The article develops and substantiates the information and methodological basis for the development of platforms for spatial management of natural resource assets, the development of which is performed using the provisions of synergetic and structural information approaches to the formation of applied tools for assessing and counter forecasting the development and use of natural resources of the state and its regions. It is planned to build, within the subsystems of functional and decision-making and development of communicative metaspace, which is included in the spatial management system, sustainable theoretical-analytical and applied models with a high degree of approximation of characteristics and comparative assessment of optimal natural assets for involvement within business ecosystems of Ukraine, available natural resources in the context of the formation of a national economy of the platform type as a result of strengthening the competitive positions of participants in sustainable management and increasing the effectiveness of spatial management. It is proved that the use of information and methodological platforms in a single format is appropriate for use by experts and users at different management levels. The structure, content and functions of information and methodological support of the system of spatial management of natural resource assets of the platform type are improved. It includes a set of target programs MiNerGy v.5.0 and MINprojet v.3, where the algorithm of two blocks to perform economic-statistical and stochastic counter-forecasts, used, along with standard packages «Statistica +» and Windows-applications Excel, Access (included in the author's technologies) tool environment of cognitive-information systems of the third intellectual level, which are developed using neural networks Neiro Pro 0.25 and Brain Maker 3.11.
