ANALISIS DAN RANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MONITORING PIUTANG PELANGGAN BISNIS MENGGUNAKAN WHATSAPP GATEWAY API

PT XYZ as a company engaged in the service sector has services for sending letters and packages on credit to partners who already have cooperation agreements. Every incoming shipment from partners will become receivable, then the company records each incoming receivable so that it is monitored so that partners do not pay receivables beyond the due date. Activities that support the management of receivables are reporting of each receivable to determine the amount and maturity of the receivable. The current accounts receivable management business process is still semi-computed, therefore it is necessary to have a special system that can manage accounts receivable activities properly so that they can be controlled from period to period by providing receivable notification features to partners.
 In this study, which is part of the development of a receivables information system, which is reflected in the financial rules regarding receivables. Research activities are carried out in the analysis phase and the information system design phase. Information system analysis uses Porter's value chain to describe ongoing activities and BPMN notation to model the main activity business processes. As for the design is done using an object-oriented approach. In designing this system, the tools used to describe processes and databases are designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which provides accounts receivable management features, notifications using Whatsapp chat media and accounts receivable reporting features.
 The output of the research is in the form of a report on the design of an information system for monitoring receivables using the Whatsapp Gateway API, software documents and research publications. The design of the information system built can make it easier for system developers to build management systems and monitor receivables at PT XYZ.

Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Logistik Terhadap Efisiensi Pengiriman Barang (Studi Kasus Pada PT XYZ)

PT XYZ is a company based in South Jakarta, focused on providing smart logistics solutions using Logistics Information Systems in its business. Researchers want to measure the influence of Logistics Information Systems on Goods Delivery Efficiency. In this research, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive research method using a questionnaire as a research instrument and distributed it to 15 users of the PT XYZ Logistics Information System using a simple random sampling technique in sampling. Results from this research show a relationship (R) of 0.816. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was obtained at 0.666. The calculated F value = 25.926 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The constant value (α) is 6.601, while the Logistics Information System variable value (b / regression coefficient) is 0.828. The tcount value is 5.092 > ttable 2.131. This means that there is an influence between the Logistics Information System variable (X) on the Goods Delivery Efficiency variable (Y).

Analisis Alur Penerimaan, Permintaan dan Pengeluaran Bahan Kimia di Gudang Kimia PT. XYZ

PT XYZ is a company that produces newsprint and printed writing paper. In its production, the company needs raw materials to support the paper production so that it can be produced optimally. This research is used to find out how companies can optimize production by considering the flow of in and out of chemical raw materials used as materials to produce paper according to consumer wishes.

PENILAIAN POSTUR KERJA DAN KELELAHAN OPERATOR STORE PT XYZ MENGGUNAKAN METODE REBA

There are still many work activities that are done manually and require a person to have more abilities in bones and muscles. but one's ability is also limited, as a result when doing manual work, it is not uncommon for complaints to occur in the muscles, namely Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). the activities carried out at PT XYZ are still manual, especially in the process before and after mixing the resin material, so there are many complaints in this activity. This study aims to determine the subjective complaints of MSDs, the level of ergonomics risk and the correlation between work posture, age, body mass index, smoking habits on MSDs complaints. The instruments used are NBM questionnaires, pictures of work postures and questionnaires on worker characteristics. in the NBM questionnaire, the subjective complaint most felt was in the waist with a score of 40 (100%). The method used is the REBA method with the calculation results having a high level of risk, namely in the section before the resin material mixing process an average of 11 and in the section after the resin material mixing process an average score of 9.3. based on the results of research tests related to MSDs complaints are work posture, age and body mass index, with a significance value <0.05, while those that are not related to MSDs complaints are smoking, with a significance value > 0.05.

