THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INDONESIA HEALTH MINISTER REGULATION RELATED TO STERILIZED DISPENSING IN "X" HOSPITAL IN GIANYAR-BALI

Background: The application of Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 72 of 2016 is very important to be implemented in every Pharmacy Installation in a hospital, one of which is in the clinical pharmacy service section, namely dispensing sterile preparations to avoid the possibility of medication errors. Objective: The research aimed to find out how the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 72 of 2016 stipulated in the basic guidelines of aseptic techniques related to space, equipment, and the implementation of dispensing sterile preparations with its practice in Hospital "X" Gianyar, Bali. Methods: This research used Sequential Explanatory design by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Results: The results of quantitative research with a checklist found the percentage of completeness of the room and equipment by 100%, while the conformity of the practice with the guidelines of 76.48% is appropriate. The results of qualitative research with triangulation matrices that practice is by the guidelines. Conclusion: Dispensing sterile preparations at the Hospital "X" is following the basic guidelines of aseptic techniques that refer to Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 72 of 2016.

The Quality of Pharmaceutical Services in the New Normal Era on Outpatient Loyalty at the Pharmacy Installation of the Daya General Hospital

Background: The quality of pharmaceutical services is an important factor in ensuring the quality of health services in hospitals. In this current era of the new normal, improving the quality of pharmaceutical services is closely related to patient satisfaction and loyalty. Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of pharmaceutical service quality on loyalty through mediating outpatient satisfaction at the Pharmacy Installation of Daya General Hospital. Method: This research was a quantitative study with an analytical observational study design. Respondents in this study were 120 outpatients at the Pharmacy Installation. The data analysis method used was univariate and bivariate analysis through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program and multivariate Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS program. Results: Satisfaction affected the loyalty of outpatients at the Pharmacy Installation. The most dominant indicator was feeling satisfied in the satisfaction variable, with a loading factor of 0.93. In the loyalty variable, the most dominant indicator was the loyalty aspect, with a loading factor of 0.41. The direct effect of pharmaceutical service quality on loyalty was 0.550, while the indirect effect mediated by patient satisfaction was 0.303. Conclusion: The direct effect was greater than the indirect effect of service quality on the loyalty of outpatients at Daya General Hospital.

INVENTORY CONTROL OF DISPOSABLE MEDICAL MATERIALS AT THE BALI MANDARA EYE HOSPITAL

Background: As a health service institution, hospitals have characteristics and management complexities which have an impact on their financing aspects. Controlling the supply of pharmaceutical supplies aims to create a balance between supply and demand in order to realize effective and efficient health services.Aims: This study aimed to design a method for controlling the optimal supply of disposable medical materials at the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital, Bali. Methods: This is a qualitative study based on in-depth interviews with three informants, and involving 11 doctors (users) to determine the critical value of disposable medical materials.Results: ABC analysis was used to classify all types of goods based on their importance to determine priorities based on the value of use. The budget allocation was dominated by only a small portion or only a few types of pharmaceutical supplies. The results show that there was a decrease in the total cost of inventory by 19.14% after the application of the EOQ method. The application of the reorder point (ROP) method can anticipate the occurrence of stock outs or vacancies.Conclusion: The EOQ method is more efficient than the conventional method applied at the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital Pharmacy Installation. The EOQ and ROP methods greatly affect the efficiency and effectiveness of controlling the inventory of medical disposable materials at the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital.Keywords: : inventory control, effective and efficient, medical disposable materials

Analysis of an Effect Quality Pharmaceutical Services on the Satisfaction of Patients in Royal Prima Public Hospital Medan

Based on a predecessor survey conducted by researchers of 30 outpatients at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital in July 2019, it showed that out of 30 patients, 23 patients expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of service and availability of drugs at the Pharmacy Installation of the Royal Prima Medan General Hospital. Where the patient's satisfaction states that there is still a lack of direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance (assurance), empathy, hospitals and employees of outpatients at Royal Prima Hospital, Medan. This paper described Knowing the Analysis of the Effect of Pharmacy Service Quality on Outpatient Satisfaction at the Royal Prima Medan General Hospital in 2019. There is an effect of the quality of pharmaceutical services (appearance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on outpatient satisfaction at Royal Prima Medan General Hospital. 2019. It is hoped that the pharmacy installation of the Royal Prima Medan General Hospital will improve the quality of services that are more optimal to achieve maximum patient satisfaction values. Analysis of Performance of Pharmaceutical Drug Distribution Officers Using AHP and Rating Scale Methods in Hospital Bhayangkara Installation, Medan

