Implementation of the Infrastructure Policy in the Construction of the Bridge Connecting Gampong Blang Mirou--Kumba Kec. Bandar Dua, Pidie Jaya Regency

Due to the lack of connecting facilities, residents in the Gampong Blang Mirou and Kumba Kec. Bandar Dua have to travel via another route. Although proposals to the district government are submitted every year, a response was received in 2018. In 2018, the construction of the Blang Mirou–Kumba steel truss bridge was carried out using the DAK budget, the tender process for this development package used a budget of 14 billion Rupiah. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the increase in social interaction and economic growth as a result of the construction of the bridge connecting Gampong Blang Mirou - Kumba District. Bandar Dua Kab. Pidie Jaya. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The research uses data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the research and findings in the field, the conclusion is that the implementation of this policy can provide practical implications for the people of Pidie Jaya Regency, especially the people of Gampong Blang Mirou and Gampong Kumba as well as the Pidie Jaya Regency Government so that social interaction between the regions and the regional economy both increases. An interesting finding was that when the road was widened to build a connecting bridge, the community gave their land for free without having to be compensated by the government. Governance of the Gampong Owned Business Entity (BUMG) Jeulanga Mata Ie Bandar Dua District Pidie Jaya District: Study of Policy Implementation Based on the Pidie Jaya Regent Regulation Number 30 of 2020 Concerning the Establishment, Administration, Manag

The Ie Jeulanga Gampong-Owned Enterprise (BUMG) in this case as the party that manages the Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) production business and the Jeulanga Mata Ie Gampong Government as the capital owner certainly requires in-depth research regarding the governance of the feasibility of the business or business being run so that the process AMDK business development can run effectively and can be useful for the development of the village economy. However, the implementation of BUMG is not without obstacles, there are still several problems in its implementation. Apart from that, the lack of capacity or ability of BUMG managers means that BUMG Ie Jeulanga’s institutional system is not running optimally and is dependent on government assistance so there is no spirit of independence. This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of BUMG Ie Jeulanga governance policies based on Regent Regulation Number 30 of 2020 and to determine the factors that support and hinder the governance of BUMG Ie Jeulanga. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. Qualitative research was carried out to find information on the impact of empowerment strategies, obstacles, and solutions for BUMG Ie Jeulanga in improving the economy of the village community in Bandar Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency. This model system regarding BUMG governance includes work plans, management aspects, business capital, human resources, and supporting and inhibiting factors for BUMG Jeulanga Mata Ie. In this research, BUMG policy implementation uses policy implementation formulated by Van Meter and Van Horn. Based on the results of data analysis, field findings, and propositions linked to theoretical studies, it can be concluded that BUMG Ie Jeulanga has significant potential for growth and development, but also faces challenges such as administrative management that has not been managed well, existing financial resources are still inadequate because the level of production capacity is still limited and marketing is still carried out in the sub-district area. Preservation of Traditional Art in the Modern Era

The focus of this research is on the strategies for preserving Seudati dance by the Pidie Jaya government in the era of disruption. Pidie Jaya is one of the regencies known for the Seudati dance, and many prominent Seudati leaders, known as "syeh," hail from this region. This research was conducted in Pidie Jaya Regency, with the location chosen due to the observed phenomenon that the youth are no longer interested in learning and performing Seudati. Data collection techniques in this research included participant observation, where the researcher directly observed the subjects to gather data. In addition to participant observation, in-depth interviews were also employed as a technique for collecting data. The results of the research indicate that the youth are abandoning Seudati because the digital world is more appealing than Seudati. Furthermore, learning Seudati is not as easy as learning other dances. In response to these challenges, the Pidie Jaya government has made efforts to preserve Seudati through several approaches. First, they utilize digital media itself as a platform for Seudati campaigns. They also give recognition to Seudati maestros, creating a positive impression for all parties involved. The government promotes Seudati in extracurricular activities through the Gerakan Seniman Masuk Sekolah. Additionally, they are reactivating village dance studios and providing spaces for expression, such as the Pekan Kebudayaan Pidie Jaya.

Space syntax at the islamic center Masjid At-taqarrub Trienggadeng Pidie Jaya

Abstract At the start of its construction, Masjid At-Taqarrub was the largest mosque in Trienggadeng District. Based on Pidie Jaya Regent Regulation Number 12 of 2020, it was designated as the Islamic Center of Pidie Jaya Regency. Based on the change in the status of mosques as Islamic centers, their needs and functions are certainly increasing. So it is necessary to carry out a retirement evaluation to review the effectiveness of using this mosque. This research aims to identify and analyze the spatial configuration based on the Space Syntax approach in this mosque. The method used is quantitative, collecting observation data for analysis using the depthmapX software. The results of this research show that the minimum connectivity value is 36 and the maximum value is 8.988, while the minimum integrity value is 2,54141 and the maximum value is 31,682. The most effective space is the prayer room. The multipurpose room is considered quite effective, while the overall layout of the entrance area is considered ineffective because it still confuses visitors. It is hoped that this research can provide input for improving spatial organization to make it more effective.

