Analisis Arah Perkembangan Kawasan Permukiman di Negeri Negeri Lima

Negeri Lima is one of the countries in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency which has an area of 19 km2. On July 13, 2012, there was a mountain avalanche in Negeri Lima due to heavy rain that resulted in the closure of the river which resulted in the construction of the dam. A year later, the dam broke, and the water went directly towards the residents' settlements, destroying part of the residents' houses and infrastructure in Negeri Lima. Seeing the conditions as described, the fact of this research is how the direction of the development of residential areas in Negeri Lima, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. This study aims to find out the direction of the development of residential areas in Negeri Lima, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. The variables used in this study are related to the number of populations, the tragedy of the collapse of the Wae Ela Dam and changes in the location of residents' settlements. The analysis used in this study is by using two analyses, namely qualitative descriptive analysis, and spatial analysis (overlay). The results of data analysis show that settlements in Negeri Lima develop to the south and north of the country whose settlements are built following access to highways and coastal routes. But in the southern part of the country, settlement construction has a higher intensity. This is because many people whose houses were destroyed have land owned/inherited at that location

The spatial planning of housing and urban green space: A combined stated choice experiment and land-use modeling approach

Urban green space (UGS) is receiving increasing attention as a means to make cities better adapted to climate change and to create high-quality living environments for citizens. The spatial planning of UGS generally asks a trade-off between optimizing land-use and accessibility characteristics which may differ between housing types. In this paper, we use a stated choice experiment to estimate residential location preferences related to neighborhood land-use, UGS and accessibility characteristics in the framework of a land-use model. A national sample of 394 Dutch homeowners participated in the experiments and mixed logit models were estimated by housing type distinguishing detached, row houses and apartments. The estimation results show that trade-offs made between a green neighborhood and accessibility to urban amenities tend to differ between the housing types. The estimates are used as parameters in a housing land-use allocation model. An application of the model to a residential area development problem shows that creating green buffers along road infrastructure is the most beneficial way of allocating UGS considering the housing value for residents. The application further shows that apartments benefit more strongly from UGS in the neighborhood than from high accessibility of urban amenities compared to detached and row houses. Finally, we find that the optimal spatial allocation of UGS depends on whether maximizing housing market-value or residents’ utility is the prime objective.

Enhancing Empowerment Among the Bajo Soropia: Exploring Psychological Dynamics and Tribal Engagement in Konawe Regency's Development

The Bajo tribe is a tribe that lives on the coast and sea and leads a nomadic life from one area to another. As time goes by, some Bajo people who initially remained silent are now starting to open up to the social unrest that is occurring in their environment. As a maritime community, the Bajo tribe tends to choose to avoid conflict, including in terms of development participation. Infrastructure development in Bajo residential areas often presents problems with psychological disorders. This research examines the role of psychological empowerment in encouraging development participation in the Bajo Soropia ethnic community in the Konawe Regency. The research sample was 251 Bajo people who were determined using Proportional Cluster Random Sampling. Data collection through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out using the MCMI IV application and continued with descriptive statistics using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). It was found that psychological factors have a significant influence on community involvement in regional development projects. Key factors include self-confidence, motivation, and understanding of the role of development. The study also identifies external elements such as government support and access to resources, and highlights their impact on empowerment and participation. These findings provide valuable insights for crafting inclusive development policies and underscore the importance of psychological empowerment in engaging marginalized indigenous communities. In a broader context, this research provides valuable insight into the motivations of marginalized communities to be more actively involved in development

Perencanaan Interaktif sebagai Perwujudan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan dalam Pengembangan Wilayah Permukiman di Kabupaten Sidoarjo

Population growth in Sidoarjo Regency has increased quite high every year. This then causes an increase in the need for land as residential land to meet the population’s housing needs. To overcome this problem, efforts are needed from the Sidoarjo Regency Government through development planning and development of residential areas. This research discusses the application of Interactive Planning in development planning and development of residential areas in Sidoarjo Regency as well as coordination between relevant stakeholders in developing residential areas in Sidoarjo Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the application of interactive planning in development planning in Sidoarjo Regency as well as the coordination carried out between stakeholders in implementing the development of residential areas in Sidoarjo Regency. The theory used in this research is the Interactive Planning theory put forward by Ackoff Russel. The Method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are that the application of interactive planning in development planning and development residential areas in Sidoarjo Regency is already underway but hasn’t been implemented optimally. This is based on the success factors of interactive planning which include participative principal, continuity principal, and holistic principal which are still not optimally fulfilled. Apart from that, coordination between stakeholders in the implementation of residential area development is still not optimal.

