EFEK PENAMBAHAN BUBUK TEMULAWAK (Curcuma xanthorrhiza ) PADA PAKAN BUATAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN IKAN NILA (Oreochromis niloticus)

This research aims to determine the effect of adding ginger powder to artificial feed on the growth of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). This research was carried out from May to June 2023 for 60 days located in Margasakti Village, Padang Jaya District. The test fish used were tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) with a size of 10-12 cm/head. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), which consisted of 4 treatments with 6 repetitions to obtain 24 experimental units. treatment 1 (P1): without adding ginger powder, treatment 2 (P2): 1.5 gram ginger powder, treatment 3 (P3): 1.8 gram ginger powder, treatment 4 (P4): 2.1 gram ginger powder. The data obtained was tested by analysis of variance at the 5% and 1% levels, while to determine the best effect of adding ginger powder, a 5% BNT (Least Significant Difference) further test was carried out. The parameters observed were fish growth, which included absolute length and weight, feed conversion, feed efficiency and survival of the test fish. The results of the research showed that the addition of ginger powder to the growth of tilapia had a very significant effect on the growth in absolute length, absolute weight, feed conversion and feed efficiency. The addition of good ginger powder is the addition of 1.8 grams of ginger powder and the addition of 2.1 grams of ginger powder with survival reaching 100%. In cultivation development, you can use the addition of 1.8 grams of ginger powder.

Relationship between Socioeconomic Factors and the Incidence of Stunting In Padang Jaya Village, Bengkulu Utara Regency

Stunting is a condition in which a young child has impaired growth due to chronic spikes in nutrition, making him or her weaker than other children of the same age. Globally, stunting is a more serious problem than wasting and underweight. A number of factors, including socioeconomic factors stemming from wages, education, and awareness of the impact of stunting. The purpose of this study is to understand the social and economic consequences of stunting in Padang Jaya Village, North Bengkulu Regency. This research uses Quantitative methods by using a systematic, organized, and continuous process from the beginning to the end of the research.

Budidaya Ikan Lele Di Kolam Terpal Bundar Di Desa Padang Jaya Kecamatan Padang Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara

Padang Jaya Village is a village located in the Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. Padang Jaya Village is a Village With the majority of community work dominated by farmers or planters, Padang Jaya Village has various potential natural resource wealth, one of the potentials that can be empowered is freshwater fish farming. In order to increase economic value and reduce unemployment, Padang Jaya Village also has a role which is very strategic in terms of providing fish resources and freshwater fish productivity land. However, fish farmers in Padang Jaya Village are currently still using conventional technology where they do fish farming in earthen ponds with large areas of land and Some pond locations are located far from home, besides that in Padang Jaya Village when heavy rains fall there are often floods that cause, there are pond ripens that break so that fish in the pond are carried away by the current causes losses to farmers, especially in fish that are large or ready to be harvested. In order to help solve the problems of fish farmers in Padang Jaya Village, community service activities were carried out by providing counseling on catfish farming in round tarpaulin ponds in Padang Kaya Village, Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency. Knowledge of techniques or how to cultivate catfish in round tarpaulin ponds and understand the use of tarpaulin ponds as an alternative to increasing additional income in limited land conditions in this case in the yard of the house, besides that farmed fish are easy to control, free from flooding and easy water treatment and fish farmers in Padang Jaya Village get additional income through the sale of farmed catfish. . With the right understanding and ability to do fish farming in round tarpaulin ponds as a form of contribution to increase income generation and have an impact on improving the welfare of the community in Padang Jaya, Padang Jaya District.

