Stacking sequence optimization is an important problem in composite laminate design. It is efficient to use lamination parameters as design parameters. We had discovered the fractal structure of design space represented with out-of-plane lamination parameters. We also had proposed a novel approach named Fractal-branch and Bound Method which depends on that fractal structure. This method can find perfectly reliable solution deterministicly. This method was limited to the bending problem of orthotropic plates. This paper extended this method to design out-of-pane stiffnesses with bending-twisting coupling term of composite panel.
