PELATIHAN COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH NURSING (CMHN) BAGI PERAWAT DAPAT MENINGKATKAN PENANGANAN MASALAH KESEHATAN JIWA DI MASYARAKAT

Community-based psychiatric nursing care is a nursing approach to mental patients, which is carried out directly to patients and their families at home by health center nurses who have received previous training. Nurses who have been trained are expected to have competence, one of which is being able to provide nursing care to patients with mental disorders in the community, so that patients with mental disorders can be handled optimally. This research is to see the relationship between the Effectiveness of CMHN Training Implementation in 31 Public Health Centers in North Aceh District. The study was conducted at 31 Community Health Centers in North Aceh District. The research design used a correlational design with a total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via the Google form to respondents in July 2022. Data analysis used the Chi Squere test with a 95% confidence interval. The research results obtained p value = 0.000, α = 0.05, p value ≤0.05, the statistical results are significant, meaning that there is a relationship between the effectiveness of implementing CMHN training on improving the handling of mental health problems in North Aceh District.

The effect of calcium chloride and sodium benzoate on CPO quality of oil palm fruit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) as a source of food and biofuels

Palm oil yields are often of low quality and quantity. Production quality improvement can be done by preventing damaged or defective products, for example by spraying a solution of calcium chloride and sodium benzoate. This research aimed to determine the effect of calcium chloride and sodium benzoate on the quality of crude palm oil. The research was done at the Fundamentals of Agricultural Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Malikussaleh University, North Aceh Regency. The research was started from September to November 2021. The experimental design used was Factorial Completely Randomized Design. The first factor was Calcium Chloride (C) concentration, 0, 3000, and 4000 ppm. The second factors were Sodium Benzoate (N) concentration, 0, 3000, and 4000 ppm. The results showed that giving a concentration of 3000 ppm sodium benzoate spray was able to reduce the weight loss value of loose fruit and free fatty acids, as well as increase the yield of CPO. There was a very strong relationship between the value of the moisture of the fruit and the level of impurities on the yield produced. For best results it is recommended to use sodium chloride 3000 ppm.

ISPO Policy on Palm Oil Industry and Biodiesel Development in North Aceh

The total area of oil palm plantations in Aceh Utara Regency is 33,781.64 hectares, managed and operated by 11 oil palm plantation companies. In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 11/Permentan/Ot.140/3/2015 regarding the Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil Certification System (ISPO), the Government of Aceh Utara Regency has formulated a vision for the palm oil industry within its jurisdiction. This vision is centered around sustainability and its influence on the growth of the biodiesel sector in Aceh Utara Regency. To achieve this, the government encourages the palm oil industry to adopt ISPO certification. This research aims to analyze and describe the challenges, roles, and initiatives undertaken by the Government in Aceh Utara Regency to promote ISPO certification within the palm oil industry. The research employs an empirical juridical approach, encompassing the identification of research subjects, a statutory analysis, and horizontal and vertical synchronization methodologies to address the implementation of ISPO certification. The results of study reveal that the Government of Aceh Utara Regency has actively motivated palm oil plantation entrepreneurs to swiftly pursue ISPO certification. The government has established a dedicated team and allocated funds to expedite the implementation of ISPO.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN FLOOD DISASTER MITIGATION IN THE CAPITAL OF NORTH ACEH DISTRICT

Floods are one of the most frequent disasters that hit Indonesia, especially North Aceh District. Flood is a disaster that causes a lot of loss in the form of property and lives, disrupting the activities of the population. Therefore, flood disaster mitigation is important to be carried out by the government by involving the community to reduce the impact of flood disasters that occur so that this can reduce the number of flood risks. One of the efforts made by the government is a cooperative relationship between the government and the community to obtain optimal results. In reviewing flood mitigation efforts, a qualitative approach was carried out with research procedures that produced descriptive data. This descriptive data can be sourced from the local community and observable community behavior. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews. The results of the analysis show that there has been a flood mitigation effort from the government in the Krueng Keureuto area in the form of the current dam construction and cooperation with the community which is called community participation. This is done by inviting the community to be able to carry out flood disaster mitigation plans. Mitigation planning activities involving the community are carried out by studying and discussing things that might happen before the flood occurs, emergency response during the flood and post-flood recovery. Therefore, disaster mitigation is needed both structurally and non-structurally.