Sosialisasi Etika Komunikasi Di SD N 086 Bengkulu Utara Desa Sido Luhur, Kecamatan Padang Jaya, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara

Ethics is a very general thing, meaning that ethics is what every human being must know, in social life, but when it becomes a principle of right and wrong in the behavior of every human being, communication is seen as having multiple meanings and is complex, this is because communication is a social phenomenon that can be interpreted in various ways. Even though the phenomenon of communication remains and does not change, the understanding of this phenomenon can differ from one person to another. Many people don't understand how to carry out good and correct communication ethics in the surrounding environment and the most dominant is among children. Very many children lack ethics among their parents at home and at school. The aim of this community service activity is to provide outreach or counseling to students at SDN 086 North Bengkulu, Sidoluhur village, Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency so they can understand how to have good ethics. The method used is a form of socialization. This socialization activity was delivered to 50 students of SDN 086 North Bengkulu, Sidoluhur village. The results obtained during community service activities were 1) the participants were enthusiastic about the material provided, as seen from the many questions asked by the participants, 2) In general the participants already knew how to carry out good and correct etiquette. The conclusion of this community service activity is 1) the service participants and all staff of SDN 086 North Bengkulu welcomed this service program. 2) the implementation of the service program went quite well and smoothly and the participants were quite enthusiastic. 3) The staff of SDN 086 North Bengkulu hope that there will be a further service program with another theme to broaden and broaden the students' insight

Implementation Of Augmented Reality As A Media To Improve DSLR Camera Knowledge

The Augmented Reality Implementation application is an application or computer software designed in general to make it easier to learn about Multimedia material at SMK N 03 Padang Jaya school. AR has the advantage of being interactive and real time so that AR is widely implemented in various fields. The purpose of this study is to provide information on augmented reality technology to increase DSLR camera knowledge so that students can find out and make it easier for students to learn the shape of a DSLR camera, namely telephoto, camera body, lighting, and tripod. This application was created using the Blender application for making 3D models, and the Vuforia engine for making Maker, and Unity is the final step for building 3D models and Maker into an Android-based application. The results of this research can be seen that applying Augmented Reality technology can make it easier to study DSLR cameras so as to provide detailed information as expected based on the menu being tested.

Project Management for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile

This research design aims to find out how the project management of strengthening the student profile of Pancasila as an implementation of the “kurikulum merdeka” at SDIT Uswatun Hasanah Padang Jaya. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study. This research includes descriptive analysis, case study. The subjects in this study were 5 people, namely: 1) Principal, 2) Vice principal for curriculum affairs, 3) Classroom teacher, 4) Mupel teacher and 5) Students of SDIT Uswatun Hasanah Padang Jaya. Various techniques were used to collect data and information. They are: (1) interviews, (2) observations, and (3) documentation studies. In accordance with the method, the research instruments used are as follows: 1) interview method, the instrument is an interview guideline; 2) observation, the instrument is a check list; 3) documentation, the instrument is a documentation guideline. Based on the research that has been conducted, it shows that the management of the art performance project at SDIT Uswatun Hasanah can foster the character of the Pancasila learner profile and the creativity of students in performing their art as an implementation of the “kurikulum merdeka”.

Asinan pineapple is one example of the diversity of culinary snacks in Indonesia made from fresh pineapple. Pineapple pickles, besides being rich in benefits, can also be a solution to the problem of low selling value complained about by farmers. In addition to being able to increase the selling value, the pineapple pickle business also has a great opportunity, this is supported by the sweet and sour taste which is a flavor that is much loved by people both among young people, mothers to students. As a business, the capital required to start a pineapple pickle business is also not too expensive. This is due to the abundant amount of pineapple, affordable prices, and the ingredients needed are not too many. Therefore, the pineapple pickle business, especially in the urban area of Bengkulu, is very promising, supported by the hot weather. Business activities are carried out at the residence of one of the members who resides in Vila Pematang Indah, Pematang Gubernur. The choice of this place was based on the consideration that the location is a large location that facilitates the production process. Meanwhile, Tanah Tinggi Village, Padang Jaya Sub-district, North Bengkulu is the location where raw materials are collected.1. Strength Pickled pineapple has a price that is affordable by all people. Pineapple as raw material is easy to obtain, especially in Tanah Tinggi Village, Padang Jaya District, Bengkulu Utar which is the center of pineapple plantations. 2. Weakness Cannot be consumed in excess because it causes infections in the mouth and stomach. 3. Opportunity The high consumer appetite for the combination of salty and spicy flavors found in pineapple asians 4. Threat The high cost of transportation from the raw material supplier to the production site. There are processed pickled businesses from other fruits. This pineapple fruit pickled business is good for attracting consumers because it is unique and there are still few who use pineapple as a pickled ingredient. With varying cup sizes, of course, this will increase consumer interest in choosing these products. The need for vitamins and various benefits of consuming pineapple fruit can be found through these preparations, one of which is good for the body's metabolism, but sometimes people are very lazy to consume it in its whole form because of boredom, therefore this is a processing creation with a new variant so that people do not feel bored to consume pineapple fruit.

