Evaluation and prediction of the transformer health index based on matter element information entropy and SVM

To solve the problem that the operation state of transformer is difficult to quantify, a method of quantitative evaluation and prediction of transformer operating state is proposed, which combines the information entropy of matter element and Support Vector Machine. In the evaluation, various hydrogen gases in the transformer operation are taken as the evaluation indexes and the three-dimensional cross compound element is constructed. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the theoretical weight of the evaluation index, and the entropy method is used to determine the objective weight of the evaluation index, and the final weight is the joint weight of the theoretical weight and the objective weight. Transformer Health index is calculated by using complex element correlation entropy. In prediction, the grid search, genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) are used to optimize the parameters of Support Vector Machine. and the prediction model of Health index is established by SVM. Experiment results show that the Support Vector Machine based on Gauss kernel function and genetic algorithm has a prominent effect on the prediction of health index.

Economic evaluation of battery energy storage system on the generation side for frequency and peak regulation considering the benefits of unit loss reduction

AbstractThe indirect benefits of battery energy storage system (BESS) on the generation side participating in auxiliary service are hardly quantified in prior works. Nevertheless, the configuration of BESS could be affected by its indirect benefits. In this paper, the authors purpose a quantitative economic evaluation method of BESS considering the indirect benefits from the reduction in unit loss and the delay in investment. First, the authors complete further the cost model of BESS for frequency and peak regulation based on the whole life cycle theory. Second, the authors quantify the indirect benefits of BESS in thermal power plants based on the theory of rotor fatigue life loss and establish a benefits model that considers the unit loss reduction during frequency regulation and the delay in investment during peak regulation. Finally, the authors propose a set of indexes for economic evaluation of the thermal power plant with BESS. The simulation results show that the total benefits of BESS can be improved effectively by considering the indirect benefits from unit loss reduction and the delay in investment, proving the effectiveness of the proposed approach which can be meaningful for the future investment in BESS on the generation side.

Research on the Capacity of Shale Fracture Network based on Fractal Dimension

The quantitative evaluation method of fracture network capacity after shale fracturing is crucial for optimizing hydraulic fracturing of shale gas reservoirs and improving shale gas recovery. In order to quantitatively evaluate the shape of the shale fracture network after fracturing, the mud shale cores from the Longmaxi Formation were taken to carry out the constant-rate strain method fracturing pressure experiment. The fracture information of the two-dimensional lateral development surface after the core is compressed, and the surface fracture rate, concentrative value and fractal dimension of the fractures after compression are calculated. Through multiple linear regression, it is found that the fractal dimension is positively correlated with the surface fracture rate, which describes the number of fractures, and the concentrative value, which describes the spatial distribution of fractures, and the former has a greater impact on the size of the fractal dimension. Considering the above parameters comprehensively, a fracture network capacity evaluation model is established, which is in good agreement with the rock mechanical characteristics reflected by the strain-stress curve and the reconstructed three-dimensional fracture morphological characteristics. It has a certain guiding significance for shale brittleness research and fractability evaluation.

A deep learning-based dose prediction method for evaluation of radiotherapy treatment planning

[Purpose]To address the issue of low accuracy in dose distribution prediction in radiotherapy, we propose a deep learning-based model for predicting three-dimensional dose distribution in tumor radiation therapy. The model utilizes quantitative evaluation methods to assess the treatment plans. [Methods]We selected a dataset of 130 cervical cancer patients, including CT images and target region files. A deep learning U-Net model based on convolutional neural networks and residual blocks was employed to automatically extract multi-scale and multi-level feature maps of CT images, target regions, and anatomical structures of critical organs for intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) treatment plans and perform three-dimensional dose distribution prediction. Quantitative analysis methods, including error measures such as maximum dose (Dmax), mean dose (Dmean), V20, and D95, were used. [Results]For cervical cancer cases, DVH (dose-volume histogram) graphs were generated based on the evaluation results, directly reflecting the differences between the actual and predicted doses. The actual errors met the basic requirements, and a quantitative evaluation approach was used to optimize the dosimetric parameters. The specific quantification results are: DSC: 86.52 ± 9.31, 95% HD: 3.74 ± 1.49, JD: 0.112 ± 0.026, MSD: 0.067 ± 0.031. [Conclusion]Through training the deep learning model, we have successfully captured the complex nonlinear relationship between IMRT plan feature map parameters and three-dimensional dose distribution. In practical clinical applications, this trained model can accurately predict personalized three-dimensional dose distribution for new patients and effectively assess treatment plans in a quantitative manner. Rockburst criterion and evaluation method for potential rockburst pit depth considering excavation damage effect

