Strategi Kebijakan Publik Melalui Program Pengentasan Kemiskinan di Era Pemerintahan Jokowi

Poverty is a complex and ongoing social problem that requires an integrated and sustainable approach. The problem of poverty impacts various aspects of people's lives, so it is important to overcome the problem of poverty. The aim of this research is to describe public policy strategies in overcoming poverty. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with the data used in the form of secondary data sourced from documents, Central Statistics Agency (BPS), research journals, articles and relevant sources. The data analysis technique is inductive based on the data obtained, then analyzed in relation to public policy strategies in overcoming poverty. The results of this research show that public policy strategies have been successful and effective in reducing poverty levels through the leadership policies of Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla including the Prosperous Family Savings Program (SKS), the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), the Healthy Indonesia Program, then during Joko's leadership period Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin with the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program.

This research aims to evaluate the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) as a policy to increase educational and curriculum equality. This research uses qualitative methods with library study techniques based on data all sourced from national journal databases. At the same time, appropriate search terms are a prerequisite for accurate data acquisition. To make search results as comprehensive and accurate as possible, the Authorb of Science core collection was selected for this study. This research uses the subject "Curriculum Management and the Smart Indonesia Program". The results of this research show that the challenge in evaluating context is the mismatch between regulations at the central and school levels (regulations of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Education and Culture and standard operating procedures (SOP) in all schools in Indonesia. Schools must be involved in student verification and validation to determine which students will receive PIP funds so that they are truly targeted. There is no clear SOP for the data that will be submitted as a database of PIP recipients

Carbon stock, density, and biomass of seagrass in South Bangka, Indonesia

Abstract. Supratman O, Farhaby AM, Henri, Septiyati MU, Adi W. 2024. Carbon stock, density, and biomass of seagrass in South Bangka, Indonesia. Biodiversitas 25: 1736-1742. As a component of the carbon ecosystem, seagrass meadows play a crucial role in preventing climatic change. The execution of Indonesian programs pertaining to carbon economic value, carbon trading, and other endeavors aimed at attaining the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) requires estimated data on seagrass carbon stocks. The present study investigates the seagrass density, vegetation carbon stock, and sediment carbon stock of South Bangka, Indonesia. The investigation is carried out in the following stages: i) data collection on-site, ii) laboratory sample analysis, and iii) data analysis. The accumulation of data on-site utilizes a square transect method, which includes the gathering of sediment, sample biomass, and density information. The carbon composition of sediment and seagrass vegetation is ascertained through laboratory analysis employing the Loss of Ignition (LOI) method. The investigation uncovered eight species of seagrass in South Bangka. Cymondocea rotundata, Enhalus acoroides, Halophila ovalis, Halodule pinifolia, Halodule uninervis, Oceana serrulata, Siringodium isotifolium, and Thalassia Hemprichii are the identified species of seagrass. In South Bangka, the combined carbon stock of seagrass (above and below ground carbon) varies between 0.049±0.057 and 1.323±1.581 Mg C Ha-1. The range of sediment carbon is 110.53±42.07 Mg Corg Ha-1 extrapolated to a depth of 1 m. The results of this study suggest that the seagrass meadows in South Bangka are characterized by a significant species diversity and effectively sequester carbon in the form of biomass and sediment. This supports the National Climate Change Mitigation Program for Blue Carbon Ecosystems, an initiative that seeks to mitigate the adverse effects of climate change by utilizing the carbon sequestration capabilities of mangrove forests, seagrass meadows, and tidal marshes.