The Effect Of Online Game Addiction On Adolescent Social Interaction In Marga Jaya Village, Padang Jaya District, Bengkulu Utara Regency

The purpose of this study was to examine the online game addiction to adolescent social interactions in Marga Jaya village, Padang Jaya district, North Bengkulu district. This study uses quantitative research methods using questionnaires as a tool to obtain the necessary data. In this study using statistical calculations using simple linear regression analysis. The negative results of online games have a significant (opposite) effect on adolescent social interactions, this is based on the t test which shows the significance of t count < t table, or (-10.354) < (-1.994) ) which means that the lower addiction to playing online games respondents, social interaction remains good, so the hypothesis is good that there is an influence between online game addiction (X) on adolescent social interaction (Y).

PENGARUH MEDIA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS CACING SUTERA (Tubifex sp)

Silk worms (Tubifex sp) is one of the natural feeds that are the main needs of larvae because they have more complete and complex nutrition compared to artificial feed. The existence in nature that is uncertain and very fluctuating makes silkworms difficult to obtain. To maintain its availability, it is necessary to conduct research and technological development in cultivation, especially finding out the type of culture media that is effective for reducing silkworms. Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency. This study aims to determine the best culture media composition to increase silkworm prodoktivity. This research was carried out at the Freshwater Aquaculture Development Center (BPBAT) of Bengkulu Province, Sido Luhur Village, Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency. In April – May 2019, using a Complete Randomized Design (RAL) consisting of 4 treatments and 4 repeats. Treatment A (pond mud 10%), B (pond mud 50% + chicken manure 20% + palm waste 30%), C (pond mud 50% + chicken manure 25% + palm oil waste 25%), D (pond mud 50% + chicken manure 30% + palm oil waste 20%). The variables observed during the study were absolute weight, organic matter content of the medium, water quality including temperature, and pH. The data was analyzed using fingerprint analysis and continued with the BNT test of 95% confidence level. The results showed that the influence of media on the productivity of silkworms (Tubifex sp) had a significantly different effect on the productivity of silkworms. It was concluded that treatment D is the media with the best composition to increase the productivity of silkworms with an absolute growth of 10.06 grams or 16.77%. The best C/N ratio was obtained by D media of 48.75.

Dampak Penerapan Pola Penggaduhan Terhadap Pengembangan Ternak Sapi Potong Di Kecamatan Padang Jaya Bengkulu Utara

Cultivation of beef cattle in Indonesia is mostly carried out by smallholder farms. Therefore, the beef cattle assistance program from the government often involves farmer groups through a livestock raising system. This study aims to determine the impact of implementing various disturbance patterns applied by farmer groups on the development of beef cattle populations. The research was conducted from February to June 2021 in Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency. Data was collected through interviews with various informants, namely from the Agriculture Office of North Bengkulu Regency, Animal Husbandry Officers from Padang Jaya District, and Management of Farmer Groups. Reports on assistance for the livestock raising program in Padang Jaya District in the 2016-2020 period originating from the Agriculture Service became the basis for searching field information. Eight farmer groups from four recipient villages of the livestock raising program identified the patterns of disturbances and their impact on livestock population development. Secondary data related to this study were collected from BPS reports, Livestock and Animal Health Sector - North Bengkulu District Agriculture Service, and the Padang Jaya District Agricultural Extension Center. The data and information obtained are discussed descriptively. The results showed that there were four patterns of beef cattle raising applied by breeders, namely: (1) one calf deposit, (2) one calf deposit plus Rp. 300,000, (3) deposit of two children, and (4) patterns of rioting with a profit-sharing system. All of these rioting patterns increased the beef cattle population belonging to individual breeders, but only the rioting pattern with the deposit of two calves and a profit-sharing system was able to increase the population of ruminant livestock owned by farmer groups.

