Hadith is one of the sources of Islamic teachings after the Qur'an. This is explained by the hadith of the Prophet Saw has a function related to the Qur'an itself, namely as an explanatory for the Qur'an to explain globally, explain the difficult, limit the absolute, specialize the general, and sometimes establish a law that is not found in the Qur'an. Thus the hadith is a practical guide to what the Qur'an has brought. So the function of the hadith is so important, both as a postulate and a source of Islamic teachings in navigating people's lives. But in addition to wading through people's lives. To reduce the sense of doubt in the wider community, the hadith that is used as a legal backing can be accounted for to its sahîhan. This is important because the position of the quality of the hadith is very closely related, with whether or not a hadith can be used as a religious hujjah. Al-Qur'an and Hadith mention that there is no difference in degrees between women and men, which is contained in the QS surah. An-Nisa:124 and is reinforced in the hadith of Muslim history in the translated book of Sharah Shahih Muslim. In this context anyone can achieve success and the expected ideals. In this study, the authors used a qualitative type of approach. The sources in this thesis literature research data are divided into two, namely: Primary sources, including: 1) Sahih al-Bukhari 2) SahIh Muslim 3) Sunan al-Nasa'i 4) Sunan Ibn Majah 5) Sunan al-Tirmidzi 6) Sunan Abu Dawud. The secondary sumber are hadith and tafsir books, books that discuss specifically research material, namely the Thematic Qur'an Tafsir Book of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. In collecting data, it uses library research techniques (Library Research), namely collecting data that will be discussed and studying references from those related to problems and thesis writing written in accordance with the academic guidelines of \textit{the State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in 2017}.
