DEVELOPMENT OF FLEXIBILITY IN 9-10 YEARS-OLD HARD-HEARING SCHOOLCHILDREN ENGAGED IN AIR STRETCHING

The article discusses the eff ectiveness of using a set of exercises, including stretching in hammocks or aerostretching, as an innovative way to correct fl exibility in hearing-impaired schoolchildren aged 9–10 years. Relevance. According to the World Health Organization for 2022, there are about 10% of hearing-impaired people in Russia, which is 14.6 mil-lion people, of which 220 thousand people are hearing-impaired. According to forecasts, by 2050 the number of people with hearing impairments will reach 900 million. The lack of auditory information worsens the perception of space, af-fects the violation of regulation and coordination of movements, reduces the indicators of general physical development, activity and dexterity. According to N. A. Bernstein, the most important task of education is physical improvement. The decrease in the child’s motor capabilities, confi dence in the successful execution of movements, is primarily associated with the development of fl exibility. Moreover, fl exibility is a favorable prerequisite for improving other psychological and speed-strength qualities. Evseev S. P., summarizing the available research, noted that in hard-of-hearing children, compared with their peers, fl exibility indicators are lower, which justifi es the goal: to develop a set of exercises aimed at developing fl exibility in hard-of-hearing schoolchildren 9–10 years old. Research methods: In the process of research, methods of scientifi c literature analysis, logical modeling, pedagogical experiment and methods of mathematical statis-tics. Conclusion. The data obtained as a result of the study prove the eff ectiveness of the use of aero stretching for the development of fl exibility in hearing-impaired schoolchildren. The introduction of a set of exercises in extracurricular stretching classes in hammocks for hearing-impaired children, allows to increase fl exibility, improve mobility of the shoulder, hip, ankle joints and spine.

The influence of a business game on the formation of the internal lexical-semantic context of a speech act: an empirical study

Introduction. Modern tendencies in education require the training of specialists for the labour market, taking into account the changing requirements and influence of the environment. The influence of sociocultural contexts is reflected in the system of human relations with the world, manifested in actions and motives, represented in the speech act. The individual internal lexical and semantic context of a speech act is deterministic by subjective predictors (type of communication, meaningful roles, consistency of the Self-real/Self-ideal, rigidly bound constructs). The article was aimed to show how the business game of the contextual type influences the formation of the individual internal lexical and semantic context of each student of the experimental group. Materials and Methods. The study covered two academic years and involved students (N=39) studying in the academic year 2021/22 in the 1st year and in the academic year 2022/23 in the 2nd year). A contextual type business game was developed for the study. The technique of repertoire lattices of J. Kelly, Cotherapeutic computer system «Kelly», methods of mathematical statistics (χ2 -Pearson for identifying the degree of consistency of nominative features - type of communication, consistency of I-real and I-ideal on the basis of role preferences) were used. Measurements were taken before and after the business game. The results were processed using the computer program «Statistica» (vers. 12). Results and discussion. It was revealed that the contextual type business game influenced the subjective predictors of individual internal lexical-semantic context of each student's speech act. Obtained on the basis of the technique of repertoire grids, personal bipolar constructs, processed in the computer system «KELLY», allowed to identify the role preferences and consistency of the real self and the ideal self, the type of communication, and individual rigidly connected constructs. Mathematical and static analysis revealed a statistically significant shift in the change in the type of communication (χ2 = 6.838; p < 0,05) before and after the business game. Conclusion. The experiment showed that a contextual business game creates conditions for the formation and development of communicative, conflict-related, sociocultural competencies.

Inclusive education peculiarities of teachers' perception of a learner with a disability

Introduction. Currently, in the context of the of the education system humanization and with the tendency to increase the proportion of students with disabilities in the total number of children, special attention is paid to creating an inclusive educational environment in basic education institutions. There is a natural increase in requirements for the quality of differentiated educational programs implementation, which is largely determined not only by special professional competences among teachers, but by their individual characteristics as well. In this regard, the issue of accounting for teachers' perception of students with disabilities in the education system is brought out. Aim. The aim of the presented study was to identify the characteristics of the perception of students with disabilities by teachers who have different experiences of interacting with this category of students. Methods of research. The questionnaire survey was attended by 336 teachers. Methods of mathematical statistics: nonparametric criterion Mann–Whitney U-test, correlation coefficient r-Spearman. Statistical calculations were done using a specialized IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. The results of the study. It is found that the structure of perception of a student with a disability among teachers with diverse experience of interaction with students with disabilities is characterized by a significant number of positive connections between its components. Differences in teachers' attitudes towards students with disabilities (U=121.0; p = 0.003), their emotional attitude (U=120,0; p = 0,000) as well as in the readiness of teachers to implement the educational process (U=118.0; p = 0.000) were revealed. The lack of this experience leads a teacher to the prejudiced assessment of difficulties when organizing and implementing the educational process with the participation of students with disabilities and contributes to the growth of emotional stress in teachers during classes. Scientific novelty. The structure of perception of a learner with a disability by teachers was developed and empirically confirmed on the basis of significant connections of mindsets, attitude and readiness of the teacher. Practical significance. The results of the study will make it possible to develop effective measures of psychological and pedagogical support for teachers in inclusive education, including additional professional programs on inclusive education, accumulation of practical experience of interaction with persons with disabilities in the educational process and everyday life, discussion and elaboration of emotional experiences that arise when interacting with students with a disability.

