Usulan Kebijakan Persediaan Perangkat Network Terminal Equipment (NTE) Menggunakan Metode Continous Review (s,S) untuk Meminimasi Biaya Persediaan pada PT XYZ

PT XYZ is a company who operates in the technology services, information, and communication technology as well as telecommunications networks that have digital services providing internet, home telephone and TV. PT XYZ uses a device called Network Terminal Equipment (NTE). In an effort to maximize the range of services provided, this company has seven warehouses spread throughout Indonesia. Where each regional warehouse must be supported by a good inventory process to optimize equipment and minimize inventory costs. However, in actual conditions PT XYZ experienced several problems in the supply of NTE equipment, one of which was overstock. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the optimal inventory policy in each PT XYZ regional warehouse in order to reduce overstock and minimize inventory costs. The method used in this research is Continuous Review (s, S) which can help determine order lot size, safety stock, and reorder point. Based on the proposed inventory policy calculation using Continous Review (s,S) method PT XYZ can reduce the total inventory cost about 87% or Rp410,585,661.67 in a year for each warehouse.

Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Bisnis Menggunakan Bisnis Model Kanvas pada Industri Logistik: Studi PT XYZ

This research analyzes and formulates the business strategy of PT XYZ using the Business Model Canvas to enhance and innovate in the logistics industry. The focus of the study is to identify logistics challenges, analyze the business model, develop business strategies, and provide policy recommendations to improve PT XYZ's competitiveness and operational efficiency. This research incorporates SWOT, PESTLE, and Porter’s Five Forces analyses in evaluating the nine building blocks of the Business Model Canvas. As a result, 26 strategies were developed, consisting of 9 SO strategies, 4 ST strategies, 6 WO strategies, and 6 WT strategies. Through focus group discussions and member checks, 9 priority strategies were identified and categorized into three approaches: short-term, medium-term, and long-term. The short-term strategies include offering competitive pricing packages, adopting innovative technology, and strengthening relationships with business partners. The medium-term strategies emphasize communication integration through social media and improving service quality. The long-term strategies focus on expanding the partner network and building innovative and sustainable partnerships. The implementation of the nine building blocks in the Business Model Canvas demonstrates PT XYZ's comprehensive adaptation to market dynamics and operational challenges, with the ultimate goal of strengthening its market position and supporting the company's sustainable growth.

THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL INDUCEMENTS ON TURNOVER INTENTIONS: STUDY AT PT XYZ

Turnover intention has become a serious factor that needs to be considered in organizational development. The solution to be able to generate Turnover Intention is to create commitment to employees for the organization by providing competitive incentives. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Inducements on Turnover Intention mediated by Affective Commitment. This study uses a quantitative approach using questionnaires and the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS3. Respondents in this study were permanent employees of PT XYZ around 100 people. The results is there is a significant and insignificant effect of Organizational Inducements on Turnover Intention. It shows the influence and significance of Affective Commitment as a mediation for PT XYZ employees. These results conclude that Affective Commitment can make full mediation of Material Inducements on Turnover Intention and full mediation of Development Inducements on Turnover Intention.

The Influence of Safety Performance For Hauling Operators At PT. XYZ

Occupational safety is a crucial issue in the mining industry, given the high risk of accidents that can occur in the field. The mining industry plays an important role in the economy of many countries, especially those rich in natural resources. The purpose of the research is to analyze the effect of safety culture and work environment on safety performance. This research uses quantitative analysis with survey methods. The sample in the study was 154 hauling operators and the analysis tool used SEM-PLS. the research results state that there is a positive and significant influence on safety culture and the work environment on safety performance. This suggests that the results of the study can provide a strong basis for companies to develop and strengthen safety culture programs that focus on increasing awareness and compliance with safety procedures among hauling operators. In addition, improvements in the design and condition of the work environment can create a safer and more comfortable working environment, which in turn will improve safety performance and operator productivity. The implications of the research show that a good safety culture and work environment significantly improve the safety performance of hauling operators at PT XYZ. To improve safety, the company should intensify safety training and rewards, improve working conditions, and adopt the latest safety technologies and procedures. With these measures, PT XYZ can reduce work incidents, increase productivity and strengthen its safety reputation.

