Using Wi-Fi probe and location data to analyze the human distribution characteristics of green spaces: A case study of the Yanfu Greenland Park, China

Public open space constitutes a significant part of the sustainable urban environment. Urban green space—which includes parks, sports fields, and wetlands—is a crucial type of public open space in a healthy urban ecosystem. Most studies on urban green spaces comprise large-scale objective evaluations, with relatively few related theoretical studies from the perspective of human behavior. This is predominantly due to the technical constraints involved in obtaining small-scale public open space population activity data. To address this issue, this study examines the crowd activities of an urban green space by combining Wi-Fi probe and location data to discern population distribution characteristics. This study uses Yanfu Greenland Park, a green space in a central area of Shanghai—a typical high-density city—as a case study. This study proposes a technical method for measuring population distribution in a small-scale public space, demonstrating its applicability through an analysis of the population density distribution and activity trajectory in an urban green space. The methodology demonstrated in this study can help urban planning designers and managers create more successful public open spaces. This technical method may also assist urban planning and related research on different scales.

A spatio-temporal analysis of population growth, distribution and density in kurseong town, Darjeeling district, West Bengal

The assessment of the relative potentiality of an area for its economic growth is possible through its study on spatial-temporal analysis of population growth, distribution and density of population. As human population, a powerful geographical factor on the earth’s surface, determines the economic pattern of resource utilisation, the measurement and forecasting of changes in population is of utmost necessity for the task of providing food, medical and educational facilities, employment, housing etc. for the increasing population of an area. The paper focuses on the basic nature and characteristics of population growth, distribution and density of Kurseong Town. Kurseong, being a sub-divisional headquarter has experienced a sizable population growth in the last few decades. The purpose of the study is to highlight the trends of population growth and analyse the distribution and density of population as well as to predict the expected future population of Kurseong Town. The source of information regarding population has been procured from Directorate of Census Operation, Government of India, Darjiling. Different statistical techniques such as decadal growth rate, index of population growth, population projection etc. have been used for the present analysis. It has been observed that the town experienced a positive growth of population, though at a slow pace in some of the decades. The population of the town is unevenly distributed in different wards and is not always proportional to the ward area. Population projection reveals that there will be a sizable increase in present population size in the near future.

Spatial pattern analysis of Haloxylon ammodendron using UAV imagery - A case study in the Gurbantunggut Desert

Spatial patterns are not only the foundation for the understanding of plant interactions, but also reflect the spatial processes among plant populations. The primary requirement of spatial pattern analysis is the collections of location information of individual plants. In this study, we used low-altitude Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) remote sensing technology to obtain regional high-precision remote sensing images for Haloxylon ammodendron (H. ammodendron) forest in the southwestern Gurbantunggut Desert, and extracted spatial position information to analyze the spatial patterns using Ripley's L(r) function. Applying and comparing seven spatial position extraction methods, this study showed that the index RGRI (Red-Green Ratio Index) made 83.46% accuracy in the spatial position extraction, and an accuracy of 79.48% was obtained using NGBDI (Normalized Green-Blue Difference Index), while other five location information extraction methods resulted relatively lower accuracy. Results from spatial pattern analysis indicated that the extraction by UAV remote sensing were consistent with those obtained by field measurements. The H. ammodendron population showed a random distribution within the scale of 0–15 m, which suggested that the dependence of mutual asylum between individuals was low and not important. This distribution may be caused by the intense competition of individual vegetation for soil moisture, nutrients and other resources in desert areas. This study with low-altitude UAV imagery index analysis provided an efficient approach to rapid monitoring of plant population distribution characteristics in desert areas.

A coevolution model of population distribution and road networks

This paper proposes a coevolution model of population distribution and road networks. In the model, new roads are built with the formation of new communities, and these are connected to existing zones with higher population density with higher probability. The relative neighborhood graph and a Fermat–Weber location problem are introduced as the connection mechanism to capture the characteristics of population distribution and road networks. Moreover, two kinds of economic factors, accessibility and housing price, are considered to reflect the impacts on the coevolution between population distribution and road networks. Simulations and empirical experiments are conducted to demonstrate the interaction between population distribution and road networks. The topological attributes of the road network are characterized in the experiments using degree distribution, betweenness centrality, coverage, circuitness, and treeness. The experimental results show that the proposed model has reflect on the simulation.

