The general objective of the research is to formulate a development model for the cultivation of multiple biota (Gracilaria sp and Chanos chanos) as a pillar as the main support for the implementation of the development of the milkfish- agar agroindustry in the province of Central Sulawesi. The research was conducted in 3 districts producing seaweed and milkfish, namely, Morowali Regency, Parimo Regency and Donggala Regency. Each district is represented by 2 sub-districts which are the largest producers of seaweed so that there are 6 sub-districts. This research using a survey method by taking samples directly in the field by simple random sampling and purposive sampling, GIS methods for land suitability and SWOT analysis. Seaweed processing technology and marketing analysis supported SWOT analysis as requirements for development model of dual biota cultivation. The results showed that The suitability of the land is mostly suitable for the cultivation of milkfish and seaweed in Donggala Regency (716.09 Ha), Parimo Regency (674.91 Ha) and Morowali Regency (118.33ha). supported by water quality condition in 3 Regency which is quite optimal for the land suitability for cultivation of seaweed and milkfish, as well as factors that support the development model of milkfish-agar agroindustry.
