Penerapan Metode Algoritma A* Untuk Penentuan Jalur Terpendek Dalam Pengiriman Barang Berbasis Mobile

PT. Pos Indonesia is a Regional Owned Enterprise whose aim is to participate in implementing and supporting government policies and programs in the field of economy and national development, especially in the field of postal and giro services to the public. The current services is no longer only focused on mail services but has opened various domestic and nondomestic (overseas) delivery services. In shipping services, there are several obstacles that must be faced including the condition of the roads being traversed and congestion. Several road conditions were inadequate, ranging from damaged roads, closed roads, to roads that were impassable for large trucks, trailers, and wing boxes. These obstacles will certainly increase of operational costs and even delays in delivering goods to their destination, which will reduce the level of service to customers. To reduce operational costs and improve service to customers, of course, the innovation is needed. One of them, is to adjust the distance for the delivery of goods according to the location and conditions of the delivery area by create a mobile which based on application by applying the A* algorithm method which is represented in the form of a graph or image.

Procedures for Cash on Delivery Service Administration at the Bojonegoro Post Office

Purpose: This research aims to establish the administrative processes used by the PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bojonegoro Branch Office, particularly in the delivery administration of products through the cash-on-delivery method.
 Methodology: This study uses qualitative techniques involving descriptive and explanatory analysis. Observations, interviews, and documentation are used to obtain data to be processed. Qualitative research methods focus on the results of investigations, conclusions, and data collection procedures that combine to convey their significance.
 Findings: The business process needs to be clarified because no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) governs the provisions for cash-on-delivery services. This problem might result in material and time losses for couriers, customers, and vendors.
 Originality: Numerous studies in logistics services have concentrated on the consumer; hence, this study focuses on internal corporate problems. Due to the failure to adhere to standard operating standards, the company's cash-on-delivery operations can be highly complicated.
 Research limitations: The cash-on-delivery management procedure is the sole topic of this study; neither the employed information system nor the customer satisfaction are examined. In doing so, the corporation hopes to better serve its future customers by capturing internal phenomena.research is reported on in the paper this section must be completed and should include suggestions for future research and any identified limitations in the research process
 Practical implications: The cash-on-delivery procedure at the Bojonegoro Post may benefit from the standard work solutions derived from this research. Mapping out a workflow can also be interpreted as providing a structure for the business.hat are outcomes and implications for practice? What possible applications and consequences are identified?

Effect of Career Development and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero)

ABSTRACT
 The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the impact of career development and employee engagement on employee performance, either separately or simultaneously.
 The survey methods used in this study are descriptive and explanatory. The research was carried out on 87 employees PT Indonesia Pos (Persero). The saturated sampling technique was used for sampling. Multiple Regression Analysis was used to analyze the data.
 According to the study's findings, career development and employee engagement have a combined or partial impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the determinant value is 0.800, indicating that career development and employee engagement can account for 80% of employee performance. Other factors accounted for 20% of the variance.

The Influence of The Characteristics of The Management Accounting Information System On Managerial Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) In Lombok

The characteristics of the management accounting information system become one of the important factors in helping to improve managerial performance in an enterprise. This study aims to analyze the influence of the characteristics of management accounting information systems in terms of broad scope, timeliness, aggregate, and integration aspects on managerial performance. The object used in this study is PT POS Indonesia (Persero) in Lombok with a population of 145 employees. The sampling technique uses pusposive sampling which is selected by 110 employees as respondents based on specified criteria. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results showed that of the four characteristics of the management accounting information system, only from the aspect of timeliness which has a positive influence on managerial performance while from the broad scope, aggregate, and integration aspects, it has no influence on managerial performance.

KOMPARASI IMPLEMENTASI PENYALURAN PROGRAM SEMBAKO DI KOTA METRO: HIMPUNAN BANK NEGARA (HIMBARA) VS PT POS

Food Social Assistance in Indonesia has been transformed several times, beginning with Welfare Rice, Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) to Sembako Program. The transformation of food social assistance is carried out to find a better formulation in supplying food needs with balanced nutrition for the poor and vulnerable. The Sembako Program in Metro City has been implemented since 2018 and distributed by Himbara, BRI Bank with e-Warong as a place for utilization of assistance (disbursement and distribution). Furthermore, in 2022 based on Kepdirjen PFM number 29 of 2022 determines that the Sembako Program is distributed in cash by PT Pos Indonesia. This study has compared the distribution of the sembako program by Himbara and PT Pos in Metro City. The purpose of this research is to find similarities and differences to know which implementation is better. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a comparative approach. The findings of this research are that the distribution of the Sembako Program in Metro City is more effective when distributed by Himbara with e-Warong as a place to utilize the assistance. On the other hand, there are community empowerment targets in the distribution of sembako programs by Himbara, such as empowerment of e-Warong members. Triple Entry Bookkeeping di Era Teknologi Blockchain: Suatu Kajian Literatur