Business Development Strategy in Telecommunication Company at PT XYZ

The rapid and dynamic growth of the telecommunications and information industry in the era of Society 5.0 presents significant challenges for telecommunication providers, including PT XYZ, a leading telecommunications service company in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze internal and external factors affecting PT XYZ's business revenue, formulate alternative strategies, and prioritize business strategies to address challenges and enhance revenue. Using qualitative methods, data collection involved observation, interviews, surveys, and literature reviews, drawing from primary and secondary sources. The study employed SWOT, PESTLE, and Porter’s Five Forces analyses to evaluate the company’s environment comprehensively. Findings indicate that PT XYZ is positioned in cell I (Grow and Build) in the IE matrix, with IFE and EFE scores of 3.851 and 3.0, respectively. Recommended strategies include market penetration, product development, and integrative strategies such as ERP implementation to enhance operational efficiency and adapt to technological changes. The study underscores the importance of creating a diverse portfolio of customer-driven technology products and expanding market reach while adopting effective risk management practices. These strategies are expected to sustain PT XYZ’s competitive position and drive revenue growth in the telecommunications industry.

Leadership Style, Motivation, and Internal Communication Influence PT XYZ Employees Work Effectiveness Via Job Satisfaction

Every organization or company needs to effectively utilize working time, which means that in a company or institution, time should be used efficiently without wasting any. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of leadership style, motivation, and internal communication on work effectiveness by means of job satisfaction at the PT XYZ office. This study utilizes a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data sources. A purposive selection strategy was used to choose a sample of 87 employees from PT XYZ. The study's findings indicate that internal communication has the most significant impact on job satisfaction. The leadership style has a substantial positive impact on work effectiveness. This suggests that as the level of leadership style increases, the level of work effectiveness also increases. Motivation does not significantly influence work effectiveness, suggesting that higher levels of motivation do not influence work effectiveness. Internal communication significantly positively impacts work effectiveness. Job satisfaction does not influence work effectiveness, suggesting that higher levels of job satisfaction do not influence work effectiveness. Leadership style significantly influences job satisfaction positively. However, the results differ for motivation, which does not significantly influence job satisfaction. This suggests that higher levels of motivation do not influence job satisfaction.

Analysis of System Quality Factors & Information Quality with Mediation Variables of Ease of Use To the Success of PT XYZ's E-Procurement

This study examines the influence of system quality and information quality on the success of e-procurement at PT XYZ, with a focus on the mediating role of ease of use. Data were collected from 42 respondents in the purchasing department, all users of the e-procurement system, and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Key findings include that system quality and information quality both positively affect ease of use. High-quality systems and accurate information make the e-procurement system easier to use. Information quality also directly enhances the success of e-procurement. Additionally, ease of use positively impacts the success of the system, indicating that when users find the system easy to use, its success rate increases. While system quality alone does not directly impact success, it does so when combined with high information quality and ease of use. For PT XYZ, these findings suggest that improving system quality and information quality can significantly enhance e-procurement success. Practical steps include ensuring robust internet connectivity, comprehensive data documentation, timely updates, and clear, accurate information. Simplifying the e-procurement process and enhancing user skills will also contribute to more effective and efficient procurement operations.

The Role of Mediation of Psychological Safety and Voice Efficacy on the Influence of Inclusive Leadership on Vocal Behavior

PT. XYZ as a company engaged in non-bank financial services, is required to continue to innovate. To be able to bring out innovation is through the contribution of all employees. These contributions include employees carrying out vocal behaviors, namely proactive behavior that comes from themselves or initiatives, is forward-oriented, and aims to improve a certain condition. On the other hand, the bureaucratic organizational structure makes vocal behavior a challenge for companies to develop. To encourage vocal behavior, internal and external factors of employees need to be elaborated further. This study aims to explore the role of voice efficacy and psychological safety in mediating the influence of inclusive leadership on vocal behavior. The research was conducted at PT XYZ by involving 154 respondents to fill out a questionnaire. Using the Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) approach to look at the dynamics of the influence of inclusive leadership on vocal behavior mediated by psychological safety and voice efficacy, the results show that voice efficacy significantly mediates the influence of inclusive leadership on vocal behavior, while psychological safety does not mediate the influence of inclusive leadership on vocal behavior. The results of this study indicate that the factor of individual perception of one's ability to speak up (voice efficacy) needs to be a concern by leaders so that vocal behavior can appear in the organization.

