The article examines the concept of social objective factors that shape the social culture of internal affairs police officers in modern Russian society. The influence of this group of factors on the professional activities of employees is analyzed, highlighting the features of their manifestations and providing a description of the peculiarities of social communication among employees under the influence of objective factors. A stratification model of modern Russian society is formulated, reflecting the interaction of internal affairs police officers in modern conditions. General characteristics of the normosphere, criminosphere, and marginosphere is provided, along with an identification of the conditions for their formation and the distinctive features of social communication between employees and representatives of each of these spheres. The article pays particular attention to the professional activities of internal affairs employees (police) of the Russian Federation in the field of migration within the context of contemporary realities.

The publication is a commentary and texts of three previously unknown letters written to each other by N.I. Vorobyev and R.K. Gareeva (Urazmanova), who would later become the leading specialist in Tatar rites and holidays. The conducted analysis of the document revealed the peculiarities of scholarly communication between these individuals, the emotions of an inexperienced but science-minded young school teacher who was involved in the research work, and the influence of Marxist-Leninist ideology on the understanding of the importance of the ethnography science in the Soviet times. Gareeva’s first letter was written on January 23, 1961. In the letter, she shared her concerns about not understanding the need for ethnography. Vorobyev wrote her a detailed response in February of the same year. Nikolai Iosifovich divided the letter into sections. In the first part, when discussing the age of science and technology, he points out the spiritual needs. In his opinion, culture and art are no less important for people than material needs. When reflecting on the importance of ethnographic science, the scholar emphasises the need for a comprehensive study of the ‘development’ of the culture of different peoples, when old skills can be useful for meeting the modern needs. In the last section, he argues that a new generation of researchers is necessary to ensure the continuity of academic knowledge. The geographical education received by R.K. Gareeva, as N.I. Vorobyev is convinced, will help her look at traditional culture much more broadly. The second letter of Rufa (Raufa) Karimovna is not as worrisome as the first one. She expressed gratitude to Vorobyev for the answer and, inspired, she reports on her research plans to collect ethnographic materials on the culture of the Tatars and on preparation for entering graduate school. The revealed epistolary documents made it possible to reveal the subtle aspects of the formation and development of ethnological science in the Volga region, the importance of the individual/teacher in the professional development of researchers of the traditional culture of the peoples of the region.

The article examines the legal regulation of the professional activities of the self-employed. The presented article discusses the issues of the correlation between the professional activities of the self-employed and entrepreneurial activity, the problems of performing work and providing services to this category of persons. The article focuses on the fact that these categories of persons often conclude contracts by correspondence on social networks and messengers, without agreeing on the terms of reference in detail, which in some cases leads to a conflict between the customer and the contractor. This is due to many reasons, including a low level of legal literacy, the peculiarities of providing a particular type of service or work, the unwillingness of the parties to complicate (as it seems to them) the order approval process, the peculiarities of communication between the customer and the contractor (including the widespread use of electronic resources). The form of agreement chosen by the parties deprives them of the opportunity to properly regulate their legal relations and protect their rights.

