Improving Language Skills of 5-6 Years Old Children with Storytelling Method and Picture Word Card Media

Language is a very important thing. Through language, children can express their thoughts and knowledge when interacting with other people. This study aims to analyze the effect of partially and simultaneously the application of the storytelling method and picture word card media on the language skills of children aged 5-6 years. Applying the experimental method of one group pretest-posttest design. Applying the purposive sampling method, 15 children in group B were found as data sources. Data were collected using structured observation techniques, document analysis, and applying multiple regression analysis to test hypotheses. The results of the study found that there was a partial and simultaneous positive effect on the application of the storytelling method and picture word card media on the language skills of children aged 5-6 years. So it can be concluded that there is a positive effect of applying the storytelling method and picture word card media on the language skills of children aged 5-6 years. The implication of this research is that PAUD educators can apply storytelling methods and picture word cards in learning to improve the language skills of children aged 5-6 years.

리듬 점프 트레이닝이 여중생의 체력과 스트레스 및 자율신경계 활성도에 미치는 영향

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of 12-week rhythm jump training on physical fitness, stress and autonomic nervous system activity in middle school girls. Methods The subjects were 45 middle school girls were selected at random and the allocated 15 students each for the rhythm jump training group(RJG), jump training group(JG) and control group(CG) and measured physical fitness, stress and autonomic nervous system activity before and after rhythm jump training. The program of rhythm jump training is implemented for 45 minutes of 3 times each week for 12 weeks. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 statistical program and two-way repeated ANOVA was used. Results First, physical fitness variables showed an interaction effect on cardiovascular endurance and power, RJG significantly increased in all variables, and JG showed significant increases in cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Second, the stress variable showed an interactive effect in all variables of cumulative stress index, physical stress, and psychological stress, RJG was significantly improved in all three variables, and JG was significantly improved in cumulative stress index and physical stress. Third, autonomic nervous system activity variables showed an interactive effect in SDNN and HRV index, and RJG significantly increased in HF, SDNN and HRV index, and JG significantly increased in SDNN. Conclusions Jump training had a partial positive effect on physical fitness, stress, and autonomic nervous system activity in middle school girls, and it was confirmed that the effect was greater in the case of rhythm jump training to which rhythm was applied.

School Well-being in Terms of Self-Determination and Patience in Vocational High School Students

This study is significant since it aims to uncover two elements influencing school well-being: self-determination and patience. This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was students of classes X, XI, and XII at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta, amounting to 672 students. The sampling technique employed in this study was cluster-random sampling with a sample of 178 students. The results showed the F-value of 27.182 with an absolute significance level (p-value) of 0.01, so it can be stated that the major hypothesis was accepted. The self-determination and patience variables simultaneously (together) could affect school well-being. The effect of self-determination on school well-being was 20%, while patience only contributed 3.67%. This research concludes that (1) there was a positive influence of self-determination and patience on the well-being of vocational school students, (2) there was a positive effect of partial self-determination on school well-being, meaning that partial self-determination could predict school well-being, and (3) there was no partial positive effect of patience on school well-being, indicating that partial patience could not predict school well-being.

Pengaruh kepuasan konsumen dan promosi terhadap niat pembelian ulang konsumen shopee saat pandemi

The purpose of this study, among others, is to determine the effect of consumer satisfaction and promotion on shopee consumers' repurchase intentions during the pandemic. This study uses the student population of the 2018 Economic Education Study Program, State University of Surabaya with the criteria of having used the Shopee application at least once, totaling 57 students. The sampling technique of this research is the saturated sampling technique, which means using the entire population as a sample so that 57 students are obtained. This study uses multiple regression analysis. With a questionnaire as a data collection tool and tested for validity and reliability as well as the classical assumption test as a test instrument. The data that has been collected was analyzed by SPSS. The results showed that there was a partial positive effect of consumer satisfaction on repurchase intentions. There is a partially positive effect on promotion on repurchase intention. There is a simultaneous effect of consumer satisfaction and promotion on repurchase intention.