Analysis of the pattern of energy consumptions and its impact on urban environmental sustainability in Jordan: Amman City as a case study

BackgroundThe energy sector plays an important role in the economic growth in Jordan due to the fact that Jordan imports around 97% of its needs from primary energy. The purpose of this study is to explore the pattern of electricity consumption and energy loss to highlight the strengths and weakness of energy efficiency in the context of the urban sustainability of Amman City in Jordan.MethodsThe design of sustainable urban development is based on the urban interdependencies approach, which incorporates the stakeholders to identify and pursue synergies between multiple sectors. This approach includes the identification of the functional sectors, which are related to institutional and behavioral levels in the society, raising the level of institutional performance and improving the quality of urban services. The spatial statistical analysis approach and GIS applied to analyze the consumption pattern of electrical power in the study area.Results and conclusionThere was a considerable increase in the peak domestic consumption, as the peak load reached 3320 MW in 2017 with an annual increment rate of 4.9%. Regarding energy efficiency, the value of total electrical energy losses reached 13% in 2017; around 90% of this loss occurred in the electrical distribution stage. Geographical distribution of the household electrical power shows that the east and middle parts of Amman have low consumption levels compared to the west residential parts. The energy consumption pattern has an inverse relation with the population distribution, family size, and building characteristics in the city. This is clearly identified by addressing the downtown region that has the lowest energy consumption and the highest-density population, while the western part has the highest energy consumption and low-population density. These variations can be referred to as differences in social and economic behaviors of inhabitants in both high-density and low-density population areas.This analysis reflects the influence of several factors that should be taken into account in energy sustainability strategies. Energy consumption is influenced by the characteristics of households which include building size, household income, total energy cost, and building characteristics (e.g., building design, age, location, and using thermal insulation system for buildings).

MULTIVARIATE STATISTICAL ESTIMATION OF THE EFFECT OF BIRTH RATE ON THE FORMATION OF THE COUNTRY’S DEMOGRAPHIC POTENTIAL

Introduction. The population was, is and will be the main component of any state. The study of the characteristics of population distribution, the number of labour resources, gender and age structure are the extremely important task. The population forms the demographic potential. Without this potential, it is impossible to develop any of the countries or the world economy as a whole. Demographic potential is the driving force of the development of the country's priorities. It is the essential need to study the problems of demographic processes, which now have a significant impact on the demographic development of the country. It is necessary to develop appropriate strategies, measures and mechanisms that will mitigate the effects of the demographic crisis. Purpose. The article aims to assess the demographic potential taking into account the gender and age structure of the Ukrainian population, as well as to identify the main opportunities of the population and assess its status. Method (methodology). To achieve this goal the methods of statistical analysis have been used. They are the method of groupings, method of relative variables, method of average variables, simulation modelling method, and index method. Results. The complex estimation of effects of the influence of demographic factors of the birth rate on the formation of demographic potential with the use of multi-factor index models has been given. The sex and age pyramids of the population of Ukraine have been constructed in the context of urban and rural settlements and in general, as well as a multifactorial index model for assessing the influence of factors on the change in the birth rate of Ukraine's population.