Penerapan Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) Dalam Tahapan Final Inspection Produk Garmen Di PT XYZ

Quality control in the garment industry plays an important role to ensure that the products produced meet high quality standards and satisfy consumers. The Acceptable Quality Level method is a promising approach for optimizing garment product control. This research focuses on the application of the Acceptable Quality Level method in managing garment quality at PT XYZ. The aim is to explore the extent to which this method can be applied efficiently in garment production by considering the existing challenges and opportunities. This study uses the "L Tunic Crinckle" tunic sample from PT XYZ as the research object. Data collection involves primary data from direct interactions and observations, as well as secondary data from related literature and journals. Raw material sampling methods are based on product defects, focusing on attribute data to assess non-compliance with specifications. With an AQL value of 2.5% and general supervision level II, this study took a sample of 125 tunics for inspection. Even though several minor and major defects were found, the total rejects did not exceed acceptance standards, so the tunic product lot could be accepted without re-inspection

Sistem Pengendalian Internal Kas Pada PT XYZ

The internal control system is important for companies to maintain company assets, accuracy and reliability of data, encourage efficiency, and encourage compliance with management policies. The cash control system also needs to be considered as an effort to monitor and supervise the company's cash activities. This research aims to evaluate and determine the implementation of the cash internal control system at PT XYZ. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques in this research used interviews and documentation. The determination of informants was carried out using the snowball sampling method and the data analysis used was the Miles and Huberman model, and to test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research obtained data based on 4 (four) elements of the internal control system show that the existing organizational structure at PT XYZ is appropriate, then in document authorization there are documents that do not have the signature of the finance director so that it is lacking in authorizing company documents, company activities have reconciliations that are carried out regularly, and in the recruitment process there are several criteria required. So it can be concluded that PT XYZ has been said to be quite good in internal cash control so that the objectives of implementing control are achieved quite well.

Analisis Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen SMART Pada Kegiatan Purcashing Request di PT XYZ

To maintain the smooth operation of the company, efficient inventory management becomes a crucial aspect. Essential regulation involves managing the inflow and outflow pf goods. With the company’s growth, the task of managing available inventory becomes increasingly complex and high-risk. PT XYZ is one of the service-oriented industries, particularly in hospitality service. This research aims to assess the extent of efficiency in implementing softwere-based Management Information Systems (SMART) in the purchasing request or procurement of operational necessities within the hotel industry. The research methodology employed a qualitative descriptive approach, gathering data through observations, interviews, and documentation. The research findings delineated an overview of PT XYZ’s back office management information system, analyze the advantages of applying this system, identify operational challenges, as well as management hurdles and influential factors affecting the operation the back office infotmation system.

Analisis Beban Kerja Fore-Log Plant B PT XYZ Menggunakan Metode Workload Indicator Of Staffing Needs

PT XYZ is a specialty chemical manufacturing company with various products for Paper, Water Treatment, Oil Mining, Mining, Plastic, Masterbatch, Agriculture, Home Care, and other industries. PT XYZ in planning its Human Resources must be careful to get optimal workers and high work productivity, so a Workload Analysis is needed to optimize the existing workforce at PT XYZ. In the research process, researchers found the phenomenon of multiple positions in the organizational structure of the Logistics Department of PT XYZ, namely by fore log plant B. This research was conducted with a qualitative method with interviews, observations, and data processing of the daily report of the Foreman Logistic Plant B of PT XYZ. The workload analysis method used in this research is the Workload Indicator of Staffing Needs (WISN) method. With the WISN method, the standard workload can be determined to determine the appropriate number of workers. From the results of research conducted in August 2023, it shows that the standard workload fore log plant B is included in the fit or in accordance with the workload standards set by the company, namely 1.3 so that duplicate positions are allowed.