Analysis of Cost Overrun & Time Overrun Causal Factors Affecting Construction Project Cost Performance Using Dematel & ANP

The estimation of project costs and completion timelines are crucial aspects that need to be accurately predicted, as they are key indicators of a project's success. Issues like cost overruns and delays in project completion have become common in the construction industry. PT XYZ, a mining construction company, encountered a cost overrun in May 2023, leading to a 21.6% increase in the budget. According to the initial project baseline, it was expected to be completed by September 2023, but faced an 8-month delay. This study aims to explore the external factors causing cost and time overruns, identify the most significant factors, and propose recommendations to reduce these issues. The research methods used are Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analytical Network Process (ANP) to examine the relationship between the factors and determine the most dominant one. Data was collected through questionnaires, and a threshold was set via a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with experienced professionals in construction who played a key role in project decisions. The DEMATEL analysis, with a threshold of 0.5000, produced a relationship diagram of the criteria, and the ANP analysis, conducted using SuperDecisions software, revealed that the most influential factor affecting cost and time overruns is the accuracy of the Scope of Work (SOW) . As a result, it is recommended that PT XYZ improve project management and ensure higher accuracy in defining the SOW for future projects

Optimalisasi Pengawasan Kinerja Karyawan Business Consultant PT XYZ : Implementasi Sistem RACI Melalui Project Google Spreadsheet

Employee performance monitoring is one of the key factors in human resource management, especially in a dynamic business sector such as futures trading. PT XYZ, a company engaged in futures trading, faces challenges in managing the performance of Business Consultants (BC) which often arise due to lack of clarity in the division of tasks, lack of accountability, and ineffective coordination. This study aims to optimize employee performance supervision at XYZ through the implementation of the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) system integrated with Google Sheets. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, where in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation are used to collect data from employees and project managers who are directly involved. The results showed that the RACI system through Google Spreadsheet can clarify employee roles and responsibilities, increase accountability, and facilitate real-time performance monitoring. The modification of the RACI matrix in this spreadsheet also makes it easier for management to improve team collaboration and productivity. Despite technical challenges in its implementation, the system proved effective in optimizing team performance and communication.

Optimalisasi Proses Bisnis Menggunakan Metode Business Process Analysis (BPA) pada PT. XYZ

PT XYZ is one of the strategic industries owned by BUMN that produces the main defense equipment for Indonesia's defense system, especially in the maritime sector. In practice, the process of utilizing and managing assets at PT XYZ is in the Asset & Infrastructure Optimization Department which has various operational steps for asset management starting from the asset mapping process to utilizing these assets. This research aims to analyze and optimize business processes in asset management in the Asset & Infrastructure Optimization Department. The research method used is observation and interviews with related parties as well as Business Process Modeling and Notation analysis. The purpose and objective is to provide recommendations in optimizing business processes and increasing efficiency in managing company assets. One of the problems identified was the slow signing and return of agreement letters which caused delays in issuing invoices and payments. Recommendations included creating standard operating procedures, implementing electronic-based contracts and invoices, and utilizing technology for document delivery and storage. Overall, this research aims to improve operational performance and maximize the contribution of PT XYZ's assets to revenue.

Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Engineering Maintenance PT XYZ

Company's excellence center will be achieved with competent human resources towards the company's rapid competitiveness. This study aims to investigate how work experience and job training affect employee performance in the Engineering Maintenance Department Organisation at PT XYZ. Population and sample for this study included Engineering and Maintenance employees at PT XYZ. The research utilized multiple linear regression analysis as the primary method to examine the relationships between the variables. A quantitative approach was employed. Research sample was chosen using saturated sampling technique, the study involved a total of 35 respondents. Data analysis results indicate that work experience and job training significantly impact employee performance. According to the coefficient of determination test results, training and compensation contribute 43.2% to employee performance. From this research it is recommended to PT XYZ increase investment in training and develop strategies to enhance employee performance. This should help improve the quality standards of employee performance through training, enabling employees to gain more valuable experience, maintain a smooth production process, and produce high-quality goods.

