In the article, through theoretical analysis and research of logistics development indicators in modern companies, the importance and features of the introduction of artificial intelligence are determined. Artificial intelligence (AI) is considered one of the most revolutionary technologies in modern history. Enterprises use AI to optimize their resources and improve operational efficiency. For companies wishing to introduce new technologies, artificial intelligence offers many advantages. AI has wide applications in supply chains and logistics. It is applied using many different applications that are used all over the world. The desire to remain competitive leads enterprises to decide to use more high-precision, modern equipment to improve production operations. The industry leaders are the companies that apply the latest technologies most decisively. Innovative solutions increase the efficiency of management tasks, which include prompt order fulfillment, improved inventory accuracy, shorter delivery times and more accurate forecasting models. The study helped to identify not only the advantages and benefits of implementing AI in enterprises, but also possible risks. A thorough examination has been conducted on the digital transformation within the multimodal transport corridors of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This transformation is intended to be implemented through cutting-edge technological advancements and adherence to standards, in collaboration with the business community encompassing trade, IT, and the transportation sector. Using SWOT analysis, the consequences of the introduction of AI have been studied both at the mycological and macrological levels of enterprise functioning. Based on all the studied data, the indicators that a company must have in order to implement an innovative technology called Artificial Intelligence are presented.

Main aspects of innovation management in the energy sector

The study is aimed at identifying the main aspects of innovation management in the energy sector. The need for research is determined by the demand for the development of the global energy sector to implement strategies for sustainable development of countries and ensure energy security. It is argued that the intensity of innovation has affected all areas of activity, including energy. Key aspects of innovation management in the energy sector are identified. Modern innovative technologies of energy saving, wireless energy transmission, and the development of renewable energy sources are classified. The role of technology companies in the implementation of innovations in the energy sector to optimize existing processes and approaches to energy generation is emphasized. The most effective innovative technologies in the energy sector have been identified: innovative energy storage; artificial intelligence in microgrids; Blockchain and renewable energy sources in the context of innovation. The need for innovation to increase efficiency and optimize processes in modern companies is brought to light. The main results of the study are characterized by the fact that the main aspects of innovation management in the energy sector are identified, which applied in practice when developing strategy for the long-term development of the energy sector.

A design framework for shuttle-based automated storage systems

Shuttle-based automated storage systems are blooming in modern companies as well as research interest in these systems due to their high storage density, flexibility, and short cycle time. This study aims to introduce a novel design framework exploring different layout configurations affecting system performance under three main dimensions: racks, material handling vehicles, and buffer areas. This taxonomy supports the definition of a standard notation and increases the awareness of future industrial and academic research regarding variant design configurations. A review of the literature reveals the state-of-art and existing gaps.

A Study on the Implication of E-Accounting in Modern Business

Electronic Accounting (E-accounting) is considered a new concept in the field of accounting. E-accounting replaces paper with electronic sources for accounting records and documentation. It retains a lot of time, zeal, paper and funds for any type of organisation. New software for recording accounting transactions is released every day which is giving technological improvements. E-accounting is characterised as the use of Internet technologies and online applications for business accounting. Additionally, it helps organisations maintain their accounting software and financial data in a secure manner while granting authorised users real-time access regardless of location or computer platform. The objective of the paper is to understand the basic concept of E-accounting, the characteristics of E-accounting, its benefits and drawbacks, and its conclusion. The purpose of this study is to shed light on the implications of E-accounting in modern companies. The review of related literature that was used to develop the study’s theoretical framework served as the secondary source of data for this report. According to surveys, many businesses fail not just due to low-quality products, a lack of qualified employees, or managerial problems, but also because of bad accounting procedures. It has been determined that the company needs to switch to current accounting procedures from outdated ones.

