Subjective signs of criminal offense provided by art. 374 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

It is noted that in order to establish the content of the right to defense, it is necessary to examine the subjective signs of the criminal offense provided for in Art. 374 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is emphasized that the subject of violation of the right to defense is special and clearly defined in Art. 374 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - investigator, investigator, prosecutor, judge. The signs of a violation of the right to defense by a special subject have been determined. The prerequisites for the legality of a person occupying the position of inquirer, investigator, prosecutor, judge, as well as the peculiarities of the legal personality of a special subject of a criminal offense provided for in Art. 374 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The qualified composition of this criminal offense was analyzed. It was determined that the purpose and motive of the violation of the right to defense are not important for the qualification of a criminal offense under Art. 374 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is noted that the absence of signs of a special subject in a person excludes the possibility of bringing him to criminal responsibility as the perpetrator of a crime that can be committed by a special subject, it is expedient to agree with those scientists who maintain the position that the issue of recognition of a person who is a general subject of a crime, a co-perpetrator of a crime with a special subject should be decided individually, based on specific circumstances, taking into account the specifics of the objective features (objective side) of the crime. The subject of violation of the right to protection is special, the characteristics of which are defined in Part 2 of Art. 18 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, according to which the special subject of a criminal offense is a convicted natural person who committed a criminal offense at the age from which criminal responsibility can arise, the subject of which can only be a certain person. Taking into account the above, it can be stated that the inquirer, investigator, prosecutor, judge as special subjects are not only characterized by the features of a general subject, such as age and sanity, but also belong to persons with special legal personality - the ability of a person in to acquire a certain legal status and act as a bearer of the subjective rights and legal duties of an inquirer, investigator, prosecutor, judge.

Subjects of the right to a constitutional complaint in Ukraine, Czech Republic and Poland: comparative analysis

The article is devoted to a comparative legal study of the legislation and the practice of its application in relation to the subjects of the right to a constitutional complaint in Ukraine, the Czech Republic and Poland. The author examines the provisions of the Constitutions of the countries, mentioned above, special laws which regulate the right to a constitutional complaint of corresponding subjects, as well as the constitutional courts practice in each of the previously mentioned countries. The study highlights not only a clear list, but also the essence of the subjects of the right to a constitutional complaint in Ukraine, the Czech Republic and Poland through the prism of judicial practice. The author outlined main peculiarities of natural persons, legal entities, in particular legal entities of public law and the state, as well as local self-government bodies as subjects of the right to a constitutional complaint. A significant role is assigned to legal entities and local self-government bodies, because the legislation and judicial practice distinct greatly with regard to these categories of subjects of the right to a constitutional complaint that the legislation and judicial practice in the studied states differ the most. The right of public associations and individuals to file a constitutional complaint on behalf of other (third) persons is also being investigated. The issue of attorneys’ participation in Ukraine, Poland and the Czech Republic both at the stage of preparing constitutional complaints and during court proceedings in each of these countries is revealed. As a result, appropriate proposals were made to improve domestic legislation concerning this issue. Having studied the Czech and Polish approaches to the essence of subjects entitled to a constitutional complaint, the author identified problems and suggestions for improving the relevant legal regulation in Ukraine. In particular, amendments were proposed to Article 56 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine” regarding the definition of the more precise subjects list of the right to a constitutional complaint. Having carried out this comparative legal analysis, the author proposed instances when it is appropriate to grant legal entities of public law and local self-government bodies the right to file a constitutional complaint in Ukraine. The author also provides grounding in irrationality of granting such a right to state bodies in Ukraine because of state administration peculiarities.

Personalistic overtones in the realization of Enlightenment ideas (based on the history of the Illuminati Order)

The article considers one of the lines of understanding and realization of Enlightenment ideas, due to the peculiarities of the New European personality. A personality is an individual acting independently and therefore forced to build a world and private self-image that partially does not coincide with the generally accepted ones. Kant associates these features precisely with Enlightenment, with the competence to use one's mind without guidance from someone else. Two social institutions are considered, the young nation-state and the Catholic Church, striving to put the individual, Society and communities under their control and management. The author suggests that society and communities were created in response to the pressure and expansion of these social institutions. The similarities and differences of social institutions and communities represented by unions and orders are analyzed. The relations between these three subjects and social forces (institutions of church and state, Society and communities) were quite tense, there was a struggle between them, the result of which, on the one hand, was the demarcation and separation of zones of influence, on the other hand, the suppression of the enemy, which often turned out to be Society, communities and the individual. In this context, according to the author, a conspiracy discourse is emerging, which the closer to our time, the more it is used against communities and individuals. This struggle within the institutions of the state and the church, as well as in art, is illustrated by the example of the history of the Illuminati. The activities of the Illuminati and other Orders (communities) were directed by a New European personality who, as Kant wrote, aspired to adulthood, which was in contradiction with the desire of the state and the Catholic Church to direct and control the mind and actions of a person. The author believes that the confrontation of the individual, Society and communities with the state and its institutions persists in our time. Of course, we are talking about a certain type of personality, so to speak, Kantian, and not any; there are individuals and communities that support the state.