Pharmacy staff is a health service that needs to improve the quality of its service to answering customer expectations and demands. AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Rating Scale are powerful instruments as evaluation tools in management because they can assess the performance of the Hospital Pharmacy Installation. This study aims to analyze the performance of pharmacy officers in drug distribution using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and the Rating Scale at Bhayangkara Hospital Medan in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The research design uses a correlation study with a retrospective approach equipped with a sheet. Observations are in the form of a table list. The sample in this research is all officers involved in the distribution of drugs in the inpatient room of the Bhayangkara Hospital Medan who receive drug distribution from the pharmacy. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique, namely taking a sample of the entire population in the study. Based on the sampling technique, the total sample was 57 people. The results of the cross table between the performance of pharmacy officers in drug distribution using the Rating Scale method in the Bhayangkara Hospital Installation in Medan in 2020, which shows the p-value for each variable, namely the quality p-value = 0.000, the quantity value p = 0.006, the use time value p = 0.000, the cooperation value p = 0.000. This study concludes that there is an influence between the performance of pharmacy officers in drug distribution using the AHP method and the Rating Scale at the Bhayangkara Hospital Installation in Medan in 2020. It is recommended that pharmaceutical officers further improve health services, especially paying attention to drug distribution for each installation in the hospital. Monitoring of Drug Planning and Procurement in Lubuk linggau City Health Department in 2021

For monitoring the planning and procurement of drugs, complete and accurate data and information are needed from the central, provincial, district and health facilities. Especially with the implementation of the JKN program, which has the potential to increase the need for drugs in health facilities. The purpose of the study is to describe the process of planning and procuring drugs from the health office and formulate solutions to increase the availability of drugs from the Lubuklinggau City Health Office. The methods of The research is qualitative. Then This research was conducted at the Pharmaceutical Technical Service Unit of the Lubuklinggau City Health Office with 10 informants. The research was conducted from October to November 2021 in the working area of the Lubuklinggau City Health Office. The results of the study were that it was found that the Pharmacy Installation and Public health center in the scope of the Lubuklinggau City Health Office in 2021 experienced a drug void. Furthermore, the planning process has been carried out by the Integrated Drug Planning Team but is not optimal. The drug procurement process uses the e-catalog method in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1121/MENKES/SK/XII/2008. The conclusion is that drug management at the Lubuklinggau City Health Office has been in accordance with Kepmenkes No. 1121 of 2008 but has not been maximized. It is hoped that the Lubuklinggau City Health Office can accommodate all types of drugs rationally according to the drug needs of the public health center.

ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN PEGAWAI INSTALASI FARMASI DENGAN PENGGUNAAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI ( APD) DI RSUD KISARAN TAHUN 2021

Background: PPE is a tool used to protect yourself or the body against the dangers of work accidents. The factors that influence adherence are K3 training, knowledge, behavior, age, gender. The Pharmacy Installation is a part of the hospital that manages the hospital's pharmaceutical needs, medicines, (BMHP), and medical devices. handling and controlling B3 as well as hospital injection drugs which of course have a risk of exposure to hazardous biological substances (biohazard). The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with the compliance of pharmacy installation staff with the use of PPE at Kisaran Regional Hospital in 2021.Methods: This type of research used quantitative research using a cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study were 30 people. The sample was determined by a simple technique of selecting the sample using purposive sampling. The results of the study: The data was collected using a questionnaire sheet and then processed using a statistical computer program with the chi square test with a significance level of α = 0.05 (95%). The results of the study found that the relationship of compliance with PPE use with age (p = 0.002 <α 0.05), gender (p = 0.127> α 0.05), K3 training (p = 0.004 <α 0.05), Knowledge (p = 0.018 <α 0.05) and Behavior (p = 0.011 <α 0.05). It is recommended for Kisaran Hospital to further improve the Compliance with the Use of PPE, especially for Pharmacy Installation employees.

