Guidance and Counseling teachers are professional teachers who provide services for students in developing the potential of each student, in any situation a Guidance and Counseling teacher must still provide services to students. The recent covid 19 situation has forced teaching and learning activities to be carried out from home to minimize the spread of covid-19, therefore Guidance and Counseling Teachers provide services to students online. The provision of services that cannot be done face-to-face directly gives various perceptions among guidance and counseling teachers. It is necessary to adapt new habits for guidance and counseling teachers in providing online guidance and counseling services. Perception itself is a response to a new information that enters through the five senses. The services provided online are what make each Guidance and Counseling Teacher have a different perception. The purpose of this study is to explain the perception that Guidance and Counseling Teachers have in providing Guidance and Counseling Services online during the Covid-19 period, because each Guidance and Counseling Teacher has different perceptions in providing services that are carried out online. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research is research to provide a description of the symptoms, phenomena, or facts studied by describing the value of independent variables, without intending to connect or compare. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The results of this study are the Perceptions of Guidance and Counseling Teachers on Online Guidance and Counseling Services seen from the Planning, Process, Evaluation and Obstacles of Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Services. Guidance and Counseling teachers make service plans according to the needs of students. The Guidance and Counseling Service process is carried out in accordance with the points contained in the RPL. Guidance and Counseling services are effective and efficient in terms of time and cost but make it difficult for Guidance and Counseling teachers to provide evaluation instruments. Counseling Guidance services online have technical and non-technical constraints.