Excavation-induced disturbances in deep tunnels will lead to deterioration of rock properties and formation of excavation damaged zone (EDZ). This excavation damage effect may affect the potential rockburst pit depth. Taking two diversion tunnels of Jinping II hydropower station for example, the relationship between rockburst pit depth and excavation damage effect is first surveyed. The results indicate that the rockburst pit depth in tunnels with severe damage to rock masses is relatively large. Subsequently, the excavation-induced damage effect is characterized by disturbance factor D based on the Hoek–Brown criterion and wave velocity method. It is found that the EDZ could be further divided into a high-damage zone (HDZ) with D = 1 and weak-damage zone (WDZ), and D decays from one to zero linearly. For this, a quantitative evaluation method for potential rockburst pit depth is established by presenting a three-element rockburst criterion considering rock strength, geostress and disturbance factor. The evaluation results obtained by this method match well with actual observations. In addition, the weakening of rock mass strength promotes the formation and expansion of potential rockburst pits. The potential rockburst pit depth is positively correlated with HDZ and WDZ depths, and the HDZ depth has a significant contribution to the potential rockburst pit depth.

Observation Capability Evaluation Model for Flood-Observation-Oriented Satellite Sensor Selection

Satellite sensors are one of the most important means of collecting real-time geospatial information. Due to their characteristics such as large spatial coverage and strong capability for dynamic monitoring, they are widely used in the observation of real-time flood situation information for flood situational awareness and response. Selecting the optimum sensor is vital when multiple sensors exist. Presently, sensor selection predominantly hinges on human experience and various quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods. Yet, these methods lack optimization considering the flood’s spatiotemporal characteristics, such as different flood phases and geographical environmental factors. Consequently, they may inaccurately evaluate and select the inappropriate sensor. To address this issue, an innovative observation capability evaluation model (OCEM) is proposed to quantitatively pre-evaluate the performance of flood-water-observation-oriented satellite sensors. The OCEM selects and formulates various flood-water-observation-related capability factors and supports dynamic weight assignment considering the spatiotemporal characteristics of the flood event. An experiment involving three consecutive flood phase observation tasks was conducted. The results demonstrated the flexibility and effectiveness of the OCEM in pre-evaluating the observation capability of various satellite sensors across those tasks, accounting for the spatiotemporal characteristics of different flood phases. Additionally, qualitative and quantitative comparisons with related methods further affirmed the superiority of the OCEM. In general, the OCEM has provided a “measuring table” to optimize the selection and planning of sensors in flood management departments for acquiring real-time flood information.

Ethnobotanical study of traditional forage plants in the Gansu–Ningxia–Inner Mongolia junction zone: conservation and sustainable utilization for animal husbandry

IntroductionThis study aims to safeguard the ethnobotanical knowledge pertaining to traditional forage plants within the ethnically diverse Gansu–Ningxia–Inner Mongolia junction zone. It seeks to establish a foundation for the sustainable utilization of these traditional resources for animal husbandry.MethodsA combination of literature research, village interviews, participatory observation, and ethnobotanical quantitative evaluation methods was employed to investigate and study the traditional knowledge of wild forage plants used by local residents in the study area.ResultsLocal residents provided information on 73 forage plants, which were identified as 116 distinct wild forage plant species. These plants belong to 22 families and play an active role in the lives of the local inhabitants. Notably, the families Poaceae, Fabaceae, and Asteraceae are prominent, comprising the most abundant and widely utilized wild forage plants. Bing Cao (collectively referring to plants of the Agropyron, Leymus, and Psammochloa), Suo Cao (collectively referring to plants of the genus Stipa), and Ku Cai (encompassing Lactuca tatarica (L.) C.A.Mey. and Ixeris polycephala Cass.) emerge as the most representative and vital wild forage plants for animal husbandry. Additionally, plants within the Astragalus (referred to collectively as NiaoZi by local residents) in the Fabaceae family, as well as plants from the Amaranthaceae family, exhibit notable significance.ConclusionAnimal husbandry assumes a pivotal role in the local agricultural economy, and the 116 wild forage plants investigated hold substantial importance in its development. Among these, 59 and 103 plant resources display high developmental potential, making them prospective candidates for high-quality cultivated forage grasses. Additionally, extensive grazing practices have resulted in significant ecological degradation within this already fragile ecosystem. The cultivation of forage grasses and the practice of pen-based animal husbandry may emerge as crucial strategies for sustainable development in this area.

