Application of Hardware Equipment in Preventing Falls in Elderly Hospitalized Patients

Objective: To apply hardware equipment to elderly hospitalized patients and analyze its effect.Methods: Convenience sampling method was adopted, and 116 patients admitted to the geriatrics department of a tertiary hospital in Chifeng City from October 2021 to February 2022 were included in the study. Grouping by random number table method, the final experimental group and control group included 58 cases each. The patients in the control group were given routine care, and the patients in the experimental group were given hospital hardware equipment on this basis. The incidence of falls and nursing satisfaction in the two groups of patients during hospitalization were analyzed.Results: After applying hardware equipment to elderly inpatients, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), but the incidence of falls in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group; the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant Significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: In view of the particularity of the elderly hospitalized patients, in the process of nursing them, the application of hardware equipment can reduce the incidence of falls and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.

Influence of Psychological Nursing Procedure on Negative Emotion, Stress State, Quality of Life and Nursing Satisfaction in Patients with Lung Cancer Radical Operation.

ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of psychological nursing procedure on negative emotion, stress state, quality of life and nursing satisfaction in patients with lung cancer radical operation.Methods106 patients with lung cancer who underwent radical resection in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected. According to the intervention time, patients were divided into Group A and Group B, with 53 cases in each group. Group A received routine nursing, Group B used psychological nursing procedure on the basis of Group A. The negative emotions, stress state, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patient were observed.ResultsSelf-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of Group B were lower than Group A (P < 0.05). The levels of norepinephrine, epinephrine and cortisol in Group B were lower than Group A (P < 0.05). Generic quality of life inventory-74 scores of Group B were higher than Group A (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of Group B (88.68%) was higher than Group A (73.58%) (P < 0.05).ConclusionPsychological nursing procedure is conducive to reducing the negative emotion, relieving stress reaction, improving the quality of life, increasing nursing satisfaction of patients with lung cancer radical operation.

Optimized Algebraic Reconstruction Algorithm Based Hemodynamic Changes in Color Doppler Ultrasound in Monitoring the Patients with Colorectal Cancer Undergoing Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter and Catheterization Nursing

The purpose of this study was to analyze the hemodynamic changes and nursing care of patients with colorectal cancer who were peripherally placed into the central venous catheter (PICC) by color Doppler ultrasound based on an optimized algebraic reconstruction (ART) (OART) algorithm. In this study, 150 patients with colorectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. Different nursing interventions were carried out. An optimized algebraic reconstruction (OART) algorithm was proposed, and the traditional ART algorithm and filtered back-projection (FBP) algorithm were introduced for comparison. They were applied in ultrasounds of 150 colorectal cancer patients undergoing PICC. The results showed that the Dice coefficient (Dice) and peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) of the OART algorithm were greater than those of the ART and FBP algorithms, while the difference function (DF) and the running time were opposite ( P &lt; 0.05). The blood flow velocity (BFV) and blood flow (BF) of the arm vein 5 days after puncture were the least, which were less than those before puncture and 10 days and 30 days after puncture ( P &lt; 0.05). Thrombosis was most likely to be found 4–6 days after puncture (28 cases), followed by 10–15 days after puncture (22 cases), and one day after the puncture (19 cases). The BFV and BF of patients with thrombosis were lower than those of patients without thrombosis ( P &lt; 0.05). The total infection rate of PICC in the observation group was 10.7%, which was lower than that in the control group 32.0%, P &lt; 0.05. Nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group and control group was 95.99% and 75.99%, respectively, P &lt; 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. In short, the ORAT algorithm proposed had better performance than the traditional algorithms in ultrasound image reconstruction; strengthening nursing intervention for chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer undergoing PICC could effectively reduce the infection rate of PICC and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.

