Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of cluster nursing combined with network instrument on postoperative functional recovery in patients with ankle fracture. Methods A total of 100 patients with ankle fracture who had been seeking treatment in the hospital from November 2014 to December 2016 were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, 50 cases of each group.The control group was treated with cluster nursing intervention, while the observation group was given cluster nursing plus network instrument for intervention.The postoperative functional recovery, patients' awareness of the disease, satisfaction of the patients, length of hospitalization and cost of hospitalization in the two groups were observed and compared. Results After the intervention, the rate of excellent postoperative recovery of ankle joint in the observation group was shown to be significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After the intervention, however, it was improved in both groups (P<0.05), and the improvement in the observation group was shown to be significantly better than that of the control group, where the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was shown to be higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Length and cost of hospitalization in the observation group were shown to be shorter or lower than that of the control group, where the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The combined application of intensive care and network tool to the perioperative period ankle joint fracture patients can promote postoperative functional recovery effectively.In addition, the awareness of patients to disease is obviously improved, by which it effectively cuts the hospital stay of patients, reduces hospitalization expenses, relieves the economic pressure of family and improves the nursing satisfaction of patients and family.In addition, the clinical care effect is remarkable, which is worth making popularization and application.
