The rapid growth and integration of technology in the educational sector have led to a significant shift towards online education, especially in recent years due to global events like the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to investigate students' satisfaction levels towards online education and identify the factors influencing their perceptions. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data from a diverse sample of students across various educational levels. The quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential tests to determine the overall satisfaction level and significant differences among demographic groups. Meanwhile, qualitative data were subjected to thematic analysis to gain deeper insights into students' experiences and perceptions. Preliminary findings indicate a generally positive satisfaction level among students towards online education, with the flexibility and convenience of online learning being the most appreciated aspects. However, there were also concerns raised regarding the lack of face-to- face interaction, technological challenges, and the quality of online instruction. Significant variations in satisfaction levels were observed based on factors such as age, prior experience with online learning, and access to resources. The study highlights the importance of continuous improvement in online educational platforms and pedagogical approaches to address the identified concerns and enhance students' learning experiences.