The effect of hierarchical management on the early activity of ICU patients with severe pneumonia

Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management on the early activity of severe pneumonia patients in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods A total of 100 patients with severe pneumonia in ICU admitted to Guangdong Agricultural Cultivation Central Hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group according to the odd and even number of inpatient beds.The control group used routine methods to judge the patients' activity ability and perform routine activities on a daily basis.The observation group divided the activity ability of ICU patients into levels A, B, C, and D according to the factors affecting the early activities of ICU patients with severe pneumonia, and developed the corresponding level of activity programs. By daily assessment of the level of patients, the corresponding activity programs were adopted for activities.The Barthel index was used to judge the activity ability of daily life, and the differences between the two groups were compared.Meanwhile, the use time of ventilator, blood oxygen saturation at the time of discharge, average length of stay in ICU, and patients' satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in Barthel index score between the two groups(P>0.05). There was a statistically significant difference between the Barthel index score at the time of discharge and that at the time of admission(P<0.05). The duration of ventilator use and average length of stay in ICU in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, blood oxygen saturation was significantly better than that in the control group, and nursing work satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusions The implementation of hierarchical management can further improve the daily living ability of ICU patients with severe pneumonia, accelerate the recovery process of patients, and improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of patients. Application of comfort nursing intervention in the nursing of senile chronic heart failure and its impact on the satisfaction of patients' nursing

Objective To explore the application of comfort nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and its impact on patients' satisfaction with nursing. Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to this hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into comfort group and routine group according to the odd and even number of the end of hospitalization, 54 patients in each group.Conventional nursing mode was applied in the conventional group and comfortable nursing mode was applied in the comfortable group.After nursing intervention, the self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total score of self-care ability evaluation in the comfort group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05), and the scores of self-care skill, self-care consciousness, self-care concept and health knowledge were all higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the comfort group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusions The application effect of comfort nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure is satisfactory, which can effectively improve patients' self-care ability, increase patients' trust in nursing staffs, and improve nursing satisfaction. Effect of quality nursing care on stress response and VAS score of emergency surgical debridement and suture patients

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing care on stress response and visual analogue pain score (VAS) in patients undergoing surgical debridement and suture in emergency department. Methods A total of 116 patients receiving debridement suture from the emergency surgery department of this hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into control group (March to August 2017) and observation group (September 2017 to February 2018) according to the order of admission, with 58 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing service on the basis of routine nursing.Changes in stress response indicators such as adrenaline, TNF-α, Interleukin-6, Cortisol, VAS score, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, operation time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of epinephrine, TNF-α, Interleukin-6, Cortisol and other stress response indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the VAS score 3 hours after the elimination of postoperative anesthesia was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The intraoperative systolic blood pressure, heart rate and operation time of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The application of high-quality nursing care in debridement and suture of emergency surgery can effectively alleviate the stress response of patients, maintain the operation center rate and blood pressure to be stable, shorten the operation time, reduce the VAS score, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients. Effects of multidisciplinary collaborationin model on elderly cardiovascular disease patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the effects of multidisciplinary collaboration on quality of life in elderly cardiovascular disease patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods By convenience sampling, from Januaryto May 2018, we selected 50 elderly cardiovascular disease patients with DM of Cardiovascular Department at Zhejiang Hospital in experimental group with multidisciplinary collaboration nursing. From June to December 2018, we selected 50 patients in control group with routine nursing.We compared the scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) and nursing satisfaction of patients between two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of GQOLI-74 of patients in experimental group were higher than those in control group with statistical differences (P<0.05) . After intervention, satisfaction of patients in experimental group was 96.0% (48/50) was higher than that 74.0% (37/50) in control group with a statistical difference (P<0.05) . Conclusions Multidisciplinary collaboration can effectively improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction among elderly cardiovascular disease patients with diabetes mellitus which is worth to be implemented in clinical practice. Effects of quantitative exercise intervention on bowel preparation for colonoscopy: a Meta-analysis

