To fundamentally enhance the internal construction of higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of talent cultivation has become an urgent issue to address. The key to enhancing the quality of talent cultivation lies in, based on a thorough consideration of the characteristics of higher vocational students, starting from the talent cultivation system, and focusing on the construction and reform of courses, teaching, and faculty. The OBE educational philosophy emphasizes a results-oriented approach to talent cultivation, centering on the student, stimulating learning enthusiasm, and promoting the internalization of students' knowledge, abilities, and values into their learning and career paths, reflecting a lifelong learning concept. This article, taking the characteristics of e-commerce majors in vocational colleges as an example, and using CK Vocational College as a case study, delves into the OBE educational philosophy and analyzes the issues faced by the college in the practical teaching of e-commerce majors in four aspects: the definition of learning outcomes, the implementation process of practical teaching, the construction of an evaluation system for practical teaching effects, and the career planning of students. Additionally, this article designs a practical teaching model for talent cultivation in the e-commerce major at CK Vocational College, covering the definition of learning outcomes, implementation paths, outcome assessment, and feedback optimization.

Research on Flipped Classroom Based on the Course of Polymer Modification

How to improve students' self-learning ability and cultivate their ability to solve complex engineering problems during the teaching process is a challenge to undergraduate course teaching. This study focuses on the teaching of "Polymer Modification" for third year students majoring in Polymer Materials and Engineering at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, North China University of Technology. The shortcomings of the original teaching methods were systematically analyzed, and a teaching model of "BOPPPS+flipped classroom" was constructed. The teaching content was reconstructed, and the specific process and operational effects of the new teaching model were systematically discussed. This study provides ideas and references for the teaching reform of courses related to polymer materials and engineering.

Raising students' awareness is an important goal of the teaching reform of courses on political philosophy in colleges and universities. Resources related to the heritage of the Communist Party of China (CPC or Party) have rich revolutionary cultural connotations, carry the spiritual state of firm ideals and beliefs, and show the glorious course of the CPC in leading the Chinese people to continuously realize their aspiration for a better life. Among them, the "Little Long March" resources related to the Party's heritage of the Seventh Army of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army are a typical representative. Raising students' awareness with the resources related to the Party's heritage of the "Little Long March" has become an important path for the teaching reform of courses on political philosophy in colleges and universities. Construction and Reform of the Russian Audiovisual Speaking Course in Higher Vocational Institutions in the Context of Deep Learning

Abstract This paper focuses on the development and construction of language teaching in higher vocational colleges and universities under the perspective of deep learning, proposes the use of multimedia courseware to update the course content, interactive teaching to optimize knowledge transfer and skills training, and the creation of an interactive training environment for the Russian language. Analyze the language learning environment of higher vocational colleges under deep learning, clarify the direction of Russian language teaching, use wavelet transform algorithm to compress and process Russian language teaching resources, and enrich the teaching construction. Classify language classroom teaching interaction behaviors, clarify the criteria for judging teaching interaction behaviors, put forward connection timing classification technology under deep learning, and construct classroom interaction behavior recognition based on speech recognition. Combining video samples to analyze the classroom interactive behaviors of Russian language teaching, analyzing the use of Russian digital teaching resources, and evaluating the advantages of the reform of the Russian Audiovisual Speaking course in the light of students’ satisfaction with the reform of the course. In the interactive Russian language classroom teaching, the proportion of teacher’s and student’s speech is 24.24% and 30.205%, respectively. The proportion of open-ended questions and closed questions is 4.68% and 3.67%, respectively, and 83.62% of the students are satisfied with the classroom teaching of Russian Audiovisual and Speaking, so it can be seen that the construction and reform of the Russian language course forms a classroom that takes the students as the main body and the teacher as the auxiliary teaching This shows that the construction and reform of the Russian language course forms a classroom with students as the main body and teachers as the auxiliary teaching, which is in line with the needs of Russian language teaching.

A Research on Application of Blended Learning Mode in the Teaching Reform of Theory of Missile Guidance and Control

Considering theory-focused and relatively dull content of Theory of Missile Guidance and Control, and the low learning motivation and weak practical skills of the students, this paper describes the practice and experience of blended teaching reform in the course. A comprehensive analysis was done on real demands of students’ ability, the nature of the course and characteristics of content. The teaching idea of building a solid foundation, emphasizing on the operation of the of equipment, actual combat, and the development of equipment was applied. In order to improve the students’ abilities and their understanding of the subjects, a new blended teaching mode for the theoretical course of equipment was explored, so as to form an evolving cycle of “theoretical study, hands-on practical, and forming new abilities,” spark the students’ interest in learning, and cultivate new thoughts in autonomous learning and innovative practice. This teaching mode has been practiced for a few years and is shown to be effective in improving the ability of students and the quality of training for personnel of military technology. Therefore, it can be used as a reference for curriculum reform of courses involving equipment.

Application of BP neural network on quantitative evaluation of curriculum reform in advanced education-A case study of signal and system

In this paper, BP neural network model is used to study and analyse the teaching reform of signal and system course. Referring to the structure of BP neural network, the quality evaluation index system of signal and system course is established. On this basis, the factors influencing students’ examination results are predicted, and the questionnaire is designed and BP neural network is used for prediction. The mean square deviation of the result is 0.7788. Through the correlation coefficient analysis of the data obtained, we can get the major factors that affect students’ final scores. In view of this, the paper puts forward the direction and specific measures of teaching reform of this course.

Gatekeeper family doctors operating a decentralized referral prioritization system: Uncovering improvements in system resilience through a grounded-based approach

The referral prioritization system from primary care to specialized ambulatory care in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, was centralized until 2012. From 2012 onwards major reforms in course in the city’s public health care sector restructured referral prioritization to operate from primary care, elevating primary care coverage from 7% to 70% of the population. This paper aims at describing how this organizational change reshaped the system in a large city, and how strategies used by gatekeeper physicians contribute to system resilience. The criteria used to assess resilience improvements are the Hollnagel’s resilience cornerstones – Responding, Monitoring, Anticipation and Learning. The method used to disclose and describe the impacts of this organizational change to everyday work practices was semi-structured interviews with gatekeeper family physicians and the mapping of these interviews according to concept mapping guidelines. Thus the work-as-done was captured in concepts and its aspects were classified in mutually-exclusive categories. For data analysis we used the Functional Resonance Analysis Method – FRAM to depict the relations among the resilience cornerstones. The findings reveal that system decentralization paved the way for the emergence of situated strategies to cope with shortcomings at the sharp end of referral prioritization, allowing gatekeepers and primary care teams to employ and couple various adjustment maneuvers, improving overall resilience. The qualitative approach has led us to see gaps and identify support processes that are still peripheral to the formal planned assignments, pointing out innovation paths and potential future adjustments to public healthcare policies.

Discussion on the Teaching Reform of the Adaptive Control Course for the Postgraduate Students

The Adaptive Control is an important course for the postgraduate students of Control Science and Engineering. However, in the teaching it is found that there exist some problems: large amount of theoretical formulas, lack of study interests for students, difficulties in learning, poor effect of study, etc. Aiming at these problems, combined with the opinions gathered from the students, this paper tries to analyze the reasons that lead to these problems, and then tries to provide some suggestions on the teaching reform of this course in four aspects, such as the contents selection of this course, the ways of teaching, etc. The attempts of seminar-style teaching in the Adaptive Control course are mainly discussed as well. This work also provides a reference for the teaching reforms of related strong theoretical post-graduate student courses.

Through the comparison and analysis, new practical teaching mode can effectively improve students’ study dynamic roles and the ability of independently solving problems and then improve students’ comprehensive practice.