A carbon footprint analysis of the redevelopment of former residential areas

The negative impacts of greenhouse gas emissions, particularly CO2 emissions, have garnered widespread attention. Various old residential areas in China, built more than 20 years ago, have been undergoing urgent transformation to improve citizens’ quality of life, which may significantly reduce carbon emissions. This study developed a carbon emissions accounting framework for residential areas to account the emissions impact of residential transformation. The framework addressed the inventory classifications of landscape greening, residential buildings, water resources, solid waste, infrastructure and transportation. The consumption-based calculation model and bottom-up data collection methods were used. The results show that the transformation of two old residential areas achieved considerable carbon reductions of 17.16% and 33.37% in South and North China, respectively. The macro guidance of local policies, specifically those regarding local urban infrastructure construction, significantly aided the carbon emissions reductions. Based on the calculation results, a list of recommended technologies was proposed to reduce carbon emissions, and four measures (adding greening, improving the garbage recovery rate, separating rain and sewage and transforming envelope structures for energy savings in northern China) were recommended to promote low carbon development in residential areas.

Spatial Analysis of LULC Changes and Suitability of Ngawi Regency on Spatial Regional Planning 2011-2031 Using Geographic Information System

Abstract This study analyzes land use change in Ngawi Regency, East Java, in 2011 and 2021 and examines the suitability of land use, Regional Spatial Plan, and Regional Medium-Term Development Plan. Qualitative descriptive analysis methods and spatial-temporal analysis are used to identify land-use change, land-use change, and land-use-related problems. The results showed a discrepancy between actual land use and RTRW in several sub-districts, such as Padas, Pangkur, Ngawi, Pitu, Kedunggalar, Ngrambe, Sine, Jogorogo, Kendal. This discrepancy includes changes in land functions from settlements to industries, tourism areas to settlements, industries to settlements, and vice versa. The total area of nonconformity reached 40,361 hectares or 28.93 % of the Ngawi area. GIS and map overlays provide an in-depth understanding of land change patterns, with settlements and industrial sectors being key focuses. Although the Regional Spatial Plan has been established to regulate land use, its implementation still needs to be improved in 2021. The development of tourism, industrial, agricultural, and residential areas sometimes goes differently than planned. This research highlights the need for coordination between Regional Medium-Term Development Plans and Regional Spatial Plans to achieve sustainable regional development.

Aging-friendly Evaluation and Optimization Strategy of Public Space in Old Residential Areas: A Case Study of Suojincun Street in Nanjing

In recent years, the number of elderly people in China has been growing, and the problem of population ageing has been aggravated. The problem of population aging has aggravated by the fact that the quality of life of the elderly has become the focus of social attention. Most of the elderly in China mainly live in old neighborhoods, and improving the living space for the elderly is the key to improve the quality of life of the elderly. This study is based on the Suojincun street in Nanjing, and combines fieldwork and questionnaire survey methods to analyze the problems in renovating old neighborhoods from three aspects: transportation, greening and activity space. The research reveals several challenges in the aging of old residential areas, including disorganized internal traffic, limited green spaces with subpar quality, inadequate attention to needs of the elderly for activity space, underutilization of certain areas, and a lack of functional facilities.Based on the design principles of ageing community renovation, corresponding community optimization strategies are proposed, in order to provide certain reference and guidance for similar designs, so as to promote the development of residential areas for the elderly and improve their sense of well-being.