Analisis Beban Kerja Menggunakan Metode Full Time Equivalent Pada Departemen Produksi PT XYZ

Product A at PT XYZ is one of the leading products that is in great demand by customers, which is characterized by an increase in sales in recent years. Therefore, to be able to ensure that customer demand can be met properly, the company must pay attention to human resources related to the production process. For this reason, the measurement of workload in the production department needs to be carried out with the aim of updating the actual data related to the workload borne by workers, so that the optimal number of workers can be known, besides that it can be used as a basis for determining policies when carrying out the recruitment process in the future. This research was conducted using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method, and the results obtained are that the production admin worker has a workload of 1.03 (labor required 1) and a fit workload, shift 1 production operators have a workload of 1 per three people (labor required 3) workload in a fit condition, shift 2 production operators have a workload of 0.82 per 2 operators (labor required 2) but the workload is still underload and finishing workers of 1.08 (labor required 1) workload in a fit condition.

Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Produksi Kaleng PT XYZ dengan Menggunakan Metode RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

PT XYZ was established as a company engaged in packaging manufacturing, especially biscuit cans and paint cans. PT XYZ was established in 1977 and has grown to become one of the leading manufacturing companies in Indonesia. In the production process, there are often many rejected goods which causes a lot of waste to occur and a decrease in profits due to the large number of rejected products at PT XYZ. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out quality control to find out the meeting point that causes problems to occur every period. In the quality control process using RCA (Root Cause Analysis). From the results of quality control, it was found that the dominant cause of the large number of rejected goods that occurred, namely the type of rupture reject which had a percentage of 98%, so that there was a need for improvement in the production process of the PT XYZ company that occurred which caused the product to reject.

An Evaluation of DevOps Practices to Prevent Fraud: A Case Study of PT XYZ

Fraudulent transactions caused mainly by high level bugs in PT XYZ’s production environment have caused significant financial losses for the company. Such issues were attributed to subpar DevOps practices in PT XYZ. Based on the given problem, this research evaluates DevOps practices in PT XYZ based on Bucena’s maturity model and proposes recommendations for improvement. This study collects data using interviews with four key figures in PT XYZ’s software development team and processed using the thematic analysis method in conjunction with magnitude coding. The results showed that PT XYZ’s primary weaknesses in implementing DevOps practices fall mostly within Technology and Process domains. From these findings, a roadmap is designed for a timeframe of 12 months, which consists of 9 primary objectives to fulfill to increase overall DevOps maturity level at PT XYZ up to the Defined level.

Evaluasi Strategi Bisnis Perusahaan Start Up Menggunakan Bisnis Model Kanvas Pada PT XYZ

With the development of technology, many start-up companies have been established. In November 2022 there were 2,400 startups in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the business strategy of start-up companies with the research object PT XYZ. PT XYZ engaged in the healthy food industry. This research is case study research with descriptive qualitative research methods. This research utilized Business Model Canvas as a basic theory and tool to evaluate business strategy. The results showed that PT XYZ implemented a broad differentiation strategy. The current focus of the company's strategy is to promote and introduce products to the public. The promotional strategy succeeded in increasing sales, but was unable to generate profits due to the large cost of promotion. There are several weaknesses in PT XYZ business model that can be improved to be able to generate profits. Adding customer segments in the form of B2B can potentially provide new revenues and bring benefit in promotions using other company resources. Additionally, the application of lean accounting that focused on cost reduction must be carried out for cost efficiency.

Analysis of Surgical Suture Production Process Control Using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Methods

The medical industry currently has very high-quality standards for medical products such as surgical sutures. PT XYZ, as a well-known manufacturer in this industry, faces challenges in reducing the level of surgical suture product defects. This research focuses on the surgical suture production process produced by PT XYZ. One strategy to gain a competitive advantage is to continuously improve the quality of its products. This condition must be supported by the implementation of quality control in the process so that it can run well to produce products that have high competitiveness. The aim of this research is to analyze whether the surgical suture production process is statistically controlled or not and to analyze whether the production process meets the specified design or not. The data used in this research are secondary data and primary data. Primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews, while secondary data was obtained from the internet, literature and journals. This research uses statictical process control (SPC) as an analysis tool by creating X and R control charts and analyzing process capabilities. The research results show that the control of the surgical suture production process is a reliable process. This is an indication that the process is under control or is not experiencing deviations. The process capability ratio shows that the process is said to be feasible and does not need to be improved. The process capability index shows that the process accuracy is good, which means that the process does not need to be improved.