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of quantitative exercise intervention in intestinal preparation for colonoscopy. Methods The Cochrane Library, JBI evidence-based database, EMbase, Web of Science, CINAHL, Medline, CNKI, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) and Wanfang Database were searched systematically on randomized controlled trials about quantitative exercise intervention for bowel preparation for colonoscopy from the databases' establishment date to April of 2019. After screening literature, extracting data and evaluating quality, RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis. Results A total of 11 studies were included, including 2 067 patients, 1 038 in the intervention group and 1 029 in the control group. Eight studies showed that quantitative exercise intervention could improve the quality of bowel preparation (OR=2.24, 95%CI 1.17-4.29, P=0.01) ; eight studies showed that quantitative exercise intervention could reduce the incidence of adverse reactions (OR=0.42, 95%CI 0.22-0.82, P=0.01) . The results of two studies showed that the nursing satisfaction of patients could be effectively improved by using quantitative exercise intervention (OR=4.97, 95%CI 2.31-10.67, P<0.000 1) . Conclusions Quantitative exercise intervention can effectively improve the quality of bowel preparation before colonoscopy, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve nursing satisfaction. Effect of high quality nursing on bad mood, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of patients with radical gastrectomy

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on bad mood, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of patients with radical gastrectomy. Methods A total of 30 patients in this hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission, 15 cases of each group.The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given high quality nursing.The complication rates, Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score, Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared. Results After the nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with those before the intervention. The scores of the observation group after the nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the time to get out of bed and stay in hospital in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The mean satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing for patients with radical gastrectomy can improve the patients' bad mood, reduce the incidence of various postoperative complications, and improve the level of nursing satisfaction. Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis nursing analysis

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Methods A total of 100 cases of bacterial vaginosis diagnosed and treated by the department of gynaecology in this hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected. Patients were divided into conventional nursing group and comprehensive nursing group according to different nursing methods implemented during the treatment period, with 50 cases in each group. Routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention were carried out respectively to compare the clinical effect, adverse reactions, psychological state, health knowledge awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients in the conventional care group was 84%, while that in the comprehensive care group was 96%. The comprehensive care group was higher than the conventional care group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 14% in the conventional care group and 4% in the comprehensive care group. The comprehensive care group was lower than the conventional care group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of patients in the comprehensive care group were lower than those in the conventional care group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The awareness rate of health education was 66% in the conventional care group and 84% in the comprehensive care group. The comprehensive care group was higher than the conventional care group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the conventional care group was 86%, and that of the comprehensive care group was 98%. The comprehensive care group was higher than the conventional care group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis nursing effect is ideal, is conducive to improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the rate of adverse reactions, improve the patients' bad psychological state, improve the health education awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of patients at the time of discharge, it is suggested to vigorously promote the clinical nursing work. The application of the performance management mode based on the element point method in operating room nursing