EVALUASI WAKTU TUNGGU PELAYANAN RESEP PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI INSTALASI FARMASI RSUD Dr. R. SOEDJONO SELONG

Waiting time is the time used by patients to get prescription services. The length of time the patient waits can reflect how the hospital manages the service component that is tailored to the patient's situation and expectations. This observation was carried out to find out the waiting time for concoction and non-concoction prescription services in outpatient BPJS patients at the Dr. General Hospital Pharmacy Installation. R. Soedjono Selong and find out what factors influence the prescription waiting time in the Pharmacy Installation of the Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Soedjono Selong. The sample observed was a recipe for concoction and non- concoction which had been determined by the criteria for taking data by using Data Retrieval Sheets (LPD). Regional Dr. R. Soedjono Selong has provided maximum service to health services, especially servants of recipes for concoction and non-concoction medicines. The average waiting time required for working on a prescription at the Regional General Pharmacy Pharmacy Dr. R. Soedjono Selong is 54 minutes for concoction drugs and 29 minutes for non- concoction drugs. Thus, the waiting time for concoction and non-concoction recipe services has an average waiting time that does not exceed prescription service standards based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 129/Menkes/ SK/II/2008.

Analysis And Evaluation Of Pharmacist Power Needs With The WISN Method In The Pharmaceutical Installation Of Haji Hospital Surabaya

The success of the hospital in carrying out its functions is influenced by several factors, among which the most dominant is human resources. Human resources are one of the important factors to be able to provide quality and comprehensive services in health services and are the key determinants of the rate and quality of services. The method of calculating needs based on workload (WISN) is an indicator that shows the amount of workforce required for health facilities based on workload, so that the allocation / relocation of labor will be easier and more rational. This research is a descriptive observational research with qualitative data analysis with purposive sampling method, namely the sampling technique by determining certain criteria. The HR category that will be calculated is the pharmacist in the Pharmacy Installation of the Surabaya Haji Hospital and results in a calculation of the total need for pharmacists of 24 people, compared to the current number of pharmacists of 20 pharmacists, the addition of pharmacists is 4 people in the Home Pharmacy Installation Haji Hospital Surabaya. The current number of fulfilled personnel from the calculation results only fulfills 83% of the ideal amount generated by the WISN method. With the obstacles faced such as the large workload of clinical pharmacy services that are carried out every day. To anticipate this, it is necessary to fulfill the need for pharmacists.

PENDEKATAN LEAN HOSPITAL UNTUK MENGIDENTIFIKASI WASTE KRITIS PELAYANAN OBAT DI INSTALASI FARMASI RAWAT JALAN RSUD X MANNA TAHUN 2020

Background: Lean Hospital is needed in order to hospital can fulfill patient’s needs optimally, can give health service as much as possible to the patient. This research has a purpose for identifying medicine service, waste and the root cause of waste, so than we give reparation suggestion to medicine service that happens in Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Regional Public Hospital.
 Objective: Respondent In this study, patients or their families and pharmacy
 Methods: This research is study case research with qualitative approach. The research stages are doing observation of service process’s flow which is made in value stream mapping, distributing questionnaires of patient’s value and waste, doing interview by 5 why method for knowing the root cause and waste critical. The proposed of improvements is obtained from Head of Hospital Pharmacy Installation.
 Results: The research result showed that the service medicine process of pharmacy installation has been lean. Waste critical that is obtained, is waste motion 21,1%.
 Conclusion: The root cause of waste motion is manually, there is a space that separates between rooms, Emergency Installation/ IGD’s service, Outpatient and Inpatient has not been done separately yet. Adding visual management, rearranging the layout of the room is a suggestion for improvements to eliminate waste.

TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN BPJS RAWAT JALAN TERHADAP PELAYANAN PANAH RSUD GENTENG BANYUWANGI

The "PANAH" programme is one of the innovative Pharmacy Installation services at RSUD Genteng. PANAH is an abbreviation of Pangkas Antrian Ambil Obat Harian. This program is a new program and there has never been a measurement of the level of satisfaction so that it is necessary to measure the level of satisfaction.This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of patients served by the “PANAH” program at RSUD Genteng based on five dimensions of service quality, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance.The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research with cross sectional design and the sample technique used is total sampling. Samples taken were 72 patients. Technique of answering data using a questionnaire.Based on the results of the study obtained as follows. On the dimensions of physical evidence (tangible) 43 respondents were satisfied (59,72%), 29 respondents were quite satisfied (40,28%). On the credibility dimension (reliability) 45 respondents were satisfied (62,5%), 27 respondents were quite satisfied (37,5%). On the dimension of responsiveness (responsiveness) 45 respondents were satisfied (62,5%), 27 respondents were quite satisfied (37,5%). On the dimension of empathy (emphaty) 42 respondents were satisfied (58,33%), 30 respondents were quite satisfied (41,67%). On the assurance dimension 41 respondents were satisfied (56,94%), 31 respondents were quite satisfied (43,06%). In the response of fifth dimension, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance 52 respondents were satisfied (72,22%), 20 respondents were quite satisfied (27,78%), there were no respondents who were less satisfied and dissatisfied.