Pemahaman Guru Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) Terhadap Aktivitas Jasmani Bagi Anak TK Se-Kecamatan Padang Jaya

Abstract
 This study aim to determine the understanding of kindergarten teachers (TK) on physical activity for kindergarten students in Padang Jaya District. This study used a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were 8 kindergarten teachers in Padang Jaya District. The instruments and data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of observational research get a score of 75% (medium), 25% (high), while the results of the questionnaire get a percentage value with an average of 56.11%. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the level of understanding of kindergarten (TK) teachers on physical activity for kindergarten children in the Padang Jaya District is categorized as moderate because teachers already have an understanding of physical activity, but there are still teachers in the implementation of teaching and learning that is not in accordance with predetermined learning program. The importance of understanding kindergarten teachers on physical activity to support children can move actively through their gross motor skills.

Impact of COVID-19’s supply and demand shocks on the household economy of tilapia smallholder farmer

PurposeThis study aims to verify the impact of the supply shock (fall in harvested output) and demand shock (fall in household income) due to the pandemic on the consumption of necessities and household savings of tilapia's smallholder farmer.Design/methodology/approachThe researchers randomly chose 144 households as research samples using the proportional random sampling technique in Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency. Researchers collected data on household income, farm losses, household consumption for basic needs, labor demand, use of production inputs, the amount of output sold and saving both during and before the pandemic. The data were collected from the sample using a questionnaire prepared by the researchers. This study used a simultaneous equations system for arranging tilapia's smallholder farmer household economic model.FindingsThis study verified that the demand shock phenomenon makes households more severe than the supply shock phenomenon. The demand shock phenomenon made worse-off tilapia smallholder farmers because it caused their household savings to drop during the pandemic. The fall in savings will disrupt the stability of consumption of household necessities (health, food, education and clothing) in the future.Originality/valueThe main contribution of this study was providing empirical evidence about the impact of the demand and supply shock of COVID-19 on the most vulnerable entities in the Indonesian freshwater aquaculture industry, namely, smallholder farmer households of freshwater aquaculture fish.Peer reviewThe peer review history for this article is available at: https://publons.com/publon/10.1108/IJSE-08-2022-0554.

Implementation of PJOK Learning Media at the Elementary School Level During the COVID-19 Pandemic in Padang Jaya District North Bengkulu

This study aims to determine the application of learning media and the implementation of PJOK learning during the Covid-19 period in Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu. This type of research is qualitative. The subjects of this study involved 7 PJOK teachers, and 35 elementary school students. Instruments and data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, drawing/conclusion and verification. Based on the results of research on PJOK learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic that used learning media with whatsapp/online and did not get a percentage of 50% of the medium criteria. Based on the results of research from PJOK teachers, 62.32% good criteria and 69, 21% good criteria for students. The results obtained through observation.

Tanggung Jawab Pengelola Terhadap Kerugian Pengunjung Taman Wisata Embung Desa Di Desa Padang Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara

Business actors in the tourism sector are competing to provide tourist attractions, ranging from tourist attractions that utilize nature and artificial tourism objects. One of the tourist attractions in Padang Jaya Village is the Village Embung Tourism Park. The basis for the implementation of tourism activities is regulated in Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism. In tourism activities, legal aspects sometimes tend to be ignored in the processing of the tourism business, especially in tourism business businesses which are mostly held conventionally. This study aims to find out and analyze the form of responsibility of the manager for the loss of visitors to the Embung Desa tourist park and the application of the manager's obligations based on Article 26 letter (d) of Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism. The research methods used in this study are empirical legal research and empirical or sociological legal approaches. The form of responsibility given by the manager is in the form of providing first aid and providing medical expenses to visitors who have suffered losses. Internal factors hinder the implementation of Article 26 letter (d) of Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism are because the managers and workers are not firm and disciplined in carrying out supervision. External factors that are hindering are due to the legal culture of the community and there are no detailed provisions regarding the limitations of the criteria for comfort, friendliness, protection of security and safety of visitors.