ANALYSIS OF BANANA SALE MARKETING IN PANTON LABU DISTRICT, NORTH ACEH

Bananas are a horticultural commodity that has quite promising potential in business, the relatively large volume of national banana production proves that bananas are the main horticultural product. Pisang sale is a traditional food that is very popular among the people of Aceh, in particular, the most production of banana sale comes from the North Aceh region. The smoking method using firewood and coconut shells is a traditional sale banana processing process. The aim of this research is to analyze marketing and marketing efficiency of banana sale in Panton Labu District, North Aceh. Research using survey method. The samples of craftsmen were 30 people, village traders were 5 people and retailers were 25 people. The results of marketing research on sale bananas in Panton Labu District only use 2 marketing channels. The average marketing cost for selling bananas in Panton Labu District is Rp.3,200/Kg in channel I and Rp.1,500/Kg in channel II. The average marketing margin for selling bananas on channel I is IDR 13,000/Kg, channel II is IDR 9,000/Kg. The average farmer's share in selling banana marketing on channel I was 62.8% and channel II was RP.74.29%. Marketing of sale bananas in Panton Labu District on channel I resulted in an EP value of 9.14% and it was concluded that marketing of sale bananas on channel II was said to be inefficient because the EP value was above 5%. Marketing of sale bananas in Panton Labu District on channel II resulted in an EP value of 4.29% and it was concluded that marketing of sale bananas on channel II was said to be efficient because the EP value was below 5%.

Apology Strategy in Senior High School Students of North Aceh Dialect

An apology is an important expression of contact. The form of apology differs from the form of apology in different languages, circumstances, beliefs, ethnography, and so on. In certain situations, forgiveness is a form of accepting mistakes someone makes. This study examines the apology strategies used in the North Aceh dialect among high school students. This research is qualitative research with survey analysis. The subjects of this study were 40 students. The methods used to collect data are interviews, questionnaires, and surveys. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative analysis. Research has shown that, although direct and indirect reasons can lead to long discussions among the interlocutors, the communicative content can be observed through indirect reasons so that shared views and attitudes can be conveyed. Further analysis of the different statistics is suggested to look at the gaps in apology across ages. Further analysis of the different statistics is recommended to examine the gaps in the apology strategy of these two variables, age group, and gender.

EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY (Study at the Head Office of Lhoksukon District, North Aceh Regency)

According to Law No. 43 of 1999 in article 26 states that "every Civil Servant is obliged to obey all applicable laws and regulations and carry out the official duties entrusted to him with full dedication, awareness and responsibility. The problem studied in this study is how the Strategy for Coaching Employee Discipline at the Lhoksukon Subdistrict Office, North Aceh Regency and to determine the level of employee discipline at the Cot Girek Subdistrict Office, North Aceh Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive style by using techniques to obtain data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Strategy for Coaching Employee Discipline at the District Office of Lhoksukon, North Aceh Regency, namely by evaluating employee work targets, holding coaching for all staff and employees every month, and not signing SKP (employee work targets) which are performance targets. what employees must achieve. The level of discipline of employees at the Lhoksukon sub-district office generally has the highest level of discipline with a low level of discipline as many as 48.89% (10 respondents), 40% of employees (8 respondents) have a high level of discipline and others 11.11% ( 4 respondents) have a moderate level of discipline, this happens because of intentional factors such as often being late, often absent, often not coming home yet, not wearing uniforms and neglecting superior instructions and unintentional factors such as accidents.

Unveiling The Linguistic Journey: Investigating Word Class Acquisition In 3-5 Year Old Children Through A Qualitative Approach

Early childhood language development is a multifaceted and intricate process that includes the acquisitionof various linguistic components. However, occurrence of language delays or disorders among 3-5-years-old children is a significant challenge that can impede this progression. These delays or disorders can have asignificant impact on word class acquisition, which is a fundamental aspect of language development. Thisstudy aims to elucidate the diverse types of word classes observed in the language acquisition process ofchildren aged 3-5 years in North Aceh. Specifically, the investigation focuses on noun, verb, and adjectiveword classes. Employing a qualitative approach within a descriptive research framework. Thus, variousdata collection techniques including observation, listening, recording, note-taking, and documentation,were utilized in this study. Purposive sampling was employed, resulting in a sample size of 5 participants.These five participants were selected based on their age criteria, research site location, language proficiency,active engagement in interactions, as well as their availability and willingness to participate. The primarydata source encompassed children aged 3-5 years, with a particular emphasis on nouns, verbs, and adjectivesderived from conversational interactions. The results revealed three distinct types of word classes in thelanguage acquisition process of children aged 3-5 years. Firstly, the noun word class encompassed a rangeof entities, such as people, animals, fruits, flowers, food and drinks, tableware, sports equipment, clothing,plants, transportation equipment, and other nouns typically associated with the child’s environment.Secondly, the verb word class comprised verbs accompanied by objects and verbs without objects. Thirdly,the adjective word class characterized the state of nouns or objects, encompassing descriptors relatedto mental attitude, shape, size, color, mileage, temperature and humidity, power of energy, and senseimpressions. This study sheds light on the diverse nature of language learning in children aged 3-5 yearsby evaluating and analyzing these distinct word classes. Equally significant, by examining the linguisticpatterns and structures that emerged during this time period, this study contributes to our understanding of how children acquire language during the preschool years.