Factors Affecting Beef Volume Imports From Australia

<p><em>The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of consumption, production and gross domestic product on the volume of beef import from Australia in period 2010- 2019.</em><em> </em><em>This research applied explanatory research method with quantitative approach. The data sources collected from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) and trademap.org. The sample in this research is determined by purposive sampling The study explored with multiple linear regression statistical analysis</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>The result showed that consumption had insignificant effect on the volume of beef import partially. Meanwhile, production had significant negative effect on the volume of beef import. </em><em>G</em><em>ross domestic product also had partial significant positive effect on the volume of beef import.</em></p>

Factor Structure of the Korean Version of the Occupational Socialization of Beginning Physical Education Teachers Scale in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic and Its Relationship with Health Perception Education.

This study aimed to explore the factor structure of the Korean version of the occupational socialization of beginning physical education teachers scale, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to verify its relationship with health perception education. In October 2021, 257 Korean beginning physical education teachers were enrolled in this study. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Regarding the findings, first, the occupational socialization of beginning physical education teachers scale showed a six-factor structure: role recognition, past physical education class experience, pre-service teacher education, organizational atmosphere, fellow physical education teachers, and sports facility. Second, occupational socialization of beginning physical education teachers showed a partial positive effect on health perception education. These results suggest that the Korean Metropolitan and Provincial Offices of Education and Korean schools should develop various methods to support and ensure the occupational socialization of beginning physical education teachers. Such efforts may enable these new professionals to effectively adapt to their schools, teaching roles, and provide effective health education to students under the difficult context of the COVID-19 pandemic, wherein normal educational activities are hindered.

Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Toyota Kijang Innova (Studi Pada Recall Kijang Innova Cikarang)

One of the popular transportation used is a car. There are many types of cars that are created according to needs, some are designed to transport goods with a large capacity, transport people with a certain capacity, and so on. Increasingly, companies that produce cars, especially private cars, are competing to launch sophisticated products and attract the attention of the public, both in terms of technology and usefulness. on purchasing decisions of Toyota Kijang Innova, to determine the simultaneous effect of Product Quality and Brand Trust on purchasing decisions of Toyota Kijang Inova. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The population in this study are car users in West Java, with the sample technique used is Non-Probability with the type of sample technique using Purposive Sampling so that the sample used is 100 samples. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study are partial testing to get the results that there is a partial positive effect of Product Quality on Purchase Decisions of 0.912, there is a partial influence of Brand Trust on Purchase Decisions of 0.942. Simultaneous testing got the results that Product Quality and Brand Trust had a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

디지털 트랜스포메이션에 따른 전략적 인적자원관리가 여행사 종사자의 직무성과에 미치는 구조적 영향

COVID-19 has accelerated digital transformation for many organizations but has caused human resource management problems. In particular, travel agencies need to discuss human resource management as a small number of people are performing many tasks, shifting many tasks online, and using more software or automation due to restructuring after COVID-19. Therefore, in this study, the AMO (Ability-Motivation-Opportunity Model) model, which helps explain human resource management, was applied to investigate the effect of strategic human resource management according to digital transformation on the task performance of the travel agency employee. The results showed that human resource management, according to digital transformation, has a partial positive effect on ability, motivation, and opportunity. Motivation and opportunity significantly affected task performance, but ability did not. These results suggest that continuing education should be carried out because strategic human resource management according to digital transformation is an essential factor as it is linked to task performance.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN NELAYAN DI DENPASAR SELATAN

This study analyzes the effect of working capital, work intensity, and work experience simultaneously on fishermen's income; the effect of venture capital, work intensity, and work experience on fishermen's income; work experience in moderating the influence of work intensity on fishermen's income in South Denpasar. The number of samples in this study is 89 people from 804 populations and analyzed using Moderation Regression Analysis. Based on the results business capital, work intensity, and work experience affect the income of fishermen in South Denpasar. Business capital, work intensity, and work experience simultaneously influence the income of fishermen in South Denpasar. Business capital, work intensity, and work experience have a partial positive effect on fishermen's income in South Denpasar. Work experience strengthens the effect of work intensity on fishermen's income in South Denpasar.

