Abstract

The paper examines the creative and technological component of the managerial culture of the personality of the head of a preschool educational organization depending on their age and management experience. Research results reveal the features of the leadership style, managerial skills, leadership qualities that affect the effectiveness of activities. The obtained data may be taken into account when structuring the management process in a preschool educational organization, both by the educational authorities and directly by the heads of institutions.