The cultural codes of Tunisia in the work of G. A. Makhrova "My Tunisia"

The subject of this article is the linguistic means of creating a linguistic and cultural image of Tunisia in the memoirs of Galina Aleksandrovna Makhrova "My Tunisia". The studied linguistic units are considered as representatives of the linguistic and cultural codes of Tunisia – subject, spatial, biomorphic, temporal, spiritual. The linguistic and cultural code in the article refers to the verbally implemented code of national culture. The functions of such linguistic units as vocabulary with a national cultural component (vocabulary of the thematic groups "Clothes", "Cosmetics", "Food and drinks"), proper names (toponyms and anthroponyms), adjectives with a color component in the space of the Russian literary text are analyzed. The influence of the author's linguistic personality as a representative of another (Russian) linguistic culture and a representative of a certain profession (artist) on the choice of linguistic means of creating an image of the country as both his own and someone else's space is assessed. Research methods: descriptive method, methods of analysis and synthesis, linguistic and cultural analysis of a literary text, the method of continuous sampling of linguistic units with a national cultural component and the method of component analysis to identify culturally specific semes of their lexical meaning. The novelty of this study is related to the research material (memoirs of G.A. Makhrova) - the subject of the study (the linguistic and cultural codes of Tunisia are studied in terms of its perception by a native speaker of a different linguistic culture, who feels himself a part of both Tunisian and Russian linguistic cultures) - description of the linguistic and cultural code of Tunisia, taking into account the peculiarities of the linguistic personality of the author of the text: G.A. Makhrova perceives many linguistic and cultural details in a special way, since he is a professional artist. The analyzed language material allows us to draw the following conclusions: 1.In the Tunisian subject code, the linguistic units of the thematic groups "Clothing", "Cosmetics", "Food and drinks" are of particular importance. 2.The spatial code is mainly represented by toponyms, among which the names of hills, as well as beaches and resort towns predominate. Among proper names, a group of names associated with the history of Tunisia stands out, which creates the image of Tunisia as a country with a rich past, located at the crossroads of civilizations. 3.The phytonymic symbol of Tunisia in the work is jasmine. 4. G.A. Makhrova is a professional artist, and therefore adjectives of color play a significant role in creating the image of Tunisia. 5.The names of the deities are associated with the spiritual code of Tunisia.

Requirements and expectations regarding the professional readiness of the nurse to provide palliative care to oncological patients

The nurses training in the field of palliative care is a prerequisite for qualified care and psychological support of incurable patients.Objective – to analyze the professional readiness of nurses in the field of palliative care provision depending on their competencies.Material and methods. The bibliosemantic method was applied. A survey of 20 nurses of the Chernivtsi Regional Clinical Oncology Hospital was conducted to determine their readiness to work with incurable patients in 3 areas: capability, willingness, and resilience [10].Results. The main structural elements of the competency approach to the professional readiness of a nurse in the palliative field are based on thorough knowledge of palliative care, understanding of the essence of phenomena, practical skills and abilities in this field, the ability to choose action methods that are adequate to specific circumstances, spiritual and emotional stability, individual empathy and compassion, a sense of responsibility for the obtained results, constant self-improvement through self/learning and purposefulness. The analysis of 3 scales (ability, readiness and stability) showed high internal consistency and readiness to work in the conditions of the oncology hospital of 95% of the surveyed nurses. Conclusion. A competent approach in the nurse practical activities with an empathetic, spiritual and personal peculiarities to the medical support of palliative patients is a fundamental criterion of professional suitability.