Perbandingan Simple Additive Weighting dan Weighted Product Pada Penerimaan Bantuan Raskin

In an effort to reduce the burden on family budgets, the government implemented the Poor Rice Program (Raskin), a social security program for the poor that offers subsidized rice assistance to low-income households. However, in practice, many households are categorized as poor even though they should not be. On the other hand, poor families should be involved, but are not included, and the process is still seen as less focused. Errors in data processing procedures can occur because Raskin recipients are still determined by human data processing. Data processing is time consuming, especially when it comes to ranking and decision making. In this regard, this research explores ways in which Decision Support Systems (DSS) can encourage faster and more precise decision making. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Product (WP) are the two main methods covered. To increase the effectiveness and accuracy of government aid programs in Indonesia, the main objective of this research is to compare the use of SAW and WP techniques in making decisions regarding the receipt of Rice Miskin aid. The findings of this research support each other by referring to local residents with the pseudonyms W3, W12, W9 , W11, and W17 as recipients of rice assistance from regional governments who are inadequate in decision-making authority positions. Classification of Healthy Family Indicators in Indonesia Based on a K-means Cluster Analysis.

Health development is a key element of national development. The goal of improving health development at the societal level will be readily achieved if it is directed from the smallest social unit, namely the family. This was the goal of the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach. The objective of the study was to analyze variables of family health indicators across all provinces in Indonesia to identify provincial disparities based on the status of healthy families. This study examined secondary data for 2021 from the Indonesia Health Profile, provided by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, and from the 2021 welfare statistics by Statistics Indonesia (BPS). From these sources, we identified 10 variables for analysis using the k-means method, a non-hierarchical method of cluster analysis. The results of the cluster analysis of healthy family indicators yielded 5 clusters. In general, cluster 1 (Papua and West Papua Provinces) had the lowest average achievements for healthy family indicators, while cluster 5 (Jakarta Province) had the highest indicator scores. In Indonesia, disparities in healthy family indicators persist. Nutrition, maternal health, and child health are among the indicators that require government attention.

Sistem Rekomendasi Penerima Bantuan Program Indonesia Pintar Menggunakan Multi Criteria Decision Making

The government continues to strive to increase equality, equity and access to education through various programs, including the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP). Process PIP recipient students selection is quite complex process if carried out without adequate information technology support. This condition was also experienced by SMKN 6 Surakarta. The large number of students registering for PIP, and data processing that is still being done from piles of files are conditions that influence the slow PIP student selection committee performance. The committee must select, search and verify a lot of student data. Selection process requires a long time and a high level of accuracy so it is prone to errors caused by human error. In this research, a Decision Support System was created using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. AHP method in this research aims to determine each criterion weight before the alternative ranking stage. The aim of using the MOORA method is to determine the ranking of alternatives after determining the weighting using AHP. The criteria used in this research are: Ownership of cards/letters, parents' income and number of siblings. Each criterion has sub-criteria and values that will be used in the AHP method calculations. From the results of the accuracy test by comparing data from 2020 to 2022, the accuracy results for 2020 were 94.4%, 95.5% for 2021 and 93.6% for 2022.

Assessing Resident Satisfaction in Subsidized Housing in Indonesia: A case study of FLPP subsidized housing in Bekasi Regency

The Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) program in Indonesia is designed to provide subsidized housing to Low-Income Communities (LIC) with the overarching goal of fostering homeownership. However, a burgeoning issue has emerged wherein these subsidized residences either remain unoccupied, are leased out, or undergo ownership transfers within a five-year period post-purchase. This research delves into the examination of resident satisfaction within FLPP-subsidized housing, a pivotal determinant potentially influencing residents’ choices to either continue residing or relocate. A survey encompassing 100 respondents was conducted in Bekasi Regency, a selected locale notable for its disproportionately higher concentration of FLPP-subsidized housing units compared to proximate areas surrounding Jakarta. Employing scoring methodologies for data analysis, our empirical findings reveal divergent levels of satisfaction among residents residing in different FLPP-subsidized housing estates in Bekasi Regency, ultimately reflecting an overarching sense of contentment. Nevertheless, certain facets of concern have surfaced, specifically pertaining to housing quality, accessibility, and public transportation. These specific areas assume critical significance, given their potential implications on housing affordability and overall habitability, thereby warranting targeted policy interventions. This study provides valuable insights into the efficacy of subsidized housing initiatives, shedding light on the determinants impacting resident satisfaction and subsequent housing-related decision-making processes.