Preservation of Traditional Sports of Geudeu-Geudeu Wrestling With Modification of Match Rules in the Pidie Jaya Community of Aceh

The growth of traditional sports begins with daily habits with various activities in the form of movements towards a game which contains elements of the art of sports and social values that exist throughout Indonesia. The aim of the study was to modify the rules of the traditional sport of geudeu-geudeu wrestling. The research method used is research and development (R & D) with the stages of the ADDIE method, namely: analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate. The research instruments were questionnaires and interviews containing statements related to the modification of the traditional sport rules of geudeu-geudeu wrestling. The research subjects were geudeu-geudeu trainers and 10 youths in Pidie Jaya Regency. Data analysis by looking for the magnitude of the relative frequency or in the form of a percentage. The results of this study indicate that there are four alternative answers chosen by respondents, namely 62.23% strongly agree, 34.24% choose agree, and 3.53% disagree, with the modification of the geudeu-geudeu martial arts regulations. Youth 60.02% strongly agree, 36.55% agree, 3.43% disagree with the modification of the traditional sport rules of geudeu-geudeu wrestling. Geudeu-geudeu and youth coaches 60.12% strongly agreed, 35.39% agreed with the development of the traditional sport regulations of geudeu-geudeu wrestling, and 4.49% disagreed with the modification of the traditional sport rules of geudeu-geudeu wrestling.

This research aims to analyze the leading sectors per sub-district in Pidie Jaya Regency and analyze the hierarchy and interactions between sub-district areas in Pidie Jaya Regency. This research uses quantitative analysis methods with secondary data bases. To analyze the hierarchy in this study, scalogram analysis and Marshall centrality index were used, regional interactions were determined by gravity analysis and breaking point analysis. The results of the research show that the regions in Pidie Jaya Regency have a superior sector, namely agriculture, which is run as the center of their economy.

The Influence of Motivation, Spiritual Intelligence, And Competency on Middle School Teacher Performance with Job Satisfaction as A Variable Mediation in Pidie Jaya District

This research aims to test the Motivation, Spiritual Intelligence, and Competence impact on Middle School Teacher Performance, with Job Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable. In this research, the intended population was all junior high school teachers in Pidie Jaya Regency, totaling 821 teachers. The number of samples was 204 teachers. Data analysis in this research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The result shows that Motivation, Spiritual Intelligence, and Competency significantly affect job satisfaction; Spiritual Intelligence, competency, and job satisfaction significantly affect teacher performance, but motivation does not affect teacher performance; Job satisfaction fully mediates the Motivation impact on Teacher Performance; Job Satisfaction partially mediates the Spiritual Intelligence impact on Teacher Performance; and Job Satisfaction partially mediates the Competency impact on Teacher Performance. These results explain that the teacher performance improvement model is a function of increasing motivation, Spiritual Intelligence, competency, and job satisfaction.

Strengthening the Spatial Quality of Fishpond towards Disaster Mitigation on the Urban Riparians of Meureudu River, Indonesia

Meureudu City center, which is located on the riverfronts of Meureudu River, Pidie Jaya Regency continues experienced rapid urban development caused dramatic changes in the land use. Developments that occur in this area must be controlled strictly, given often conflicting management and use of land, especially between cultivation activities for the economic improvement of local community and interests of the environmental protection. Conflicting interests in land use in urban area, especially for fishpond cultivation as productive land for the local community, which partly utilizes river borders, riparian corridors, and green open spaces which in the RDTR (Detailed Spatial Planning) of Meureudu District are buffer areas that need to remanage. The knowledge about the potential fishpond is important to ensure the ecological stability of the area in terms of restoration of riparian corridors. Implementing sustainable management of the fishpond land layout is a must, because this area is vulnerable to flash floods, tsunamis, and strong winds. This study aims to examine the development of sustainable fishpond land management and be able to play a role in local disaster mitigation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method. Management strategy analysis was carried out using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) method. The results of the research are; strategies to improve the spatial quality of fishponds that are multifunctional, in addition to having sustainable productive functions and are also capable of disaster mitigation.

