Технология использования мультипликационных фильмов в обучении бурятскому языку детей дошкольного возраста

The Buryat language is in danger of extinction. Vitality of the language is determined by children's use of it. At present, there is an urgent need in the republic to develop and apply in the process of teaching the Buryat language such technologies that will be interesting and demanded by pre-school children. The purpose of the study is to show the possibilities of using cartoons in the process of teaching Buryat language as a second language to preschool children. In the course of the study we applied the following methods: generalization of experience in teaching Buryat language as a second language to preschool children, analysis of scientific literature on the methods of early foreign language teaching, speech development of preschool children, use of cartoons in language classes, observation of the process of language skills formation in preschool children, experimental and pedagogical work, conversation with Buryat language teachers of preschool educational organizations of the Republic of Buryatia. The study revealed that cartoons created in the Buryat language have a great didactic potential. To use them for the purpose of teaching the Buryat language, a selection of cartoon series was made and a set of tasks for them was developed. This set of tasks realizes the methods of teaching second languages and the algorithm of work on video materials. Scientific novelty of the study consists in methodical analysis of the teaching potential of cartoons in the Buryat language, the study of linguistic and speech content of cartoon texts and the possibility of using them in the formation of linguistic skills and the development of technology of using these cartoons in teaching the Buryat language to preschool children. The practical significance of the study lies in the description of a set of tasks for working on cartoons, which makes it possible to use the results of the study in the development of new technologies of teaching Buryat language and other languages with the use of cartoons, in particular, in the development of a set of tasks and exercises for different types of language and speech skills, in the creation of educational cartoons.

Organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of technical creativity of older preschool children

The article reveals the issues of updating the educational activities of preschool teachers, taking into account the technical content. The urgency of the problem of the development of children's technical creativity is indicated; the concept of "children's technical creativity" is characterized. The theoretical substantiation of the organizational and pedagogical conditions ensuring the effective development of children's technical creativity in the conditions of a preschool educational organization is presented. The content and results of experimental work on the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of children's technical creativity are described.

Formation of Spatial Representations in Preschool Children with Disabilities

The article presents a theoretical analysis and an experimental study of the formation of spatial representations in preschool children with disabilities. The difficulties associated with the development of spatial representations in preschool children with disabilities are analyzed. The description of the program for the formation of spatial representations in preschool children with disabilities is given. It is based on the author's correctional and developmental program N. Ya. Semago «Program for the formation of spatial representations in children of preschool and primary school age». The program for the formation of elementary mathematical representations in preschoolers with disabilities in the conditions of a preschool educational organization in a combined orientation group, in children of the experimental group, has effectively manifested itself in the development of such indicators of the formation of spatial representations as «Spatial analysis and synthesis», «Spatial representations at an impressive level», «Spatial representations at an expressive level (images)» and «Spatial representations at an expressive level (plot picture)».

CREATIVE AND TECHNOLOGICAL COMPONENT OF THE MANAGERIAL CULTURE OF THE HEAD OF A PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

The paper examines the creative and technological component of the managerial culture of the personality of the head of a preschool educational organization depending on their age and management experience. Research results reveal the features of the leadership style, managerial skills, leadership qualities that affect the effectiveness of activities. The obtained data may be taken into account when structuring the management process in a preschool educational organization, both by the educational authorities and directly by the heads of institutions.

The aim of the study is to characterize the efforts of Sofia Andreevna Lyugebil (1824-1914) and Adelaida Semyonovna Simonovich (1844-1933) to open the very first preschool institutions in Russia. The article reveals little-known facts of their biographies and provides data on their practical teaching activities. The text of the article includes memoirs of contemporaries (E. N. Vodovozova, the ‘Sovremennik’ journal), as well as those of former students (A. N. Benois, I. V. Petrashen) of K. I. May’s private gymnasium, where S. A. Lyugebil worked. The scientific novelty of the study lies in introducing into scientific use factual material related to the initial stage of preschool education development in Russia, which remains little known. The participation of S. A. Lyugebil, A. S. Simonovich and their spouses in the work of the first Russian pedagogical society is noted. The contribution of A. S. Simonovich to the development of the theory of preschool education is characterized, her efforts to open the ‘Detsky sad’ journal, the first Russian periodical on preschool subjects, are shown. Information is provided on the initial stage of the organization of preschool education abroad, as well as in Russia (in the pre-Soviet period). The publication of the article coincides with the 200th anniversary of the birth of S. A. Lyugebil and the 180th anniversary of the birth of A. S. Simonovich.

