The Particularities of the Structural Components of the Students' Educational Process, for Improving Skills in the Instructive-Tourism Practice

The content of the practice in higher education institutions assumes the position of the worker in the field of tourism, who, in addition to office work, is put in the position to go on the route, and this fact can only be achieved through an instructive-tourism practice. The subject of the research focused on the instructive-tourism practice that can have various structural components must be implemented taking into account various aspects of the tourism industry. The methods that provided us with the expected results included the analysis of the specialized literature and the structural aspects of the tourist instructive practice process. All of this presupposes the implementation of some modules for practical field activities, necessary in the training of students' professional skills. Thus, the obtained results lead us to conclude that the diversification of student practices is essential in their professional training.

Exploration of Building Technology Education Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

In the current educational environment, paying attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality, in order to enhance students’ spiritual realm and ideological level, has become an important content of education reform. This article takes the strengthening of students’ responsibility as the starting point, combined with the advanced education mode, aims to cultivate the correct values in the professional skills training of students and become professional engineering talents with exquisite technology and lofty morality. The research focuses on the training of students majoring in architectural engineering technology in higher vocational colleges, and explores the construction of core quality training models and vocational education professional training models, to enhance the comprehensive quality of students and cultivate compound talents with excellent academic achievements and good spiritual outlook. Background and Aims: Vocational education administration Dual system of educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. It is a professional education arrangement that arises from an agreement between an educational institution and a business establishment. The main objective is to develop and train professional skills for students. To prepare for future work the objectives of this research are to study the following: (1) Level of administration of vocational education, dual system, of vocational education in Kalasin Province. According to the standards for managing vocational education in the dual system of the Vocational Education Commission. To assess the quality and efficiency of operations at the operational level. 2) Compare the level of vocational education administration in the dual system of vocational education in Kalasin Province. To find differences in management in various areas and the use of various approaches to develop educational quality. (3) Study guidelines for promoting or developing the administration of vocational education, a dual system, of educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, Kalasin Province. To suggest ways to improve and develop educational administration to be more efficient. Methodology: In this research the sample group used was a total of 196 people. The research tool was a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale, which had a confidence value of 0.81 and an internal consistency (IOC) in the range of 0.6-1.00. This questionnaire was designed to inquire about the administration of vocational education. Dual system of educational institutions under the Kalasin Provincial Vocational Education Institute. For data analysis use basic statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and statistical tests used to compare differences, including t-test and F-test. Results: The results of the research found that: (1) Vocational education administration overall, it was at a high level. (2) Results of comparative analysis of opinions regarding vocational education administration classified by position, educational level, and size of educational institution found that there was no difference. (3) Guidelines for developing vocational education administration It is necessary to be supported and encouraged to be able to develop and adapt to the changes in today's industrial world. The various areas that should be developed include: 1) Quality of graduates: They must have knowledge and abilities that are accepted by the industry. 2) Curriculum development: Curriculum should be developed together with entrepreneurs and other stakeholders. 3) Measurement and evaluation: An effective measurement and evaluation system should be developed. 4) Cooperation between Educational institutions and business establishments: There should be strong relationships and cooperation in developing students. It is necessary to strengthen cooperation between educational institutions and enterprises. Frequency of internet use, economic income, and health of the population-comparative analysis of urban and rural areas based on Chinese General Social Survey.

People's health is one of the important supports for China's economic development. This study uses the 2021 Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) data to empirically test the impact of residents' Internet use frequency and economic income on residents' health level, and analyzes the differences between urban and rural areas. The empirical test results show that, firstly, the frequency of Internet use can promote the health level of residents, and the promotion effect of Internet use frequency on the health level of rural residents is higher than that of urban residents; Secondly, economic income has a positive promoting effect on the health level of the entire sample of residents, but in urban samples, the regression between economic income and residents' health level is not significant. Third, in the heterogeneity test of region, gender and age, it is found that the impact of residents' Internet use frequency and economic income on residents' health level also has urban-rural differences. Based on this, this study suggests that the government can continue to make efforts to further promote the health level of residents by improving the Internet penetration rate, strengthening the use of Internet skills, carrying out Internet professional skills training and promoting the high-quality development of Internet content.