SOME ASPECTS OF STUDYING THE DISCIPLINE «THEORY AND PRACTICE OF COMMUNICATION» BY FUTURE PHILOSOPHERS

The article emphasizes that communication is one of the most important means that a person needs to transform the environment and interact in it; the definition of this phenomenon in the scientific literature is not unambiguous, but since one of the aspects of the professional activity of future philosophers will be teaching, in the course of studying the course «Theory and Practice of Communication» it is necessary to know the peculiarities of pedagogical communication and its importance for the organization of the educational process. The discipline «Theory and Practice of Communications» at Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University is taught to students of the second (master’s) level of higher education, specialty 033 Philosophy; the subject of this discipline is the general theoretical and practical foundations of communication theory, basic concepts, methods of analysis and tools of communication processes, features of practical application of mass communication technologies in the socio-political sphere of society and information relations. The skills of scientific communication, in particular in the formation of the scientific competence of future philosophers, are defined as the ability to present thoughts and scientific ideas by verbal means of communication and in writing. Given the current processes of development of Internet technologies and virtual reality, the attention of students is drawn to the importance of social networks for communication, and dissemination of various content of everyday, political, private, and other aspects. In the course of studying the course, master’s students majoring in Philosophy should be taught the importance of developing alternative and additional communication, in particular, that social interaction is impossible without communication as a social activity. Therefore, the practical aspect of using such means of communication is extremely relevant. Future philosophers should master the key categories of the course «Theory and Practice of Communication» (the concept of communication skills, personal communication skills, communication barriers, speech culture, etc.) It is concluded that the professional communication of a philosopher is a crucial component of his/her professional and personal development and one of the ways of forming the professional identity of a Master of Philosophy, which is provided by a number of opportunities that have been created at the Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University.

ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ МАРКЕТИНГОВЫХ ИНСТРУМЕНТОВ ДЛЯ ПРИВЛЕЧЕНИЯ ВНИМАНИЯ АБИТУРИЕНТОВ К ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ ПРОГРАММЕ

The article focuses on the need for marketing activities by institutions of higher education in the context of increasing competition in the educational services market. The main tasks and functions of marketing in the activities of higher education institutions are highlighted. The approaches to determining the essential characteristics of an educational product of a higher education institution are analyzed. The forms and methods used to promote educational programs of the university are considered. Special attention is paid to marketing tools to attract the attention of applicants to the educational program. The article describes the content marketing methodology for creating useful and meaningful information to attract the attention of potential applicants to the educational program. The role and place of the graduating department in the marketing activities of the university to attract future students and ensure the effectiveness of communication interaction is determined. A program has been developed to study the peculiarities of communication between the graduating department and potential applicants. Based on the analysis of the results obtained, significant directions for attracting motivated applicants and gaining their trust in the educational program being implemented have been established. It is proposed to use a research focus that will help determine the competitive position of the educational program being implemented from the point of view of potential applicants and obtain data to improve the educational product promotion program, create and maintain an attractive image of the graduating department and reduce the risks of losing motivated and well-trained applicants.

DYNAMICS OF NICKNAMES OF RUSSIAN SERVICEMEN

Currently, the life of military societas is of an increased interest in society in various issues, in particular – the peculiarities of communication of the language personality of the said society’s representative. The article is devoted to the analysis of the variability of nicknames of modern Russian servicemen. The research material included the linguistic and lexis obtained by questioning and by direct interviewing of cadets of Russian military higher educational institutions in two stages with a time interval of 8 years, which allows drawing objective and reliable conclusions on the nature of the dynamics of the existence of nickname nominations in military societas. Semantic groups of nicknames, characteristics of the structure, features of functioning, psychological attitude of the carriers and the environment are given. Based on the comparative analysis, conclusions were drawn about the similar and distinctive features of existence and the variability of unofficial military anthroponyms. The results of the study make it possible to identify such features of a language personality as the specificity of human perception in military communication, priority characteristics of the personality as a whole, and features of associative thinking. The research materials can be used to conduct seminars and special courses in both civilian and military higher educational institutions. The experience presented is also important for further research in the field of onomastics, sociolinguistics and linguoculturology.