The article deals with the survey of a preschool educational organization for 220 places. Determination of physical wear and tear and recommendations for extending the life cycle of buildings of preschool educational organizations. Based on statistical data, it is established that 50% of buildings have a satisfactory technical condition, and the remaining 50% have an unsatisfactory technical condition. In order to extend the life cycle of preschool education buildings that have a satisfactory condition, it is advisable to carry out major repairs, and for buildings with unsatisfactory technical condition, it is advisable to carry out reconstruction. According to the results of the survey of the preschool educational building, the main defects and damages of building structures are given, as well as measures to eliminate them have been developed.

The article discusses the role of music in human life, its educational significance, and its role in the system of aesthetic education. Based on the opinions of famous scientists, it is shown that music is an integral part of the aesthetic education of young people in the family, preschool educational organizations, as well as in the school system. Taking into account that music is a powerful educational tool, it is emphasized that it is necessary to pay more serious attention to music lessons in preschool educational organizations.

INTERACTION OF THE TEACHER AND PARENTS IN THE EDUCATION OF A CULTURE OF SAFE BEHAVIOR OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

This article discusses the theoretical aspects of the interaction of a teacher of a preschool educational organization and parents (legal representatives) in the education of a culture of safe behavior of children. The relevance of the problem under consideration is due to the tasks of the state policy in the field of education, where one of the most important is declared – the upbringing of the younger generation. The Federal State Program of Preschool Education (FOP) and the Federal State Educational Standard of Preschool Education (FGOS) define modern guidelines for building relationships between a preschool educational organization and the families of pupils. Among the basic principles of preschool education, the cooperation of the kindergarten with the family is distinguished. One of the most important tasks solved in these documents is to provide psychological and pedagogical support to the family and to increase the competence of parents in the development and education of children, protection and strengthening of their health [2, p. 3]. This determines the need to choose means and methods in the upbringing of children, which must begin with the first level of education - preschool childhood. It is at this level of formation of a future citizen that it is necessary to form a conscious and responsible attitude to personal safety and the safety of people around him, as well as reasonable actions in problematic situations. The most important acquisition of preschool age is the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and consistent behavior that ensures a safe existence in this environment. The authors of the article analyzed the different points of view of scientists on the problem of interaction, presented the forms, methods and means of interaction between teachers and parents, revealed the various social roles of parents in the upbringing of children

PRESCHOOL UPBRINGING AND EDUCATION IN MACEDONIA

The first, initial and inseparable part of the unique educational system is the organized institutional preschool upbringing and education. Early childhood education plays a key role in children's development and has significant positive socio-economic effects on the entire society. Numerous researches in the world and in our country show that the language, cultural level, general living conditions and the specific way of upbringing and education of the child in the preschool period have a great influence on the child's psychological development and the development of the abilities needed to start school. The paper first gives an overview on the importance and significance of the organized institutional upbringing and education of preschool children, and then we focus on some aspects of the organization of preschool upbringing and education in the Republic of North Macedonia. We briefly give an overview of the growth of institutional preschool care in the last ten years, and we refer to the challenges faced by preschool upbringing and education in Macedonia.

Organizational and Pedagogical Conditions for Transition to Project Management of a Preschool Educational Organization

The Russian education system is currently undergoing a process of digital transformation at all levels. These changes are due to socio-economic development, demographic processes, needs of society, peculiarities of production, where human potential is replaced by artificial intelligence and other environmental factors that have a significant impact on the microenvironment of an educational organization. All these processes require a change in the management model, which could meet the trends in the development of society, quickly transform and modify. The article proposes a project management model, flexible, situational, as well as organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the implementation and use of the developed management model in preschool educational organizations (PEO), regardless of the form of ownership (municipal, state or private). One of the most important conditions for the transition to digital management of PEO is the professional development of teachers in the field of digital education, the practical use of digital equipment and interactive platforms in the classroom, it is also very important to select management personnel, change the scheme for appointing managers who must have competencies in the field of management , marketing, economics, risk management and personnel, and not just have a set of pedagogical knowledge, skills and abilities, as it is now. However, the implementation of the project management model at the moment turns out to be difficult, the transition to it should be phased, as the first stage, the authors of the article propose the implementation of the organizational and pedagogical conditions described in the work.

Assessment of the needs of children with disabilities in the preschool education program

The article actualizes the problem of mastering a standard program of preschool education and training for children with disabilities integrated into preschool educational organizations. It presents a brief analysis of the key aspects of pedagogical diagnostics and assessment of the special educational needs of children with disabilities of preschool age. The authors note that the existing monitoring of the assimilation of the content of the standard preschool education and training program is insufficiently focused on the needs of children with disabilities included in the common educational space with normotypic children. In this regard, they present and describe tools for assessing the special educational needs of this group of children in the process of mastering the program in a preschool educational organization. For experimental verification of the developed tools, a pilot study was conducted at the KSU "Sanatorium nursery-garden No. 21" in Almaty. The novelty of this research lies in the development and implementation of a new method of interaction of preschool teachers in the process of psychological and pedagogical support. This method includes a preliminary assessment of the skills and abilities of children with disabilities, which complements and improves the traditional monitoring of the assimilation of the preschool education and training program. The article describes this process, including the steps and methodological approaches used by the participants of the experiment. Special attention is paid to the activation of interaction between preschool teachers (educators, a teacher of the Kazakh language, a music director, a physical education instructor) implementing a program of preschool education and training, and specialists of psychological and pedagogical support. The article demonstrates how cooperation between teachers and specialists contributes to the successful adaptation of the educational process for children with disabilities, creating conditions for their full development in an inclusive educational environment.