Objective To explore the application effect of the performance management mode constructed by the element point method in operating room nursing. Methods The elements of the operating room nursing performance before implementation (June 2015) and after implementation (June 2016) of the operating room nursing performance assessment, professional level examination of nurses and nursing satisfaction related indicators were analyzed and compared. Results After the implementation of the performance management model, the scores of theoretical level, medical ethics and service, touring work quality, equipment work quality and on-duty work quality of the operating room nurses were all higher than those before the implementation, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After the implementation of the performance management model, the scores of the three-base theory, three-base operation and specialized nursing of operating room nurses were all higher than those before the implementation, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the implementation of the performance management model, emergency response capacity, sense of responsibility, degree of surgical cooperation, aseptic operation and preoperative preparation were all higher than before implementation, and the nursing satisfaction of doctors after implementation was significantly higher than before implementation, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After the implementation of the performance management model, the operating room environment, publicity and education, nursing operation, service attitude and treatment effect were all higher than before the implementation, and the nursing satisfaction of patients after the implementation was significantly higher than before the implementation, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of the performance management mode constructed by element counting points method in the operating room nursing is significant, which can enhance the efficiency of operating room nursing management and help to improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients in nursing, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. Effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on plasma prostatectomy in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To analyze the effect of rapid convalescence surgery on plasma radical prostatectomy in elderly patients with prostate hyperplasia. Methods A total of 140 elderly patients with prostate hyperplasia who underwent plasma prostatectomy in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected as subjects. Divide them into control group (70 cases) and observation group (70 cases) according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were given routine care. The observation group gave a nursing model based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the basis of the control group. Compared the bladder irrigation time, postoperative hospitalization time, catheter removal time, anal exhaust time, first time out of bed time, complication rate, postoperative Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) pain score, bladder spasm symptom score and quality of life score between the two groups. Results The bladder irrigation time, postoperative hospital stay, urinary catheter removal time, anal exhaust time and first time to get out of the observation group were (23.94±3.75) h, (3.49±0.46) d, (3.11±1.50) d, 6.23±3.07) h and (24.70±3.62) d, while the control group were (76.42±9.55) h, (7.06 ±0.44) d, (6.74±2.06) d, (17.41±3.48) h and (90.58±9.75) d, the above observation indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t=11.918-52.998, P<0.01). The incidence of postoperative bladder spasm, bloating, hemorrhage, lung infection and urinary tract infection in the observation group were 1.429% (1/70), 2.857% (2/70), 0, 2.857% (2/70) and 7.143% (5/70), respectively, while the control group were 11.429% (8/70), 14.286% (10/70), 8.571% (6/70), 15.714% (11/70) and 24.143% (19/70), respectively. The incidence of the above complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.275-8.499, P<0.05 or 0.01). The NRS pain score, quality of life score and bladder spasm score were observed in the observation group (31.48±3.60), (1.89±1.03), (2.25±0.47) points, while the control group were (36.20±4.22), (2.77±1.84), and (3.79±0.81) points, respectively. The above three scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t=7.119, 3.491, 13.756, P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.71% (67/70) which was significantly higher than 80.00% (56/70) of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.695, P<0.05). Conclusions Rapid rehabilitation surgery for patients with advanced prostatic hyperplasia with plasma prostatectomy can speed up the recovery process, relieve postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, harmonious doctor-patient relationship, improve the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of extensive clinical promotion. Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path on prevention of postoperative urinary retention in patients with cervical cancer surgery. Methods From June 2016 to November 2017, a total of 80 patients admitted to the hospital for radical cervical cancer surgery were selected as the research objects.According to different responsibility groups, they were divided into the study group and the control group, 40 cases of each group.The study group received clinical nursing intervention.The control group received routine nursing intervention. Results Bladder function, quality of life, nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of urinary retention, catheter placement time, catheter replacement rate, residual urine volume and length of hospital stay were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway intervention for patients undergoing radical cervical cancer surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary retention in patients undergoing radical cervical cancer surgery, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application. Effects of rapid rehabilitation nursing in postoperative intestinal function recovery of patients with laterally spreading tumor

Objective To discuss the effects of rapid rehabilitation nursing in postoperative intestinal function recovery of patients with laterally spreading tumor. Methods A total of 100 patients with laterally spreading tumor in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group, 50 cases respectively. Patients in the control group were given the conventional nursing, while patients in the rehabilitation group received additional rapid rehabilitation nursing. Postoperative intestinal function recovery, body recovery and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups were analyzed. Results Postoperative exhaust time, defecation time and food-intake time of patients in the rehabilitation group were significantly shorter than the control group (t=3.20, 5.26, 6.31; P<0.05) . Rehabilitation training time, ambulation time and hospital stay of patients in the rehabilitation group were shorter than the control group, with statistically significant differences between two groups (t=7.26, 5.48, 3.26; P<0.05) . Nursing satisfaction of patients in the rehabilitation group were 96.00%, which was higher than the control group (80.00%) ; there was statistically significant difference between two groups (χ2=6.06, P<0.05) . Conclusions Rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of intestinal function in patients after laterally spreading tumor resection, facilitate the recovery of the disease, shorten the hospitalization time, and improve the nursing satisfaction, so that it is worthy of further clinical application. Effect of transitional care model on the treatment of patients with transitional period of intensive care