Developing a tool to identify residential areas out of preschool service areas with buffer analysis

Preschool education is the first level of education system and the foundation for the sense of learning that is to develop physically and mentally of each person. The provision of adequate preschools for all children to attend preschool is a requirement in Viet Nam today. The development of residential areas in big cities has seen many areas lack preschools in recent years. However, to identify areas where there is a potential lack of preschools accurately, tools with the right technology and data are needed. With that need, the study applied GIS technology with buffer space analysis to identify sufficient residential areas and lack of preschools when there are preschool locations in the area to be identified. Through the test results for the distribution of school sites in different residential areas, the tool has produced accurate, fast and efficient calculation results compared to manual calculations. This tool is easy to implement because it does not need a lot of data, but to increase the accuracy and reality of distances when determining the area serving each school site, it is necessary to study additional traffic network data and apply network analysis tool

Static Load Testing Of PCI-Bridges for Assessing Functional Suitability and Its Comparison with Dynamic Testing

To accommodate the rapid development of residential and commercial areas in the Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) Region, Banten, the construction of the Kadisurung bridge is necessary to integrate road networks. Before being operational to ensure the safety of bridge users, load testing is conducted. Parameters that must be met in the testing include not exceeding the strain and deflection limits during operational conditions, including when maximum loading occurs. To assess the bridge's performance during operation, research was conducted on both sides of the central span (western side bridge, JSB, and eastern side bridge, JST) with static load testing carried out with gradually increasing loads up to 50% UDL (136 tons), followed by gradual load removal. At JSB, the maximum deflection at 100% UDL, estimated from the deflection at 50% UDL, was 39.92 mm, and at JST, it was 31.67 mm, while the allowable deflection was 43.3 mm. Based on the deflection parameters, the relative capacities of JST and JSB are expressed as 108.5% and 136.7% respectively, relative to their allowable capacities. This indicates that the estimated bridge capacity using static load testing parameters is 6%-10% greater than when using parameters from dynamic load testing. Thus, the bridge is deemed suitable for operation.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS IN MODERN UKRAINIAN CITIES, BASED ON THE EXAMPLE OF ODESA CITY

The article is devoted to Ukrainian cities that are very different in their history, size, functions and architecture. In the period of crisis and almost complete halt of new housing construction and critical resource limitation, the most promising approaches for the development of residential areas are those that use existing housing structures and available resources. One of the most advanced areas is the use of existing housing structures. Instead of building a new housing stock with new networks and infrastructure, it is possible to develop and compact the existing housing stock (both historical and Soviet), thus reducing the amount of old housing stock and increasing the number of available square metres of housing for city residents. Each city has its own specific history and background, as well as housing structures that were formed at different times. The history of the formation and structural features of the residential development of Odesa city have been studied, so it is important to understand it in the general typology of Ukrainian urban settlements. The main criteria for dividing urban settlements into the types are the following factors: city size, number of residents, historical background, planning structure and functional content. The structural features of the residential development of modern Ukrainian cities are studied, the characteristic features and their impact on the development of residential development are identified. The development strategy for Odesa residential areas has been proposed to create a high-quality high-density living environment in historic cities. The purpose of this paper is to study the structural features of the residential development in modern Ukrainian cities, to determine their characteristic features and influence on the development of the residential development on the example of Odesa. The materials for this study are the structural features of residential development in modern cities. In particular, the impact and consequences of the crisis period on the housing infrastructure and the city structure are considered in order to understand better the crisis contribution to the formation of the modern city. The combination of the research results of the available material base and theoretical foundations of the structural features of residential development in modern cities became the main methodological basis of this work.

Exploring the relationship of transport network and land use patterns: an approach through weighted centrality assessment

ABSTRACT This study investigates the relationship between transport networks and land use patterns in the Delhi Metropolitan Area by employing a weighted centrality assessment approach. Recognizing the limitations of traditional monocentric and accessibility-based urban models, this study introduces a multimodal perspective that integrates both road and rail systems. Land use patterns are scrutinized in terms of spatial distribution of Residential, commercial, Public semipublic (PSP)/institutional, industrial and other landuse. Weighted centrality measures are assessed in terms of closeness, betweenness, and straightness, applied within a weighted framework to reflect the multimodal transport characteristics. This study introduces a path evaluation function (PEF) that incorporates transport network capacity and travel time and is calibrated with a turning parameter (α). Through multinomial logistic regression, we explore the complex relationship between weighted centrality of transport network and land use patterns. Results reveal a significant relationship, underscoring that higher centrality tends to favor commercial and public-semi-public/institutional uses, whereas centrality at lower spectrum favors the development of residential areas. This research not only advances the theoretical understanding of urban planning but also offers practical insights for policymakers, emphasizing the importance of multimodal transport considerations in urban development.