A quantitative evaluation method utilizing the homology concept to assess the state of chromatin within the nucleus of lung cancer

Homology is a mathematical tool to quantify "the contact degree", which can be expressed in terms of Betti numbers. The Betti numbers used in this study consisted of two numbers, b0 (a zero-dimensional Betti number) and b1 (a one-dimensional Betti number). We developed a chromatin homology profile (CHP) method to quantify the chromatin contact degree based on this mathematical tool. Using the CHP method we analyzed the number of holes (surrounded areas = b1 value) formed by the chromatin contact and calculated the maximum value of b1 (b1MAX), the value of b1 exceeding 5 for the first time or Homology Value (HV), and the chromatin density (b1MAX/ns2). We attempted to detect differences in chromatin patterns and differentiate histological types of lung cancer from respiratory cytology using these three features. The HV of cancer cells was significantly lower than that of non-cancerous cells. Furthermore, b1MAX and b1MAX/ns2 showed significant differences between small cell and non-small cell carcinomas and between adenocarcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas, respectively. We quantitatively analyzed the chromatin patterns using homology and showed that the CHP method may be a useful tool for differentiating histological types of lung cancer in respiratory cytology.

Comparative study on collection performance of two back-end methods of double-row hydraulic sluicing structure in deep-sea mining

This study aims to investigate two different back-end action methods, induced flow type and suction type for deepsea mining. The nodule collection characteristics of both methods are compared based on the internal flow field, particle movement and comprehensive performance using an inside-outside numerical method that is validated by experimental results. The differences between the two models from these three perspectives strengthen the understanding of the harvesting mechanism. An energy analysis and quantitative evaluation method for hydraulic harvesting are proposed to assess the combined efficiency of the two methods. The results indicate that the energy utilisation rate is 34.68% for the induced flow type and 29.89% for the suction type under the same collection rate and flow rate. Furthermore, the overall efficiency of the induced flow type is 15.89% higher than that of the suction type. Regarding the construction of the flow field, the suction flow under the suction type plays the leading role, and the double jet plays a secondary role, whereas the opposite is true for the induced flow type. The suction type and the induced flow type have their own advantages in terms of their effect on particles in different regional stages. Finally, a qualitative evaluation of the comprehensive performance of the two acquisition methods is performed.

Radioactivity estimation of multiple radiation sources using a Compton camera to investigate radioactively contaminated objects

Radioactive substances released during the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (FDNPS) were deposited on various equipment and building structures. During decommissioning, an investigation of the radioactive substances deposited inside the contaminated equipment and structures can provide information regarding the cause and progression of the accident. This study introduces a quantitative evaluation method for the amount of radioactivity. In this method, a Compton camera, a type of gamma-ray imager, is used to investigate the deposition and contamination level of radioactive substances on contaminated objects. Multiple 137Cs radiation sources with different radioactivities were placed horizontally in one dimension within the field of view of the Compton camera, and a proof-of-principle study was conducted to evaluate the amount of radioactivity of each source quantitatively.

Experimental evaluation and quantitative modeling of thermal behavior of surface-attached insulation polymers and steel structures under combustion

The surfaces of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage vessels are usually coated with polymer insulation to maintain low temperatures. However, this insulation layer poses a potential fire risk. This study aimed to investigate the heat feedback mechanism and its impact on steel structures when bonded thermal insulation materials combust. Thermal insulation materials were bonded to Q345 steel surface, which is commonly used in LPG storage tanks, and experiments were conducted by designing a burning experimental rig of the combustible material attached to steel plate. Results revealed the existence of an equivalent temperature layer in the flame zone above the insulation material. Equations for predicting radiative and convective heat feedback were formulated. As combustion of the insulation material stabilized, the predicted heat feedback from the equations closely matched experimental values. A quantitative evaluation method, based on the inverse heat transfer problem, was proposed. This method determines the thermal decay function of heat feedback through the insulation material and steel plate. By establishing three key performance indicators, this work achieved independent quantification of potential thermal concerns and robustness evaluations of steel structures with surface-bonded insulation materials under combustion.

