ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ КОНТЕКСТНО-ЧУТЛИВОГО АЛГОРИТМУ МОНІТОРИНГУ КІБЕРБЕЗПЕКИ НА ОСНОВІ РЕКУРЕНТНИХ НЕЙРОННИХ МЕРЕЖ

The most common problems faced by modern information and communication systems (ICS) in the context of combating cyber threats were examined in the paper. The importance of ensuring the reliable operation of ICS, and protecting their users' private data from unauthorized interception or destruction was emphasized. The main principles of effective protection of ICS systems against possible interference in their work were defined. The classification of cyber threats and their impact on the functioning of information systems was presented. Features of the use of modern information technologies were determined, such as machine learning (ML), and recurrent neural networks (RNN) for increasing the effectiveness of detecting and preventing such threats, speeding up the process of calculating large volumes of information about various aspects of the work of information and communication systems. The parameters of the analysis of ICS behavior, which indicate the presence of problems in cyber security, were studied. The features and advantages of deploying RNN in ICS were analyzed, which makes it possible to simplify the tasks of cyber defense. A modified context-sensitive algorithm for cyber security monitoring (CCM-RNN) was proposed, which is based on RNN and allows taking into account the dynamics of system changes in the established context, for example, the type or volume of traffic from users, etc. The method of selecting the most effective parameters and properties of ICS for detecting cyber threats was improved. The results of the study of the effectiveness of the use of the modified CCM-RNN algorithm demonstrated its broad capabilities for fast and accurate detection of anomalies in the operation of ICs that may threaten their cyber security. By changing the number of properties of the CCM-RNN algorithm, which correspond to the characteristics of various aspects of the IC, it is possible to achieve the maximum accuracy of cyber threat detection. The modified algorithm also allows for the reduction of the duration of calculations during analysis. Based on the research results, a conclusion was made about the feasibility of using the proposed modified CCM-RNN algorithm for the ability to detect cyber security threats in ICS by flexibly adjusting the number and type of learning parameters of neural networks. In this way, the accuracy and duration of calculations were optimized, as well as the peculiarities and contexts of information and communication systems were taken into account.

Novel intrusion detection system based on a downsized kernel method for cybersecurity in smart agriculture

Smart farming aims to ameliorate the quantity and quality of farms products using modern information and communication technologies. Agriculture has always used cutting-edge technology to improve profitability, efficiency, and safety as well as creating the opportunity for more environmentally friendly operations. In smart agriculture network communication between smart devices is necessary to managing the agriculture process. Consequently, the possibility of information being exposed to hacking is very likely, which makes the information security system extremely important and cannot be neglected. Even though many solutions have been developed to overcome cyberattacks in smart networks, some limitations are observed, such as solving multi-class problems, high feature dimensions, and overhead computation. To address the aforementioned issues, an intelligent Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for identifying cyberattacks in the Internet of Agriculture Things (IoAT) is proposed. The developed model uses a proposed reduced kernel method, the Downsized Kernel Partial Least Square (DKPLS) to extract and reduce data feature dimension to improve detection performance. The DRKPLS approach is used to reduce the dimension of a kernel matrix generated using the Kernel Partial Least Square (KPLS) technique by selecting the most important features. In classification phase, the Kernel Extreme Learning Machine (KELM) is used to classify data for binary and multi-class classification. The proposed IDS is evaluated on a new Industrial IoT Dataset, X-IIoTID. The developed approach achieved higher performances for binary classification and for multi–class classification compared to others machine learning and deep learning approaches. The proposed approach achieved an accuracy rate of 99.92% for binary classification and 99.99% for multi–class classification. Furthermore, the higher percentage in multi-class classification is obtained for the two types of attacks Ransom Denial of Service (RDoS) and Command_Control respectively.