ANALISIS KESESUAIAN LAHAN UNTUK KAWASAN PERMUKIMAN DI KECAMATAN DAU BERDASARKAN ARAHAN RTRW KABUPATEN MALANG TAHUN 2010-2030

Dau Sub-district is one of the sub-districts in Malang Regency that functions as a settlement development due to the urban development orientation of Malang City. This research aimed to assess the suitability of settlement land in existing conditions and based on the direction of the Malang District RTRW 2010-2030. This research was conducted using a GIS-based process with the AHP weighting method. The AHP parameters consisted of slope, rainfall, COLE index, land movement vulnerability, flood vulnerability, land use, and distance from roads. AHP processing was carried out using Expert Choice 11 software. The land suitability of Dau Sub-district settlements obtained results: S1 class covering 37,12%; S2 class 26,05%; S3 class 16,48%; N1 class 16,32%; and N2 class 4,03% of the study area. Land suitability for settlements in Dau Sub-district based on the 2010-2030 Malang Regency RTRW obtained results: S1 class covers 39,96%; S2 class 47,08%; S3 class 8,23%; N1 class 4,55%; and N2 class 0.18% of the research area. Referring to the RTRW map with existing conditions, the development of residential land has deviated by 39.25%. Areas with classes S1 and S2, which are suitable classes for the development of residential areas, dominate with an even distribution across all villages in Dau Sub-district. The main inhibiting factors affecting the suitability value are slope and disaster vulnerability.

Growth of the wildland-urban interface and its spatial determinants in the Polish Carpathians

The Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) is the area where natural vegetation is close to housing and area of concern due to various negative consequences for humans and the environment including fire ignitions, landscape fragmentation and human-wildlife interactions. The WUI is a global phenomenon, and widespread in many countries but long-term WUI dynamics and the main factors causing WUI growth are unknown. Our goal was to assess WUI changes in the Polish Carpathians since the mid-19th century, based on high-resolution spatial data for 1860s, 1970s and 2013. We found that WUI covered already 30% of the study area in the 1860s but grew to cover nearly half by 2013, especially at lower elevations. Detailed analysis of WUI determinants confirmed the areas closer to regional administrative centres or located on steep slopes were more WUI-prone. Tourist trail density also fostered WUI occurrence. We conclude that in Central Europe, with a long history of human settlements and agricultural activities, WUI has been a persistent landscape feature for centuries, but increased in area in recent decades due to widespread abandonment of agricultural land combined with development of new residential areas.

URBAN CATALYZE IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS IN BAGHDAD CITY

Urban Catalyze is the process that catalyzed the largest scale in cities by introducing appropriate variables as well as encouraging the continuous and progressive reform and development of the urban fabric. Sustainable Urban Catalyze is a strategy that aims to promote urban development in a sustainable and balanced manner between current and future needs, so this approach includes improving the sustainability of cities in general and residential areas in particular through the development of green infrastructure and placemaking, as well as enhancing community participation and improving the quality of life for residents. The research diagnosed its research problem in a lack of knowledge on “role of sustainable urban catalyzes in the development of residential areas in the city of Baghdad”. The research aims to clarify the characteristics, patterns, levels and indicators of sustainable urban catalyze that may contribute positively to catalyzed residential areas to be more efficient in achieving the requirements of their occupants. Its hypothesis was that “the characteristics of sustainable urban catalyze have a positive dimension in catalyzing and developing sustainable urban design in the residential area”. The research finds that the characteristics of sustainable urban catalyze in residential areas can be achieved by adopting its indicators (resource use efficiency, biodiversity and environment, sustainable transport, sustainable economy, sustainable social and cultural life, and finally sustainable urban management), as these indicators contribute to achieving a balance between the economic, social and environmental dimensions of sustainable urban development of the residential area, so that cities and residential areas are built that combine economic, social, and environmental aspects, which enhance their sustainability and attractiveness as place to live and work

The Roles of Reference Group towards the First-Time Homebuyers’ Purchase Decision of Wellness Real Estate in Bangkok, Thailand