Implementation of Stunting Prevention Program in Indonesia: Literature Review

Introduction: The health problem of stunting is still a crucial problem in various regions of the world. The reduction of stunting is one of the goals of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) target where in 2030 the expected target is 89 million people, but in fact, there is no maximum progress in achieving the World Health Assembly (WHA) global nutrition target in 2025. Various studies have been conducted out there that provide comprehensive facts related to various kinds of programs or methods in reducing the prevalence of stunting that can be taken into consideration by the government in making new policies related to stunting prevention. Objective: This study aims to identify the various implementations of stunting prevention interventions in Indonesia. Method: The research method uses a scoping review with the PRISMA approach. Literature research through three databases, namely PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Scopus. The inclusion criteria for this study were articles published from 2017 to 2023, articles that had free access and full text, research locations in Indonesia, and not systematic review and/or meta-analysis articles. Result: The search results obtained 13 final articles that discuss variations in interventions in stunting prevention. The results of the review of 13 articles found that effective prevention of stunting can be done by various methods, such as providing education, counseling, therapeutic group therapy, practical demonstrations, and home visits through professional collaboration between health workers and health cadres to pregnant women and mothers with children less than five years old, as well as premarital education classes for prospective couples. Conclusion: Implementation of effective stunting prevention interventions should be multisectoral and include family planning, premarital couples, and women with early pregnancies as the main target focus for stunting prevention.

Implementation of The Adiwiyata Program by The Principal to Foster Students’ Morals towards The Environment

This study discusses the Adiwiyata Program implemented at Junior High School (SMPN) 2 Tanon. Adiwiyata is an environmental program in Indonesia that aims to increase school environmental awareness. This program encourages schools to integrate or include environment-related education in the curriculum. This research is qualitative with field research with data collection using case study techniques. Interviewing, observing, and documenting were the methods used for data collection. Data were analysed using interactive data analysis: data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research aims to find out how the principal implemented the Adiwiyata Program to foster students' morals towards the environment. The results of this study indicate that the principal has several programs that can support the implementation of the Adiwiyata program at the school; the programs implemented include: Including Adiwiyata in the learning curriculum, incorporating Adiwiyata values into the independent curriculum P5 project, implementing PHBS (Healthy Clean Living Behavior) and Go Green to students and teachers, carrying out daily pickets, carrying out Friday Kelingan Taman activities, making small parks, utilising organic and non-organic waste, and planning new programs. These activities refer to implementing the school's vision and mission to realise a healthy Adiwiyata school and form school members to have morals of caring for the environment.

PENERAPAN ALGORITMA METODE NAÏVE BAYES UNTUK PENENTUAN PENERIMAAN BANTUAN PROGRAM INDONESIA PINTAR (PIP)

The Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) through the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) is a government program offered in the form of direct education financing to students (6-21 years). KIP is an improvement part of the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) program since the end of 2014. The target of PIP at SMP PGRI 1 Cilacap is still not well targeted, due to the lack of criteria for KKS recipients. Therefore, the author added criteria for KKS recipients in the research. This research was created based on previously existing data, namely 100 training data and 9 test data using the Naïve Bayes data mining method and with 6 attributes, namely parents' occupation, number of dependents, parents' income, KIP recipients, KPS recipients, KKS recipients. The accuracy test results obtained were 88.89% and the Recall calculation was 85.71%.