Objective To study the effect of transitional care model on the treatment of patients with transitional period of intensive care. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients who were admitted to the hospital from May 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, 40 cases of each group.The patients in the control group were given routine care, and the intervention group carried out transitional nursing mode.The changes of oxidative stress index, inflammatory factor level, psychological status score, incidence of adverse events and the return of ICU rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH) levels in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the end of 7 days, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of serum malondialdehyde (MDA) in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of serum hypersensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-10 were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Self-evaluation of Anxiety Scale (SAS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Depression Self-rating Scale (SDS) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The occurrence rate of adverse event of intervention group was 5.00%, which was significantly lower than control group that was 12.50%(P<0.05). The rate of intervention group returning to ICU was 7.50%, which was significantly lower than control group that was 20.00%(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in intervention was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than control group that was 80.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The transitional period nursing mode implemented in the curing process for intensive care patients during transitional period can reduce oxidative stress level and inflammatory factor level, improving the mental state of patients, reducing the occurrence rate of adverse event and the rate of returning to ICU.In addition, the nursing satisfaction of patients can also be improved, which is worth popularizing and applying. Methods A total of 100 patients with ankle fracture who had been seeking treatment in the hospital from November 2014 to December 2016 were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, 50 cases of each group.The control group was treated with cluster nursing intervention, while the observation group was given cluster nursing plus network instrument for intervention.The postoperative functional recovery, patients' awareness of the disease, satisfaction of the patients, length of hospitalization and cost of hospitalization in the two groups were observed and compared. Results After the intervention, the rate of excellent postoperative recovery of ankle joint in the observation group was shown to be significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After the intervention, however, it was improved in both groups (P<0.05), and the improvement in the observation group was shown to be significantly better than that of the control group, where the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was shown to be higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Length and cost of hospitalization in the observation group were shown to be shorter or lower than that of the control group, where the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The combined application of intensive care and network tool to the perioperative period ankle joint fracture patients can promote postoperative functional recovery effectively.In addition, the awareness of patients to disease is obviously improved, by which it effectively cuts the hospital stay of patients, reduces hospitalization expenses, relieves the economic pressure of family and improves the nursing satisfaction of patients and family.In addition, the clinical care effect is remarkable, which is worth making popularization and application. Effect of cognitive behavior mental nursing on the anxiety, depression and obtaining social support for the aged extensive burn patients

Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive behavior mental nursing on the anxiety, depression and obtaining social support for the aged extensive burn patients. Methods A total of 100 aged extensive burn patients hospitalized in the department of burn plastic surgery of this hospital were selected from October 2013 to December 2015 as the study objects.In addition, random number method was used to divide them into observation group and control group (50 cases each). The patients of both groups received regular treatment, and the patients of control group received traditional nursing.The patients of observation group received cognitive behavior mental nursing based on traditional nursing.The aged patients of both groups received SAS, SDS, SSRS evaluation compiled by Zung 1 day before nursing and 4 weeks after nursing to compare its score.The nursing satisfaction of patients in both groups were observed and compared. Results After nursing for 4 weeks, the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall scores of SSRS of patients in observation group, burn surface area more than 50.00% and SSRS score of head-face burn patients were significantly higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction that was 96.00% for patients in observation group was significantly higher than it of 76.00% for the patients in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusions Cognitive behavioral psychological nursing can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of elderly patients with large area burn, enhance their ability to obtain social support, and help to build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients. Effects of quality control circle-based continuing care on the nursing satisfaction of patients with ischemic stroke: a qualitative analysis

Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle-based continuing care on the nursing satisfaction of patients with ischemic stroke using a qualitative analysis. Methods A team of quality control circle was established to perform continuing care for patients with ischemic stroke after discharge. Using the phenomenological research method, totally 15 respondents (including 10 patients and 5 family members) were interviewed before and after continuing care. The data were analyzed by Colaizzi analysis. Satisfaction questionnaire was used to explore the continuing care satisfaction. Results Before continuing care, 6 themes were extracted from the experience of patients: degeneration of memory and understanding; unhealthy living habits; the prognosis of the disease; compliance; lack of relevant support; lack of understanding of the continuing care. After continuing nursing, all of 6 themes were improved, and the satisfaction degree of the patients was improved obviously. Conclusions Improving the continuity of nursing support system can improve satisfaction with nursing services of patients, and promote the development of nurse-patient relationship.