Research on screening mechanism and parameters optimization of equal thickness screen with variable amplitude based on DEM simulation

Screening technology has been widely applied for the classification of granular materials. The equal thickness screen with advantages of high-capacity and effective screening has been widely used in various industries, as a unit operation for separation of particles according to their size. In this work, a novel equal thickness screen was numerically simulated to evaluate its screening mechanism based on EDEM. The velocity of material flow, the variation of layer thickness and the distribution characteristics of particle population on the sieve plate were considered to comparatively analyze the migration regularity of overall feed group under the conditions of equal amplitude and variable amplitude. The influence of various factors including central amplitude (CA), amplitude gradient (AG), ejection angle (β) and inclination angle (α) on screening performance of variable amplitude equal thickness vibrating screening (VAETVS) was studied. Based on Box-Behnken response surface method (BBRSM), the mathematical model of screening efficiency was established. Significance analysis was performed for the effects from both single factors and factor combinations. In addition, parametric majorization and further experimental verification were conducted. The results showed that, compared with equal amplitude vibrating screening (EAVS), the overall speed of granules flow in the process of VAETVS is higher at the feed end and lower at the discharge end, which means that speed of particles decreased gradually along the flow. It can be concluded that both the degree of dispersion and conveying capacity of VAETVS are better. Accordingly, layer thickness on the sieve plate is approximately the same and distribution of coarse and fine particles is more uniform. Therefore, the processing capacity and screening effect of each screen section are better compared to EAVS. There were similar effects from every single factor on the screening performance, and all of them followed the trend of initial increase followed by decrease. The better efficiency η was obtained when the CA was 2.65 mm–2.85 mm, AG was 0.1 mm–0.3 mm, β was 45°–75°, and α was 8°–12°, respectively. The combination factors such as CA×AG, CA×β, AG×α, AG×β and α × β significantly affected the coal screening performance and the degree of influence of various factors on η followed the order: β > α > AG > CA. An actual screening efficiency of 84.01% was achieved when the operating conditions were CA = 2.74 mm, AG = 0.21 mm, α = 8.92°, and β = 63.38°, indicating a satisfactory screening performance of coal using VAETVS.

Epidemiological characteristics of Coxsackie virus A16 caused hand foot and mouth disease cases in Guangdong province, 2012-2016

Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) cases caused by Coxsackie virus A16 (Cox A16) in Guangdong province from 2012 to 2016. Methods: The data of mild HFMD cases caused by Cox A16 were collected from 8 sentinel hospitals in 8 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong to estimate Cox A16 infection status and its population and time distribution characteristics. Results: (1) The highest estimated incidence of Cox A16 infection was in 2014 (113.0/100 000), followed by 2016 (86.4/100 000) and 2012 (79.1/100 000), while the estimated incidence was lower in 2015 (29.0/100 000) and 2013 (28.8/100 000). (2) Cox A16 was confirmed to be the predominant pathogen causing HFMD outbreaks (54.6%, 89/163). The number of outbreaks in the year with high incidence (28 outbreaks) was 11.2 times higher than that in the year with low incidence (2.5 outbreaks). (3) Across all age groups, the annual estimated incidence of Cox A16 infection decreased with age (trend χ(2)=853 905.63, P<0.01). The incidence was highest in age group 1 year (1 449.2/100 000), followed by that in age group 3 years (1 097.0/100 000), in age group 2 years (1 083.5/100 000), in age group 4 years (687.8/100 000) and in age group 0 year (604.9/100 000). Among the age groups <12 months, the estimated incidence increased with age (trend χ(2)=5 541.77, P<0.01), which was highest in age group 11-months (2 105.1/100 000), followed by that in age groups 10-months (1 448.6/100 000), 9-months (938.3/100 000), 8-months (703.3/100 000) and 6-months (664.6/100 000). (4) The annual incidence peak was during May (143.9/100 000)-June (131.5/100 000). Conclusion: The prevalence of Cox A16 infection differed with year in Guangdong during 2012-2016. When the incidence of Cox A16 infection was high, more outbreaks occurred. The prevalence occurred mainly in nurseries and kindergartens from May to June each year. Children aged 0-4 years were the high risk group for Cox A16 infection, children aged 6-11 months were at high risk for Cox A16 infection.