The Role of Personality Peculiarities on Depression and Anxiety of Medical Doctors Using the Job-Demands Resources Model: The Mediating Effect of Job Burnout

Prolonged stress also known as job burnout refers to psychological conditions resulting from excessive fatigue due to work-related factors. However, distinguished features in personality might affect how people cope with job burnout which has implications for their mental health especially for their depression and anxiety. Therefore, this study intends to respond to the existing practical and empirical gaps by investigating the relationships between personality differences such as neuroticism and extraversion and mental health with the role of job burnout as the mediator. A cross-sectional study was conducted at eight public hospitals within Peninsular Malaysia. A total of 471 medical doctors from six departments participated. The result has shown that job burnout mediates the relationship between neuroticism and mental health. Job burnout made no difference to associations between extraversion and mental health.

Proper selection of personnel for the Security Service of Ukraine as a prerequisite for the career growth of its employees

The current state of national legislation regarding the establishment of a list of requirements for candidates for service in bodies and units of the Security Service of Ukraine has been considered. The achievements of scholars on the essence of personnel selection, career, and labour legal personality of employees have been studied. The peculiarities of the legal personality of employees of the Security Service of Ukraine have been determined.
 The requirements established by national legislation for the candidates to serve in the Security Service of Ukraine and the proper professional selection of the best of them are an important factor in staffing this law enforcement agency with professional employees who will be able to perform their duties efficiently and achieve the results planned by the management. The high-quality performance of the tasks faced by the bodies of the Security Service of Ukraine by its employees directly depends on properly organized labor stimulation, in particular, the possibility of career growth. The latter should be supported by an effective career management system, which is based on ensuring fair career development of employees by assessing their business qualities, performance and authority among colleagues.
 The proposals and recommendations for improving national legislation in terms of establishing a list of requirements for candidates to serve in the bodies and units of the Security Service of Ukraine and career development of its employees have been provided. There is a need to amend Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Security Service of Ukraine” with the following provisions: first, on the need for candidates to be proficient in Ukrainian at the level determined in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the State language”, and second, on the need to test candidates for service using a polygraph, which will allow for more objective information about the candidate’s past, environment, positive and negative personal qualities. The Law of Ukraine “On the Security Service of Ukraine” should include a separate article entitled “Career in the Security Service of Ukraine”, which should define the term “career in the Security Service of Ukraine” and predict the specifics of a career in the Security Service of Ukraine.

Психолингвистический аспект анализа языковой личности английского руководителя

The article can be classified as a review-analytical work that considers the question of the relevance of describing the language personality of a leader and defines important tasks for the methodology of describing this personality within the framework of psycholinguistic research. The aim of the research is to develop a scheme for psycholinguistic analysis of the language personality of a leader, taking into account national specifics. One of the significant problems is considered to be the psycholinguistic analysis of texts produced by leaders. Solving this problem involves using a multidimensional-functional analysis methodology of speech activity. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the comprehensive approach to the investigated problem, drawing on related fields such as linguistics, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, linguistic-cultural studies, and psychology. It also involves the development of a list of fundamental psycholinguistic tasks that need to be addressed when studying the language personality of a leader. The obtained results have shown that in order to construct a psycholinguistic model of the language personality of an English leader, it is necessary to conduct a psycholinguistic analysis of texts produced by leaders, discern subject-object relationships from a psychological perspective, and identify linguistic-cultural peculiarities of the language personality of a leader.

Legal personality of persons recognized as incapacitated and with limited legal capacity due to a mental disorder

The article deals with the peculiarities of the legal personality of persons recognized as incapacitated and with limited legal capacity due to a mental disorder. The volume of legal capacity of citizens recognized as having limited legal capacity due to a mental disorder is analyzed. It is noted that citizens who are limited in legal capacity under paragraph 2 of Article 30 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are not excluded from participating in property turnover, since they still have the opportunity to make transactions (independently or with the written consent of the trustee). It is pointed out that in the current civil legislation there is no mechanism for implementing the requirement established in paragraph 2 of Article 29 and paragraph 2 of Article 30 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation to take into account the opinions and preferences of the incapacitated and the limited capable when making transactions and giving consent to transactions, respectively, by the guardian and the trustee. The author substantiates the opinion that based on the legal nature of personal non-property rights, the signs of which are inalienable.

Связь особенностей личности и профессиональной идентичности у лиц юношеского возраста

Early professional orientation, taking into account the individual characteristics of the personality, can increase the likelihood of successful professional formation and reduce the risk of professional destruction. The article examines the problem of the relationship between the personal characteristics of adolescents and professional identity. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the personal characteristics of adolescents and the process of professional formation. In the course of the work, the hypothesis is put forward that there are personality peculiarities that influence professional formation. In order to test the hypothesis, a study was con-ducted involving students of the Department of Psychology and Philosophy at Dagestan State University. The study intends to reveal the relationship between temperament, coping strategies, and professional identity. The results of the correlation analysis showed the presence of a connection between some temperament structures according to V.M. Rusalov and the methods of coping behavior according to R. Lazarus.