Impact of community service on university performance and efficiency

Purpose This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of research-based community service programs in Indonesia that used government funds in 2017–2021. Design/methodology/approach The design of this research is a quantitative research method using a data envelopment analysis to evaluate 370 leading universities in Indonesia. Furthermore, six analytical models were considered to compare effectiveness and efficiency between universities. It involved two resource (budget and staff academic involved), three output (intellectual property, prototype and publication) and three outcome variables (economic impact, social impact and capacity building). Findings The findings showed that several universities are considered necessary, with great potential to increase output and outcome efficiency in community involvement. The study mapped and divided the position of 370 universities for additional information. The effectiveness aspect provides another perspective in assessing the performance of tertiary institutions in Indonesia and can be an option for evaluating research performance to improve the quality of output. Originality/value The authors use data from research and community service management information systems used, both the resources used and the results. Efficiency and effectiveness of 370 universities were compared in this study, including comparing their position on the previous assessment with the assessment of the results of this study. Approach to the concept of Mandl et al. (2008) regarding the relationship between input, output and outcome as the main component of the indicators, the authors apply to analyze efficiency and effectiveness.

Sailing Towards Excellence: Revamping the Education Policy to Foster Maritime Leadership in Indonesia

Abstract
 The maritime sector in Indonesia stands at a crucial juncture, demanding a nuanced understanding of the current state of maritime education, its challenges, and the pathways toward fostering maritime leadership. This research, titled "Sailing Towards Excellence: Revamping the Education Policy to Foster Maritime Leadership in Indonesia," employs qualitative research methods using secondary data to explore these dimensions comprehensively.
 The study begins by examining the current features of maritime education programs in Indonesia and assessing their alignment with the dynamic needs of the maritime industry. It investigates the challenges educational institutions face in delivering quality maritime education and explores their repercussions on the development of maritime leadership. Furthermore, the research delves into industry professionals' perceptions of graduates' preparedness for maritime education programs.
 Identified regulatory barriers within the current education policy are scrutinized to understand their impact on the evolution of maritime education in Indonesia. The research concludes by formulating specific policy recommendations to address the identified gaps and enhance maritime leadership development.

Qualitative Fecal Immunochemical Test as a Screening Test for Colorectal Cancer

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers, causing mortality, morbidity, and economic burden. Patient survival differs due to differences in access to health facilities, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic modalities. Early detection can allow colorectal cancer to be diagnosed at an earlier stage, improving patient outcomes and lowering mortality. Due to the lack of a national screening program in Indonesia, as well as the uneven availability of colonoscopy tools, the fecal immunochemical test has become the preferred screening method. This cross-sectional study aims to validate the application of the fecal immunochemical test for colorectal cancer detection. Fecal immunochemical test examination is performed on all patients with suspected colorectal cancer who will undergo a colonoscopy examination at Prof. Hospital dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah, Bali, Indonesia. Histopathological examination is used to diagnose colorectal cancer. This study included 78 people with a colorectal cancer prevalence of 40.91%. There were 38(57.6%) subjects with positive fecal immunochemical test results in this study, and 25(65.6%) of them were diagnosed with colorectal cancer. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of the qualitative fecal immunochemical test in detecting colorectal cancer were 92.59%, 66.67%, 65.79%, and 92.86%, respectively. The qualitative fecal immunochemical test has high sensitivity and can be used as an objective and accurate method of screening symptomatic patients with suspected CRC for colonoscopy.

Creativity of program producer ‘Inside Indonesia’ CNN Jakarta

The creativity of the Inside Indonesia Program Producer is essential in its production, so the producer must be able to think and express ideas or thoughts in writing. This research aims to discover what creativity producers have in the Inside Indonesia program, which can later be used as a reference for future productions. This research uses a qualitative approach to see how to manage a media company in the current era, specifically looking at how creative producers face media competition in the digital era at CNN Jakarta. The results of this research show that there is some producer creativity that has been carried out in producing the Inside Indonesia Program, such as different thinking carried out by the team by determining the best image and best soundbite, as well as including elements of paradox and conflict, the ability to find unusual solutions to a problem, The stages of the production process for the Inside Indonesia Program went through the production process, Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production. The creative elements of creation, change, development, and imitation in this program can be seen starting from the creation of existing ideas/concepts, changes based on evaluations carried out, and development by looking at existing developments as well as the creation of new ideas according to current audience/market demands.