Development of a regression model for effective labour management of an IT project

The object of the study is human resource management in IT projects, where the diversity of cultural characteristics and communication practices can affect the efficiency of task performance. The main problem addressed in this study is to identify the key factors that affect the effectiveness of human resource management in IT projects and to identify problem areas that need to be adjusted to improve the productivity and quality of teamwork. The study findings showed that the effectiveness of human resource management in IT projects largely depends on four main aggregate indicators: communication and interaction, cultural factors, leadership and management, and technical and professional skills. In particular, the model found that improved communication and interaction, as well as leadership and management, have the greatest positive impact on overall performance. Instead, cultural differences can create barriers that negatively affect teamwork performance. The findings are explained by the fact that effective communication and interaction are fundamental to coordinating teamwork, ensuring clarity of tasks, and timely information exchange. Leadership and management determine team motivation, conflict resolution strategies, and the overall direction of activities. The negative impact of cultural factors is explained by language barriers, differences in work approaches, and other cultural characteristics that can make it difficult to understand and cooperate. These findings can be used in practice in IT projects where multicultural teams work. They provide valuable guidance for leaders and managers on which aspects of management to focus on to improve team effectiveness. In particular, effective communication practices should be implemented, leadership skills and strategic planning should be developed, and cultural sensitivity should be taken into account, as well as training and development of technical and professional skills of team members. This will help overcome cultural barriers, improve collaboration, and increase the overall productivity of IT projects.

Management of professional communication skill training for primary school teachers in Duong Kinh District, Hai Phong City

This study investigates the management of professional communication skill training for primary school teachers in Duong Kinh District, Hai Phong City, with the aim of fostering a happier school environment. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative data from structured questionnaires and qualitative insights from interviews and focus groups. The results show that 78% of participants attend communication skill training at least annually, but only 45% of teachers engage in these sessions more frequently, indicating a gap in training regularity. The effectiveness of the training programs varies, with principals and subject heads generally reporting higher effectiveness compared to teachers. Although 72% of respondents recognize a positive impact on the school environment, including improved classroom management and staff relations, 20% find the training to be of limited relevance or impact. Qualitative findings reveal challenges such as limited resources, insufficient time for training, and inconsistent staff commitment. The study identifies the need for more interactive and context-specific training to address these issues. Recommendations for improving training effectiveness include increasing awareness of the importance of communication skills, enhancing needs assessments, setting specific and relevant training goals, improving content and delivery methods, and creating supportive working conditions.

A Burnt-Out Health: Stigma towards Mental Health Problems as a Predictor of Burnout in a Sample of Community Social Healthcare Professionals.

Burnout is a primary psychosocial risk factor in the workplace. Mental health stigma, which includes negative cognitions, emotions, and behaviors, also undermines the performance of social healthcare professionals. This study aimed to explore the levels of burnout in a sample of community social healthcare workers as well as its relationships with variables such as stigma towards mental health problems, professional skills, and job characteristics. An online assessment was conducted with 184 social healthcare professionals (75.5% female, mean age = 40.82 years, SD = 9.9). Medium levels of burnout and stigma and high levels of professional skills were observed. Multiple linear regression analyses revealed that stigma towards mental health problems and professional skills predicted emotional exhaustion (R2 = 0.153, F(4, 179) = 9.245, p < 0.001), depersonalization (R2 = 0.213, F(3, 180) = 17.540, p < 0.001), and personal accomplishment (R2 = 0.289, F(5, 178) = 15.87, p < 0.001). These findings suggest that social healthcare systems could benefit from taking care of the mental health of their workers by addressing burnout, tackling negative attitudes towards mental health problems, and providing professional skills training. This would help to make social healthcare systems more inclusive and of higher quality, thereby reducing health costs.