Analisis Efisiensi Usaha Pembesaran Ikan Nila di Desa Marga Sakti Kecamatan Padang Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara

North Bengkulu Regency is one of the freshwater fishery producing areas in Indonesia Bengkulu Province. Forty percent of Bengkulu Province's total freshwater fish production is from North Bengkulu. The fishery center in North Bengkulu is in the District of Padang Jaya and has been designated as a freshwater fishery Minapolitan area. Type Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is one type of fish that is in great demand by the community to be cultivated, because Tilapia has sufficient tolerance high relative to the environment as well as its relatively fast growth. Purpose This research is: (1) Analyzing the amount of business income Tilapia and, (2) Analyzing the efficiency level of Tilapia rearing business. Determination of the location in this research was conducted intentionally (purposive). The population in this field study is tilapia farmers totaling 150 farmers. Determination of the number of respondents in the field study This is the Simple Random Sampling method. The average value of Tilapia fish production in Marga Sakti Village is 1.817 Kg/MT so that the total revenue received by farmers Tilapia an average of Rp. 33.608.333/ MT and the value of fish farmers' income The average tilapia in Marga Sakti Village is Rp. 18,192,229/MT. So that the value of The average R/C ratio per stocking season is 2.28. This shows that the effort Tilapia cultivation with a calm water pond system in Marga Sakti Village is categorized as suitable for cultivation cultivated because the amount of expenditure on cultivation business costs is smaller than with acceptance.

PEMBERDAYAAN DAN PENINGKATAN POTENSI KEARIFAN LOKAL DAERAH, MELALUI PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA

BUM Desa as a quasi-public organization needs a special strategy because BUM Desa is branded as a state-owned company at the village level which is still synonymous with ineffective and inefficient institutions. The purpose of this study is to see how the strategy of the existence of BUM Desa in the era of competition and economic and digital openness is required to be able to develop and increase competitiveness, especially in Paser Regency which is a candidate for the gateway to the new capital city of Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by taking BUM Desa which has developed, and which is still in the basic stage.
 The results showed that the implementation of the BUM DESA program was mainly in two villages that had two different levels, namely Modang Village and Padang Jaya Village. This is because Capacity Development in the business world has been running in Padang Jaya Village, this is the basis for being substantially superior because the Padang Jaya village government prioritizes processes and trust in the community and local wisdom and is supported by high village income (PAD Desa) in the village. that prioritizes local culture or MSMEs from the community. Based on the assessment of the classification of BUMDes development in Paser Regency, Padang Village BUMDes are in the "Developing" BUMDes category or arguably the only BUMDes that have progressed in Paser Regency compared to BUMDes in Modang Village which are still in the "Basic" category.
 The results showed that the level of success of the BUM DESA program in community economic empowerment can be seen from the level of community participation, income levels of BUM DESA members and the level of community welfare. In addition, the implementation of the BUM DESA program in Modang Village and Padang Jaya Village in empowering business entities received an explanation of strengthening Individual Capacity, namely in 3 aspects including Personality capacity development where BUMDesa Padang Jaya got a superior personality capacity than BUMDesa Modang, then Capacity Development in the world work, so that Padang Jaya Village is substantially superior because the Padang Jaya village government prioritizes process and trust in the community and local wisdom and is supported by the high village income (PAD Desa) in the village based on the classification assessment of BUMDesa's development in Paser Regency, which is included in the BUMDesa category. “Developing” or arguably the only advanced BUMDesa in Paser Regency compared to BUMDesa in Modang Village which is still in the “Basic” category.