Implementation of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMG) Program Gampong Lancang Barat Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency

The Gampong-Owned Enterprises program is precisely in Gampong Lancang Barat, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. BUMG is one form of strategy to mobilize the economic sector and community empowerment, especially in Gampong. This BUMG is named BUMG Makmue Beusaree and currently there are two types of businesses that are still running, namely tent rental and ADG Printing located in Tambon Baroh Village, Krueng Geukueh. This research method uses a qualitative approach descriptive type of analysis and uses the theory of policy implementation proposed by Edward III which focuses on communication and resources. The phenomenon that occurs is related to the obstacles that hinder the BUMG program, including the lack of human resources who have expertise and the lack of communication and special socialization that makes the development of BUMG not optimal and has not been able to develop a wide range of community economic empowerment through the BUMG program, thus causing community participation to reduce its contribution. The results showed that the implementation of the BUMG program has been running conceptually, this is indicated by the benefits resulting from the BUMG program can increase the original income of Lancang Gampong Barat, the obstacle is the lack of community participation to contribute due to a lack of understanding of the program caused by a lack of socialization and coordination this makes its implementation not optimal, thus making the BUMG program unable to absorb a lot of labor or human resources from the Lancang Gampong Barat community. The village government must be able to assess the quality of the community for their abilities and create programs that are in accordance with the potential of the village so that the objectives of the BUMG program will be carried out properly.

The Effect of Compensation and Motivation on Performance Employees at Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of North Aceh

This research explores the intricate relationship between compensation, motivation, and employee performance within the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Aceh Regency. Through a quantitative approach employing multiple and simple linear regression analyses with SPSS, the study investigates the impact of compensation and motivation on employee performance, using a sample of 60 employees selected through random sampling. The findings indicate that both compensation and motivation significantly contribute to heightened employee performance, constituting crucial elements for organizational success. The compensation regression coefficient is 0.569, affirming that increased compensation positively influences employee performance. Similarly, the motivational regression coefficient is 1.022, suggesting that heightened motivation positively impacts employee performance. The study underscores the theoretical significance of recognizing compensation and motivation as pivotal factors in human resource management. Practical implications include the need for well-structured compensation systems and effective motivational strategies to optimize employee performance. Despite these contributions, caution is advised in generalizing findings, and future research could delve into additional factors influencing employee performance for a more comprehensive understanding in the public sector.

ANALISIS SWOT SEBAGAI STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA PRODUKSI TEH HERBAL ALAMI DAUN KELOR (Moringa oleifera) CV. ATLANTIC, ACEH UTARA

The aim of this study was to identify the important factors that influence the development of a natural herbal tea production business from Moringa oleifera leaves in Tanjung Ara Village, Tanah Jambo Aye District, North Aceh District. This study uses the case study method, with a focus on SWOT analysis, to find different business development strategies. Five key respondents were selected to provide input on internal and external strategic factors that influence business development. According to the results of the study, the alternative SO strategy obtained the highest score and was suggested as the best strategy that is feasible to apply in the development of natural herbal tea production of Moringa leaves.