This research aims to find out how digital technology is used to optimize teacher development institutions in the digital era, what the implementation challenges are and what digital implementation steps are in optimizing digital development. The method used in this research is the library research method. Data collection by searching for sources from various sources such as books, journals and existing research. Data obtained from literature studies were analyzed using an interactive qualitative model. This data analysis model consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that there is optimization of teacher development institutions through teacher professional skills training in the digital era. The use of digital developments in optimizing teacher development institutions in educational institutions has the aim of forming teachers in implementing digital to help shape the character and professionalism of teachers. Challenges faced in integrating technology in teacher development institutions include the digital divide, attention to teacher training and development and data security and privacy. The steps for implementing technology are analyzing teacher coaching, digital-based learning planning, optimization, use of applications and supporting platforms, monitoring and evaluation as well as ongoing teacher training and development.

Indicators of The Quality of The Didactic Process in Higher Education from The Student’s Perspective

Abstract Quality in education represents a predictor of education for sustainability development. This article aims to measure: (a) the level of satisfaction perceived by students regarding the development of the didactic communication process (OS1) (b) the assessment of the importance given by the student to the organizational and didactic practices necessary to increase the quality of university education (OS2). The research is quantitative, and its specific tools were designed considering the following variables: (a) dependent variables: satisfaction, and knowledge, and (b) independent variables: indicators of effective communication quality, teacher competencies, effective learning practices, quality of training, importance and performance in training professional and transversal skills, indicators of conflict of interest and ethical dilemmas. The data processing aimed at determining the average scores for each dimension investigated and their ranking was based on the values obtained for each provided subsample. The resulting values have an average score of 1.45 and 1.34, respectively, revealing a relatively small distance between those two dimensions. This leads us to appreciate that students know the role, place and importance of the learning environment in increasing academic performance. Providing support services for students is also perceived as important since the average score obtained is 1.23 - not far from the average of those related to the learning environment. Didactic communication contributes to the efficiency of the didactic process; it is appreciated that empathy, personal integrity and expressiveness are the attributes that any teacher must possess; compliance with the rules can be considered a pillar of academic quality and academic success. At the ranking level, those dimensions rank first in importance, followed by “learning autonomy” (second place), ensuring an adequate learning environment (third place) and providing support services for students (fourth place).

Econometric analysis of the development of labor potential of agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan

The goal is to reveal the basis for the formation of labor potential in agriculture, its condition and role in socio-economic development of rural areas. Consider theoretical foundations of economic and mathematical modeling of dynamics of the formation of human resources in agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan. Methods - application of methodology for carrying out forecast calculations based on econometric model in the form of a system of joint equations, tracing the connection of labor market with changes in demographic structure of the country's rural population. The study used statistical data series provided by the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan. An overview of government support measures aimed at increasing labor reserves in rural areas is presented. As a result of scientific research, calculation forecast models were obtained, on the basis of which the values of main statistical indicators characterizing the dynamics of labor activity in rural areas of the republic for the long-term period were determined. Results - ways to overcome negative trends that slow down labor activity and form effective labor potential in rural areas are proposed: ensuring real growth in rural employment in all areas of activity; creation of additional high-performance jobs; improvement of social infrastructure. Conclusions - based on forecast calculations of indicators reflecting the directions of development of human capital in agricultural sector, opportunities for increasing GDP of products (services) of agriculture, forestry and fisheries have been identified. Studying the problems of rural labor economics makes it possible to note imbalances in the supply and demand of qualified specialists. In this regard, there is a need for active labor policy, stimulation of job search, training in professional skills, acquisition of a new profession.