The Effect of Hairdresser's Multidimensional Perfectionism and Repetitive Thinking on Job Stress

In this study, a total of 341 questionnaires were used to analyze the effect of hairdressers' multidimensional perfectionism and repetitive thinking on job performance through SPSS 21.0. The results of the survey are as follows. First, Multidimensional perfectionism (Self-oriented, Other-oriented, and Social imposition) appeared in three dimensions, Repetitive thought (Abstract, Specific) appeared in two dimensions, and Job stress (Education, Physical, Economy, work, Psychological) appeared in five dimensions. Second, hairdressers' perfectionism had a partial positive (+) effect on job stress, abstract repetitive thought of repetitive accidents had a positive (+) effect on job stress, and specific repetitive thought had a negative (-) effect on job stress. Summarizing the above, relieving rigid beliefs about the courage and overly high goals of hairdressers to accept the inferiority complex will help reduce work stress. This study is expected to be used as basic data for relieving job stress, and research is expected to be conducted by subdividing various variables and age groups in the future.

PENGARUH E-COMMERCE, UANG SAKU, DAN LITERASI KEUANGAN TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMTIF MAHASISWA DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Identical consumptive behavior occurs in students because there are abilities and facilities to shop. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of e-commerce, pocket money, and financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of students during the coronavirus pandemic. The populace in this study were dynamic understudies of State University of Surabaya, majoring in Accounting Education, amounting to 173 students. A total of 121 students were sampled by purposive sampling. Questionnaires were used as research instruments to obtain respondent data. Data analysis in the form of Multiple Linear Regression through IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows application. The outcomes obtained stated (1) the e-commerce variable had a partial and significant positive effect on the consumptive behavior of understudies. (2) The variable of pocket money affects the consumptive behavior of students positively. (3) Financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students partially. (4) The variables from e-commerce, pocket money, and financial literacy significantly and simultaneously affect the consumptive behavior of Accounting Education students in corona virus pandemic as much as 72.7%. While several other factors outside the research affect 27.3%.

Pengaruh Kualitas Jaringan Provider, Reputasi Perusahaan dan E-Service terhadap Perilaku Perpindahan Merek (Brand Switching) pada Kartu Perdana Telkomsel

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Provider Network Quality, Company Reputation and E-Service on Brand Switching. Brand switching itself is done by leaving old products and replacing new products. This research is a quantitative research, multiple linear regression analysis is used in this research. The data in this study uses primary data, namely data obtained based on student Telkomsel card users. The population of this study were students of the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University management study program class of 2018. The number of respondents who met the criteria was 51 respondents. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which had five alternative answers. Validity test is calculated using the product moment formula, while the reliability test uses Croncbach's Alpha formula and hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression. According to the results of this study, it has a partial positive and significant effect on the Provider Network Quality (X1) and E-Service (X3) variables, while for Company Reputation (X2) it partially produces negative research. as well as all variables by simultaneously producing a significant value. This study produces a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.63 and a coefficienta determination of 0.397. This means that the ability of the independent variables consisting of Provider Network Quality, Company Reputation, and E-Service in explaining the dependent variable Brand Transfer is 39.7% and the remaining 60.3% is influenced by other factors.

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dimsum Pada CV. Royal Insan Mandiri di Medan

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Service Quality and Promotion on Dimsum Purchasing Decisions at CV. Royal Insan Mandiri in Medan ”. This type of research is an associative and quantitative approach. The population in this study were 101 consumers using the Slovin formula technique, so the number of samples in this study were 50 respondents taken from part of the population. Based on the t test of service quality with a value of tcount ttable (3.317 1,677) with a significant level of 0.002 0.05, then the promotion variable obtained tcount ttable (7.125 1.677). Partial positive and significant effect on dimsum purchasing decisions at CV. Royal Insan Mandiri. The value of Fcount 28.680 is greater than Ftable of 3.19 with sig 0.0000.05, indicating that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the variable service quality and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on dimsum purchasing decisions at CV. Royal Insan Mandiri. The coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 X 100%, in order to obtain KD = 0,530%. This figure shows that 53% of purchasing decisions (dependent variable) can be explained by variables of service quality and promotion. The remaining 47% is influenced by other factors that are not explained in this study.