This research is intended to investigate the effect of the implementation of the independent campus learning program in Indonesia, which is intended to provide off-campus learning rights for students to study things other than the field of science they are engaged in both in other study programs and in other institutions outside the campus. is expected to provide additional knowledge and insight so that it will provide benefits for students after graduating from university, the effect of implementing the program is seen from the difference in economic proficiency scores for economics students who take part in the program and those who do not take part in the program, the measure used in viewing proficiency scores is Hansen's proficiency measurement model. This study involved 200 students who were divided into two groups, namely group one were students who took part in the program while group two were students who did not take part in the program. The results of this study indicated that there was a significant difference in proficiency scores for students who took part in the program compared to students who did not take part in the program.

Context Analysis of the Implementation of Village Community Development and Empowerment Programs

In the realm of policy implementation, the Village Community Development and Empowerment Program (PPMD) in Indonesia is evidence of the state’s commitment to promoting sustainable development and empowerment at the grassroots (village) level. To understand the conditions and challenges in interpreting policies into impactful actions, Grindle’s Policy Implementation Theory offers invaluable insights. According to Grindle, policy context elements include: (a) power, interests, and strategies of actors involved, (b) institution and regime characteristics, and (c) compliance and responsiveness. By applying this theory to the Indonesian scenario, we will gain a deeper understanding of the implementation context of the Village Community Development and Empowerment Program.

Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Routine Childhood Immunization Programs in Indonesia: Taking Rural and Urban Area into Account.

To date, the primary global concern has revolved around addressing the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there is a growing awareness of the pandemic's secondary impacts on critical aspects of healthcare, such as childhood immunization programs. This study aims to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on childhood immunization programs in Indonesia, with a specific focus on performance disparities between rural and urban areas. It considers factors like access, utilization, and program workload. Data were collected from primary health cares (PHCs) in two regions in West Java Province, Indonesia, representing rural and urban areas. A descriptive analysis was conducted to compare vaccination coverage, drop-out rates, and the ratio of vaccinators per dose from 2019 to 2021 in 40 and 22 PHCs for rural and urban areas, respectively. A general linear model was employed to evaluate the differences in these parameters over the three consecutive years. The results indicate fluctuations in vaccine coverage over the three years, with the most significant impact observed in 2020, particularly in rural areas. Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference in routine immunization coverage, drop-out rates, and vaccinator ratios between rural and urban areas from 2019 to 2021 (p<0.05). In 2021, both rural and urban areas displayed significant differences in performance parameters for routine immunization and COVID-19 vaccination (p<0.05), except in terms of coverage for IPV and COVID-19 vaccination. The study highlights a reduction in routine immunization coverage during the pandemic, a concerning issue that increases the risk of vaccine-preventable diseases, particularly in rural areas.

Digitalised Welfare-to-work program in Indonesia: A Prelimenary Study of The Pre-Employment Card (PECP) and Job-Loss Insurances (JLI) Programs

Unemployment is a serious challenge facing many countries around the world, including Indonesia. The government plays a crucial role in addressing this issue by implementing effective welfare-to-work (WTW) policies. This study examines the implementation of Welfare-to-Work (WTW) reform in Indonesia through an examination of the Pre-Employment Card Program (PECP) and Job-Loss Insurance (JLI) on unemployment figures. This study examines the use of digitalization in the implementation of the two programs. The study was conducted using qualitative methods with semi-structured interviews with a total of 37 participants (14 policymakers from the Ministry of Manpower and the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, 17 training providers related to the PECP and 6 participants). Secondary data was collected from previous studies with a total of 846 respondents. This study finds that digitalization can weaken jobseekers' motivation to access the full implementation of the WTW policy. The provision of helpdesks is beneficial for individuals who face difficulties in accessing digital services, especially those living in urban areas. However, digitization may not effectively support those who are geographically marginalized.