The Correlation Analysis of Henan Population Distribution Evolution and Terrain Characteristics

Aiming at the relationship between population distribution evolution and terrain characteristics, based on 30m × 30m DEM and 1km2×1km2 population density raster data, and using spatial analysis methods, this paper studies the evolution characteristics of the population spatial distribution, the population vertical distribution and the population slope distribution in Henan province from 1995 to 2015. The results show that, there are significant imbalances in the population development in the province, the population aggregation in urban built-up area is very obvious. The gradually decreasing regions with the density of 500-1000 person/km2 are still the main density distribution characteristics of the province's population. With the rapid increase of population, many people are migrating out from complex terrain. With rapid urbanization, major cities in the province have attracted a large number of immigrants. Excluding the natural population growth factors, the relative growth rate of population is inversely proportional to elevation and slope, there are a lot of people above 6°slope migrating out.

Follow-up of blood glucose distribution characteristics in a health examination population in Chengdu from 2010 to 2016.

The worldwide prevalence and incidence of diabetes and obesity are increasing in pandemic proportions. Thus, regular health examination is an important way for early detection of diabetes and glucose intolerance. The present study aims to detect the blood glucose distribution characteristics of the participants in the Health Examination Center at West China Hospital, Sichuan University from 2010 to 2016.A prospective cohort included 9168 Chinese participants, aged 18 years or more, who had available information on fasting blood glucose concentrations at the start of the study (2010). Examination surveys were conducted every year from 2010 to 2016. Cases having serum level of fasting blood glucose between 2.2 and 6.1 mmol/L were considered as normality, while serum level of fasting blood glucose < 2.2 or higher than 6.2 mmol/L were considered as abnormality.The percentage of participants having normal level of glucose was gradually reduced both in males and females from 2010 to 2016, by which the percentage of males having normal level of glucose was significantly lower than that in females. Moreover, the mean level of glucose was significantly increased from 2010 to 2016 both in males and females overall, and the mean level of glucose was higher in males compared with that in females every year. Furthermore, we showed that the level of glucose was gradually increased year by year in each age group, and the level of glucose was higher in aged cases compared with the young population.The study population in the current study showed higher levels of glucose with ages increasing, and males indicated higher expression of glucose than that in females. Some preventive action may be adopted early and more attention can be paid to this health-examination population.

Screening of HBV and Positive Population Distribution Characteristics of Voluntary Blood Donors in Qingyang

To study and analyse the application of ELISA and nucleic acid test (NAT) to HBV detection of voluntary blood donors in Qingyang city and the characteristics and social attributes of HBV positive population. The HBV of 70 659 blood donors in Qingyang city from January 2013 to December 2016 was detected by using ELISA and NAT, and the statistical analysis of results was performed by means of X2 detection and FIsher' s Exact test. The HBV positive rate detected by ELISA was 0.47% in 70 659 blood samples, and the HBV positive rate detected by NAT was 0.05% in 47 913 HBV negative samples detected by ELISA, moreover, the number of HBV negative by ELISA detection yet HBV positive by NAT detection increased year by year. The statistical analysis of positive population characteristics showed that the age distoibution was mainly between 26-45 years old, however the difference of detected rate between 26-45 years old and 18-25 years old gradually decreased on near 2 years, showing that the positive population tended to be younger. The distribution of blood type was B>O>A>AB, while the sex distribution was male> female, but this difference showed gradually nairowing trend due to increment of female voluntary donors with HBV positive; for marital status, HBV positive concentrated in married population. The regional distribution of HBV positive mainly concentrated in Xifeng region, mainly in jobless population; the HBV positive comparison betwwen anationalities showed Han natienatity was > minoring nationalitie. The application of ELISA combined with NAT for the HBV screaning of blood voluntary donors in Qiangyang city can prevent the detection failed and occult HBV, and reduce the potential risk of blood transfution. The characteristis analysis of HBV positive population provides practical basis for the safe use and transfution of blood.

