AbstractSustainable synthesis of novel Calcium magnesium ferrite nanomaterial was carried out in this work using aloe vera plant extract as a fuel for the combustion method. Structural characterizations of the synthesized material shows the crystallite size∼ 14 nm with cubic structure and chemical bonds between Ca−O and Fe−O. Porous nature and agglomerated particles were observed in morphological analysis. Modified carbon paste, glassy carbon and screen printed electrodes were prepared using the synthesized nanomaterial for biomolecules sensing using cyclic voltammetry technique. Therefore, the present green synthesized CMF nanoparticles modified carbon paste electrode shows significantly high sensitivity and hence it can be used as a sensor for biomedical application. Employing the agar disc diffusion technique, the antimicrobial activity of the synthesized nanoparticles was ascertained. C against the pathogens like Pseudomonas spp., E coli, and Staphylococcus spp.
