This thesis entitled: Analysis of the work culture of employees in the Public Administration Section on General Government Administration Bureau Bengkulu Provincial Secretariat. Strong work culture will be seen from how employees view work culture so that the effect on behavior. The stronger the culture, the higher the perceived commitment and abilities of employees. This study aims to determine the work culture in the Public Administration Section. In this study, used a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. As for the method of collecting data through observation. The results showed that the lack of integrity and professional employees seen in the lack of employees able to run everyday tasks in accordance with the existing rules in the Public Administration Section. Integrity and professionalism are not fit yet resulted in the realization of human resources and professional quality. Employee discipline and order is not as expected due to lack of time discipline, disciplinary rules and disciplinary responsibility for work assigned to the employee concerned.