Designing an Educational Metaverse: A Case Study of NTUniverse

An up-and-coming concept that seeks to transform how students learn about and study complex systems, as well as how industrial workers are trained, metaverse technology is characterized in this context by its use in virtual simulation and analysis. In this work, a virtual environment is created that duplicates real-world situations and enables immersive and interactive learning in the educational metaverse. For this purpose, we built a digital twin of the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) campus as a foundation, called NTUniverse. It is designed as an educational metaverse in which various academic and analytical applications are digitized as 3D content embedded within this virtual campus. The approach to digitally twinning educational systems and embedding them within virtual campuses enables remote and collaborative learning as well as professional technical skills training. It also makes feasible the analysis of abstract concepts, complicated structures, dynamic processes, and sensitive industrial procedures virtually, which is otherwise challenging if not impossible to perform in the real world. The work offers important insights into the behaviors and interactions of systems in the metaverse by evaluating design choices and user interests. NTUniverse is an attempt to explore a novel approach that addresses remote education and training challenges. Three efforts with NTUniverse will be discussed in this work, including (1) digitalization of the NTU campus; (2) campus train modelling and simulation; and (3) science, technology, engineering and mathematics education.

Организационно-педагогические условия формирования готовности педагога профессионального обучения к отраслевой практико-ориентированной деятельности

The aim of the study is to provide a theoretical substantiation of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness for industry practice-oriented activities among future teachers of the secondary vocational education system to increase the effectiveness of training in higher vocational pedagogical education and ensure that the results of this training meet the current requirements of employers. The paper presents a set of organizational-methodological, content-activity-related, technological-instrumental and personnel-related conditions that contribute to the development of industry-specific professional skills and abilities among future teachers of the secondary vocational education system. The scientific novelty of the study lies in a detailed description of the content of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the training of undergraduate students in the programme 44.03.04 Vocational Training (Economics and Management) during industry operational practice in order to include them in the process of industrial training and development of industry-specific professional skills that contribute to the formation of the readiness to perform industry practice-oriented activities in organizations of the secondary vocational education system. The author believes that such a set of conditions will contribute to improving the quality of training not only for teachers of professional educational organizations, but also, as a result, workers and middle-level specialists who are needed by the labor market. Following the study, the results of testing organizational and pedagogical conditions have been presented and their effectiveness for practical application has been proved.

Health and social care needs of people living with dementia: a qualitative study of dementia support in the Victorian region of Gippsland, Australia.

There is a lack of information about the experiences of people living with dementia and their carers, especially in rural and regional areas. Understanding these experiences helps to identify gaps and unmet needs within the health system and improve quality of care and outcomes for people living with dementia. The aim of this study was to improve our knowledge of dementia support needs. This included access to health and social care services and supports for people living with dementia and those who provide informal or formal support to someone living with dementia. Interviews were conducted with 26 participants from the Gippsland region of Victoria, Australia with knowledge of dementia care. Purposive sampling engaged people with lived experience, carers/family members and health professionals delivering dementia care and social services. Discussions centred around participants' experiences of support services, the diagnosis process and what they thought was needed to improve the services and supports offered. Thematic analysis of the data was undertaken using the framework method. The interview data indicated that the needs of many people living with dementia and their carers were not currently being met. The themes were limited access to services and supports, including primary and specialist care, often impacted by lack of knowledge of care options, difficulty navigating the system and funding models as a barrier, leading to delays in getting a diagnosis and accessing specialist services; lack of holistic care to enable people living with dementia to 'live well'; and stigma impacted by a lack of knowledge of dementia among professionals and in the community. Relationship-centred care was described as a way to improve the lives of people living with dementia. Key areas for improvement include increasing community awareness of dementia and available local services, more support to obtain an early dementia diagnosis, increased help to navigate the system, especially immediately after diagnosis, and easier access to appropriate home support services when they are needed. Other recommendations include person-centred care across settings - supported by funding models, more education and communication skills training for health professionals and care staff - and greater support for and increased recognition of carers.

