 and 2. The Hanlon classified suicide behaviour as the highest priority (score: 16,25 points), mental disorders the second (score: 13.75), then fatigue (13 p), burnout and resilience (12p) and the less prioritary was motivation (7 points). PEDAGOGICAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF TECHNOLOGY FOR THE FORMATION OF READINESS OF FUTURE OFFICERS OF SECURITY UNITS IN DEPARTMENTAL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE USE OF SMALL ARMS

Relevance. In the current geopolitical situation, military personnel have a great responsibility to ensure national security. The fulfillment of this task is impossible without the training of qualified personnel in higher military educational organizations. The use of small arms retains its importance in modern combat. In this regard, the presented work is relevant.
 Purpose. The aim of the work is to design and construct pedagogical technology for the formation of readiness of future officers of security units in departmental educational organizations for professional activities related to the use of small arms.
 The method or methodology of the work. The methodological basis of the research is formed by methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesis, diagnostic experiment and pedagogical observations.
 Results. The results of the work are to present and substantiate the effectiveness of the use of the didactic information complex during the teaching of Fire training in higher military educational organizations.
 The scope of the results. The results of the research can be applied in the field of methodology of teaching individual academic disciplines in higher military educational organizations.

Every Airport must have an Aviation Security and safety system to realize the flight is carried out safely and safely in accordance with the flight plan. The research was conducted at wamena Airport, Papua, releated to the security and safety of flights at wamena airport, Papua and Aviation Security support facilities. From the observations of researchers, there are many events that occur at Wamena Airport that can interfere with flight security and safety. This study aims to find out how the Aviation Security unit works in ensuring flight security and safety at Wamena Papua Airport.
 This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative type. This study takes data from documentation, observations and interviews conducted with Senior Aviation Security Officers, Junior Aviation Security and Basic Aviation Security Officers. The data analysis technique used credibility test and data analysis. This research was conducted at Wamena Airport, Papua.
 The results of the research conducted by researchers that the supporting equipment for the Aviation Security unit at Wamena Airport is adequate but there are equipment that cannot be operated and the lack of human resources for Aviation security officers at Wamena Airport and many do not have a license and SKP.

ISMS ROLE IN THE IMPROVEMENT OF DIGITAL FORENSICS RELATED PROCESS IN SOC's

Organizations concerned about digital or computer forensics capability which establishes procedures and records to support a prosecution for computer crimes could benefit from implementing an ISO 27001: 2013-compliant (ISMS Information Security Management System). A certified ISMS adds credibility to information gathered in a digital forensics investigation; certification shows that the organization has an outsider which verifies that the correct procedures are in place and being followed. A certified ISMS is a valuable tool either when prosecuting an intruder or when a customer or other stakeholder seeks damages against the organization. SOC (Security Operation Center) as an organization or a security unit which handles a large volume of information requires a management complement, where ISMS would be a good choice. This idea will help finding solutions for problems related to digital forensics for non-cloud and cloud digital forensics, including Problems associated with the absence of standardization amongst different CSPs (Cloud service providers).

Methodology for developing exercises of pistol practice in typical policemen activities (on the example of security and convoy police units)

In the article presented by the author, the issues related to the methodology of developing shooting exercises in typical situations of policemen activities are considered. In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, each departmental educational organization implements a priority profile for the training of police officers. In this regard, the author of the study attempted to develop a private methodology that would allow the development and implementation of new types of firing exercises for employees of a specific category in the educational process of fire training. The author presented the conditions for regular and continuous improvement of professional competencies of employees of internal affairs bodies. In addition, the importance of the study is associated with the importance of solving the problems of methodological support for the training of police officers and the introduction of private methods of conducting classes with specific categories of employees into the policemen educational process. Currently, a number of contradictions have formed between the normative requirements for a police officer and the actual set of his personal qualities and professional competencies. To solve this problem and increase the level of fire training of police officers, we propose to consider the possibility and outline further ways to improve the methods of fire training of law enforcement officers in terms of specialization of their activities, in order to carry out and improve the professional training of police officers. The procedure proposed by the author for the development of a private methodology will allow specialists organizing the fire training process to develop and implement new preparatory exercises, shooting exercises, taking into account the peculiarities of the official activities of a particular department of Internal Affairs.