Digital human rights: doctrinal principles

The authors note that the digitization of public services has taken place, which has led to the transition of most or at least a significant number of public services to an electronic format and allowed us to talk about the emergence of concepts of electronic state (government) (e-government). The step-by-step transformation of state data management based on digital technologies, the development of complex super-services for citizens and businesses to receive public services in one click (DIY) was called «digital public administration». However, a clear definition and framework of the concept of «digital human rights» has yet to be developed. They seem to cover all human rights in the context of digitization and the development of modern information and communication technologies. It can be considered that this is the field of information law, which regulates human rights related to the use of information technologies. This includes the regulation of relations in the field of personal data processing, publication of information on the network, processing of big data, application of artificial intelligence, etc. The purpose of the scientific article is to consider the concept of digital rights and their implementation in the Ukrainian and European legal space, taking into account the contribution of Ukrainian scientists. The digital revolution that has swept the world has significantly changed the way people communicate, work and live. However, this rapid technological development brings with it new challenges for the protection of human rights. This article examines the concept of digital human rights and their dimensions in the Ukrainian and European context. It is indicated that the study and protection of digital human rights in the modern world requires a comprehensive approach, taking into account both Ukrainian and European experience. The works of domestic scientists testify to the urgency of the problem and indicate the need for further research in this area. Digital human rights are becoming an integral part of modern society, where technology is rapidly changing the way we live and interact. Ukraine, like other countries, faces many challenges in the field of digital rights, which are caused by the rapid development of information and communication technologies. From this context: first, understanding digital rights and their importance becomes a necessity for every member of society. People should be aware of their rights and responsibilities in the digital space, especially regarding the protection of privacy and personal data; secondly, the development of digital rights in Ukraine should take into account the best practices of European countries and global standards. Improving legislation, increasing public awareness and developing cyber defense are aspects that require immediate attention; thirdly, the importance of cooperation between the state, citizens, business and the scientific community. Effective and sustainable solutions to ensure the digital rights of Ukrainians can only be created through joint efforts.

Research on the Model of Public Physical Teaching in Universities in the Context of Modern Information Technology

With the advent of the information and network era, new opportunities have emerged for the development of educational and teaching work. In the context of public physical teaching in universities, the rational application of modern information technology based on actual development situations plays a significant role. It can enrich teaching methods, improve teaching efficiency, meet students' diverse learning experiences, and ensure the quality and efficiency of teaching. However, due to objective factors, there are still some problems in the actual application process, such as the limited ability of some teachers to use information technology and the lack of investment in teaching resources, which directly limit the advantages of information technology and even affect the final teaching effectiveness, leading to counterproductive effects. Therefore, in the future development, it is necessary to strengthen the information technology training for teachers, improve their application ability and information literacy, so that they can better integrate modern information technology with physical teaching. When conditions permit, increase the investment in information technology, improve infrastructure construction, and provide necessary hardware support for public physical teaching in universities.

Digitalization of agriculture in the Republic of Belarus: technological solutions for development

The Republic of Belarus, striving for modern technologies, is actively introducing innovations into the agricultural sector. One of the main advantages of digitalization of agriculture is the opportunity to increase production efficiency and improve product quality. Thanks to the use of modern information technologies, agricultural producers can manage all aspects of their farms, from planning crops to harvesting and crop storage conditions. This allows you to more accurately allocate resources, increase productivity, as well as reduce losses and avoid possible risks.

Modern Information Technologies in the Professional Education of Future Primary School Teachers

The article examines the problem of using information technologies in the educational and professional training of future primary school teachers. The authors found that the integration of digital resources into the educational process can effectively solve didactic tasks. It provides opportunities for virtual travel and improves the accessibility and efficiency of education. The application of information technologies contributes to enhancing the educational process. They prepare future teachers to function within the information society and promote the development of critical thinking and creativity among students. The new approach puts the teacher at the center of the educational process. This approach takes into account the professional competencies and personal interests of educators to promote the improvement of methodological, organizational, and technological support for personalized learning. The paper investigated the possibilities of using information technologies in the educational process to train future primary school teachers. The methodology included a systematic approach and general theoretical scientific methods. They include analysis, synthesis, and systematization of the research material on the role of digital technologies in the training of future primary school teachers. The research methodology employed two indicators to assess the psychological and emotional qualities of students, namely: assessment of communication skills; analysis of cultural and value orientations. The research results showed a high level of discomfort related to the current educational system. Nearly half of the respondents experience psychological and emotional stress due to the existing teaching format. In addition, as a result of the program implementation, it was found that the configuration model of student-centered learning applied to distance learning had a significant impact on students. The statistical analysis of the chi-square indices of overall conformity (χ2 = 0.36....1) indicates a high conformity of the data set.

Research on the Transformation and Upgrading of News Media based on the Internet of Things era