Analisis Sustainability Report pada Perusahaan PT. XYZ di Karawang

In Companies today must be able to actively participate in sustainable development. The effort to publish a sustainability report is one of the strategies to implement sustainable development in a transparent and measurable manner. The purpose of this study is to analyse the disclosure of sustainability reports in the company. This research was conducted qualitatively. The type of data used is documentary data and the data source is secondary data. The data source can be a sustainability report from a manufacturing company at company XYZ. The data collection method used in this research is the interview method. The object of this research is PT XYZ in Karawang. The researcher conducted an analysis using the content analysis method based on the disclosure/reporting rules that should be implemented in accordance with the Sustainability Reporting Guideline and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Guidelines. The GRI provides a standardised corporate reporting framework on how to disclose economic, environmental, social and corporate governance issues in preparing financial statements.

Implementasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemberian Reward Karyawan Menggunakan Metode Weighted Product

PT XYZ is a private company in Palembang that supplies medical devices and equipment. This company conducts performance assessments every year to provide appropriate rewards in the form of gifts, bonuses or incentives to employees. In carrying out the performance assessment process for providing employee rewards, it is still done manually. This process is inefficient because it takes a lot of time, is prone to errors in calculation and it is not clear which aspects of the criteria are important. By using the Weighted Product methodology, this study tries to create a decision support system (DSS) that will simplify this evaluation procedure. This application is made website-based, using the laravel framework with the Iterative system development method. The results obtained indicate that the system can help companies improve efficiency by conducting automatic assessments, providing measurable weights, transparently and using the Weighted Product method for more accurate assessments. Overall, the system developed meets the research objectives.

Cloud Migration Analysis for Core System Infrastructure in Financial Services: Study Case PT XYZ

Currently, cloud computing adoption is being utilized in the financial sector for its flexibility and innovative technologies. This study assesses PT XYZ's readiness to migrate its core systems to a cloud environment, which is crucial for maintaining competitive agility and robustness in Indonesia's financial services sector. Focusing on the diffusion of innovations (DOI) model and the technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework, the research examines ten factors influencing PT XYZ's migration strategy. The analysis identifies challenges related to PT XYZ's aging on-premises infrastructure, including server procurement delays and maintenance issues, which impact operational efficiency. Through semi-structured interviews with key IT personnel, this study explores perceptions of the benefits and challenges of cloud computing, as well as regulatory compliance, aiming to guide PT XYZ toward a successful cloud migration that ensures continuity, compliance, and enhanced operational capabilities. The findings contribute to understanding the relative advantages, such as cost savings and security concerns, complexity, compatibility, technology readiness, top management support, firm size, competitive pressure, and regulatory factors. PT XYZ’s decision to migrate aligns with all the factors for cloud computing adoption, with the relative advantage, complexity, compatibility, technological readiness, and top management support being high impacts on the migration decision, while regulatory compliance presents a challenge for the financial services industry in Indonesia].

Evaluasi Unjuk Kerja Screw Compressor UP5-15-10 di PT XYZ

This paper aims to evaluate the efficiency of screw compressor UP5- 15-10 used at PT XYZ. Screw compressor efficiency is a key factor in the operation of gas processing facilities, then a good understanding of screw compressor operation can improve operational efficiency and reduce energy consumption. The compressor used in this KKW is an Ingersoll Rand UP5-15-10. The UP5-15-10 compressor is used to power pneumatic tools and instrumentation equipment. The UP5-15-10 compressor is included in the rotary type positive displacement compressor, the compressor uses ambient air as its working fluid. UP5-15-10 screw compressor operation, including design data from the manual book and actual data such as incoming air capacity of 65 CFM at a temperature of 186 F with a pressure of 135 Psia getting a power of 13.74 kW from the power specification data of 15 kW obtained efficiency of 91%. The decrease in power in screw compressor UP5-15-10 by 9% is due to the difference in intake capacity between design and actual conditions, this is caused by process needs.