Ukrainian education in European educational context

The integration of Ukrainian education into the European educational space is main theme of this article. The differences between the Ukrainian and European education systems are considered. The ways of involving European and other Western forms and methods of education and personality education in Ukrainian schools are determined. These forms and methods have a creative basis. They are activating the thoughts, feelings and imagination of personality. Western pedagogy is distinguished by its democracy and humanism. This pedagogy are educating a free, comprehensively developed, creative, competitive personality. Thanks to the freedom the pupil and student have the opportunity to develop in accordance with their peculiarities and capabilities. Children may or may not prepare homework. The pupil himself decides whether he needs to do homework at home. The students independently determine the task and date for presentation this task. Because in Western education, in contrast to our education, there is individual approach to personality. The Dalton-plan is playing an important role in determining the individual peculiarities of personality.
 European pedagogy is art. Art is facilitating the learning for pupils and students. Art is developing creative abilities of personality. Therefore teacher must be creative personality. Very important art method for learning is play. Thanks to play children are learning with great enthusiasm. Our education practically does not use play method of learning. But for a child the play is the main method of learning. By means play pupil develops his own physical and spiritual powers. The play contributes to the development of the child's social sense. The involvement of creative methods of learning will contribute to the humanization, democratization and European integration of Ukrainian education.

Peculiarities of Legal Personality of Credit Organizations (on the example of the Republic of Tajikistan)

The issue of the legal personality of credit organizations has been studied by the authors for a long time, but there is still no full-fledged judgment on it. What type of legal personality is characteristic of credit organizations — in modern science is an acute issue. Today there are different opinions on this issue. Modern science has long advanced from the primitive division of the legal personality of all legal entities into general and special. The authors identify different types of legal personality of credit organizations — mixed, exclusive, general, partially limited general, special, partially limited general, etc. However, the arguments given by the authors in favor of their position are refuted by other equally convincing arguments. This article analyzes all currently known types of legal personality inherent in credit organizations, and puts forward a new author’s concept of solving the problem.

ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ЗЕМЕЛЬНОЇ ПРАВОСУБ’ЄКТНОСТІ ГРОМАДЯН УКРАЇНИ, ІНОЗЕМЦІВ ТА ОСІБ БЕЗ ГРОМАДЯНСТВА

The article is devoted to the legal status of natural persons in land law. The purpose of the study is to study the land legal personality of citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons, and to determine its features. The concept of "legal entity" and its structure in the theory of law are revealed. The concept of land legal personality has been formed, which should be understood as the legally guaranteed opportunities to have land rights and obligations, acquire them, use them and fulfill them. Features of land legal personality that distinguish it from civil legal personality are highlighted. The components of legal personality are legal capacity and legal capacity. It was determined that land legal capacity is the ability to have rights and obligations regarding land, land legal capacity is the ability of a natural person to acquire land rights for himself by his actions and exercise them independently, as well as the ability to create land obligations for himself by his actions and fulfill them independently and bear responsibility in case of their non-fulfilment. The positions of scientists regarding the definition of land legal personality of natural persons, in particular, regarding the separation of land procedural legal personality have been studied. Based on the analysis of the legislation of Ukraine, it has been proven that the land legal personality of citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons differs in its scope. Citizens of Ukraine have the largest range of rights and responsibilities regarding land. In particular, the right to acquire a land plot, including from agricultural land, which is given priority in the state. At the same time, there are certain restrictions on the composition and amount of land that can be owned by citizens of Ukraine, as stated in the article. Peculiarities of land legal personality of foreign citizens and stateless persons are considered. Restrictions on acquiring ownership of agricultural lands are specified.

On the 100th Anniversary of the birth of Academician Nikita Ilyich Tolstoy – The Ulica Nikite Tolstoja hodonym on the city map of Vrsac (Serbia)