The Relationship between Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy Aspects with Patient Satisfaction in Pharmacy Installations at Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital

As people's standard of living increases, the demand for quality health also increases. Patient satisfaction is correlated with the quality of service in the hospital. By understanding the level of patient satisfaction, hospital management can learn and improve service quality. The study aims to determine the relationship between reliability, responsiveness, and empathy aspects with patient satisfaction in Pharmacy Installations at Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital. This research was an explanatory quantitative research with cross sectional design. The sample of this study amounted to 60 people and taken by accidental sampling technique. The data obtained through interviews using a questionnaire. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction in Pharmacy Installations at Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital on reliability aspect was 63.3%, responsiveness aspect was 56.7% and empathy aspect was 81.7%. Based on the result of the research, the suggestion given to the service provider in this case Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital is to improve the performance of health service especially in Pharmacy Installation service by way of monitoring and evaluating periodically with the implementation of the service, evaluating and developing human resources, and infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of community satisfaction as a service user based on the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 14 of 2017. Nine elements that are used as indicators of measuring community satisfaction with public service providers are requirements, systems, mechanisms and procedures, completion time, fees / rates, Product specifications for types of services, Competence of implementers, Behavior of implementers, Handling of complaints, Suggestions and input, Services and Infrastructure. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, the study population is outpatient poly patients who redeem prescription drugs and meet the sampling criteria in the Pharmacy Installation, sampling techniques using non-probability sampling methods by means of purposive sampling where the determination of the sample with special consideration so that it is suitable to be made sample. Calculation of the Community Satisfaction Index of service units in the Bojonegoro Youth Main Inpatient Clinic obtained a value of 74.49 that falls into the category of service quality C and the performance of the service unit falls into the unsatisfied category.Keywords: health services, community satisfaction index.

Profil Terapi Antidiabetes Oral Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II Di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Anwar Medika

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic condition because of the body cannot produce insulin normally or insulin cannot work effectively. This damage if chronic occurs will cause complications. In the province of East Java the prevalence of DM sufferers of 2.1% ranks 9th, and prevalence of DM in Sidoarjo is patients with a diagnosis of 3.6% of the total population of East Java. The purpose of this study was to look at the profile of oral antidiabetic therapy in type II diabetes mellitus patients in the outpatient installation of Anwar Medika Hospital. The sampling method used is non random sampling Data retrieval from 17 February to 30 April 2020 with a data collection sheet that has been validated. Management of DM patients consists of 4pillars that is education, nutritional therapy, physical activity and pharmacology. The study was conducted in an outpatient installation of Anwar Medika Hospital with 62 samples that fit the inclusion criteria. The results showed that most patients with type II diabetes mellitus were female, as many as 44 patients (70.96%) of 62 patients. Patients with type II diabetes mellitus who most went to Anwar Medika Hospital and got ADO prescription drugs were patients with an age range of 56-65 years as many as 24 patients (38.70%) of 62 patients. Most of the most commonly prescribed ADO drugs by doctors were Glimepirid 34 (91,89%) and combination of 2 kinds of drugs by 22 patients (88%) out of 62 patients. Most patients use more than 1 drug. It is therefore recommended that pharmacy installation officers at Anwar Medika Hospital can provide an understanding of DM, provide counseling related to medicines prescribed to patients and monitor the success of patient therapy. Drug Planning At Andi Makkasau Hospital In Parepare City

Background: Medicine is a very important element for efforts to improve health, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery which must be endeavored to always be available when needed. One of the important resources is the supply of medicines, especially in hospitals. The provision of drugs should be in accordance with the amount of treatment needed. If the supply of drugs is not smooth, it will hamper health services. Purpose: to obtain information on drug planning at the Andi Makassau Hospital, Parepare City. Method: the research uses a phenomenological descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using an interview method conducted at the Andi Makkasau Hospital, Parepare City in August 2019. Results: Information on drug planning at Andi Makkasau Hospital was obtained from interviews with the head of the pharmacy installation, the person in charge of planning and planning staff. Conclusion: Drug planning at the Hospital Pharmacy installation uses the epidemiological method and the consumption method, those involved in the planning method are the pharmacy warehouse, the planning team, the supply division and the head of the installation. TUGAS POKOK DAN FUNGSI APOTEKER SEBAGAI PELAKSANA PENGADAAN PERBEKALAN FARMASI DI RUMAH SAKIT