The growing wellness trend has heightened people's awareness of the importance of enhancing their quality of life, particularly in their plans to purchase wellness real estate. This study aims to investigate how wellness condominium attributes influence purchase intentions, with customer-perceived value acting as a mediator. Additionally, it explores the moderating roles of reference groups, specifically informative influence and normative influence, in the relationship between wellness condominium attributes and customer-perceived value. We conducted a questionnaire survey among 400 respondents in Bangkok, Thailand. Hierarchical regression analysis was employed to test our research hypotheses. The results indicate that a strong understanding of wellness condominium attributes positively influences the perception of wellness condominium value, which, in turn, leads to purchase intention. Furthermore, our findings reveal that both informative influence and normative influence act as positive moderators, strengthening the link between wellness condominium attributes and purchase intention. The findings offer valuable insights to real estate developers on how to effectively communicate the value of residential wellness through reference groups, enhance the sustainable development of wellness residential areas, and contribute to the overall well-being of residents, both physically and mentally.

Land use changes and residential area expansion in South Tangerang City, Indonesia

PurposeThe purpose of the study is to analyze changes in land use, specifically residential area expansion, in South Tangerang City and identify the factors that influence land use change.Design/methodology/approachThe study used remote sensing methods in ArcGIS 10.8 for data analysis and processing, including spatial analysis and identification of land use changes. The study analyzed satellite images from 2010 and 2020 to identify changes in land use in South Tangerang City over the ten-year period.FindingsThe study found that the most significant land use changes in South Tangerang City between 2010 and 2020 were the reduction of mixed plantation area and the expansion of residential areas. The study identified the development of small townships by private developers as the main factor that influenced land use change in South Tangerang City.Research limitations/implicationsThe study has several limitations, including a focus on only one aspect of land use change (i.e. residential area expansion), limited scope of the study area (South Tangerang City) and a reliance on remote sensing methods for data analysis.Practical implicationsThe findings of the study can be used by policymakers and city planners to develop sustainable land use planning strategies that balance the need for urban development with environmental and social concerns. By understanding the factors that drive land use changes in South Tangerang City, policymakers can develop policies that encourage sustainable urban growth and development while preserving natural resources and protecting the environment.Social implicationsThe study has social implications as the expansion of residential areas in South Tangerang City indicates a growing demand for housing in the area. The study highlights the importance of developing affordable and sustainable housing solutions to meet the needs of the growing population in South Tangerang City. Additionally, the study emphasizes the importance of understanding the social and economic factors that drive land use change and their implications for the well-being of local communities.Originality/valueThe residential area development in South Tangerang City is driven by private developers who make small independent cities that have all facilities in one area. These small cities attract people to reside and also drive high population growth in South Tangerang City, considering it is a buffer city of Jakarta that has good infrastructure development.

Priority Recommendations for Residential Road Improvement Using the SMART Analysis Method

Roads are infrastructure for organizing transportation, which are places for traffic to flow both for people and goods to reach destinations safely, securely, comfortably, quickly, smoothly, orderly, and efficiently, especially roads in residential areas. Setting priorities for the road improvement program is the responsibility of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas, and Land Affairs Office, which handles technical planning, development, arrangement, supervision, and control of development in residential areas. Recommendations for road proposals for the currently running improvement program, based on an assessment of their physical condition, are carried out by experts. This prioritization certainly takes a long time because experts have to compare the physical conditions of the roads one by one to make a decision. A decision support system is specifically designed for the decision-making process that can be applied in various aspects of the decision-making field. Recommendations for alternative roads in the road improvement program were analyzed using the SMART method to find alternatives with the highest preference value and the advantage that they can be used for all weighting techniques. Accuracy testing shows that the priority recommendation output presented by the application has an accuracy rate of 80%. This value is obtained by comparing the results of recommendations from experts.