The financial industry in the era of technological development began to be supported by Blockchain technology. Blockchain is a new idea in the financial industry as a solution to solve the problem of digital money (cryptocurrency). Transactions recorded in the blockchain will be permanently stored so that they cannot be manipulated and provide a higher level of security. Blockchain technology supports the development of triple entry bookkeeping which is a configuration of the development of the double entry bookkeeping system. This research uses qualitative proximity to the library research method. The data collected comes from indexed journals on Google Scholar, Science and Technology (Sinta), Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), books and other literature which will then be analyzed and set forth in the form of written words.The results of this study show that Triple Entry Bookkeeping in the Blockchain era has many advantages as a form of development of Double Entry Bookkeeping, namely providing information about budgets, automatic transaction validation, automatic public ledger, increasing openness & trust, and solving fraud. In Indonesia itself, blockchain implementation in the field of accounting has been widely carried out, such as on the Online Pajak platform, Bank BCA, PT Pos Indonesia, and other commercial companies listed on the Indonesian Blockchain Association (ABI). The implementation of the triple entry bookkeeping system is still not ready to be implemented by medium-sized entities and MSMEs due to the high costs required, the lack of understanding of professional accountants regarding technology and entities that feel they still do not need a triple entry bookkeeping system. Therefore, support from all parties is needed so that this research can develop and not only become a concept but can be implemented in the financial industry.

The Influence of Conflict Behavior and Conflict Management on Employee Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Ambon Branch

Conflict is often caused by systems and structures. An inappropriate system will easily lead to conflict and differences in positions in the structure will also lead to conflict. Differences in team members in terms of education, organization, ability, cultural background, can produce different perspectives in completing tasks which are antecedent factors of conflict. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of conflict behavior on employee performance, the effect of conflict management on performance and the effect of conflict management on strengthening conflict behavior on employee performance. The unit of analysis in this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Ambon Branch, totaling 108 people. The results showed that 1) the conflicting behavior of the relationship indicators with items of feeling disliked, the presence of tension at work, the presence of personal barriers and indicators of task conflict with items rejecting other people's ideas, refusing other people's ways of working, looking down on other people had a significant effect on employee performance, 2) management with item collaboration conflict indicators actively looking for joint solutions, offering solutions for employees, item confrontation indicators ignoring the ideas offered, making decisions unilaterally, item accommodation indicators paying attention to the ideas offered, accepting every idea that is offered. offered, responding to every complaint, affecting employee performance, and 3) conflict management behavior collaboration, confrontation, accommodation has an effect on strengthening relationship conflicts and task conflicts on employee performance

STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF HUMAN RESOURCES AT PT. POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) IN FACING THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has arrived. Change is everywhere, radically and massively. All life joints are affected by sudden disruption. An organization as a business entity, like it or not, like it or not, must face trouble that has devastated the stable order—no exception with PT. It not only makes its market share decline but also threatens its existence so far—one serious thing which PT must address. Information Technology Risk Management Analysis on Money Transfer Services in Post Offices Using Framework Standardization ISO 22301

State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) have realized the importance of information technology, one of which is PT. POS (PERSERO) Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of Information Technology that is currently running at PT. POS (Persero) Indonesia lhokseumawe branch, to find out the Capability Level. The Post Office is an organization engaged in the delivery of goods. The organization has used information technology to support business activities. Money transfer is an application that is used to record every shipment of goods made by consumers starting from the data of the sender of the goods, the data of the goods, and the data of the recipient of the goods. However, it is undeniable that every risk that occurs can interfere with the performance of the money transfer application. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the risk of the information technology used. In this study, researchers tried to implement the ISO 22301 risk management framework to see every possible risk contained in the money transfer application. The final result of this research is expected to help organizations in seeing and knowing what actions must be taken against any possible risks or threats that occur around the money transfer application based on the level of risk