The paper considers the results of research aimed at studying motivational attitudes of students (future preschool teachers) in relation to healthy lifestyles. The author substantiates the relevance of the issues concerning the development of health-saving competence of future teachers of preschool educational organizations as well as outlines its theoretical and methodological foundations. Then, components of health-saving competence are analyzed individually to demonstrate their essential nature for training future pre-school teachers at the university level.

Implementation of Digital Education Tools in the Pedagogical Community

This article is devoted to solving the problem of accumulation, systematization, and translation of the practices of using digital educational technologies in municipal educational organizations. The solution to this problem was implemented by implementing the project “Organization of a system of digital education practices in the urban district of the City of Yelets” in 2022. The project was aimed at involving at least 350 managing and teaching staff, 4000 students in the active practice of using digital educational technologies in educational organizations of the urban district of Yelets (Lipetsk region, Russian Federation) by the end of 2022. To achieve the goal, the implementation of a system of digital education practices in educational organizations of the urban district of the city of Yelets was determined. Continuity and concession are key features of this system.
 Consequently, the stakeholders are preschool educational organizations, public educational organizations, organizations of additional education, secondary vocational education, and higher education. This system involved the use of such organizational forms as a resource center, a municipal network platform, a pivotal school, and an author’s school, within which approbation, tuning, and dissemination of the experience of using software products, the LECTA digital educational platform, the digital educational environment “Mobile e-education” and directions 3D modeling, digital video and robotics. The key results of the conducted research were quantitative and qualitative indicators. The main problem that has blocked the adoption of digital education tools among the pedagogical community is the belief that they are ineffective compared to full-time education.

Communicative skills development in children with mental retardation and other disabilities is a great chal-lenge, requiring the application of a wide range of pedagogical tools and techniques. This group is character-ized primarily by the pace lag of development. Directing animated films makes it possible to achieve significant results in the child’s natural environment without serious stress on his psyche. The article gives an outline of this approach, characterizes methods and tools for carrying out cartoon therapy in children’s preschool educa-tional organizations and speech centers. The peculiarities of the cartoon therapy classes organization are ana-lyzed, and various materials and techniques of creating cartoons are discussed. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that the developmental potential of this methodology, which combines reliance on the child's multiple senses, is enormous, which determines the broad prospects for its usage in preschool childhood, including for corrective purposes.

Исследование отношения родителей детей с аутизмом к дошкольному образованию

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objectives</strong>. The preschool age has its crucial importance in the upbringing and education of children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The plasticity of psychological organization at this age makes the psycho-educational work the most effective. The aim of presented work is the analysis of characteristics of parents’ attitude of children with autism to preschool education with the follow-up identification of factors that influence this attitude of parents to preschool education and determination of the trajectories for optimizing this attitude in order to increase the ef­fectiveness of accompanying children with ASD in the preschool period.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods</strong>. A survey of 629 parents or legal representatives of individuals with autism from 43 regions of Russia and the Republic of Belarus was conducted. The age of the respondents’ children varies from 3 to 38 years.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results</strong>. Reported that 86.6% of the children attended preschool educational organizations; 12.3% — did not at­tended; 0.6% preferred not to answer this type of questions. In the period from the second half of the 1980s to 2022, the percentage of children attending preschools increased from 7.8% to 97.0%. However, regardless of age, at least a quarter of families (24—28%) asked for help in other institutions or appealed to the private specialists, which directly indicates dissatisfaction with the support provided by the preschool educational system. Respondents whose children attended preschools mark the general preschool education effects at 3.2+0.1 on a five-point scale. In comparison, all families who assessed preschool have a significantly lower result (P<0.01) — 2.8+0.1. The respondents noted the insufficient level of qualifications of the staff of the preschool educational institution and problems of organizational and methodological support.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusions</strong>. Despite the subjective character of the survey, the assessments and comments of parents reflect the real problems of preschool education of children with ASD. In order to develop cooperation between representatives of the preschool system and families raising children with autism, two equivalent areas of work are proposed: raising awareness of parents about autism and the basic supports of children with autism and improving the skills of special­ists working with such children.</p>