Performance of Naïve Bayes Tree with ensemble learner techniques for groundwater potential mapping

Water supply is a key challenge and priority for achieving sustainable development goals in many countries. Recognizing areas with groundwater potential is crucial in addressing this challenge. In this study, the objective was to model and predict the potential of groundwater availability in the Central Highlands of Vietnam utilizing an ensemble modeling approach that combined the Bagging (B), Decorate (D), and MultiBoost (MBAB) techniques with Naïve Bayes Tree (NBT) and developed three ensemble models: B-NBT, D-NBT, and MBAB-NBT. We applied the models to a geospatial dataset consisting of 501 wells data and twelve explanatory variables, i.e., rainfall, land use/cover (LULC), elevation, river density, fault density, flow accumulation, aspect, topographic wetness index (TWI), deep division, geology, slope, and curvature. We then evaluated the models using various criteria, including the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), accuracy sensitivity, specificity, and Kappa. According to the results, the ensemble models exhibited better performance than the single NBT model in both fitting with the training dataset and predictive accuracy. The MBAB-NBT model demonstrated superior perform (accuracy = 69.33%, sensitivity = 70%, specificity = 67%, RMSE = 0.45, and AUC = 0.741%), followed by the B-NBT model (accuracy = 64.67%, sensitivity = 67%, specificity = 60%, RMSE = 0.46, and AUC = 0.732%). The most relevant variables for groundwater potential were land use/land cover, rainfall, flow accumulation, fault density, elevation, river density, and topographic wetness index. The information provided by this study can assist in recognizing regions with a high potential for groundwater availability, which can be crucial in determining suitable locations for the development of irrigation systems, industrial facilities, and residential areas.

Experience in the design and construction of service facilities located at ‏transport hubs

The article analyzes the latest research, experience in the design and construction of transport interchanges. The main trends and directions of the architectural and planning solution of the service facilities located in them have been identified. The formation of service facilities is influenced by the dynamics of the development of nearby districts and residential areas, the urban development situation, and social and economic conditions. Direct interdependence is observed - provided the population increases in the adjacent residential areas and the production potential of local industrial enterprises increases several times, while the traffic load of the relevant transport arteries, transfer stations and transport junctions and nodes increases. Transport interchanges and stations of the city of Kyiv, Ukraine were analyzed. One of the largest transport intersections was found to be located in the East: in China (Beijing, Shanghai), South Korea (Seoul), Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto). The classification is given depending on the functional load, location in the city system, annual volume of passengers, type of service by size (small, medium, large); type of volumetric-spatial solution. The main principles of the formation of volumetric and spatial solutions are formulated. In the development of the planning structure, the following main functional blocks were identified: transport and transport arteries; storage areas and platforms; communications and transitions (vertical and horizontal, transitions, stairs, elevators, escalators); service of regular and rest transit passengers; trade and entertainment; "intercepting" parking lots and city public transport stops. There are three main types of planning configuration of junctions and landfills, determined in particular by the shape of the plots under construction and the urban planning situation.

Features of the Planning Structure Development of the Residential Areas of the Southern Cities and Building Thereof (by the Example of Rostov-on-Don)

Introduction. Within the current Russian urban planning practices, there is no any specific criteria for the spatial and environmental characteristics of building or development of the multifunctional urban territory. The lack of methodology for the strategies of urbanistic, ecological and economic development and planning of the urban space leads to deteriorated understanding of the urban environment sustainable development and urbanised space comfort of any climate zone. The aim of this scientific research is to identify the main principles of the residential areas development in the major cities of the south of Russia in the current conditions. So far, these issues have not been studied in relation to the environmental factors and regional features.Materials and Methods. The research included the comparative analysis of the residential areas development in the riverine cities of the south of Russia, the comprehensive system analysis of these areas’ architectural, planning and landscape features evolution along with the approaches to building thereof by applying the graph-analytical methods.Results. The conducted research elucidated the planning structure features of the major riverine cities of the south of Russia (Rostov-on-Don, Volgograd, Krasnodar), as well as the principles of their planning structure development depending on the landscape factors and historical periods specifics. After analysis of the national and foreign experience in designing and building the residential areas, the modern trends inducing thereof have been distinguished, which are not yet theoretically substantiated at present. The research results made it possible to formulate the modern principles of functional and planning organisation of the residential areas in the riverine cities of the south of Russia, taking into account the comfort of the living environment for population.Discussion and Conclusion. Based on the conducted research, a conceptual model of functional and planning organisation and building the residential areas in the riverine cities of the southern region has been proposed for the first time. It can improve the comfort of people’s living and enhance the architectural, artistic and landscape look of the residential areas.
