The urgency of an investigated problem is caused by requirements which are put before high school in preparation of the experts, capable to carry out the future professional work in various conditions, to accept and realise non-standard decisions, to overcome stereotypes in industrial and personal spheres, to be competitive and professionally successful. The purpose of researches is to characterise stages of formation of competitiveness of the future expert as marker of his professional career. Methods of research used: general scientific: general-theoretical (abstraction, a concrete definition, the analysis, synthesis, comparison, opposition, an induction, deduction); concrete-scientific: theoretical (the literature analysis, the analysis of conceptually-terminological system, construction of hypotheses). The beginning of formation of the investigated quality defines judgement of professional aspects: the professional facts, the phenomena, events; mastering of professional norms, values, formation of ideals; formation of professional belief, ethical principles; realisation and their creative development in professional work, dialogue. In research stages of formation of competitiveness of the future expert are substantially characterised. The competitiveness analysis as a marker of professional career of the future expert has proved that today, in the conditions of market economy, for a labour market experts who are able to compete, non-standard to think use demand, creatively to apply knowledge in difficult industrial and social situations, to build successful professional career. The modern expert, should study easily, quickly adapt to changeable conditions and the professional work maintenance, to be interested in personal continuous formation and self-improvement. The future expert should have generated such personal qualities and abilities which would allow it to be guided independently in the professional world and to be mobile. Thus, the future expert should be competitive, professionally successful. To represent the professional future, to develop career routes, the plan of professional career, to build a vector of the career growth. During research stages (the first - adaptable, the second - mastering by culture of professional self-education, the third - development of the basic professional functions of the expert) and technologies of formation of competitiveness of the expert as marker of professional career are defined and characterised. Stage-by-stage technologies of formation of competitiveness of the expert as marker of professional career are defined, namely: technologies of collective and group interaction (foresight-technology in particular «time Swing», Rapid Foresight»); technologies of imitating modelling of real activity of the professional («The professional-career lift of the expert «creation portfolio of professional achievements»); creation of real situations of professional-personal development of «Goodwill» − technologies, «Designing of career routes of the future experts»; technology of self-image and self-presentation Self-branding.