Kurikulum K 13 Dan Efek Pergaulan Terhadap Perilaku Bulliying Siswa

The objectives of this study are as follows: to find out the effect of implementing the 2013 curriculum, the effect of association on bullying behavior at MAN 4 Jombang with a quantitative explanatory research approach. The population is 136 students with Proportional Random Sampling sampling obtained 100 samples from class XII A and XII B with quantitative data analysis techniques obtained there is a partial positive effect between the implementation of the 2013 curriculum on bullying behavior at MAN 4 Jombang with an explanation that the level of bullying behavior of students can be predicted from the high and low implementation of the K-13 curriculum. That there is no partially significant effect between the effects of student association on bullying behavior at MAN 4 Jombang with the explanation that the level of student bullying behavior cannot be predicted from the high and low effects of student association. That there is an effect of implementing the K-13 curriculum and student association on behavior bullying at MAN 4 Jombang with a low proportion and other variables that can explain it is possible that the main objectives of the school are less focused on character building, infrastructure that is less supportive, and environmental role models that are less supportive.

Audit quality, audit committee, media exposure, and Corporate Social Responsibility

Purpose: The specific purpose of this research can be developed more specifically to identify the influence of audit quality, audit committee, and media exposure on Corporate Social Responsibility. Corporate Social Responsibility is a social responsibility that is beneficial for the company itself, the local community as well as the community in general. Corporate Social Responsibility is basically a form of obligation and commitment of the company to pay attention to the interests of stakeholders for the sake of sustainable economic development in improving the quality of life.Design/methodology/approach: This research used secondary data in the form of annual report of basic and chemical industry manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019, with data sources accessed from www.idx.co.id. The sample withdrawal in this research used Purposive Sampling method which is a technique of determining samples with certain considerations, samples used as many as 120 samples. The analysis method used multiple linear analysis and t-test hypothesis.Findings: The results showed that Audit Quality, Audit Committee, and Media Exposure had a partial positive effect on Corporate Social Responsibility. CSR is a form of commitment to business activities to act ethically, contribute to economic development, and improve the quality of life of workers and communities.Research limitations/implications: The implications of research results, the higher the audit quality, the larger the number of audit committees and the higher the intensity of using the website in media exposure at the company, the greater the company in CSR disclosure.Practical implications: Practical implications for investors, that the integrity of financial statements can be trusted by investors as investment decision making, while for companies/management, will get a positive value from the public regarding broad CSR disclosures.Originality/value: This research is different from the previous research on the object of research and the most recent observation throughout the year. Thus, it can add the latest CSR research references by the development of CSR.

Клинический случай синдрома Луи-Бар с клинической картиной мозжечковой атаксии и EBV-индуцированного лимфопролиферативного синдрома

В данном описании клинического случая представлена история болезни ребенка в возрасте 2 лет и 6 месяцев с картиной синдрома Луи-Бар. Отмечались проявления прогрессирующей мозжечковой атаксии, бруксизма, глазодвигательной апраксии и доброкачественного лимфопролиферативного синдрома, вызванного вирусом Эпштейна — Барр. Признаков телеангиэктазий не отмечалось, что может быть объяснено возрастом ребенка. При иммунологическом исследовании идентифицированы признаки комбинированного иммунодефицита с лимфопенией, снижением количества Т-хелперов и цитотоксических Т-лимфоцитов в крови, а также низкой сывороточной концентрацией молекул IgA. Содержание альфа-фетопротеина в сыворотке крови превышало верхнюю границу нормы в 15 раз. Генетический тест выявил три мутации в гене АТМ, в частности две известные патогенные замены нуклеотидов в гетерозиготном состоянии — с.8147Т>С (p.Val2716Ala) и c.8584 + 2T> C (Splice donor) и одну неизвестную ранее мутацию — c.3178A>G (p.fle1060Val) — неопределенного диагностического значения в гетерозиготном состоянии. Проводили лечение валганцикловиром для подавления репродуктивной активности EBV, препаратом диализата лейкоцитов крови и пропесом для компенсации иммунодефицита и комбинированной терапией цереброкурином и цитиколином по поводу неврологического дефицита с частичным положительным эффектом. Данный клинический пример ярко демонстрирует потенциал нейроиммунологического подхода к ведению пациентов, поскольку исследуемый ребенок страдал как иммунодефицитом, так и неврологической дисфункцией, что связано с плейотропными эффектами мутировавшего гена, который был причиной развития болезни.