Monitoring Population Evolution in China Using Time-Series DMSP/OLS Nightlight Imagery

Accurate and detailed monitoring of population distribution and evolution is of great significance in formulating a population planning strategy in China. The Defense Meteorological Satellite Program’s Operational Linescan System (DMSP/OLS) nighttime lights time-series (NLT) image products offer a good opportunity for detecting the population distribution owing to its high correlation to human activities. However, their detection capability is greatly limited owing to a lack of in-flight calibration. At present, the synergistic use of systematically-corrected NLT products and population spatialization is rarely applied. This work proposed a methodology to improve the application precision and versatility of NLT products, explored a feasible approach to quantitatively spatialize the population to grid units of 1 km × 1 km , and revealed the spatio-temporal characteristics of population distribution from 2000 to 2010. Results indicated that, (1) after inter-calibration, geometric, incompatibility and discontinuity corrections, and adjustment based on vegetation information, the incompatibility and discontinuity of NTL products were successfully solved. Accordingly, detailed actual residential areas and luminance differences between the urban core and the peripheral regions could be obtained. (2) The population spatialization method could effectively acquire population information at per km 2 with high accuracy and exhibit more details in the evolution of population distribution. (3) Obvious differences in spatio-temporal characteristics existed in four economic regions, from the aspects of population distribution and dynamics, as well as population-weighted centroids. The eastern region was the most populous with the largest increased magnitude, followed by the central, northeastern, and western regions. The population-weighted centroids of the eastern, western, and northeastern regions moved along the southwest direction, while the population-weighted centroid of the central region moved along the southeast direction. (4) The population distribution and dynamics in nine-level population density types were significantly different. In the period of 2000–2010, the population in the basic no-man and high concentration types presented a net decrease. The population in seven other regions all increased with a net increase ranging from 25 km 2 (the moderate concentration type) to 245,668 km 2 (the general transition type). Except those in the core concentration and extremely sparse types, the population-weighted centroids in all other population density types moved along the southwest direction.

Evaluating Grid Size Suitability of Population Distribution Data via Improved ALV Method: A Case Study in Anhui Province, China

Accurate grid size suitability evaluations are necessary to enhance the spatialization quality of gridded population distributions. This paper proposes an improved average local variance (ALV) method to express discrepancies in population density and was validated in Anhui Province, China. A dataset consisting of 14 spatial scales, from 100 m to 900 m, and 1000 m to 5000 m, was processed by both the proposed and traditional ALV methods. Line graphs of two sets of ALV values and grid sizes were comparatively analyzed to evaluate the grid size suitability. The ALV trends calculated by the proposed method encompassed more accurate and useful features compared to the traditional method. The case study results showed that the 200 m grid size accurately expresses the population distribution characteristics of Anhui Province. The standard deviation (SD) index was adopted to validate these results; the proposed ALV method was proven valuable both in theory and practice for assessing grid size suitability. The method may be further improved by determining the essential laws of ALV values based on grid characteristics, and by enhancing the adaptability to various locations.

Analysis of blood glucose distribution characteristics in a health examination population in Chengdu (2007-2015).

With socioeconomic growth and cultural changes in China, the level of blood glucose may have changed in recent years. This study aims to detect the blood glucose distribution characteristics with a large size of health examination population.A total of 641,311 cases (360,259 males and 281,052 females) more than 18 years old during 2007 to 2015 were recruited from the Health Examination Center at West China hospital, Sichuan University.The percentage of cases with abnormal glucose level and the mean level of glucose were significantly increased since 2007 to 2015 overall. The percentage of cases with abnormal glucose level in males was significantly higher than that in females every year, and the percentage of cases with abnormal glucose level in aged population was higher than the young population. In addition, the mean level of glucose was higher in aged population with normal level of glucose than the young population with normal level of glucose, and the mean level of glucose was higher in males with normal level of glucose than the females with normal level of glucose.The population showed an increased level of blood glucose. Some preventive action may be adopted early and more attention can be paid to them.