Crisis communication in the context of students' adaptation to study conditions during the war

The article is devoted to the analysis of students' crisis communication in the context of their adaptation to the conditions of education during the war. War must be seen in the context of the problem of collective action (and therefore of collective trauma) because it consists of many elements necessary for coalitional aggression (both offensive and defensive). If the war has been going on for a long time, and the current Russian-Ukrainian one has been almost 10 years old, and at the same time it has been full-scale for more than two years, which is long enough in the context of analyzing the impact of various wars on the psychological state of people, in particular young people, students, it makes sense to talk about the need to adapt to the conditions military extremism and the development of effective communication methods that contribute to this adaptation. The purpose of this article is to study the peculiarities of crisis communication in the context of students' adaptation to studying in war conditions. We diagnosed the severity of PTSD symptoms in combatants using the PCL-M (F. Weathers), PCL-5 (T. M. Keane) PTSD questionnaires. The peculiarities of personal adaptation to the conditions of long wars, key aspects of crisis communication during extreme events, concepts of stress and trauma are determined. It has been proven that students are mostly characterized by a sufficient level of adaptability, their PTSD symptoms are mainly represented by intrusions and least of all by avoidance, under such conditions it is very necessary for them to develop the skills of effective crisis communication. In times of crisis, potential helpers take several considerations into account before providing assistance to a person. First, the situation is assessed: if the situation is perceived as serious and dangerous, people are more willing to help. Second, people have to decide how to help and how much of their own resources to spend on helping. Both processes (assessing the situation and choosing a course of action) can be supported by crisis communication, which, as a rule, is aimed at preventing or reducing the negative consequences of the crisis. However, people are generally not passive followers of crisis communication.

The article examines the current trends in the educational services rank in the field of higher education. The main transition directions to the third-generation university model are described. The necessity of active use of marketing for the adaptation of higher education institutions to the external conditions of the educational services market is substantiated. The tools of attracting the target audience — “potential applicants” — are analyzed. The role and place of the graduating department in the reputation management of the university is determined. A program has been developed to study the peculiarities of communication between the graduating department and potential applicants. During the research, the target audience characteristic features were identified; the future students perception of the proposed educational product was analyzed; priority communication channels were identified; the in-demand content and technologies for its promotion were analyzed. The study results can be used in the cathedral projects and programs development to attract motivated potential applicants. The successful implementation of these programs will contribute to the positive image formation of the graduating department and the capital of relations.

CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIES DURING WAR

The article substantiates the relevance of the research of crisis communication strategies, outlines possible ways of their organization, which will ensure stability and successful activity in an uncertain business environment. The peculiarities of communication during a crisis have been determined. Reasoned role and functions of internal communications. An example of a communication-oriented risk management plan is given. The characteristics of corporate messengers, which are used by a large number of companies of various sizes and, especially, during remote work, are given. It has been proven that a necessary aspect of successful management during a crisis is the presence of strong and affective leadership. It was emphasized that in order to improve the internal climate and communications in the team, it is advisable to appoint a specialist responsible for team spirit, who will distribute functions so that each team member realizes himself as a part of the whole, makes his important contribution, on which the final result of the project depends. Communications in crisis situations can both warn, mobilize help, reduce negative consequences, and spread panic, strengthen myths and misinformation, and divide society for years to come. It will depend on the correctness and clarity of establishing crisis communications, the choice of specific communication technologies and the communication strategy for exiting a specific crisis. For this, the authorities must develop a plan for managing crisis communications in conditions of uncertainty. Therefore, the crisis is a complex phenomenon that contains both potential and real threats and the danger of losses, as well as new opportunities for renewal and transformation in organizations, creating new modern approaches to interaction. MANAGING THE PANDEMIC IN CARE HOMES – OLDER PEOPLE'S PERSPECTIVE

The ageing population and the challenges it poses are becoming more and more pressing, both in Lithuania and in other European countries. This requires constant attention from researchers and institutions providing social services and education activities. A new challenge is the Covid - 19 pandemic, which has resulted in nursing homes banning visits to residents and restricting educational activities in order to protect the elderly. Residents were not allowed to see relatives and friends. The pandemic and the quarantine imposed in Lithuania caused stress and anxiety for the residents and the negative social consequences are still being felt even after the pandemic. Nine semi-structured interviews were carried out to reveal the attitudes of older people towards the management of the pandemic in care institutions and the peculiarities of communication in care homes during the quarantine. The research revealed that during quarantine, lonely older people were sensitive to a lack of opportunities for social communication, and felt a lack of closeness among people. As a result of the quarantine regime lonely older people felt unfulfilled, lost the ability to realize themselves through certain activities.

