Analysis Technical and Allocative Efficiency of the Usage of CPO Production Factors In PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari, Padang Jaya Sub-Distrct, North Bengkulu Regency

The present study was aimed to analyze the levels of technical and allocative efficiency of the usage of CPO production factors in PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari. The data being used was primary and secondary data. The data analysis to measure technical efficiency was Cobb-Douglas frontier production function and production elasticity value, while allocative efficiency was analyzed using NPMxi to Hxi ratio. The research result showed that fresh fruit bunch (TBS), indirect labor (TKTDL), and fiber (FB) had significant positive effect on CPO production in PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari, while direct labor (TKL), solar fuel (SR), CaCO3, and Nalco N 8507 (N8507) didn’t have significant positive or negative effect on CPO production in PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari. Fresh fruit bunch (TBS), indirect labor (TKTDL), and fiber (FB) were technically efficient (0<EP<1). Conversely, allocatively fresh fruit bunch (TBS), indirect labor (TKTDL), and fiber (FB) were’nt efficient (NPMxi/Hxi>1).

THE LEGAL CERTAINTY OF CERTIFIED LAND WITHOUT OFFICIAL LAND DEED (PPAT) DOCUMENT IN PADANG JAYA SUB DISTRICT OF BENGKULU UTARA REGENCY

This study aims to analyze and indentify the causes and factors affecting as well as the effect of Sales and Purchase of certified Land without Official Land Deed (PPAT) document in Padang Jaya sub district of Bengkulu Utara Regency. The research method used in this study was qualitative descriptive. Data collecting technique was empirical data from interview that have been conducted on September 13th to 20th, 2016. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive. The result of this study showed that the registration of land is not effective yet. The effective law in land registration depends on legal factor, law enforcement factor, infrastructures and facilities factor, society factor and cultural factor. While the factors affecting in implementation of law effectivity are constitutional factor and infrastructures and facilities factor. Overall it can be concluded that there is not law effectivity in Sales and Purchases of certified Land without PPAT document in Padang Jaya sub district of Bengkulu Utara Regency which needs legal protection and legal certainty in land registration.

STUDI LITERATUR KESEJAHTERAAN RUMAH TANGGA USAHA BUDIDAYA IKAN NILA DI KABUPATEN BENGKULU UTARA)

This study aims to determine the characteristics of tilapia farmers in Sido Luhur Village, determine the level of income and sources of income of tilapia cultivator households, and determine the level of welfare of tilapia cultivator households. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, which is the characteristics of tilapia fishers, namely age, number of dependents, education level, business experience, pool area, and labor needed. To measure the level of welfare of tilapia cultivator households using measurements from the Central Agency for household welfare criteria based on BKKBN. The results of measurements of the level of well-being in the community of Sido Luhur Village, Padang Jaya Subdistrict, North Bengkulu Regency can be said to be prosperous, this is because tilapia farmers in general have met the criteria according to BKKBN indicators, because most of them have been able to fulfill their basic daily needs, as many as 33 respondents, which are in the third prosperous stratum, and according to research there are more tilapia farmers who are in the pre-prosperous category.Keywords: Hight of Welfare, Income

HUBUNGAN KEPERCAYAAN NASABAH DAN PROMOSI DENGAN MINAT MENABUNG PADA PT. BANK BENGKULU KCP PADANG JAYA KABUPATEN BENGKULU UTARA

The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation of customers’ trust with saving interest in at PT. Bank Bengkulu KCP Padang Jaya North Bengkulu Regency and to find out the relationship between the promotion with saving interest at PT. Bank Bengkulu KCP Padang Jaya of North Bengkulu Regency. The analytical method used was Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. From the results of the Spearman rank correlation calculation between the customers’ trust with saving interest at PT. Bank Bengkulu KCP Padang Jaya of North Bengkulu Regency, it is known that the value of rho count is 0.562, which means the correlation between customers’ trust and saving interest at PT. Bank Bengkulu KCP Padang Jaya of North Bengkulu Regency is moderate, because the correlation value is in the coefficient interval of 0.400 - 0.599, then the correlation between promotions and customers saving interest with the value of rho count is 0.608, which means strong correlation, because the correlation value is in the coefficient interval of 0.600 - 0.799. From the hypothesis testing between the customers’ trust and saving interest with the value of t count is greater than t table (5,131> 1,672) meaning that the hypothesis proposed in this study proved that customer trust has a significant correlation with the customers saving interest at PT. Bank Bengkulu KCP Padang Jaya North Bengkulu Regency. Then the hypothesis testing between promotions with the customers saving interest with the value of tcount is greater than ttable (5,782> 1,672) meaning that the hypothesis proposed in this study proved that the promotion has a significant correlation with the customers saving interest at PT. Bank Bengkulu KCP Padang Jaya of North Bengkulu Regency.