The rise of the so-called "Internet of Things" heralds the arrival of innovative improvements in the dissemination technologies that are the basis for the development and improvement of a wide variety of forms of media. It has gone a long way from the early days of digitization and networking, and now it even incorporates intelligence. In the past, it did not have this capability. The widespread adoption of technology based on the Internet of Things will lead to profound shifts in the efficiency of media communication, as well as the transformation and upgrading of communication intelligence, the explosive growth of the communication platform, the emergence of a high degree of integration between "content production" and new communication techniques, and other developments related to these trends. It is generally agreed upon that the Internet of Things will be the primary impetus behind the next age of information technology as well as the expansion of the global economy. It is communicative, modular, and organized when it comes to the transmission of information. The ever-expanding media sector won't be a problem for this roomy facility. People's perspectives on the function of the media will shift as a result of the Internet of Things since it will make it feasible to intelligently update various types of media that are already in existence. Consumers will have access to a broad range of data presented in a number of formats as a direct consequence of the Internet of Things. It is feasible to expand the media applications of the Internet of Things by concentrating on one of these three areas: the development of a new media service system; the production of new media content; or the undertaking of a new media life challenge. This article examines the deconstruction of the primary body of dissemination pertaining to the Internet of Things from five distinct vantage points. Topics covered include the Internet of Things' news dissemination materials as well as dissemination objects. There are a number of different ways in which the framework of news dissemination may be made more effective, including bringing it up to date, enhancing its function, improving its platforms, fortifying its content, and increasing the breadth of its coverage. In terms of rebuilding and reconstruction, talk about the positive and constructive functions that modern information technology plays in the news broadcasting industry. In addition, the purpose of this article is to investigate the impact that the Internet of Things has on the method by which news is disseminated and the media business as a whole, as well as the relationship that exists between the social application of IoT technology and the news media. This article will hopefully widen the breadth of usage for internet of things technology in the news distribution sector by investigating a variety of different techniques. It is anticipated that in addition to accomplishing this goal, this work will also contribute to the proliferation of conventional media.

Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) in IT Networks: A Leap Beyond Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH)

This transition marks a pivotal advancement in the performance of Information Technology (IT) networks, offering unparalleled improvements in bandwidth, scalability, and efficiency. DWDM technology enables the simultaneous transmission of multiple data streams across a single optical fiber by using different wavelengths of light, significantly enhancing data throughput and network capacity. This article delves into the technical foundations of DWDM, compares its performance enhancements over SDH systems, and explores its impact on modern IT network infrastructure.

МАТЕМАТИЧНЕ МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ПРОСТОРОВИХ КОЛИВАНЬ РУХОМОГО СКЛАДУ ЗАЛІЗНИЦЬ

The development of railway transport is accompanied by the introduction of innovative equipment and modern information technologies. The creation of railway rolling stock and rail machinery requires an assessment of their strength and dynamic qualities even at the stage of design and experimental production, therefore, the development of specialized software for evaluating the main parameters of the rolling stock structures being created is an urgent scientific and applied problem for railway transport and transport engineering. Theoretical studies of spatial fluctuations of certain types of railway rolling stock were performed and recommendations were obtained for the formation of parameters of the structures of freight cars and special rolling stock. When conducting theoretical research, the author's DYNRAIL-PRO software complex was used, which was verified and the reliability of the calculation results was proven.

The work explores the possibilities of modern information technology in the organization of production using artificial intelligence to achieve high efficiency and increase competitiveness. The application of machine learning algorithms and data analysis allows you to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve production management. Artificial intelligence is used in product quality management by analyzing data on production processes, detecting defects and predicting possible problems. The main problems of introducing artificial intelligence into computer systems are the impossibility of predicting all real situations and programming the machine to respond appropriately to them, insufficient reliability and errors in the software. TEACHING PIANO USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN A MODERN UNIVERSITY

This study represents an analysis of the modern educational process in the field of development of piano performance skills in higher educational institutions. The author characterises the foundations of music education, as well as the role of modern information technologies, which have become widespread in this area. The article also provides factors that negatively affect the development of this aspect of music education, among which special attention is paid to the low level of competence and the use of digital devices. The author considers special software that can increase the effectiveness of learning to play the piano. As a result, it was found that due to the widespread use of information technologies, there is a need to integrate them into the educational process, as well as to adjust the piano teaching methods. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to increase the level of competence of the teaching staff, improve teaching methods, as well as the education system as a whole, which should reflect modern global trends.

Study on Comparative Analysis of Production of Dry Fruit Economic Forest Products Based on Big Data

The analysis of economic forest products production in Shandong Province mainly focuses on economic forest production and output value as well as economic forest plantation area, capital and labour input. By analysing the above, the basic situation of economic forest products production in Shandong Province can be understood on a macro level, laying the foundation for the subsequent study of the relevant data of the farmers, and at the same time providing a reference for the relevant management. There is an obvious gap between the production value of economic forest products in Shandong Province and that of the whole country. By combining modern information technologies such as 3S, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and other modern information technologies, we have established an integrated modern forest cultivation technology system ranging from the intelligent evaluation of forest terrain conditions, ecological environment simulation and simulation to the precise monitoring and diagnosis of forest growth, intelligent equipment and variable irrigation and fertilisation, etc. It is of great practical significance to expand the scale of production value of economic forest products in Shandong Province and narrow the gap with the national average level by carrying out research on the production and management efficiency of economic forest products in Shandong Province.