Transparency and integrity are two important principles that must be upheld in the implementation of general elections. Cases of fraud that occurred in the 2019 elections such as the practice of money politics in the form of distributing money and goods (cooking oil, rice, sugar, headscarves), distributing umroh coupons such as the case that ensnared Mandala Shoji (DPR-RI candidate from PAN) and Lucky Andriani (DKI DPRD candidate from PAN). The case of voting more than once was carried out by Ridwan Benseh as an KPPS member at TPS 08 Paru Village, Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency. Transparency and integrity is one way to prevent fraud and manipulation from occurring in general elections. The research method in this article is to use qualitative methods, qualitative methods are defined as social science research methods that collect and analyze data in the form of words. Efforts made to prevent fraud and manipulation in general elections improve the quality of election management institutions, participatory supervision of the community, the use of information technology to increase transparency.

Efektifitas Pengetahuan Ibu Balita Terkait Gizi Seimbang Balita Untuk Mencegah Stunting Melalui Penyuluhan Di Gampong Kiran Krueng Jangka Buya Pidie Jaya

Fulfillment of nutrition is very important for the growth and development of children, especially in the first 1000 days of life (HPK). Family, especially mothers play an important role in providing balanced nutrition, therefore mothers must have good knowledge about it. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of mothers of toddlers about balanced nutrition in toddlers. This activity was carried out in the village of Kiran Krueng. This study used a pre-experimental design method with the type of one group pretest-posttest design. The target in this study were the women of Kiran Krueng Village, Jangka Buya District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The questionnaire in this study was used to examine the effect of providing counseling about stunting on increasing the knowledge of women in Kiran Krueng Village, Jangka Buya District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The number of samples taken was 20 mothers. It is known that most of the respondents were female as many as 20 respondents with a percentage of 100%, while most of them were aged 25-30 years as many as 12 respondents with a percentage of 60%. The highest level of knowledge of mothers before being given counseling was in the moderate category, 7 people (35%). The highest level of knowledge of mothers after being given counseling was in the high category, 20 people (100%). The average level of knowledge of mothers before being given counseling was 2,05 and after being given counseling, it was 1,00. From these results it can be concluded that there were positive results from the counseling process carried out.

INNOVATIONS IN MSME DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS CERAMIC IN BANDAR DUA PIDIE JAYA REGENCY

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the innovation of MSME development of ceramic small industrial products in Bandar Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The population in this study were all small ceramic industries in Bandar Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency, which consisted of 3 ceramic businesses, namely Various Work Enterprises, Cheap Raya Enterprises and Makmur Jaya Enterprises, which were studied with a workforce of 42 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire, data analysis uses a multiple linear regression model, with the independent variables of model innovation (X1) and shape/size innovation (X2), as well as the dependent variable of the ceramics industry (Y), with the following formula. The research results show that the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is 69,7%. Meanwhile, to see the coefficient of Termination is 0.486 or (48.6%). This means that 46.6% has an influence between the model development innovation variable and size/shape development innovation on the UMKM Development variable, while the remaining (51.4%) is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study

Entrepreneurial Leadership of School Principals in Improving Teacher Welfare at SMA Negeri Unggul in Pidie Jaya Regency

Principal entrepreneurship management is one of the factors that influence the welfare of teachers in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this study was to find out how innovation programs, implementation strategies, motivations, and obstacles to school principals improve entrepreneurial leadership for teacher welfare. In this study used an approach known as a qualitative approach. Research data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) Principals already have qualifications in innovation programs in improving teacher welfare. This can be seen from the programs that are running late or those that have been planned by the school principal; 2) One of the principal's strategies in improving teacher welfare is by focusing on business units in schools; 3) The principal's motivation in improving teacher welfare is by holding seminars attended by student guardians and seminars held for teachers, as well as providing support to teachers who wish to continue their studies; 4) Obstacles faced by school principals in improving teacher welfare, one of which is inadequate school facilities so that the activities of teachers are hampered in carrying out their duties.

PROSES ISLAMISASI DALAM RITUAL KHANDURI BLANG DI GAMPONG DAYAH LEUBUE KECAMATAN ULIM KABUPATEN PIDIE JAYA

This study aims to find out how the process of Islamization in khanduri blang, which was previously carried out at the tomb of the ulama, became a meunasah and also to find out what social changes took place in society during the process of Islamization in khanduri blang ritual in Gampong Dayah Leubue, Ulim District, Pidie Jaya Regency. This research is a field research that uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research types that come into direct contact with informants by conducting interviews and direct observation. The results of this study explain that the process of Islamization in the khanduri blang ritual is caused by two factors, namely the will of the community itself and the existence of da'wah and education channels that make a difference and change in the implementation of the khanduri blang ritual in Gampong Dayah Leubue. In addition, this process of Islamization is closely related to August Comte's theory of 3 stages of development, namely the theological stage where people still believe in supernatural things such as performing rituals at the tombs of the clergy, then the metaphysical stage where the farming community believes. prohibited from going down to the rice fields for 3 days, and a positive stage where people already have progress and renewal of education and thoughts to abandon beliefs that according to them do not exist in Islamic teachings.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Akreditasi Sekolah dan Anggaran Pendidikan Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya

