The article substantiates the need to introduce an inclusive economy in Ukraine as a transformational strategy that can lead to sustainable development and social justice. It is emphasized that an inclusive economy, focused on economic growth and reducing social inequality, has significant prospects for Ukraine, as the country faces numerous economic and social problems. The article analyzes in detail the current state of the inclusive economy in Ukraine, highlights the potential advantages of this approach. The authors characterized the conception of an inclusive economy, emphasizing that it goes beyond simple economic indicators and includes social dimensions such as equality and justice. An inclusive economy ensures that all people, regardless of their socioeconomic background, have equal opportunities to participate in and benefit from economic activities. The article proposes a comprehensive strategy, including short- and long-term measures. In the short term, there is a need for targeted interventions to alleviate poverty and provide immediate assistance to the most vulnerable population strata. This can include direct financial aid, subsidies for basic services, and emergency employment programs. In the long term, the focus should be on structural reforms that create a fairer economic environment. This includes reforms in: education and health to ensure universal access; labor market policies that promote inclusive employment; a social safety net that provides security for those in need. The article highlights the successful practices of developed countries that have achieved significant results in reducing social inequality and ensuring equal access to economic opportunities. Purposeful adaptations of these international practices to the conditions of Ukraine are suggested, emphasizing the role of the audiences – government officials, private sector leaders and civil society representatives – in this process. The authors argue that these measures, combined with the strong commitment of all stakeholders, can pave the way for a more inclusive and sustainable economic future for Ukraine. Engaging audiences is essential for the successful implementation of an inclusive economy.