КОНКУРЕНЦІЯ: ГЕНЕЗИС ІСТОРИЧНИХ ПІДХОДІВ ТА СУЧАСНІ ФОРМИ КОНКУРЕНТНИХ ВІДНОСИН МІЖ СУБ’ЄКТАМИ ГОСПОДАРЮВАННЯ

Competition is one of the key categories and an integral attribute of a market economy. The ambiguity of this phenomenon forms many of its definitions, various concepts and methods of its research. Despite the general development of economic science and improved understanding of the functioning mechanism of the market economic system, there is still no generally accepted theory of competition. At the same time, the need to create such a theory is constantly growing due to profound changes taking place in the economic systems of states. These transformations provoke the emergence of new forms of competitive relations between subjects of the world market, which are related to the impact of scientific and technological progress on economic development. The article examines and summarizes various concepts of prominent scientists regarding the interpretation of the "competition" category, examines the evolution of the theory of competition, and identifies the features of modern competition. In general, competition is considered in the article as: rivalry between subjects on the market; the mechanism of regulation of supply and demand in the market, competition between the traditional and the innovative. There are three main levels of competition between market entities. Much attention is also focused on the examination of this category, based on three approaches to its interpretation (behavioral, structural and functional). The behavioral approach to the concept of "competition" involves the struggle of enterprises among themselves, which is conducted for the most favorable conditions for the sale of goods. According to the structural approach, the concept of competition has strengthened its position due to its consideration as a competition rather than a rivalry. The functional approach outlines the place and meaning of competition in the economy. On the basis of this study, it was concluded that the implementation of innovations is the main mechanism for achieving sustainable competitive advantages, and more and more modern companies are reorienting their strategies based on cooperation in business instead of competition.

The Future of Marketing Analytics: Trends and Emerging Technologies

The study gives a summary of marketing analytics, its importance in modern companies, and the changing environment influenced by technological progress. It stresses the need to keep abreast of trends and approaches to improve organisational results. The literature review explores important elements of marketing analytics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, personalization, consumer segmentation, and the growing significance of augmented reality and virtual reality. It delves into how these technologies and approaches are changing marketing strategies. The discussion section analyses the consequences of new trends and technology in marketing analytics. The text delves into the impact of AI, machine learning, omni-channel analytics, predictive analytics, real-time analytics, voice and visual search, content personalisation, and ethical issues on the evolution of marketing tactics. The conclusion emphasises the importance of marketing analytics in comprehending client behaviour and fostering corporate growth. It stresses the need to keep abreast of developing trends and technology to be competitive in the changing marketing environment. This study provides future suggestions derived from the examination of present trends in marketing analytics. The recommendation includes adopting new technologies, customizing consumer interactions, using predictive analytics, investing in talent development, balancing data privacy with personalization, utilizing social media, and tracking ROI.

The article examines the impact of artificial intelligence on the development of the modern Russian economy, industrial enterprises and companies, marketing centers and firms. The authors not only make a narrative review and analysis of the use of artificial intelligence, but also highlight its advantages and disadvantages when implemented in the domestic economy. Banks and scientific manufacturing enterprises and companies were the first to introduce artificial intelligence into their work. Users of mobile applications and systems are almost daily confronted with modern innovations in the banking sector. Today, artificial intelligence is firmly gaining its position and is widely implemented by many large enterprises and companies, as well as small firms. It’s no secret that the future of the economy, banking, insurance, medicine, education, space and other industries lies with artificial intelligence, but you need to use its benefits with great caution, taking into account all the risks.

Transitioning to a Commercial Dashboarding System: Socio-Technical Observations and Opportunities.

Many long-established, traditional manufacturing businesses are becoming more digital and data-driven to improve their production. These companies are embracing visual analytics in these transitions through their adoption of commercial dashboarding systems. Although a number of studies have looked at the technical challenges of adopting these systems, very few have focused on the socio-technical issues that arise. In this paper, we report on the results of an interview study with 17 participants working in a range of roles at a long-established, traditional manufacturing company as they adopted Microsoft Power BI. The results highlight a number of socio-technical challenges the employees faced, including difficulties in training, using and creating dashboards, and transitioning to a modern digital company. Based on these results, we propose a number of opportunities for both companies and visualization researchers to improve these difficult transitions, as well as opportunities for rethinking how we design dashboarding systems for real-world use.

ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ И УПРАВЛЕНИЕ КУЛЬТУРОЙ ВОВЛЕЧЕННОСТИ СОТРУДНИКОВ В КОМПАНИЯХ

Modern conditions are characterized by the rapid development of new technologies and the growth of various kinds of information. In this regard, for the development and self-realization of the individual, it became necessary to search for radically new approaches to the study of the personnel management system. For each manager, the primary task becomes to direct the labor potential of his employees in the right direction in order to achieve the goals and objectives set for the organization. As you know, the management of an organization also includes strategic and operational management of employee activities, which is aimed at improving the efficiency of the entire company. As a result, every modern company recognizes the development of human potential as its main advantage, and also makes significant investments in personnel development. Management practice shows that for a modern employer it is important that each of his subordinates be as satisfied with their work as possible, involved, and also proud of it. Keywords

КОРПОРАТИВНА СОЦІАЛЬНА ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЬ: ОСНОВНІ ЕТАПИ РОЗВИТКУ

It has been established that the process of globalization of the economy naturally leads to an increase in the number of enterprises that rely on the standards of social responsibility in their activities: human rights, environmental and economic components, social security, health care, etc. Social responsibility combines precisely those elements that ensure effective management while simultaneously complying with social obligations: implementation of social projects, protection and care of employees, ecological attitude to the environment, social partnership, production of ecological products, etc. It was found that social responsibility until the beginning of the 21st century. had about 70–80 different meanings and concepts and was identified with: socially responsible business, corporate social responsibility, charity, social responsibility of corporations, etc., which greatly complicated the understanding and interpretation of this concept. During the 20th century corporate social responsibility became part of management in the management system of enterprises, organizations, corporations and received further development in international regulatory documents. It is substantiated that the process of establishing corporate social responsibility in the world begins its countdown from the middle of the 20th century. In Ukraine, the historical aspect of formation is not long enough – about 12–15 years, but more and more enterprises, organizations and companies are involved in social activities. It is well-founded that an expert organization plays a key role in the formation and popularization of social responsibility in Ukraine. The main areas of activity of the "CSR Development" Center and its characteristics are given. It has been proven that today companies that are active in attracting financing and promoting their products on international markets expect the formation of a strategic vision in the field of ESG and the implementation of relevant projects. It has been established that corporate social responsibility, i.e. conducting such activities without harming future generations, is not a trend of one day, month or year. This is the duty and responsibility of every modern company that intends to function effectively and work for the long term.

Sustainable growth of modern corporations as the major factor for ensuring strategic development

The article highlights some issues related to the topic of sustainable growth of modern companies. In general, this topic is quite broad and is not limited to the activities of companies. It is also about how to ensure sustainable growth in the global economy in the near future and in the long term. For this purpose, the states are joining their efforts to control harmful emissions into the atmosphere, ensuring clean seas and oceans, preserving forests from fires, etc. And if we bear in mind that without the direct participation of business -public and private -it is impossible to cope with this problem, then all companies should build their strategy in such a way as to contribute to this multifaceted programme. The article discusses modern concepts to ensure the growth of companies operating in a difficult economic and political environment. According to the given calculation algorithms, the indicators of sustainable and optimal growth of three Russian public joint stock companies, Severstal, NLMK, and MMK, are determined and evaluated for the period from 2019 to 2021.

The use of information systems and information technologies is critical for modern companies. They allow them to increase efficiency, improve the quality of products and services, as well as communications with customers and within the company. However, the use of information technology also poses risks, including data loss and security breaches, and companies must be prepared to manage these risks. The authors explore the possibilities of doing business using information systems and information technologies. The introduction of information systems and information technologies becomes the main factor in the quality of the company’s management system.

УПРАВЛІННЯ ТОВАРНИМИ ЗАПАСАМИ ТОРГІВЕЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ

The article is devoted to peculiarities of trade enterprises’ inventory management, which allows a modern company to maintain a balance between demand satisfaction and inventory storage costs. Stocks perform three functions: accumulation; protection against price changes and inflation; cost management. When determining the optimal balance between costs associated with keeping inventories one should determine that the sum of all relevant costs must be minimal. The main indicators that allow to determine efficiency of inventory management are considered. The ratio between the dynamics of stocks and the volume of sold products was analyzed on the example of wholesale trade enterprises (period 2013-2022). The main ways of more efficient use of stocks are proposed. Necessity of developing the enterprise’s product policy has been proven and its main stages have been determined. Peculiarities of the model of economically justified order size, which are used to optimize the size of production stocks and stocks of finished products are considered. Models of inventory management with a fixed period and a fixed volume are considered, the choice between them depends on a number of factors, including quantity of stocks, their price and importance as well as volume of the order. During the formation of the inventory management model, it is necessary to take into account specifics of business, limitations of the external environment, and the subjectivity of management decision-making. The main problem that arises when solving the task of stock management is the development of an effective and reliable system of their management, which should provide smooth production process, its realization maintaining the optimal stocks volume and minimizing expenses. In general, effective inventory management makes possible to reduce the duration of the production cycle and decrease current costs for their storage; to release financial funds from the current turnover in order to reinvest in other assets; to reduce production losses as a result of eliminating the shortage of production stocks; to accelerate the turnover of stocks, reduce the risk of their loss and reduce the costs of their storage. Managing inventory levels is essential in order to establish and support a company's long-term competitive advantage.

Роль бренд-менеджменту у формуванні іміджу України як бізнес-партнера: вплив на міжнародне сприйняття

The aim of the article is to study the role and significance of brand management as the basis for the development of State values in the market. In modern marketing and in the conditions of competition in the market, topical issues are the development of the brand as an important marketing tool that plays a leading role for companies and the State in general in the Ukrainian and international markets. The visual appeal of products and services makes a primary impression on consumers, and therefore the priorities of the brand development strategy are obvious. Understanding the terms «brand» and «brand management» allows you to effectively apply these marketing tools in practice. In the new global digital economy, brands, in cooperation with management, make up a large part of the value of the company itself and a significant source of income. The brand is a challenge of the present and the future and is a mechanism for managing several areas at once: marketing, social, and economic. In today’s international environment, the interaction of brand and management is developing intensively, adapting to rapid changes in the world market and the introduction of information and communication technologies. For the effective functioning of marketing and development of Ukrainian companies that are focused on the market and influence the economy, it is necessary to consider in detail the issue of the functioning of the brand as an innovative tool both at the theoretical and practical levels. In particular, important components are the direct implementation of this mechanism, the list and content of the main stages of application, signs and types, the use of the dynamics of growth of indicators in both the domestic and the international markets. This study presents the features of the use of an innovative brand tool, which are the needs of modern companies, their specifics, overall impact, and also makes forecasts for the future. The use of brand management has a positive effect on the functioning and presentation of Ukraine in the market.

КОНЦЕПТУАЛІЗАЦІЯ ЦИФРОВОЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ У МІЖНАРОДНОМУ БІЗНЕСІ

Digital technologies fundamentally change business strategies, the mechanism of business organization both at the national and international level. Thanks to the automation of business processes, companies optimize costs, generate new types of products, transform their own business models, expanding their global presence. Based on the analysis of the existing scientometric base of the digital transformation of international business, the methodological foundations of its conceptualization were determined and a conceptual model consisting of a cognitive core, social environment, and technological superstructure was developed. It is substantiated that the methodological foundations of the conceptualization of digital transformation are long-term goal setting, digitalization, effective strategy, the principle of "empowerment", bimodal IT architecture, investment in artificial intelligence and digital competences. It was revealed that the concept of digital transformation of business lies in the plane of partnership, human-centered, knowledge, information technology, strategic dimensions and digitalization dimension. The article considers the conceptualization of digital transformation in international business. Digital transformation is a key factor in the modernization and development of modern companies operating on a global scale. The authors analyze the main trends, technologies and approaches that contribute to the introduction of digital innovations in international business, including artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things, blockchain and cloud computing. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the impact of digital transformation on the competitiveness of companies in the international arena, optimization of business processes, improvement of supply chains and improvement of the quality of customer service. In addition, challenges related to the implementation of the latest technologies are considered, in particular, issues of cyber security, legal regulation and change management in organizations. The article emphasizes the importance of strategic planning and the development of digital competencies for successful adaptation to the new conditions of the business environment. Ultimately, the article highlights the importance of digital transformation for international business development, particularly as a tool.

ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ ИСКУССТВЕННОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТА В БИЗНЕС-МОДЕЛЯХ – ПРИМЕРЫ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНЫХ РЕШЕНИЙ КОМПАНИЯМИ

The article is devoted to the study of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in business models of modern companies. The theoretical foundations of the use of AI, examples of successful implementation of AI in various industries, such as finance, retail and manufacturing, as well as its role in optimizing business processes and marketing are considered. Particular attention is paid to the creation of new business models and products using AI, as well as the analysis of the ethical and legal aspects associated with its use. Current problems and challenges of implementing AI, as well as prospects for its further development in business are discussed.

Strategic management of construction enterprises in a conditions of crisis situation

Theoretical aspects of strategic anti-crisis management are evaluated. The usefulness of research in modern conditions has been proven. Based on the conducted research, four levels of strategic anticrisis management were identified. It was concluded that a crisis is a situation in which the organization cannot adapt to external changes in time, which very quickly causes a loss of stability. Approaches to understanding the essence of anti-crisis management, its purpose and role are defined, and the main requirements for the formation of the anti-crisis management system are given. Types and types of anti-crisis management are considered. What measures are taken into account when developing a strategy for the effectiveness of anti-crisis activities? Anticrisis monitoring of the state of enterprises and the need for diagnostics as an element that guarantees this. The strategy, which includes the development of financial, organizational, technical economic, and other measures aimed at removing the enterprise from a difficult situation, is of crucial importance for the effectiveness of anticrisis activities in the management process. There is an urgent need to create an anti-crisis management system, conduct diagnostics as its only function, determine the admissibility of various diagnostic models, and develop anti-crisis approaches and business development strategies. Strategic management of the company in crisis conditions and the engagement strategy, which involves the organization of joint economic activities by some market participants in order to reduce costs and increase revenues. The necessity and economic importance of using strategic management in the fight against the crisis is substantiated. In general, anti-crisis management of an enterprise is a system of enterprise management. After the assessment, a sequence of actions and management decisions is presented, which allows to development of a system of influence necessary for restructuring the enterprise to minimize the consequences of the crisis. The process of forming an anti-crisis strategy and the main stages of creating a system of basic strategic assumptions of a modern company, which can be used in enterprises of various fields of activity, have been developed.

Leveraging digital technologies for brand promotion and communications in digital marketing strategies in the energy sector

The purpose of the study is to determine the role of digital technologies in the digital marketing model of modern companies in the energy sector as part of establishing communications and promoting brands. The dynamics of the development of digital technologies in the world and their popularization in the strategic planning of companies in the energy sector are outlined. The types and features of digital technologies are substantiated, with an emphasis on the process of building communications and promoting company brands in the energy sector. It is argued that to ensure the effectiveness of digital marketing for companies in the energy sector, it is necessary to use various digital channels of interaction. The tools of digital technologies (websites, online services and digital marketing) are highlighted, which can be basic for establishing communications and planning the promotion of brands of energy companies. The main stages and advantages of communications and brand promotion using digital technologies have been formed. The obtained research results have their practical value, which lies in the justified role of digital technologies in the digital marketing strategy for organizing effective brand promotion and building business processes and communications with the target audience of companies in the energy sector.

УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНЫМ КАПИТАЛОМ: МОДЕЛИ И МЕТОДЫ

This article is devoted to the research of models and methods of managing intellectual capital. It highlights the key models and methods of intellectual capital management and emphasizes the evolution of views on the content of the concept of «intellectual capital». Specifically, it identifies the features, orientation, and management methods within the five most popular models of intellectual capital management proposed by economists during the period of 1997-2000. The results of the research underline the increasing influence of intellectual capital on the development and competitiveness of modern companies. It establishes the necessity of applying a comprehensive approach to the management of intellectual capital, which entails the combination and situational application of various models and methods to overcome the limitations of existing approaches and their adaptation to the specific features of a particular enterprise, as well as the general conditions of the macroeconomic environment.

OVERVIEW OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING METHODS IN THE FUNCTION OF STRATEGIC FINANCIAL PLANNING

Today’s business environment is characterized by globalization, increased competition and new technology, which means that modern companies need different information. The information provided by traditional management accounting is no longer sufficient, because it does not provide all the necessary information about the external environment and non-financial factors that are of key importance for strategic financial planning.