Correlation of Visual Distraction Method Toward Pain Reduction in Preschool Children at The Emergency Installation

Child's reaction in overcoming the crisis is influenced by the level of age, experience of the process being sick and treated, the support system available, and coping skills in dealing with stress. Preschool-age children is very difficult to understand the invasive procedures that can cause pain such as during IV insertion. When a child is hospitalized usually the child will be given an infusion. The infusion is done in order to gets the fulfillment of nutrition, fluids, and medicines. Yet, when the infusion installed on children, they can feel pain. The aims of study to determine the relationship between the visual distraction method and the reduction of pain in infusion preschool children. The population in this study was pre-school children who were treated at the Emergency Room. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling with a total sample of 105 people. The research results obtained with a confidence level of 95% (α 0.05), it is known that the p value or Asymp value Sig. (2-sided) which is 0.001 means that the P value is 0.001 ≤ 0.05, this shows that there is a significant relationship between the Visual Distraction Method and the Pain Reduction Method in Infusion for Pre-School Children in the Emergency Room at Cut Meutia hospital of North Aceh. The use of nonpharmacological techniques has a significant impact on pain management in children. Various non-pharmacological measures that can be performed include using the distraction method. Audiovisual distraction therapy is thought to help release endorphins which have a function to reduce stress and pain.

Reorienting Islamic Education in Aceh: Paradigm and Strategies of Dayah Leaders in the Last Two Decades

This article aims to shed light on Abu's (a Dayah leader in Aceh) paradigm and strategy in reorienting Islamic education inside the dayah educational framework in the last two decades. Even now, the Acehnese people's socio-religious life still accepts and includes the traditional Islamic educational institution known as dayah. However, Dayah must adapt to the dynamics of the changing times to ensure its graduates to participate more fully in society. The Dayah in West-South and East-North coasts of Aceh are the subjects of this qualitative study using a multi-site case study. They are Dayah Asasul Islamiyah in East Aceh, Dayah Madinatuddiniyah Nurul Huda in North Aceh, Dayah Madinatuddiniyah Darul 'Ulumiddin in Southwest Aceh, and Dayah Darussalam Labuhan Haji in South Aceh. The research data was gathered through purposeful-snowballing in-depth interviewing techniques with a variety of informants, including Abu as the dayah's leader. After that, the data is processed using interactive analytic procedures, which include condensing, presenting, and concluding. According to the study's findings, Aceh's dayah leaders' (Abu) paradigm has shifted from being exclusive and orthodox to being inclusive and flexible during the dayah's current period of development. The Mua'dalah programme and the higher education programme Ma'had Aly were both implemented as part of Abu's strategy to reorient Islamic education in dayah, as well as the training of human resources to become educators,

Problematika Pengasuhan Single Parent dalam Pendidikan Moral Keagamaan bagi Anak di Keluarga

The purpose of this study was to find out how the problems of single-parent parenting in religious moral education for children in the family. To achieve this goal, researchers used field research methods (field research) which are qualitative. The research was conducted in May 2021 at Uteun Geulilnggang Village, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Data collection techniques used are through interviews, observation, and documentation. To test the validity of this research data, the researcher used triangulation. While the analysis of research data includes: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results obtained from the study concluded that there were two problems in parenting faced by single parents, namely the first socio-economic problems in the form of problems affecting children's religious moral education and the second problems of children's religious moral education in the family itself. Socio-economic problems include aspects of providing a living, caring for children, and paying attention to child psychology. In this socio-economic problem, the majority of single parents only fulfill one aspect. The results of the study suggest that being a single parent is not an obstacle in parenting, good single parents are single parents who can provide balanced time, income, and attention for children.

SOSIALISASI IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER BERBASIS MULTIKULTURAL DI KOTA LHOKSEUMAWE

Community service (PKM) activities in the form of Dissemination of the Implementation of Multicultural-Based Character Education in Lhokseumawe City to the Managers of the Cultural Site of Samudra Pasai Kingdom's Royal Tomb Complex and the people reides around the Site in the Gampong Beuringeun, Samudera District, North Aceh Regency, on October 3, 2022. The target participants for this socialization activity were administrators of the Site and the residents around it. The socialization activity was carried out by the PKM Team consisting of lecturers and students of the Social Science Education Study Program, Almuslim University Postgraduate Program as a form of maximizing the meaning of diversity from the level of social status of society and interpreting the importance of historical heritage in the cultural site of Samudra Pasai Kingdom. This socialization activity were expected to increase public awareness and management of the Samudra Pasai Kingdom to improve character in socializing with various levels of social status in society. In addition, this socialization activity is a means of increasing love for historical heritage in the Samudra Pasai Kingdom and continuing to instill the meaning of togetherness and instilling the character of loving the environment by continuing to maintain the cleanliness of historical heritage objects. Thus, it can create a generation that can implement multicultural-based character education.