A serious challenge to the patient-oriented model of interaction between doctor and patient is posed by objective circum-stances: the constantly increasing number of patients and rising healthcare costs and, therefore, the inability to provide the attention and care necessary for the patient. A likely response to the emerging "crisis of care" in medicine appears to be the use of digital technolo-gies in clinical practice and healthcare organization. In particular, one of the possible options for using the potential of digital technolo-gies in medicine is artificial intelligence systems (hereinafter referred to as AI).The article is devoted to the peculiarities of communica-tion between a doctor and patients in the conditions of using artificial intelligence in clinical practice. The author identifies both the prospects for the introduction of artificial intelligence and difficulties in the process of communication between a doctor and a patient. The purpose of the article is to analyze the mechanism of influence of artificial intelligence on the process of communication between a doctor and a patient, to assess the impact of digital technologies on the basic values that develop in the process of clinical communica-tion – respect for patient autonomy, trust, confidentiality. The main expected positive consequence of the use of AI in medicine is the freeing up of time for direct communication with the patient. However, there is a risk that it will be used to increase patient flow, espe-cially in the commercial medical sector. It is concluded that, despite the widespread use of digital technologies, society remains wary of such innovations, especially when it concerns personal data. As a result, the level of trust and willingness to use AI systems is low. When introducing AI, it is necessary to take into account the feasibility and appropriateness of using these technologies in the provision of medical care, since, along with the effectiveness and accuracy of diagnostic results and treatment, the process of communication with a doctor remains extremely important for the patient, the opportunity to share their medical history and, during this communica-tion, form trust necessary for joint decision-making.

Linguistic and pragmatic aspects of communication in the modern media world

Taking into account the purposeful activity of modern man, his acquisition of huge masses of information during a short period, the communication aspect of communication in the business sphere has gradually turned from a means of enjoyment, length, and unhurried language interaction into a means of accurate, short and simultaneous full communication of a problem, initiative, proposal. Communication pragmatics came to the aid of such language transformations. The article proves that pragmalinguistics studies speech communication as a manifestation of speech activity – purposeful influence on each other (persuasion, persuasion, request for information, etc.) using language. To achieve their communicative goals, depending on the context and situation, their communicative roles, the speaker and the addressee use certain speech acts (written as sentences) corresponding to these goals – stating facts, encouraging action, etc. It is scientifically determined that the emergence of ecolinguistics is due to the need to solve the problems of interaction between language, man and nature. It is indicated that it covers extremely diverse research that reflects the importance of environmental issues in society. The attention paid to issues of environmental protection at all levels of society, and as a result, the relevance of environmental issues, as well as the peculiarities of communication in the field of environmental protection, allow us to distinguish a separate type of discourse - ecological, which is characterized by the constant addition of the ecological glossary, the emergence of special axiological units, the presence of separate status models - role configuration, which determine the use of certain communicative strategies in specific communicative situations. It was highlighted in practice that the main discourse-creating concepts in environmental discourse are environment, pollution, energy, and climate change, which constitute the semantic base of communication in the field of environmental protection.

INDIVIDUAL AND AGE PROPERTIES OF BEGINNING SINGERS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON THE PROCESS OF VOCAL SKILLS’ FORMATION