REBRANDING POSAJA DALAM MEMBANGUN BRAND AWARENESS MELALUI INSTAGRAM @posaja.official

This study explains how the strategy communication carried out by Pos Indonesia in the socialization of PosAja's rebranding. The socialization conducted through social media Instagram, this research was conducted because of the importance of socialization to build brand awareness from the public for PosAja. This research was carried out with qualitative approach, using the case study method. The data collection used is observation and interviews to obtain the results studied. Researchers will analyze strategies communication uses four stages. Getting to know the audience, compiling messages, establishing methods, and evaluation of communication. The results of this study indicate that the effective communication strategy running according to the four stages can be said to be appropriate. But the results on the evaluation that the socialization carried out still feels lacking and needs to improve how internal operating system that is done by the IT division. This needs to be done so that the products being developed is currently running according to the company's wishes, namely the wider community knows products from Pos Indonesia and the community uses the service in accordance with the vision and mission PosAja, which is to make those users a friend to a reliable friend in delivering goods to their destination.

Identifikasi Prilaku Konsumen dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Penggunaan Jasa Pengiriman Barang

The package delivery service business experiences intense competition between transportation companies. This form of competition is marked by the proliferation of shipping service companies in Indonesia. Many of these companies are managed by the private sector and only one is managed by the state, namely PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) has one package delivery service company, namely PT. Indonesian Postal Delivery Services (Persero). This company is a state company that provides public services, but competes strictly with private companies. Currently, many people do not use the services provided by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), so that it is forgotten by the public. Factors that greatly influence are the many delivery service industries that offer added value. The most widely offered offer is speed and accuracy to the destination, wider coverage and low cost. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the satisfaction of consumers who are loyal to using the services of PT. Indonesian Postal Delivery Services (Persero). The method used is descriptive quantitative research on consumer decision factors at the Air Bangis post office in West Pasaman, West Sumatra. The results obtained are that customer trust has no positive and insignificant effect on consumer decisions with a significant level of 0.451. Brand Recall has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Decisions with a significance level of 0.001. Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions with a significance level of 0.000. So that this research can be used as a recommendation by package service providers in identifying factors in retaining customers.

Analysis of Differences in Customer Satisfaction in Courier Service Business in Palopo City

This study discusses the Analysis of Customer Satisfaction with the Courier Service Business in Palopo City. This study aims: To find out how much the level of customer satisfaction has used package delivery services at Jne Ekspress, PT. Pos Indonesia, Jnt Ekspress in Palopo City, To find out whether there are differences in customer satisfaction at Jne Ekspress, Jnt Ekspress, PT. Indonesian Post in Palopo City. This type of research is quantitative research, which is comparative. The population is the courier service business customers Jne Express, Jnt Ekspress and PT. Indonesian Post in Palopo City. Taking a sample of 50 respondents from the three courier businesses using Roscoe's theory, as well as using accidental sampling. Data obtained through a questionnaire. Furthermore, this data was analyzed using Kruskal Wallis. The results of this study indicate that: Calculation of the level of customer satisfaction in the courier business where Jne Express Palopo City has a satisfaction level value of 81.1%, the satisfaction level value of Jnt Ekspress Palopo City is 88.7%, and at PT. Pos Indonesia, Palopo City, which is equal to 84.5%, from this conclusion it can be seen that Palopo City Express Express has the highest level of satisfaction among the three courier businesses, and by obtaining an Asymp.Sig i value of i0.006, the result is i0 smaller than the significant level i0 .05 i or i0.006 < 0.05, and it can be seen that there are differences in the satisfaction of the three courier businesses.

Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Pamekasan)

PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan which is located at Jl. Mesigit No.3, Rw. 04 is a state-owned enterprise that aims to participate in implementing and supporting Government policies & programs in the field of economy and national development in general and in particular in the field of postal and giro services for communities both within and outside the territory of Indonesia by applying the principles of limited liability companies. The approach used in this study is a survey approach. The survey method is a research method that studies data from samples taken from a population to generalize and use questionnaires as a data collection tool. The results showed, 1) simultaneously showed that the working environment variable (X1) and work spirit (X2) simultaneously had an effect on employee performance by 0.761 or 76.1% while the rest (100% -76.1%= 23.9% ) influenced by other factors examined in this study. 2) partially shows that the working environment variable (X1) partially influences employee performance by having tcount> ttable which is 8,779> 2,009. 3) partially shows that the work spirit variable (X2) partially influences employee performance by having tcount> ttable which is 3,330> 2,009. 4) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance is the work environment (X1). The value of t is greater by having tcount> ttable which is 8,779> 2,009.