Hence, in the present work, land use pattern was introduced to reflect the distribution characteristics of human exposure in hazard affected regions both in daytime and nighttime. Human activities that contribute to spatial distribution variance were considered to establish the correlation between human types and land-use patterns at a regional scale. Furthermore, hypergraph was used to model the regional human exposure in order to benefit the analysis of spatial–temporal distribution characteristics of population, and variance algorithms for disaggregating different styles of human to the regional land were constructed. What’s more, the model was applied to the analysis of potential human exposure in the built district of Dalian City. Results show that a great amount of area and population are beyond moderate exposure levels on urban construction land of Dalian City, and the population potentially exposed significantly increases from nighttime to daytime periods, especially in the zones with diverse human activities. The presented approach in this study can not only be of utmost importance for vulnerability assessment or risk evaluation, but also for regional and environmental planning as well as local development.

Measuring urban agglomeration using a city-scale dasymetric population map: A study in the Pearl River Delta, China

The rates of urbanization and increase in urban sprawl that have occurred in China over the past thirty years have been unprecedented. This article presents a new city-scale dasymetric modelling approach that incorporates historical census data for 28 cities in the Pearl River Delta area of southern China. It combines Landsat imagery (from 2000, 2005, 2010, and 2015) with a ‘limiting variable’ estimation algorithm to generate a gridded estimate of population density. These gridded population patches are organized as a city-network to reveal the influence of urban agglomeration on population spreading processes. We then combine population patches and graph-based connectivity metrics to describe the spatial-temporal evolution of each city within the urban agglomeration. Our population disaggregation results yield accuracy improvements of 40%–60% over three traditional population disaggregation methods, to reflect the population distribution characteristics more explicitly and in greater detail. The probability of connectivity metrics from dasymetric population maps in Pearl River Delta (1) outline the role of urban agglomeration in population spread, (2) simulate the evolution of ‘polycentric’ urban agglomeration, and (3) outline the individual components of the polycentric megaregion. Our outlined approach is a transferable and an improved means of producing city-scale dasymetric population maps. Our case study provides practical guidance on wide applications of the medium resolution remote sensing data in delineating, measuring, and quantifying the evolution of urban agglomeration across different jurisdictional boundaries and time periods.

유동인구를 활용한 대피소 수용 능력 분석

Seoul, a mega city, contains many features of the modern city. When the disaster or emergency occurs in Seoul, the place for shelter is required for evacuation urgently. There are currently the numbers of shelters in Seoul City, which can hold the twice more capacity of population of Seoul. However, the population distribution fluctuation in the day and the night needs to be considered. Therefore, in order to analyze the actual capacity of shelter, it is necessary to consider the dynamic characteristics of population distribution in the metropolitan area. In the study, the substantial accessibility and the capacity of shelters in Seoul were analyzed by the floating population data of the metropolitan area. The accessibility of shelter was investigated through a network analysis that includes the pedestrian road data, while the capacity of shelter was analyzed by the local differences of daytime population distributions. Finally it was possible to identify the vulnerable areas on the basis of the distribution of shelter in the region.