The article examines the influence of individual and personal properties of junior and teenage pupils, which significantly affect the ontogenesis of musical abilities and their singing training. It was noted that taking these factors into account should lay the foundation for teaching singing to pupils of different ages. In teaching singing to elementary school students, attention is focused on the fact that, due to the adverse influence of the musical environment, a significant proportion of children develop a so-called «partial brake», which becomes an obstacle to the spontaneous and natural mastery of the skills of repeating the simplest melodies, and with it, to the development of pitch hearing, harmonic sense, musical memory and internal auditory images. The internal and external factors of these inhibitory processes are characterized, which include the peculiarities of children’s temperament and behavioral tendencies and their combination with habits that are formed in them as a result of pedagogical mistakes and family circumstances that negatively affect the process of realizing their speech and intonation potentials. Two types of temperament and the peculiarities of their manifestation in the process of teaching singing students are distinguished, namely: choleric temperament with a preference for the excitatory state of the nervous system and melancholic temperament with a characteristically weak type of nervous system and a preference for inhibitory processes. These properties often lead to the emergence of problems in the individual at the initial stage of musical development and negatively affect their condition throughout life. The external signs of their manifestation are the condition of the muscular body, the peculiarities of speech and communication, tending to the corresponding behavioral style. In the first case, the student’s excessive activity, general muscle stiffness, the need to quickly switch attention and the inability to concentrate it on the performance of tasks, the inability to act on the advice (instructions) of an adult are characteristic. For children with impaired tone of the nervous system, an overly relaxed, «flabby» muscle state is typical, which negatively affects the lack of support in the process of sound production and sound conduction, increased fatigue, slow formation of conditioned reflexes, which are the basis of the motor-singing skills formation. Peculiarities of online communication of trade union organizations with a youth audience

In a rapidly changing system of labor relations, trade union organizations increasingly recognize the importance of involving a young generation to maintain the stability of their functioning and effectiveness. At the same time, this social group is one of the most unprepared in terms of socio-legal and economic understanding of the essence of professional activity. Hence, it is obvious that both sides need each other. However, traditional means of mass information and mobilization no longer resonate with the digital media generation. Social networks come to the fore, specifically the Chinese platform TikTok. It has a high potential for dissemination of information and popularization of trade union organizations. The main purpose of this research paper is to explore the agenda for the relevant subject matter in this application. The main method is content analysis. Search requests were made using the following keywords: trade union (English language), związek zawodowy (Polish language) and profspilka (Ukrainian language). This way let us to expand the meaning and strengthen the weight of the results. Among other things, thematic content, content producers and means for its formation are determined. In conclusion, trade union organizations have already noticed the potential of the platform for communication with young people. Nonetheless, they have just begun to introduce this audience to their activities.

The study of the professional activity of pharmacy specialists in modern conditions

Aim. To study the peculiarities of the professional activity of pharmacists in dispensing medicines and other pharmacy products in modern conditions, characterized by a high level of risks and uncertainties. Materials and methods. Materials and methods are based on the use of statistical, scientific and monographic materials and the results of our personal research. Scientific methods of analysis, abstract and logical, comparison, surveys, and sociological (questionnaires) methods using Google forms were applied. A total of 194 рharmacy specialists (PhS) took part in the survey. The results were processed using modern Microsoft Excel software products. Results and discussion. The general requirements for the organization of the pharmacist’s workplace for dispensing medicines have been determined. Important professional and business qualities of the personality of PhS (14 in total) have been identified, among which the first place is occupied by the presence of pharmaceutical education, the conditions for successful professional activity (20 directions), a list of individual practical actions that PhS perform most often (13 actions). The necessary practical skills that PhS should possess in today’s conditions (10 skills) have been identified. The features of pharmacy visitors and their requests during communication with PhS have been studied. Possible options for communication between them and professional response of PhS from the point of view of professional ethics and deontology, respectful attitude to visitors under any conditions have been clarified. The peculiarities of communication between PhS and other healthcare specialists, including doctors, and colleagues in the pharmacy team have been determined. Conclusions. The results of the survey made it possible to determine the peculiarities of the professional activity of PhS in modern conditions. The correct assessment and rational use of human resources can have a positive impact on the economic performance of the pharmacy, pharmaceutical supply of the population, medical military and civilian institutions in today’s conditions under the influence of crisis phenomena.