Rapfish: A Rapid Appraisal Technique to Evaluate the Sustainability Status of Pelagic Fisheries in North Aceh Waters

Rapfish is used as an indicator to assess pelagic fisheries' sustainability in Aceh's northern waters. This study aims to determine the sustainability of pelagic fishing and the factors that mostly influence the sustainability of pelagic fisheries. Surveys and interviews with questionnaires were conducted in collecting data, then analyzed by RAPFISH analysis with five dimensions. The results show that the ecological and economic dimensions are in a quite sustainable category, the social dimension is in a less sustainable category, the technological dimension is in the very sustainable category and the institutional dimension is in the less sustainable category. In addition, there are several indicators that most influence the sustainability of pelagic fisheries with purse seine on the ecological dimensions; (1) the location of fishing grounds; (2) the Fishing season. The economic dimension is influenced by (1) assistance from the government; (2) dependence on subsidies. Meanwhile, the social dimension is influenced by (1) The development of the number of fishermen; (2) The level of conflict. Lastly, the technological dimensions which influenced by (1) fishing vessel size; (2) Mechanical power, and institutional dimensions (1) The role of customary leadership, and (2) Fishermen's involvement in the process of preparing management regulations

Gambaran Status Gizi Pada Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru (TB Paru) Usia 0-5 Tahun yang Menjalani Rawat Jalan di Poli Anak RSUD Cut Meutia Aceh Utara Tahun 2022

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the germ Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which can attack various organs, especially the lungs. This disease if not treated or treatment until complete it will cause dangerous complications until death. Objective: To determine the picture of nutritional status in Pulmonary TB patients aged 0-5 years who undergo outpatient treatment at the Children's Poly of RSUD Cut Meutia North Aceh in 2022. Method: This study is a descriptive research conducted from September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022. Results: The age of respondents diagnosed with Pulmonary TB was at most 13-24 months and 49-60 months respectively (25%) with the highest sex of respondents being men (55%). Nutritional Status in the measurement of BB / U is the most with normal weight (50%), TB / U index obtained normal height (60%), BB / TB index and BMI / U have the most good nutritional status (65%). Conclusion: Variations in the nutritional status of pulmonary TB patients were obtained at the Children's Poly of RSUD Cut Meutia Aceh

Aplikasi Pengukuran Penggunaan Prebiotik untuk Tanaman Jagung di Kabupaten Aceh Utara Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto Berbasis Web

Corn, along with rice and wheat, is one of the world's most significant food crops. Crop failures are a common concern for farmers, and one of the causes is the use of unsuitable fertilizers, which can limit the growth of organs and plant structure as a whole. Because good corn plant growth and high yields require the use of good and appropriate fertilizer for corn plants, this system is designed to recommend fertilization for plants based on the variables required by plants, namely soil pH, air temperature, humidity, rainfall, rainy days, altitude area, solar radiation, and land area, as determined by the agricultural service. Where each value is calculated using a specified set of each criterion, namely little, medium, and high. The outcomes of these computations are the final result of this decision system, namely suggestions for fertilizer usage in liters to assist farmers in analyzing fertilizer use for corn plants in North Aceh District. As in prior works, Tsukamoto's fuzzy technique is applied in this decision-making system to handle data values with a very high level of uncertainty or ambiguity.

Strengthening the Role of Women (wives) of Fishermen Through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs to Improve the Fishermen's Economy on the Coast of North Aceh, Indonesian

Purpose:This study confers growth the female role of fishermen during CSR programs to recover the frugality of fishermen on the Northern Aceh coast. During a CSR program based on strengthening the role of women, it is hoped that it can increase the economic revenue of fishing families along the Northern Aceh coast. Method:This research uses a sociological legal method, with news causes consisting of primary data and secondary data. This research is qualitative study using a sociological legal approach. Primary data collection is supervised by structured interview techniques, while secondary data collection is supervised by searching the literature in the form of regulations and protocols, journal books, and research results. Results and Conclusions: The findings of the research are that CSR programs were not administered by the firm as prescribed in the laws and prinmethodciplesre. One of the initiatives that companies can take to strengthen the role of coastal women is to conduct coaching or skill growth Exercising for fishermen's wives to manage the family economy. Research implications: Exercising or leadership can be given for dry fish making, brick and woven pallet making business. Exercising is supervised from the production stage to advertising. Originality/value: The Exercising is supervised with mentors to successful entrepreneurs who are qualified and have many rewards, including monitoring and evaluation for the growth of the firm's program.