PENGARUH BRAND IMAGE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN MOTOR YAMAHA DI KABUPATEN MOROWALI

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect partially and simultaneously of the brand image consisting of corporate image, product image, and user image on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Motorcycles in Morowali Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study using 120 respondents who were taken by accidental sampling technique. The data collection used a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regressionThe results of the study found that (1) there was a partially positive and significant influence of corporate image on purchasing decisions, (2) there was a partially positive and significant effect of product image on purchasing decisions, (3) there was a partial positive and significant effect of user image on the decision. purchase, (4) there is a positive and significant effect of corporate image, product image, and user image simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Motorbikes in Morowali Regency.

The Effect Of Non Performing Loan, Loan To Deposit Ratio And Third Party Funds On Profitability During The Covid-19 Pandemic In Government Banking

The problem of this research is about financial management with a focus on the problem of non-performing loans. Loan to deposit ratio and third party funds related to the problem of fluctuations in asset growth and its effect on profitability as measured by return on assets. The population in this study were 4 government-owned banks during the COVID-19 pandemic period in March 2020 - February 2021. The number of observation samples is 48 data, with a statistical analysis approach through statistical descriptive, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a partial positive and significant effect of NPL on ROA profitability. (2) There is a partial positive and significant effect of LDR on ROA profitability. (3) There is a partial positive and significant effect of TPF on ROA Profitability. (4) NPL, LDR and DPK are able to simultaneously influence the ROA of government-owned banks during the covid 19 pandemic, the percentage contribution of the influence of NPL, LDR and DPK is 43.3% in relation to company profitability during the current covid 19 pandemic.

PENGARUH PERUBAHAN TARIF, METODE PENGHITUNGAN DAN MODERNISASI SISTEM PAJAK TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK UMKM DENGAN KEADILAN PAJAK SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

This research was conducted to determine and test the effect of changes in tax rates (X1), tax calculation methods (X2) and modernization of the tax system (X3) on MSME taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable (M). As for the population in this study, the UMKM taxpayers in the food and beverage sector are registered at the Surabaya City Trade Office. Data collection uses purposive sampling method, provided that the taxpayer has a NPWP and has a gross turnover (turnover) in one tax year not to exceed Rp4.8 billion. The samples used in this study were 80 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression and interaction regression with the help of SPPS version 17. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that partially changes in tax rates did not have a positive effect and insignificant on taxpayer compliance, while the tax calculation method and tax system modernization partially have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Multiple regression analysis with the interaction test for variable changes in tax rates to taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable, the method of calculating taxes against taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable and modernization of the tax system towards taxpayer compliance with tax fairness as a moderating variable partial positive and significant effect which means that tax justice is able to moderate all the variables used in this study.

서비스 제공자의 심리적 주인의식이 인게이지먼트와 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of psychological ownership of service providers on engagement and customer orientation. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted for office workers working in domestic service companies. A total of 450 copies were collected and 408 valid responses were used for the final analysis. For statistical programs, SPSS v.21 and AMOS v.21 were used. As a result of the analysis, first, psychological ownership was found to have a positive effect on employee engagement. Second, psychological ownership was found to have a partial positive effect on customer orientation. Third, employee engagement was found to have a positive effect on customer orientation. The results of this study have academic significance in that they identified the psychological mechanisms that promote positive behavior of organizational members. In practice, it will be helpful to come up with a human resource management plan that promotes customer-oriented behavior.