Improving the Packaging Quality of Surgical Suture Products at PT. XYZ with the Application of the Six Sigma Method and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)

The medical industry today upholds strict quality standards for medical products, including surgical sutures. PT XYZ, a leading manufacturer in this sector, faces challenges in mitigating surgical suture product defects. This research focuses on the packaging of surgical suture products produced by PT XYZ, with a focus on the production period from January to March. During this time period, there was a significant level of packaging production defects. The aim of future research is to improve the quality of packaging for surgical suture products. Specifically, it aims to identify the causes of defects in PT The Six Sigma method, using DMAIC, will be used in this research. The Define stage combines tools such as the Supplier, Input, Process, Output, and Customer (SIPOC) diagram, along with Critical to Quality (CTQ) identification. The Measure stage involves calculations using the P control chart, C control chart, DPMO, and sigma level. During the Analysis phase, a thorough analysis of the causes of failure is carried out using tools such as Pareto diagrams, fishbone diagrams, and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA). Moving to the Improve stage, FMEA identifies high-risk defects, including torn cartons, inconsistent colors, and damp cartons. Therefore, the proposed defect repair involves analysis of 5W 1H cartons. The results of the analysis provide alternative solutions such as increasing the frequency of replacing cutting tools on mold cutting machines, using cleaning aids on molding machines, and improving environmental monitoring SOPs in factories. An additional suggestion is to include antiseptic wet wipes in each carton of surgical suture products. After making improvements in the Improve stage, the final Control stage is carried out to assess the impact of the proposed changes on the company. The results show a positive impact, with an increase in the sigma value to 3.670.

Ergonomic Assessment Using the Ergonomic Checklist Method in the Production Unit

PT XYZ is engaged in the garment manufacturing industry and has become a garment manufacturing company with exports to five continents with modern manufacturing facilities in Southeast Asia. In the current condition of PT XYZ, there are still vulnerable and risky areas with the potential for work accidents. This prone and risky condition can be seen in the work environment where there are still scattered items, a low level of security, insufficient lighting, insufficient air ventilation, inadequate hand tools for workers, or the way employees lift materials where employees still make bending and twisting movements that are harmful to employee’s health. Based on the book “Ergonomic Checkpoints: Practical and Easy-to-Implement Solutions for Improving Safety, Health, and Working Conditions” published by the International Labour Organization and the International Energy Agency, this study uses observation and interviews to collect data, using 132 ergonomic checklist questions and provides improvement recommendations. From the research 15 points still need to be done correctly, so they are prioritized for improvement. Recommended improvements include creating two-way lanes in the production unit to facilitate worker mobility and other recommendations.

Cybersecurity Improvement Design in Critical Infrastructure PT XYZ Case Study

Prevention of cyber attacks is an important factor that organizations need to do to support maximum business process continuity. One of the important factors needed is the protection of data and information assets by the critical infrastructure owned. This paper discusses increasing the capacity of critical infrastructure at XYZ organization. The NIST CSF framework is a benchmark assessment tool for critical infrastructure capacity at PT XYZ. The results obtained from the assessment are used to make recommendations for controls related to critical infrastructure. The risk assessment found 107 risk scenarios that led to 11 recommendations for critical infrastructure improvement areas. Prioritization of the resulting recommendations is expected to increase the resilience and capacity of critical infrastructure at PT XYZ in the face of current and future cyber threats.