PDF HTML阅读 XML下载 导出引用 引用提醒 辽宁碱蓬根际土壤真菌多样性的季节变化及其耐盐性 DOI: 10.5846/stxb201406161253 作者: 作者单位: 辽宁师范大学生命科学学院,辽宁师范大学 作者简介: 通讯作者: 中图分类号: S154.3 基金项目: 辽宁省教育厅项目(2008S135) Effect of season and variation in salinity on the rhizosphere fungal diversity of Suaeda liaotungensis Author: Affiliation: Life science college of Liaoning normal university,Life science college of Liaoning normal university Fund Project: 摘要 | 图/表 | 访问统计 | 参考文献 | 相似文献 | 引证文献 | 资源附件 | 文章评论 摘要:采用稀释平板法和形态学鉴定法进行了辽宁碱蓬(Suaeda liaotungensis)根际土壤真菌的分离鉴定及季节、盐度对真菌多样性的影响分析。结果表明:春、夏、秋、冬四季辽宁碱蓬根际土壤中的真菌菌落数分别为6410、4180、5730和3340,种类分别为6属13种、9属16种、11属31种、6属12种,共分离鉴定出13 属42 种真菌;其根际土壤真菌的多样性指数、丰富度指数和均匀度指数,从大到小的次序均为秋>夏>春>冬,3种指数均在秋季达到峰值;多样性指数和丰富度指数差异较大,均匀度指数波动较小,春季和冬季的均匀度指数相近。辽宁碱蓬根际土壤真菌种类明显多于无植被土壤,是无植被土壤的7倍,多样性指数和均匀度指数分别是无植被土壤的4-8倍和1-1.2倍;其根际土壤真菌优势种群包括青霉属(Penicillium)、葡萄穗霉属(Stachybotrys)、枝孢属(Cladosporium)、木霉属(Trichoderma)、 曲霉属(Aspergillus)和镰孢属(Fusarium);4个季节的优势菌不尽相同,但均有一个共同的优势菌属青霉属。以NaCl浓度梯度法制造盐胁迫生境,检测辽宁碱蓬根际土壤真菌对盐胁迫的响应,结果表明:60%左右的菌种能耐受5%以下盐度、15%左右的菌种能耐10%-20%盐度;筛选出了6株高度耐盐菌:细交链孢霉、草酸青霉、产黄青霉、烟曲霉、细极链格孢和赭曲霉,其中最高耐盐菌种赭曲霉可耐20%盐度。创新之处在于以盐度和季节为变量检测辽宁碱蓬根际土壤真菌的种群构成,为其深入研究奠定了理论基础。 Abstract:Liaoning Province is one of the major habitats of Suaeda liaotungensis in China, but little is known about the population structure and distribution characteristics of the fungal species in the rhizosphere soil of this species. In present study, the fungal species from rhizosphere soil of Suaeda liaotungensis was isolated and identified using soil dilution-plate and traditional morphological methods. The effects of variations in season and salinity on the fungal diversity in the rhizosphere soil were analyzed. The experimental results showed that 6410, 4180, 5730, and 3340 fungal colonies developed from rhizosphere soil in spring, summer, autumn and winter, respectively. These were classified into 6 genera and 13 species for spring, 9 genera and 16 species for summer, 11 genera and 31 species for autumn, and 6 genera and 12 species for winter. Thirteen genera and 42 fungal species were isolated from Suaeda liaotungensis rhizosphere soil and identified, among which Penicillium, Stachybotrys, Cladosporium, Trichoderma, Aspergillus and Fusarium were the dominant genera. The fungal population structure and composition in Suaeda liaotungensis rhizosphere soil differed between seasons. The magnitude of the Shannon diversity index, richness index, and evenness index of rhizosphere fungi for different seasons, occurred in the following order: autumn > summer > spring > winter. The Shannon diversity index, richness index, and evenness index were the highest in autumn. The richness of fungal species in the rhizosphere soil of Suaeda liaotungensis was nearly seven times that in non-vegetated soil. The Shannon diversity index and evenness index of rhizosphere fungi were 4-8 and 1-1.2 times, respectively, as high as those for non-vegetated soil. Experimental salt-stress habitats were constructed using a NaCl concentration gradient method for affecting the diversity of fungal species in the rhizosphere soil of Suaeda liaotungensis. The result showed that about 60% of fungi could tolerate media with less than 5% NaCl, and nearly 15% were able to grow in media with higher than 10% NaCl. Aspergillus fumigatus and Alternaria tenuissima were tolerant to 16% NaCl or higher. Aspergillus ochraceus, the most salt-tolerant fungus, was tolerant to 20% NaCl. Our results demonstrated that factors such as climate and living environment evidently affected the fungal diversity and similarity in the rhizosphere soil of Suaeda liaotungensis. The innovation of this paper is to study the effect of change in season and salinity on the fungal diversity from rhizosphere soil of Suaeda liaotungensis. Thus, it has significance for further study of Suaeda rhizome fungal diversity. Therefore, the aims of the study were to analyze the fungal diversity in rhizosphere soil of Suaeda liaotungensis in different seasons, to analyze the influence of salinity on the rhizome fungal diversity, to collect potentially economic fungal resources, and to understand the protective effects of Suaeda liaotungensis on soil fungi. 参考文献 相似文献 引证文献