The place and role of Chinese themes in Russian literature of the XIX – early XX centuries

The article presents the artistic perception of Chinese culture in the Russian literature of the XIX – early XX centuries. The author sets out to show a generalized image of China in the works of Russian prose writers and poets in a given historical period of time. The relevance of the research lies in the increased interest of modern linguistic science in the problems of intercultural dialogue. It is noted that the study of Chinese subjects in Russian literature is of indisputable interest for understanding the peculiarities of intercultural communication between Russia and China. The multifaceted Chinese culture is revealed through the eyes of Russian writers of the past centuries, who were attracted by Chinese images, plots, and motives. The history of Russian-Chinese relations is traced in the mirror of advanced Russian culture of the XIX – early XX centuries. The tendency to understand China as a unique civilization distinct from the European one, which had already emerged at that time, stands out. It is stated that the substantial development of ideas about China in Russian literature, at the time interval of interest to the researcher, is directly related to the emerging socio-political situation in the Russian Empire, the emergence of alternatives, both in terms of determining the further vector of social development, taking into account the problem of "West – Russia – East", i.e. the emerging situation of internal choice, self–determination and awareness by the ruling circles of the urgent need to work out a further path for the development of Russian statehood, taking into account the borrowing, on the one hand, of the Western, on the other – of the eastern model. This, in the author's opinion, explains the interest of representatives of Russian literature in the culture of the East, spiritual and moral values, philosophical reflections on the nature of goodness and justice, which had a centuries-old tradition in China.

Forms and Functions of Speech Communication in F. M. Dostoevsky’s Demons

Fyodor Dostoevsky’s novels resonate with the vibes of the current epoch: the fundamental issues that his personages tried to fathom are as relevant now as they were in the XIX century. The problem of communication is one of such issues: oral verbal interaction between people is one of the most disputed problems in modern humanities. The authors relied on the systematic approach, as well as on hermeneutical, analytical, and statistical methods, to analyze the peculiarities of verbal communication in F. M. Dostoevsky’s Demons. The analysis covered the way the author introduced the main characters (Daria Shatova, Pyotr Verkhovensky, Stavrogin, Lebyadkin, Marya Lebyadkina, Kirillov) through their speech and made it possible to build their speech profiles. As for the forms and functions of speech communication, the authors believe that F. M. Dostoevsky understood the need for human communication as fundamental and urgent. The writer tested his personages for this need: it was through interpersonal communication that Dostoevsky’s characters manifested their existence and attitudes.

Language technologies impact on modern communication: analysis of new formats, challenges, and education

Updating modern communication requires the improvement of innovative language technologies to facilitate communication in remote conditions. The process of modern communication requires integration into the world and European space currently. Modern society faces more and more new communication challenges that need to be solved. Therefore, our research aimed to identify innovative language technologies that are often used by modern society and to determine their advantages and disadvantages. Moreover, the article deals with studying the peculiarities of modern communication. To achieve the purposes of the research, such methods were used: theoretical: analysis of scientific literature; empirical: questionnaires, interviews; graphics. The results of the study made it possible to define the most popular language technologies in Ukraine, and their pros and cons. Searching the problem provided the opportunities to determine the main formats and challenges that influence modern communication and the ways to improve innovative language technologies facilities for comfortable communication.

Communication of the parties in simplified production: problematic issues

The article looks at summary proceedings through the prism of a communicative approach. The focus is on the interaction of the parties with the court and with each other. It is noted that from the point of view of communication simplified proceedings differ markedly from the ordinary process. In simplified proceedings there are fewer subjects of communication, both among the persons involved in the case and among the other participants in the process. There is also predominantly verbal written communication in these proceedings. The peculiarities of such communication in the exercise of dispositive rights by the parties, in the transition from lawsuit to simplified proceedings and vice versa, in rendering a decision and communicating it to the parties, are reflected in this article.