Assessment of Sustainable Packaging Supply Chain Management Using the Life Cycle Assessment Method (Case Study: FMCG Company in Indonesia)

Based on a Greenpeace International survey, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies are the dominant force behind the single-use economic model that drives the plastic waste crisis originating from consumption and production by producing industrial waste that must be handled appropriately with the concept of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM). This study discusses SSCM practices in one of the FMCG companies, namely PT XYZ, and focuses on sustainable packaging supply chains, intending to know the application of SSCM in the supply chain and improvements that can be made to reduce waste and its negative impacts. The exploratory research was done with a case study type and used a mixed-method approach to formulate the development that can be done to reduce the waste and negative impact of the packaging supply chain. The assessment resulted from calculating the Life Cycle Assessment software, Simapro, with the CML-IA baseline V3.06/EU25 method. This method represents the environmental impact using 11 indicators. The most significant adverse environmental impacts are global warming, human toxicity, and marine aquatic ecotoxicity. The most significant contribution to the cause of the negative environmental impact is the consumption of electricity and water, which produce excess CO2 and boiler engines which produce excess NO2. Improvements can be made by reducing CO2 gas and using alternative fuels for environmentally friendly boilers.

Dampak UU Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan Terkait Perlakuan PPN Perusahaan Pertambangan

Regulations regarding Value Added Tax (VAT) have undergone changes with the enactment of Law No. 7 of 2021 on Tax Regulation Harmonization. One of the changes in the Tax Regulation Harmonization Law is the change of coal from non-taxable goods to taxable goods. This change will have an impact on the additional reporting obligations and the burden of collecting VAT on coal companies. In terms of input tax credit, companies can choose either to be credited to reduce output tax or to be charged, thus reducing the company's profits. PT XYZ is a private company engaged in the coal mining sector. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of interview results and secondary data in the form of documentation related to the imposition of coal as a taxable good. This study provides an overview that changes in the treatment of coal from non-taxable goods to taxable goods have an impact on the company's financial performance. With the inclusion of coal as taxable goods, companies must adjust their tax management whether to credit input tax or finance their input tax.

Effect of Packaging Type and Storage Time on the Quality of Wheat Flour

The wheat flour quality is influenced by several factors, including the packaging type used and the length of storage time. This research aims to determine the effect of packaging type (polypropylene and polyethylene) and storage time on the wheat flour quality at PT XYZ. The wheat flour quality described refers to SNI No. 01-3751-2018, including water content, ash content, protein content, and organoleptic properties. The research results show that the packaging type and storage time affect the wheat flour quality. The analysis results show that wheat flour produced and packaged using polypropylene and polyethylene with variations in storage time shows a real influence on the wheat flour quality. The analysis results showed that the smallest water content in polyethylene packaging was 13.28% with a storage time of 21 days, the smallest ash content in the polypropylene packaging type was 0.56% with a storage time of 9 days, and the highest protein content was 15.24% in the polypropylene packaging type with a storage time of 14 days. Meanwhile, the analysis of organoleptic properties including color tests and aroma tests did not have a significant effect on the wheat flour quality.

Analysis of Production Planning of Cocoa Products Using Workload Analysis and Operation Scheduling

The fluctuating demand levels each period is a significant challenge in the company’s production. Production scheduling stands out as a crucial process in the production system. PT XYZ, a privately-owned company specializing in cocoa plantations in Indonesia, faced problem in production planning, leading to delays in chocolate product output. This study delved into the workload experienced by the production operator and the production schedule using the workload analysis and the Campbell Dudek Smith (CDS). Data were collected through observations and interviews. The results revealed that the total workload for the current eight production operators in each production room was 988.1%. The existing production schedule was not optimal as indicated with an excessively high makespan of 170. Implementing the CDS method reduced the makespan to 151, enhancing performance by 19% and saving 12% of time. The findings suggest that introducing two additional workers could alleviate the overall workload for production operators. In addition, the proposed production schedule prioritizes chocolate powder, followed by chocolate butter, chocolate liquid, and chocolate bars. The implications of this research extend to potential benefits for the company, including improved work quality, enhanced production efficiency, and an overall enhancement of the company’s performance.