This research was conducted on a sample of 211 public high school teachers in Pidie Jaya district. With the aim of knowing: a) the partial influence of Principal Leadership, School Accreditation and School Education Budget factors on teacher performance, b) the simultaneous effect of Principal Leadership, School Accreditation and Education Budget factors on teacher performance. The data analysis technique uses parametric statistics with multiple regression analysis models. The research results show that; The results of processing and analysis of survey data show and prove the hypothesis of this study, namely: a) There is a partial significant effect on Principal Leadership, school accreditation and school budgets on the performance of public high school teachers in Pidie Jaya Regency. Where the accreditation factor gives the biggest contribution among the factors studied. B). Simultaneously, the principal's leadership, school accreditation, and school budget contributed 53.5% to the performance of public high school teachers in Pidie Jaya District.

EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT PADA DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN PIDIE JAYA

All over the world, the increase in population in developing and developed countries is accompanied by the same problem, namely a decrease in the level of public services for the community. The phenomenon of poverty in Indonesian cities like Papua is one example. Papua owns 26.80% West Papua 21.43% East Nusaa Tenggara 20.23% Malukui 16.23% Gorontalo 15.51% Aceh 14.75% and other cities One way to improve people's welfare is through community empowerment. This study found that the Pidie Jaya District Office of Social Affairs played an important role in empowering the community by changing the way people think. The Pidie Jaya District Office of Social Affairs itself has attempted to empower the community by offering assistance to economically disadvantaged communities. This type of descriptive research, a qualitative approach, is used in this study. The results of the study show that the community empowerment program used by the Pidie Jaya District Office is still ineffective. How big or small the program depends on the wishes and resources of the community. Therefore, to carry out the Community Empowerment Development Program, the government and the community must work well together. Lack of agreement among the community, ignorance about how to look after, lack of knowledge about how to use rocks, and a very low budget are some of the obstacles that have prevented this program from being implemented. The advice that can be given in this study is that the Social Service Office of Pidie Jaya Regency The effectiveness of the Community Empowerment Development Program in Pidie Jaya Regency needs to be continued, by using a dynamic empowerment process or adapting to the typology of community empowerment and after each completion of a series of activities the community empowerment development program needs to be evaluated towards the development of community empowerment.Keywords : Effectiveness, Program, Community Empowerment Development

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Sarana Prasarana dan Komunikasi antar Personal terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Ulim Kabupaten Pidie Jaya

This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical answers about the influence of the principal's leadership, aspects of school infrastructure and interpersonal communication in the school environment on efforts to improve teacher performance. This research was in the form of a survey using a questionnaire to 75 state junior high school teachers in Ulim District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The research method is an associative description with analysis and hypothesis testing with a path analysis approach. The results of the study found that (a) there was an influence of the Principal's Leadership on teacher performance of 11.40%. (b) It is proven that there is an influence of school infrastructure in completing work and teaching problems on teacher performance of 13.77%. (c) there is an influence of communication that exists between teachers and also with leaders in schools on teacher performance by 17.85 percent. (d) Simultaneously there is an influence of the Principal's Leadership, Infrastructure and Interpersonal Communication on Teacher Performance by 43%.

Penerapan Fermentasi Biji Kakao (Theobroma cacao L.) di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya, Aceh

Cocoa is one of the primary commodities in Meureudu and Trienggadeng Sub-districts, Pidie Jaya Regency. Many cocoa farmers in the sub-districts still need to understand the process and benefits of fermenting cocoa beans. Bean fermentation is essential because it can increase biochemical changes and the concentration of flavour precursors in cocoa beans so that it has a high selling value. This community service activity was implemented using counselling methods, demonstrations, and the submission of fermenters. It was held for two days assisting and attended by 59 of 70 farmers from two groups. Results showed the participants' positive response to the partaking activities and their interest in fermenting cocoa. Through the activities that have been carried out, cocoa farmers understand and can maintain a good cocoa bean fermentation process. Assistance to farmer groups must be continuously conducted so that cocoa farmers remain consistent in fermenting cocoa beans to produce better quality cocoa.
