In this work, printable strontium titanate based dielectric nanocomposites have been synthesised and their dielectric properties were studied. Herein, a cost effective, environment friendly polymer, polyvinylpyrrolidone was chosen as the matrix. Two different thin film deposition processes, including spin coating and slot-die have been demonstrated and dielectric properties have been systematically investigated. In particular, 70% weight ratio of strontium titanate loaded nanocomposite showed a remarkable dielectric constant of 70 and dielectric loss of 0.12 at 1 MHz. The results indicate that strontium titanate/polyvinylpyrrolidone nanocomposite may have potential applications in future printable electronics.