Issues of Public Administration in the Age of Digitalization

The subject of the study is the possibility of citizens’ participation in public administration through the use of modern information technologies (hereinafter — IT). The article analyzes in detail the issues of public attitudes towards the use of IT. It is shown how in the conditions of increasing influence of actively developing IT, which plays a central role in the formation of modern economy and has a significant impact on various aspects of economic growth, productivity and innovation, despite the lack of a universally recognized definition of the category “public administration”, the readiness of people to use IT to participate in public administration is clearly seen, while at the same time the legislators perceive it as some private novelties, but not as a system-forming force, capable of using IT in public administration. The methodological basis of the work was the general scientific methods of system analysis and generalization of normative, scientific and practical materials and others. The scientific novelty of the article is determined by the fact that it is a comprehensive study of the possibility of citizens to use information technologies and systems in public administration. The most significant results include the formulated proposals to improve the current legislation, as well as the existing law enforcement practice.

Efficient Model on Corp Disease and Pest Detection with Deep Learning

Agricultural production faces significant challenges due to pests and diseases, causing substantial losses in crop yield globally. Traditional methods of pest and disease management are often manual, time-consuming, and prone to errors. In recent years, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, particularly deep learning algorithms, with modern information and communication technology has shown promising results in addressing these challenges. This paper presents a comprehensive review of recent advancements in applying deep learning for detecting and classifying agricultural pests, diseases, and weeds. Various deep learning models, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs) such as Faster R-CNN, InceptionV3, DenseNet, and AlexNet, have been explored for their efficacy in identifying pests, diseases, and weeds in crops. While models like Faster R-CNN, InceptionV3, and DenseNet have demonstrated high accuracy rates ranging from 78.71% to 99.62% in classification tasks across different datasets and crops, the AlexNet architecture has also shown promising results in certain applications within agricultural image analysis. Additionally, the development of lightweight CNN architectures and the fusion of deep features with traditional handcrafted features have further enhanced the accuracy and efficiency of detection systems. Furthermore, the review discusses challenges and future research directions in the field, emphasizing the importance of large-scale datasets, model optimization, and real-time applications for practical implementation in agriculture. Overall, the findings highlight the potential of deep learning technologies, including models like AlexNet, in revolutionizing pest and disease management practices, leading to improved crop yield, food security, and sustainable agriculture. Review of Research on the Development of Cold-Chain Logistics of Agricultural Products in China

The growth of cold-chain logistics of agricultural products in China has become a central issue from all walks of life. With the constant growth of the economy and the growth in the standard of living, it has become increasingly prominent as a key link to ensure food safety and enhance the added value of agricultural products. Although the acceleration of urbanization and the trend of consumption upgrading have facilitated the rapid growth of the market needs for cold-chain logistics of agricultural goods, the government has accordingly entered a series of support policies to stimulate the application of modern information technology in cold-chain logistics of farm products, compared to developed nations, a significant disparity exists in terms of infrastructure, technical level, and management system in China. Therefore, it has become urgent to enhance the cold-chain logistics of farm produce in China to strengthen infrastructure construction, enhance the degree of data technology utilization, and facilitate the application of new technologies and models. This paper conducts and analyzes the rising status of cold-chain logistics of agricultural goods nationally and internationally, conducts an in-depth analysis of existing problems by existing scholars, finds out the deep-seated reasons behind it, and points out the direction for the continuous improvement and innovative development of cold-chain logistics of agricultural products in China.

The Evolution of Perspectives on the role of Digitalisation in the Development of Labour Relations and Human Resources Policy

Digital transformation has a significant impact on the labor market as a whole and on social and labor relations within each individual organization. This study examines the evolution of perspectives on the application of information technologies in the functioning of the organizational unit responsible for Human Resources. Study use a comprehensive chronological analysis of over 70 scientific works published from the 1970s to the present. Results indicate that an increase in the intensity of the influence of information technologies on the Human Resources, as well as on social-labor relationships. This influence has evolved, starting from the use of computers as a means of storing personnel information and the potential for remote working, and culminating in the global impact of modern information technologies on social-labor relationships and labor market – the emergence of new forms of employment, changes in the job management, the simultaneous creation of new jobs and the threat to many existing ones. Additionally, study introduces analysis of the evolution of perspectives on the ethical component of digitalizing labor relations and personnel policy.

Research on the Integration of Ideological and Political Education into Secondary School English Curriculum based on Ubiquitous Learning Platform

The emergence and advancement of modern information technology have provided significant support for the transition from traditional classroom interactive learning to virtual learning, mobile learning, and further to ubiquitous learning, reflecting the concept of people-oriented and lifelong learning. This paper introduces the ubiquitous learning platform, illustrates the importance of ideological and political education, and emphasizes the significance of integrating ideological elements into the secondary school English curriculum using the ubiquitous learning platform. Furthermore, it focuses on the challenges and difficulties faced in implementing ideological and political education in the secondary school English curriculum through the ubiquitous learning platform, and proposes some possible approaches.