This paper is devoted to the renaming of Ljubljanska street in the city of Vrsac (Serbia) to commemorate Nikita Tolstoy on May 22, 2005. The paper’s author, who was then working as a Humanities Program assistant at the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Belgrade under the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, relays a memoir that references relevant media articles and describes the events which preceded this commemorative event. The memory of this outstanding philologist has become at once part of the historical and cultural legacy of his native city and the everyday context of its inhabitants thanks to the involvement of key individuals who are commemorated here. As pro-Europeanism led to the change of many Serbian naming conventions, the hodonym Ulica Nikite Tolstoja was adopted thanks to the efforts of Serbs, the residents of Vrsac, Russian employees of the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Belgrade, and the descendants of the Russian refugees who emigrated to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia between the two world wars. The renaming unites several types of historical convention, i.e. (1) to commemorate an outstanding person biographically associated with a place, in this case, the city of Vrsac, (2) the great Russian writer's attitude towards Serbs regarding their descent from and recognition of the global significance of Russian culture; (3) commemoration of a strong Russian figure also spiritually close to the Serbs; (4) commemoration of a humanist who was engaged in the history of the Serbian language and the study of the spiritual culture of the Slavs; (5) attitude to historical events related to the liberation of Serbia and this city from Nazi occupation during World War II; (6) attitude to the heritage of Russian emigration which fostered the revival of Kingdom of Yugoslavia after the First World War; (7) commemoration of a figure who unites within himself two parts of Russian society torn apart by the Civil War. Each of these semantic layers is determined by the peculiarities of the outstanding personality and biography of Academician Nikita Tolstoy. The initiators of this commemorative toponym hoped that its multiple semantic layers would allow it to be preserved in the geocultural space of Vrsac regardless of future political change. Neither narrower Serbian-Russian relations nor other factors should diminish the legitimate breadth of the consideration behind it.

International legal status of the Free City of Danzig (1920-1939)

The article is devoted to a little-studied page of the history of international law and international legal personality - the status of the Free City of Danzig (now Gdańsk) in 1920-1939. The topic of such state entities with a special international regime of territory and subjectivity is a veryinteresting page of the international experience of settling territorial disputes between states. Unfortunately, their research in the Ukrainian international law (in particular, the international legal status of the Neutral Moresnet and the Free City of Krakow) began to appear only in recent years.
 The article examines the history of Danzig and the circumstances that actualized the issue of its statehood after the end of the First World War. It was emphasized that the decision to create the Free City was a compromise between the interests of Poland and the residents of Danzig on the one hand, and the interests of various victorious states on the other.
 The main sources of the international legal status of the Free City of Danzig are highlighted. The peculiarities of the international legal personality of Danzig in the context of relations between the Free City and Poland and the League of Nations are analyzed. Special attention is paid to various aspects of legal personality, in particular: external relations and membership in international organizations; economic issue; guarantees of the security of the Free City. It is substantiated that, despite the special regime of the territory and the limitation of sovereignty, Danzig was an independent state in the international context.
 The reasons that led to the end of the history of the Free City of Danzig are singled out, in particular: permanent conflicts with Poland; the ineffectiveness of the League of Nations as a key guarantor of the security of the Free City; the coming to power of the Nazis in Danzig and their policy of rapprochement with Nazi Germany. It is shown that in the future the use of such formats for the resolution of international disputes is impractical due to the impossibility of considering the entire set of circumstances.

Lexico-semantic peculiarities of a virtual language personality

The article is devoted to the study of the current topic of modern linguistics –virtual linguistic personality, aimed at describing the linguistic features of personality and lexico-semantic specifics of virtual linguistic personality in Internet communication.The study began with a review of works on the concept of linguistic personality, studies of domestic and foreign scientists and focused on its features and properties. Given the relevance of studying Internet communication from a linguistic point of view, the existing definitions of the concept of "virtual personality" were analyzed. The article considers a virtual linguistic personality with its special meanings, a changed attitude to time and space, a high degree of involvement in virtual activities, specific goals and communicative strategies, etc. It was considered as a new type of linguistic personality, characterized by lexico-semantic discursiveness. The goal of the – study is to consider the totality of the lexical and semantic properties of a virtual linguistic personality. The object of the study – is a virtual linguistic personality as a participant in a virtual discourse on the Internet. The research method and research materials include comments on the publication "Florida lawmakers strip Disney of special tax status" posted on the BBCNews Instagram page. In the course of the study, the efficiency of the following lexical units was determined in the comments of respondents to the post: slang vocabulary; idioms; colloquial and ordinary language; paremia; occasionalisms; terms and quotations. As a result, a quantitative and comparative analysis of these language units was carried out and conclusions were drawn. THE ROLE OF ECONOMIC INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS IN CREATING IN SOCIETY INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT

The article describes the results of an experimental study aimed at establishing an understanding of economic experts in their role in creating a favorable inclusive environment for people with disabilities. The relevance of the study is due to the introduction of legislative documents that regulate the provision of various services to persons with disabilities, determine the need to create an inclusive social environment and provide for multi-subject interaction of specialists in various fields. To achieve the purpose of the study, the following methods were used: analysis of literature sources on the research problem, analysis of state standards and educational and professional programs of specialty 075 Marketing, questionnaires, quantitative and qualitative processing of research results. It was found that more than half of respondents (marketers) do not have the right ideas about people with disabilities, there is a lack of understanding of the concepts of "inclusion", "inclusive environment", but the vast majority believe in the need to take into account the special needs of people with disabilities. The desire of the majority of respondents to acquire knowledge about the peculiarities of persons with disabilities in order to take them into account in the provision of economic services is positive. Some respondents suggested measures aimed at taking into account the needs and requests of people with disabilities in the field of marketing, which will increase the participation of these categories of citizens in society and improve their quality of life. Given the urgency of the problem, the need to form inclusive competence in economic professionals is emphasized.

Analogy as a rhetorical device and a linguocognitive phenomenon in a public lecture

The article analyzes the features of the functioning of analogy in socio-scientific texts based on the material of public lectures on history. Analogy is considered as a linguocognitive phenomenon and a rhetorical device. The purpose of the article is to study the functions of analogy in the structure of a public lecture, the features of its use in describing historical events. The research methodology is based on general scientific methods of description, interpretation, comparison and classification, and highly specialized methods of component and stylistic analysis are also used within the framework of communicative-pragmatic, functional-semantic and linguocognitive approaches. The object of the study is the representation of analogy as a way of processing objective information, as a means of interaction with the audience and as a component of the linguistic worldview of the lecturer's personality. The subject of the study is the mechanisms of implementation of the analogy, its structural and stylistic specificity and functional characteristics. The novelty of the research consists in the application of the comparative aspect in the study of the general features of the use of analogy on the material of historical materials. It is concluded that the use of analogy depends on the scope of application to a greater extent than on the peculiarities of the lecturer's linguistic personality. Using the example of the analysis of the corpus of public lectures, it can be concluded that the use of techniques in a public lecture is standardized, and the methods of logical construction of scientific presentation, which are one of the features of the scientific style, are combined with expressiveness and clarity in this genre. The variation of stylistic means depends not only on the goals of communication, the peculiarities of addressing, but also on the specific linguistic personality and the nature of the content of the lecture. The range of ways to attract attention and activate interest in the proposed problem is expanding, which leads to the use of expressive means that are not characteristic of the scientific style proper, realizing the author's communicative goals.

SEMANTICS OF THE INEXPRESSIBLE AND ITS REPRESENTATION IN THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE NATIONAL CORPUS (NEWSPAPER SUBCASE)

This article analyzes the use of one-word constituents of the field of the inexpressible in modern newspaper texts presented in the National Corpus of the Russian language. The analysis has shown that the newspaper discourse presents multi-level means of conveying the meaning of the inexpressible, contributing to the expression of expressive and evaluative functions. Factors such as the socially significant level of the media, the peculiarities of the linguistic personality of the author of the text, his position, the subject of articles have an impact on the choice and use of lexemes with the semantics of the inexpressible. The semantics of the inexpressible is most often used in such mass publications as Komsomolskaya Pravda, Trud, and Soviet Sport. Newspaper texts covering issues of public life, culture, and sports are identified as priority topics in terms of the frequency of use of tokens.

Reality of Primary Education Development in the Conditions of the New School

Under analysis in the following article there is the postmodern conception of primary education development in the New Ukrainian School given the relevant pedagogical principles of child-centrism, given the age and individual mental peculiarities of the pupil's personality, child's creative subjectivity actualization, social partnership in the inclusive environment and competence-oriented education. The postmodern orientation of the primary education rebuilding as a start for the New Ukrainian School innovative development has been enlightened. The competence approach to the vocational pedagogical activity in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School and the perspectives of the primary education development in Ukraine according to the state quality assessment standards have been taken into account. The teaching techniques and priorities in young pupils' education in the New Ukrainian School and elementary school in the European Union states have been studied. There has been observed a significant advantage of the new postmodern reality model, being formed on the ground of childcentrism (interest to the child's unique inner world rather than to the degree of his/her knowledge), techniques of «non-linear», critical, flexible and creative thinking of the partners in the inclusive educational process, vocational thinking, summarizing pedagogical knowledge as subjective fundamental construction – unique response to the postmodern education variability. There has been outlined that the elementary school system rebuilding and modernization in Ukraine is based upon the experience of the primary education in the European Union states.