Determinants of Fraud Financial Statements on State Owned Enterprise

The lack of control from internal audits and bad organizational culture will lead to fraud and the habit of cheating behavior. The internal audit process is carried out to get certainty of correct and accurate information in the preparation of financial statements following Indonesian IFRS (PSAK). This study aims to inspect the determinants of financial statement fraud with case studies at state-owned-entreprise PT POS Indonesia Regional II. The population of respondents to this research is employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) works in the Internal Control Unit section of the Jakarta Regional II working area. Data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the help of the SmartPLS program. PLS is a model of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equations based on components or variants. The outcomes showed that internal audit variable had a significant effect on financial reporting fraud. At the same time, the effectiveness or strength of the organization's internal control system and ethical culture do not affect financial reporting fraud. The after-effect of this study can be used to improve existing internal control procedures and organizational ethical culture.

Employee Performance: Compensation and Career Development

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance at Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. The method used is descriptive and verification method with a population of 40 people and samples taken for this study, while the analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing the data uses the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver.23.00. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling technique with simple random sampling technique. The results showed that there was an effect of compensation, career development on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung.

Service Quality Analysis of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sibolga City Branch 22500

The public service system engaged in self-service, for example, is PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). However, the service system provided by PT. The Persero in the field conditions are still found to be lacking, so that many consumers complain about the services provided. Penerapan Algoritma Naïve Bayes Untuk Melakukan Analisis Sentimen Pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero)

Pos Indonesia is the oldest shipping service that is widely known to the public, so it has different opinions on the performance of postal expeditions. The author identifies the problem in this research, namely the public's sentiment on the services of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) which is found on the Twitter social media platform and the number of positive or negative sentiments towards the services of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero).
 Researchers use social media Twitter as a medium to get data to examine the performance of the Indonesian Post. In this research, the writer intends to analyze the sentiment towards PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) as an identification material for negative and positive opinions by using the nave Bayes algorithm to determine the service performance of PT. POS Indonesia (Persero). Researchers also use CRISP-DM as a data processing method and use rapid miner applications to obtain, process and produce positive and negative classifications. Classification of data in this study took 141 tweets discussing PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) on Twitter media by using the keyword Pos Indonesia. The results of this study resulted in a positive sentiment value of 63% and a negative 37%. With the highest accuracy, the 80:20 data split method uses the Naive Bayes algorithm of 64.29%.

Analisis Rasio Keuangan dalam Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero)

This article aims to analyze financial ratios in measuring financial performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Analysis of the company's financial statements can be used as a reference for assessing the company's financial condition. With the analysis, it can be an indicator of a company to make the right decisions so that the company's performance will be better in the future. The instrument for assessing the good or bad condition of the company's finances is ratio analysis. Financial ratios have various types, namely liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) based on financial ratio analysis. The analytical method used is quantitative method and descriptive analysis . The data and information in this research use secondary information obtained through the company's official website in the form of a financial statement document of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) using the measurement of liquidity ratios (quick ratio, current ratio, and cash ratio) as well as one of the ratios, namely profitability (return on assets). , NPM, GPM, and ROE). Based on the liquidity ratio , namely the current ratio can not be said to be good , while the cash ratio analysis shows an increase over the last 3 years so that the condition of the company is categorized in good condition . Meanwhile, based on the profitability ratio, it describes the decline and instability so that it has not yet reached the industry standard that has been set.

PENGELOLAAN ARSIP DIGITAL PADA SURAT KEPUTUSAN DIREKSI (KD) DI PT POS INDONESIA (PERSERO)

Digital Archive Management of Director Decision Letters at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). The Director Decision Letters of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is the company's vital archive. The purpose of this study is to describe how digital archive management of directors' decrees at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Methods of collecting data were through interviews, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data presentation and data conclusions. The results found include the process of creating archives being mediated using a scanning tool, the process of using archives being submitted to the archivist then retrieval of archives in the Director's Decree Search application, the maintenance process is carried out at the migration stage from the computer into the application, and the archive shrinkage process is not carried out.