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TEPUNG KEONG MAS DENGAN DOSIS YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN IKAN SIDAT (Anguilla bicolor)

ABSTRAK
 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dosis pemberian tepung Keong Mas yang tepat dalam pakan ikan untuk pertumbuhan ikan Sidat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April – Juni 2017 yang berlokasi di Desa Margasakti, Kecamatan Padang Jaya, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diuji pada penelitian ini adalah dosis tepung Keong Mas 58 gr/kg, 59 gr/kg, 60 gr/kg, dan 61 gr/kg pakan. Wadah yang digunakan berupa wadah terpal yang berjumlah 24 wadah. Ikan uji yang digunakan berjumlah 6 ekor/wadah dengan ukuran panjang 30-32 cm. Parameter yang diamati diantaranya adalah pertumbuhan panjang dan berat, konversi pakan, efisiensi pakan, dan kelangsungan hidup. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian tepung keong dengan dosis yang berbeda berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan panjang dan berat, konversi pakan, dan efisiensi pakan. Sedangkan pada kelangsungan hidup tidak berpengaruh nyata. Dosis pemberian tepung keong yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan panjang dan berat, konversi pakan, efisiensi pakan adalah 60 gr/kg pakan.

DIVERSIFIKASI DAN PENANGANAN PASCA PRODUKSI OLAHAN IKAN DI DESA PADANG JAYA BENGKULU UTARA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN NILAI EKONOMI DAN PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT

The first aim of this activity is giving knowledge to farmer society of fish specially Unit Pengolahan Ikan ( UPI) Melati I in Padang Jaya Village North Bengkulu aboutdiversification of multifarious product which have higher level economic value. Thesecond aim is giving processing practice of some alternative multifarious fish basedproduct to be industrial product which have high economic value. It is also using naturalpickling method, so that it is a good product for healthy life. The practice also givestraining in making safe packaging and product marketing. While, special target is toimprove knowledge of breeder of fish specially Unit Pengolahan Ikan (UPI) Melati I asparticipant of training about diversified multifarious of fish product that having higherlevel economic value and practice some alternative product of fish become multifariouslyof industrial product which have value sell economical, like fish rengginang, cryspy fishbaby and fish of salai. Including handling of after production ie. marketing and packaging.This activity walk better, its product even also have earned to be marketed out of DesaPadang Jaya, ie. Bengkulu town and Jakarta, and become typical pledge present of desa Padang Jaya. Penggunaan Data Mikrotremor Dan Vs30 Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Ketebalan Sedimen Terhadap Produktivitas Kelapa Sawit Dan Implementasinya Dalam Pembelajaran Fisika

The aims of this study were to determine the relationship of sediment thickness to palm oil productivity and to know the improvement of student learning outcomes after learning using LKPD based on service learning. This study was conducted using HVSR (Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio) method. Data were collected as 10 primary data points, while secondary data on palm oil productivity was obtained from PT Bio Nusantara Teknologi. Data obtained from field measurements are numerical data of natural wave recording or seismic signal at each measurement point. The data is processed using Geopsy software so it can be known the price of the dominant frequency (fo), while the shear wave velocity (Vs30) is obtained through USGS data. The result of this research is there is intermediate relationship between sediment thickness to productivity of palm oil with product moment correlation value equal to 0,6392, so that thicker layer of sediment hence higher productivity. The results of this study further used as a source of information contained in the form of LKPD-based service learning to become a learning medium taught by Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on students of class XI SMK N 1 Padang Jaya to know the improvement of students' cognitive learning outcomes in physics learning. The result of research implementation influence of sediment thickness to productivity of palm oil in classroom study showed cognitive learning result of learners experience improvement of cognitive learning result with average value of N-gain of 0,52 (medium criterion).

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PINJAMAN MODAL PETANI IKAN MAS KE PT.BPR DIAN SINARTA DAN PERBANDINGAN PENDAPATAN ANTARA PEMINJAM DAN NON PEMINJAM MODAL

A condition which is often find where farmers incapable to providing the capital because weakening of farmer fund which also result in weaken source of farmer's own capital. The effect of this condition, farmers seldom have to use capital from outside both formal and informal sectors. TIhis research was objectived to analyzing factors influencing the amount of goldfish farmer capital loan to PT.BPR DB in Desa Tanjung Harapan Kecamatan Padang Jaya Kabupaten North Bengkulu and compare the level earnings of goldfish farmer among of non capital lender and capital lender farmers to PT.BPR DB. The result showed that amount dependent of family responsibility, goldfish farming income and farmer operating cost last season have influenced on level of the amount of goldfish farmer capital loan, while as such as wide of fishpond, formal education level and farmers age do not have influence on. So, the difference of earnings obtained the average earnings compared to between bigger capital lender to non capital lender. Key word : Lending capital, lenderm, non-lender