Engineering Process Optimization and Quality Stability Control of High-Speed Laser Cladding Coatings Based on AHP-FCE

Due to the rapid advancement in processing efficiency, high-speed laser cladding has demonstrated significant potential in the repair and protection of various substrates. In this study, we established a comprehensive evaluation model for the coating quality of Fe-Cr-Ni-based alloy with high-speed laser cladding using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (AHP-FCE). The weights obtained through the analytic hierarchy process for forming quality, microstructure, and surface performance are as follows: WB1 = 0.1365, WB2 = 0.2385, and WB3 = 0.625, respectively. During the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation step, an evaluation level was graded while quantifying the level range through membership function judgment. By combining subjective and objective evaluations, qualitative issues were transformed into quantitative assessment methods. Through comprehensive evaluation analysis, it was concluded that the scanning speed of high-speed laser cladding had a greater impact on coating thickness compared to powder feeding speed while significantly enhancing microstructure densification. The overlap rate exerted the most influence on dilution rate homogenization of near-surface dendrites. Simultaneously, the optimal preparation technology was determined: laser power 660 W, scanning speed 14,400 mm/min, overlap rate/min. This study transforms multi-objective quality evaluation of high-speed laser cladding coatings into a single objective problem by realizing comprehensive quality quantification and providing a new method for quantitative evaluation and visualization of coating quality.

A novel method for quantitative evaluation of oil content and mobility in shale oil reservoirs by NMR logging: a case study of the inter-salt shale oil in the Jianghan Basin

The evaluation of oil content and mobility in shale oil reservoirs is the key to the optimization of the "sweet spot" of shale reservoirs and the evaluation of available resources. In order to address the challenge of quantitative evaluation of oil content and mobility in shale oil reservoirs, a combined multi-temperature pyrolysis and NMR experimental platform and experimental procedure are innovatively designed and implemented in this paper. The experiments reveal the NMR T2 distribution characteristics of hydrocarbon components in different reserve states. Accordingly, the NMR T2 cutoff values of different hydrocarbon components are determined, and the quantitative evaluation method based on NMR logging for total oil content and movable hydrocarbon content is established. The method has been applied to the inter-salt shale oil BYY2 well in Jianghan Oilfield, and the results show that the total porosity of the shale reservoir in the Qian 4 sub-Member is similar, but the total hydrocarbon content (0.04 g/kg∼16.0 g/kg) and the movable oil content (0.02 g/kg∼4.9 g/kg) are significantly different. Compared with the preferred scheme of reservoir based on porosity, accurate quantitative evaluation results of oil content and mobility based on logging provide a more straightforward indication of the resource potential of the reservoir that is available for exploitation. The experimental scheme of multi-temperature pyrolysis-NMR and the quantitative evaluation method for oil content and motility based on NMR logging will provide an important basis for resource evaluation, optimal formation selection and efficient development of shale oil reservoirs.

Research on a Multi-Species Combined Habitat Suitability Assessment Method for Various Fish Species

To reveal the evolution of habitat distribution for multiple fish species in the lower reaches of the Gongzui Hydropower Station, this study conducted a catch survey to determine the target species of the reach. Based on their suitability curves, a combined suitability assessment model for multiple fish species was constructed. The reliability of the model was verified by combining acoustic observations of flow fields and fish distribution in specific flow conditions. A two-dimensional hydrodynamic model was coupled to quantitatively analyze the distribution characteristics of fish habitat patches under different flow conditions. The results indicate that the correlation coefficient between the multi-species comprehensive suitability index and the number of fish is 0.676, which indicates that the model can better evaluate the distribution of multiple fish habitats in the study river reach; the weighted usable area (WUA) decreased as the discharge increased; from low flow condition (<800 m3/s) to high flow condition (>2000 m3/s), the patch area of suitable habitat decreased from 11,424 m2 to 1268 m2, and the connectivity between patches also showed a downward trend; and the habitat shifted to the near-shore area of the downstream wider and shallower section, which was highly correlated with the migration process of low-depth and low-velocity areas. The model proposed in this study can establish a rapid response between the suitable habitat distribution of multiple fish species and discharge conditions, which can provide a research method for quantitative evaluation of multi-species habitats in river, and make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of riverine fisheries resources and river water ecology.