One of the pharmaceutical services in the Hospital Pharmacy Installation is the management of pharmaceutical supplies. At the management stage, the procurement of pharmaceutical supplies greatly affects the availability of drugs in hospitals. Procurement is an activity to realize the planning needs for pharmaceutical supplies. The process of procuring pharmaceutical supplies must ensure availability, quantity, correct time at affordable prices according to quality standards. A pharmacist is in charge of every pharmaceutical supplies activity in the hospital. Therefore an understanding is needed for pharmacists regarding the main duties and functions of pharmacists in the procurement system. This study aims to discuss the main duties and functions of pharmacists in drug management, particularly the procurement of pharmaceutical supplies in hospitals. The research method used is literature study related to the procurement of pharmaceutical supplies in hospitals. The main duties and functions of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical supplies process include selecting the required pharmaceutical supplies, determining suppliers, determining the procurement method to evaluating the procurement process in hospitals.

The Effect of Drug Types, Facility, and Infrastructure against the Waiting Times at the Pharmacy Installation of Caruban General Hospital

Backgorund. Waiting time is one indicator of pharmacy service. The initial study with 5 patients in the pharmacy installation, of Caruban Hospital, concluded that all patients stated that they were tiring and queued for a long time. This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of type of drug, facility, and infrastructure to waiting time to get pharmacy service at Caruban Regional Public Hospital. The Design of this research used quantitative research The sampling technique was purposive sampling with total sample are 100 respondents. The statistical analysis used dummy regression. The average waiting time for pharmacy service is about 60 minutes for concocted drug, Average waiting time for packaged drugs is 46.5 minutes, and mixed drug is 69.5 minutes. 72 respondents stated that the infrastructure was in the good category and the rest said it was moderate.The results of the dummy regression analysis concluded that facilities and infrastructure had a significant effect simultaneously on the waiting time for services. The partial test results showed that the significance value for the facilities and infrastructure variable was 0.000, and for the variable dosage forms in mixed prescriptions it had a significance value of 0.023. The means variable is the variable that most influences the waiting time for the prescription service. The types of drugs in the prescription and waiting room infrastructure have a significant effect simultaneously on the length of queuing for drugs.

Kepercayaan Dimediasi Kepuasan Pasien terhadap Citra Rumah Sakit

Establishing an excellent hospital image is critical as many people are still experiencing trust issues for hospitals in Indonesia, especially in major cities. A hospital's image comes from its quality of service, the patient's trust in the quality of service, and the patient's satisfaction. This study tries to provide empirical evidence on the effect of quality of service and patient confidence on the hospital's image mediated by patient satisfaction. A quantitative - causality research method is used. Primary data was taken from survey to patients who are taking drugs in the outpatient pharmacy installation unit at Taman Sari Hospital, West Jakarta. This research uses AMOS-path analysis, and the results showed the quality of service and patient's trust had a positive and significant effect on the hospital's image with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable. Partially, the quality of service has a positive and significant effects on both patient satisfaction and hospital image. Patient confidence has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction but it is insignificant to the hospital's image. Research findings show that a patient's trust has a positive impact on the hospital's image when mediated by patient satisfaction. Suggestions from this research are conducting training, i.e. speed training not to exceed the standard response time as well as competency, skills training and service excellence training for pharmaceutical personnel. Improving the quality of pharmacy facilities such as waiting rooms to make it more comfortable is also suggested

Evaluasi Cold Chain Management Vaksin di Puskesmas Kabupaten Jember

Immunization is the most cost-effective health prevention method to suppress the incidence of vaccine-preventable disease. Immunization Program in Jember district is still not optimal with many vaccine-preventable disease cases found. Another problem found in Jember is the management of logistics vaccine that is still not optimal. Based on the activity plan report of ORI Difteri 2018, it is known that the logistics needs of some vaccines do not comply with the allocation received by Jember regency of the province. This condition This was a descriptive study using questionaire and observations data as well as the documentation study of the annual Report of Health Pharmacy Installation (IFK) year 2019. Respondent to this study were immunization officers at primary health care of Jember District. The result of cold chain management evaluation is known that the most are good enaugh. In some primary health care are still hampered insufficient means so that the maintenance of vaccine is still not optimalBased on the result that cold chain management evaluation, the knowledge officer on cold chain management is still lacking good. In the some primary health care, it is known that the equipment canstraints are unavailable. While in the conformity of temperature only one primary helath care is not recommended. And stirage activities are mostly in accordance with SOP.