Teaching practice of wind turbine practical training based on virtual teaching platform

AbstractThe wind turbine components are bulky and costly. Undergraduate students majoring in wind power cannot achieve professional skills training in the laboratory. To deepen the understanding of wind turbine installation, a virtual simulation platform for the teaching exploration of wind turbine assembly practice course is developed. The goal of the platform is to build a virtual simulation installation process of each huge component of the wind turbine through the model, so that students can experience the experiential learning of the installation of the wind turbine, and experience the learning opportunities of the visualization of parts and the operability of the assembly process, so as to lay the foundation of wind power engineering practice for undergraduate students. The teaching of simulation working process based on wind turbine assembly process and performance characteristics is discussed. The results and questionnaires of students in three classes are counted. The teaching experiment shows that the average score of the experimental group is 4.5 points higher than that of the control group. This method can significantly improve students' interest in learning and academic performance, improve students' wind turbine assembly ability, and meet the actual needs of students majoring in wind power. The research shows that the platform can be effectively used as a practical teaching tool for wind power students.

Research On The Construction Of Competency Model For Chinese Tennis Coaches

The tennis industry in China is rapidly developing, necessitating a focused effort to enhance the capabilities of tennis coaches to meet the demands of this rapid growth. This study utilizes various research methods including literature review, field surveys, key event technique interviews, Delphi method, and statistical analysis to explore the essential competencies required of Chinese tennis coaches. A competency model consisting of four dimensions and 14 competency indicators has been established, covering cognitive abilities (coaching philosophy, professional experience, analysis, learning), professional skills (training program development, player guidance, motivation), management abilities (communication skills, influence, coordination, problem-solving), and personal traits (achievement motivation, innovation, emotional control). Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis demonstrate that the four-dimensional model exhibits a high level of fit across various fit indices, validating the model effectively. Furthermore, a 36-question assessment scale has been designed to evaluate these competency characteristics. Survey results indicate that Chinese tennis coaches excel primarily in professional skills, followed by personal traits, management abilities, and cognitive capabilities. By employing this model, a structured coach selection approach has been proposed, providing crucial support for enhancing human resource management in Chinese tennis.

THE INFLUENCE OF MENTORING AND INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS ON GOOD PRACTICE MODELS AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN SOCIAL WORK

The relationship with social institutions and the business environment is an essential component both in terms of the employability of graduates of the Social Work specialization and the adaptation of educational plans, of the contents taught to the existing changes in the economic and social environment by consulting employers and professional associations. Beyond the institutional, administrative, and legislative aspects regarding the training of professionals in the field of social assistance, the usefulness of mentors and models of good practice is considered. The practical research from the social assistance specialization of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iași regarding the importance and usefulness of students' practice in their professional training, had as its objectives the identification of difficulties in training professional skills for obtaining skills, the collaboration between professionals and practicing students, the importance practices for social assistance specialization, identifying the perception of professionals towards practicing students as well as identifying the professional's image as a mentor and model for them. The questionnaire was used for the practice coordinators, and for the undergraduate students from the social assistance specialization, reports of the practical activity, structured thematically, were used. The conclusions of the research highlighted their perceptions on the role and training of social workers through practice activity as well as the practical implications and benefits of inter-institutional collaboration in professional training.

We propose and explore a method based on labor education The quality teaching model of combining party building and skill training teaching is to cultivate students' labor consciousness, comprehensively enhance students' professional skills and spirit of overcoming difficulties, and cultivate high-quality engineering professional and technical talents with both moral integrity and talent, leveraging the leading role of party building work.

The case for health professional student communication skills training for persons with aphasia.

Communication challenges in persons with aphasia may negatively affect their health care. Building effective communication skills is critical for health professional student education, yet communication skills for interacting with persons with aphasia are often not taught or practiced within health care education. A review of the literature found that research is limited but does demonstrate evidence-based training can improve skills for health professional students. Through utilization of workshops, seminars, and standardized patients, medical students and other health professional students can build confidence and skills in successful communication for future encounters with persons with aphasia.
