AbstractIn the molecular field approximation it is shown that in a spin glass with nearest‐neighbour random exchange bonds of different signs (IA > 0 and IB < 0) the ferromagnetic short‐range order will appear below the transition temperature from the paramagnetic state, if the concentration c of antiferromagnetic bonds IB is less than a concentration c★, and the antiferromagnetic short‐range one will appear, if c is more than c★. The Edwards‐Anderson spin‐glass state, in which the short‐range magnetic order is completely absent, is realized only at the concentration c★ that corresponds to zero paramagnetic Curie point.