A text classification-based approach for evaluating and enhancing the machine interpretability of building codes

Interpreting regulatory documents or building codes into computer-processable formats is essential for the intelligent design and construction of buildings and infrastructures. Although automated rule interpretation (ARI) methods have been investigated for years, most of them are highly dependent on the early and manual filtering of interpretable clauses from a building code. While few of them considered machine interpretability, which represents the potential to be transformed into a computer-processable format, from both clause- and document-level. Therefore, this research aims to propose a novel approach to automatically evaluate and enhance the machine interpretability of single clauses and building codes. First, a few categories are introduced to classify each clause in a building code considering the requirements for rule interpretation, and a dataset is developed for model training. Then, an efficient text classification model is developed based on a pretrained domain-specific language model and transfer learning techniques. Finally, a quantitative evaluation method is proposed to assess the overall interpretability of building codes. Experiments show that the proposed text classification algorithm outperforms the existing CNN- or RNN-based methods, by improving the F1-score from 72.16% to 93.60%. It is also illustrated that the proposed classification method can enhance downstream ARI methods with an improvement of 4%. Furthermore, analysis of more than 150 building codes in China showed that their average interpretability is only 34.40%, which implies that it is still difficult to fully transform an entire regulatory document into computer-processable formats. It is also argued that the interpretability of building codes should be further improved both from the human side (considering certain constraints when writing building codes) and the machine side (developing more powerful algorithms, tools, etc.).

Determination of the strength characteristics of a flanged joint with a flat gasket and loose retaining rings using a 3-point bending test

To evaluate the effectiveness of determining the strength of loose rings made, polymer laminate, using a 3-point bending test of rectangular material specimens differing in form and dimensions from actual structural components.The analysis carried out indicated a method of quantitative evaluation that could be directly related to the operating conditions of the rings. A similarity relation between the critical states of the ring and the specimens subjected to bending tests was presented. The assumed hypothesis of maximum tensile stresses of the rigid outer laminate layers provided the basis for formulating a criterion for the allowable loads on the rings, depending on the assembly tension of the bolts and the operating pressure in the installation.The results of the bending tests, both in the elastic and failure range of the samples, confirmed the validity of the hypothesis about the proportionality of the breaking stresses in the ring and the bending, cuboid sample, made of a similar laminate.The area of dimensional optimisation of the joint with regard to its strength and stiffness criterion is indicated.The method provides a basis for evaluating the strength and tightness of a flange connection by means of experimental testing of specimens made of a laminate similar to the material of the rings. The results of the 3-point bend tests allow for the substitution of difficult tests of complex assembly components such as rings in a flanged connection, including the operating conditions of the connection in a pressure piping system.

Research on Quantitative Evaluation Methods of New Energy Accommodation Factors under Synergistic Scenes

In light of the recent announcement of the primary construction objectives of the modern energy system during the “14th Five-Year Plan”, the renewable energy industry has experienced rapid growth. The accurate assessment of the effects of renewable energy accommodation driven by various factors under the synergistic influence of “Source-Grid-Load-Storage” is vital for guiding the scientific planning and rational arrangement of the future energy system. For this purpose, this paper comprehensively considers boundary conditions such as power demand, load characteristics, cross-regional transmission characteristics, renewable energy resources and output characteristics, as well as energy storage characteristics. Based on the principle of simulation of time series production, this paper establishes a model for evaluating renewable energy accommodation and introduces a continuous optimization solution method. Taking the renewable energy accommodation of the power grid in a Chinese region as a case, this paper constructs 16 representative scenes that satisfy the development plans of various factors in the region. In conjunction with the simulation results of these 16 scenes, this paper uses the Shapley value method to determine the increased accommodation capacity of renewable energy promoted by multiple factors under the synergistic effect. The analysis results show that the Shapley value method examines the entire development process from the current situation to the synergistic scenes. By comprehensively weighing all development scenes regarding the increased accommodation capacity of various factors, this paper quantifies the effects of each factor under the synergistic scenes.

ENHANCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USABILITY TESTING FOR USER INTERFACES

The paper analyses the problems of maintaining software quality, namely, usability testing as a direction of ensuring this quality, analyses publications that consider the methods of electro-oculography, electro-retinography, mouse-tracking, eye-tracking, etc. and proves that the issue of improving the quality of software products largely depends on the effectiveness of usability testing. The study is based on the analysis of traditional software testing methods and tools and the proposal of mouse-tracking and eye-tracking technologies as an alternative solution to the problem. Criteria and metrics for assessing the usability of web applications were identified, an analytical approach was used as a methodological basis, which involves a comprehensive consideration of the research object, methods of comparative analysis and classification were used to obtain data, the results were processed using standard statistical methods, and the necessity and importance of usability testing of websites was assessed. The article considers generally accepted rules and recommendations in the field of usability testing, analyses quantitative and qualitative methods of usability testing evaluation, for a more detailed study of the subject of research the ergonomic interaction of a user with an information system, namely with a web resource, studies the main categories of users depending on a number of indicators, and pays special attention to establishing quality assessment criteria based on existing standards of recommendations. the article reviews the process of usability testing of information system interfaces, its analysis and evaluation, analyses the methods of electro-oculography and electro-retinography, mouse-tracking and eye-tracking technologies, and concludes that the use of eye-tracking technology will allow collecting and systematising quantitative and qualitative data on user interaction with the system and will make it possible to optimise the process of usability testing by reducing the time of its implementation. The prerequisites for conducting an experimental study of theoretical results using eye-tracking technologies have been created.

Evaluation Method of Potato Storage External Defects Based on Improved U-Net

The detection of potato surface defects is the key to ensuring potato storage quality. This research explores a method for detecting surface flaws in potatoes, which can promptly identify storage defects such as dry rot and the shriveling of potatoes. In order to assure the quality and safety of potatoes in storage, we used a closed keying method to obtain the pixel area of the mask image for a potato’s surface. The improved U-Net realizes the segmentation and pixel area measurement of potato surface defects and enhances the feature extraction capability of the network model by adding a convolutional block attention module (CBAM) to the baseline network. Compared with the baseline network, the improved U-Net showed a much better performance with respect to MIoU (mean intersection over union), precision, and Fβ, which were improved by 1.99%, 8.27%, and 7.35%, respectively. The effect and efficiency of the segmentation algorithm were also superior compared to other networks. Calculating the fraction of potato surface faults in potato mask images allows for the quantitative detection of potato surface problems. The experimental results show that the absolute accuracy of the quantitative potato evaluation method proposed in this study was greater than 97.55%, allowing it to quantitatively evaluate potato surface defects, provide methodological references for potato detection in the field of deep processing of potatoes, and provide a theoretical basis and technical references for the evaluation of potato surface defects under complex lighting conditions.

Method development and empirical research in examining the construction of China's “Zero-waste Cities”

At the current stage, >100 cities in China are in the process of constructing “Zero-waste Cities” (ZCs). However, the absence of a unified quantitative evaluation method hinders the real-time display, assessment, and analysis of the progress and effectiveness of construction in various cities. Based on China's “Zero-waste City” (ZC) construction index system, a five-dimensional evaluation approach of transforming the city's construction index system into an evaluation index system is proposed, and an evaluation method for examining the construction of China's ZCs is developed. Meanwhile, the obstacle analysis model is employed to identify ZC's advantages and weaknesses. Following this evaluation framework, empirical research was conducted on Shenzhen. Results showed: 1) Shenzhen's ZC scoring result increased significantly from 58.9 to 108.3 by implementing the pilot project; 2) The dimensions of Management Measure, Support Capacity, and City Characteristic had achieved or approached full scores, but the dimension of Management Level still need improvement. 3) While industrial waste management reached an excellent level and agricultural waste proved manageable, domestic waste landfill and construction waste disposal still existed challenges. This method takes into account the uniformity of evaluation methods in nationwide and the diversity of solid waste environmental issues in cities. It can achieve a quantitative assessment of the ZC construction level for all cities in China, and providing a scientific basis for the horizontal comparison of the construction effectiveness of each city.