Optimizing Customer Relationship Management with Surprise Program: A Quantitative Approach

This research explores the implementation of customer relationship marketing strategies through the a program launched by PT XYZ. The program was designed to enhance customer loyalty with personalized special offers and exclusive promotions. This study employs quantitative methods and the data were obtained from the analysis of company reports and customer demographics, geography, behaviour, and psychology. Using K-means clustering, this study analyses data collected from XYZ's CRM surprise program, focusing on customer interests in video, games, and music, as well as their payment methods (prepaid or postpaid). The findings reveal significant variations in digital content consumption between prepaid and postpaid users. This segmentation enables XYZ to tailor its service offerings more effectively. The study highlights the potential for increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized offers, underscoring the importance of behavioural and psychographic data in optimizing service delivery.

Investment Feasibility Analysis Using Discounted Cash Flow Valuation Method (Case Study: Gold Mine in Pit A PT XYZ)

Investment in the mining sector carries a high risk, so a comprehensive financial evaluation is required to ensure project feasibility. This study assesses the financial feasibility of gold mining investment in Pit A, PT XYZ, for the period 2025 to 2036. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of the project through the analysis of key financial indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PBP) using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method. The DCF method was chosen due to its ability to project future cash flows and incorporate them into a comprehensive assessment of the potential benefits and risks of the project. In addition, sensitivity analysis was conducted to see the effect of changes in important variables such as revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and capital expenditure (capex) on the financial results of the project. The results show that the project is financially viable, with a positive NPV of US$404.16 million, an IRR of 52.10%, and a PBP of 3.32 years, all of which indicate a strong return on investment. Further sensitivity analysis shows that the project remains robust under various scenarios of changes in key variables. This study contributes to the investment evaluation literature in the mining sector by offering a more integrated approach to addressing investment uncertainty and risk through the combined use of the DCF method and sensitivity analysis.

OPTIMALISASI PENGIRIMAN BARANG UNTUK MEMAKSIMALKAN GROSS PROFIT PADA PT LOGISTIK ABC

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the Indonesian economy, particularly in the transportation and logistics sector. This sector has experienced fluctuations in financial performance triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, after overcoming this challenging period, the Indonesian economy has shown positive trends. A leading logistics company, PT Logistik ABC, located in Jakarta, has a non-exclusive working agreement with a herbal medicine manufacturing company, PT XYZ. PT XYZ provides the required quantity of goods, but PT Logistik ABC is not obligated to fulfill the entire demand. The issue lies with PT Logistik ABC, as they transport goods from Jakarta to Semarang, but the fleet condition from Semarang to Jakarta is empty. With this situation, PT Logistik ABC aims for a higher gross profit by maximizing the available resources. Therefore, this study employs an optimization approach to optimize gross profit using non-linear programming. The optimal gross profit obtained is Rp150,893,000.00, representing 62% increase from the previous amount of Rp93,461,000.00.

Feasibility Research on Low-Rise Apartment and Landed Housing Development within Smart Living Areas in Indonesia’s Secondary City (A Case Research at PT.XYZ)

Indonesia's growing urbanization, population growth, and changing work behaviors have increased the demand for diverse housing options. PT XYZ, established in 2021, plans to meet this demand by developing low-rise apartments and landed housing in smart residential areas in secondary cities. This research aims to assess the feasibility of this project by analyzing market demand, financial performance, and regulatory factors. Using financial models such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PBP), as well as sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo simulation, this research evaluates the financial viability of the project. The results show strong profit potential, with a positive NPV and IRR of 57.41%, achieving a payback within four years. The project not only fulfills the housing needs of Millennials and Gen Z, but also aligns with government initiatives to promote home ownership. The implications of this research include improving housing accessibility for young, dynamic demographic groups, such as Millennials and Gen Z, as well as strengthening developer strategies in the face of changing market challenges.