Analisis Penerapan SAK ETAP Pada BUMDes Luhur Sepakat Desa Sido Luhur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) in BUMDes Luhur Sepakat financial statements have gone well in accordance with SAK ETAP in which there are balance sheets, income statements, statements of changes in equity, statements of cash flows and records on the financial statements. BUMDes Luhur Sepakat is one of the BUMDes in Padang Jaya District. The initial capital source for the formation of BUMDes comes from the Village Budget (APB desa). To answer the problems regarding the application of financial statements, the data analysis method used in this study is a comparative method by comparing SAK ETAP and BUMDes Luhur Sepakat financial statements. The results of this study showed that the financial report of BUMDes Luhur agreed Sido Luhur Village has not matched the SAK ETAP. Balance sheet and Income statement are made correctly. BUMDes Luhur agreed not to make statements of cash flows, equity changes reports, and records of financial statements. The reporting of financial information continues to be done routinely, and the caretaker BUMDes Luhur agreed already accountable for the financial report with the deliberation to the community at the end of the year.

Embodiment of Good Governance through Accountability and Transparency in the Management of Village Fund Allocations

The Purpose of the this study was to determine the propotional management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) originating from the Regency APBD, which comes from the portion of the central and regional financial balance funds received by the Regency which is distributed through the village treasury for the empowerment of village communities. Research locations (ADD) are villages located in North Bengkulu Regency, Kec. Padang Jaya with a item of 12 villages. The research was conducted for 4 months, starting from April to July 2020. The sample in the study included 12 village officials in he district. Padang Jaya. Data collection technique using documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive and qualitative descriptive data. The results of the research conducted, stated that all villages in the district. Padang jaya, with a total of 12 villages, has implemented the princples of management (ADD) in a transparent, accountable, participatory, orderly manner and budgetary discipline. There 1 village not accountable, as evidenced by the LPPDes Bank book that must be reported to the regent.

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan terhadap Jenis dan Penerima dalam Penentuan Bantuan Desa Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting

Sidoluhur Village is a village located in Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu which has a large population. The his village has 3 hamlets in one village. The problem in Sidoluhur Village is that it is difficult to determine the recipient of village assistance, because the number of aid proposals that are proposing is more than the number of people who receive assistance. There are so many proposals that have been submitted, this is of course very troublesome for village officials who choose to receive assistance. As problems develop, a decision support system is needed that will provide results on the computer to determine who should get help. A decision support system is a system for finding decision support, decisions are taken using a system designed based on usage needs, in helping to make decisions, decisions are designed based on predetermined criteria and alternatives and have a system that is structured and programmed in the form of weighting that will be accumulated and normalized and produce ranking. This study uses the Simple Additive weighting method, commonly referred to as a method that uses a weighted additive form. The form of the method is to calculate the total weight value of the work steps on the existing alternatives of all attributes. To explain about the completion of the method uses village aid recipient data. A lot of data that will be used as alternatives in this study are 9 candidates for village aid recipients. Relationship Analysis of Soil Bulk Density, Available K, and Slope to Productivity of Salak Pondoh at Padang Jaya, North Bengkulu

Salak (Zalacca edulis Gaertn. Voss) is one of the most populair native fruits of Indonesia, consumed as a table fruit by most Indonesians. However, the yield of salak pondoh grown in Bengkulu is still lower than that in their native soil Java, believed to have more suitable soil properties for growing salak pondoh. The objective of this research were to evaluate the relationship of soil bulk density, available K, and slope to the productivity of salak pondoh grown at Padang Jaya Regency, North Bengkulu. We did a survey to collect data on soil bulk density (BD), available K (K), and slope as well as the productivity of salak pondoh grown at Padang Jaya from November 2017 to May 2017. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between soil characteristics and salak productivity, as shown in a linear model of Y = 2.929 -1.070 BD + 0.069 K - 0.126 Slope. Soil K was positively correlated to salak productivity, suggesting that salak productivity increased with an increase in soil K. On the other than, soil bulk density and slope were negatively correlelated to salak productivity, indicating that salak productity decreased with an increase in slope and in soil bulk density.