Development of social competence of specialists of helping professions to carry out comprehensive prevention of suicidal behavior of adolescents

Introduction. The relevance of the research problem is due to the increase in maladaptive forms of adolescents' response to various kinds of crisis situations. The importance of preventing teenage suicides has increased dramatically in the context of the socio-cultural crisis of recent decades. Despite the fact that various sciences are developing and putting into practice more and more new methods and technologies for suicide prevention, alarming trends do not disappear. A real problem of training specialists of helping professions to organize complex, specifically filled activities for diagnostic, preventive, advisory, correctional and developmental work with adolescents is being formed. The purpose of this article is to consider the possibilities of supporting the activities of specialists in helping professions to work with adolescents in the prevention of suicidal behavior. Materials and methods. The study involved 133 students and 20 teachers of general education organizations (schools of the Krasnodar Territory, Russian Federation). To carry out diagnostics on the research topic, we used theoretical and empirical methods (in particular, analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem, testing, conversation, the method of expert assessments, the method of content analysis), as well as methods of mathematical statistics. In the course of the study, we examined the manifestations of individual characteristics of self-esteem in children, the perception of loneliness, value orientations, and features of the emotional-volitional sphere. Also, within the framework of the study, we determined the content characteristics of the construction of a comprehensive work of specialists of accompanying professions with adolescents of the "risk group". The results of the study. As a result of the diagnosis of students in grades 8-9 (133 people), a "risk group" of 14 people was identified. To confirm the criteria for inclusion of adolescents in the group of suicidal risk – anxiety, frustration, a set of diagnostic techniques was used. It was determined that 43 subjects had an average or low level of anxiety, 90 respondents (67.66%) showed an increased level of anxiety. 57.14% of respondents revealed low self-esteem, while adolescents with adequate self-esteem accounted for only 34.58%. Teenagers who were assigned to the "risk group" demonstrated a fairly high level of loneliness: 7 of 14. The results of the study allowed us to identify areas in the prevention of suicidal activity of adolescent schoolchildren, for which it is necessary to prepare specialists of accompanying professions working in an educational organization. Conclusion. Based on the data of the conducted research, it is possible to note the multifactorial etiology of suicidal manifestations, which implies the need for a comprehensive psychological and pedagogical impact on all components of this phenomenon. The age peculiarity of a teenager determines the features of his suicidal behavior, which determine the specificity and uniqueness of prevention. Preventive work on suicide prevention should be built as an integral system that includes all levels of prevention, as well as a set of measures aimed at preventing repeated attempts. At the same time, the preventive activity of suicidal behavior should integrate several areas, such as: work with family, teachers, and adolescents themselves.

The implementation of a practice-oriented approach in teaching students of technical universities based on the development of a digital twin of the information system of an industrial enterprise

Introduction. In teaching future engineers and mechanics, difficulties arise when they study such disciplines as Theoretical Mechanics and Strength of Materials. As a rule, this is due to the need to consolidate students’ acquired theoretical knowledge. However, carrying out a sufficient number of strength tests of products is associated with significant financial costs, so it is often economically expensive to obtain results by implementing physical experiments, and in some cases it is simply impossible. In this regard, for teaching it is advisable to use accurate distributed dynamic mathematical and software models of objects, that is, digital twins. Materials and methods. As a prototype of a digital twin, an information system of an industrial enterprise was considered, designed to monitor the stress-strain state of a beam using strain gauge data. 198 students and 8 teachers from the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology and the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering of the Novosibirsk State Technical University (Russian Federation) took part in testing the methodology. Methods of mathematical statistics: Pearson's chi-squared test, survey and correlation analysis. Results. As a result of the introduction of teaching methods based on the use of a digital twin, situations were created that required students to critically analyze and include metacognitive skills. The implementation of practice-oriented training when working with a digital twin of an information system of an industrial enterprise has an impact on the academic performance of students (χ2 = 4.08; p < 0.05) and allows students to firmly consolidate the acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which will subsequently allow the formation of sustainable professional competencies. Scientific novelty. The study revealed that learning using a digital twin contributes to a more controlled passage of the curriculum by students, develops qualities such as self-control and self-discipline, and stimulates cognitive interest in a specific academic discipline and the educational process in general. Practical relevance. The main advantage of introducing a digital twin of an industrial enterprise information system into the learning process is the effectiveness of this approach in terms of consolidating and developing practical skills among students. In addition, teaching using digital twins is particularly useful for preparation activities in high-risk industries, where practice at real-life facilities is impossible or difficult.

The Effect of Agility Balance and Coordination Warm-Up on Children’s Tennis Performance

Background and Aims: Tennis is also a sophisticated action, intense confrontation, technical and tactical use of complex and varied network antagonistic sport, on physical and mental intelligence aspects of the higher requirements, emphasizing skills and physical dominance. The purpose of this study is to select 40 male children aged 6-10 years old from a tennis club in Xi'an for a group experiment based on the selection conditions of age, height, weight, training time no more than 6 months, and training twice a week, and to find out the theoretical basis of agility, balance, and coordination intervention training on the improvement of children's tennis hitting ability. Materials and Methods: This study adopts the literature method, expert interview method, experiment method, and mathematical statistics method. Five expert professors were interviewed, and the validity of expert interviews and experimental results was measured by IOC, t-test, and other data. Through 8 weeks of agility, balance, and coordination training in the experimental group and the control group, and 90 minutes of intervention training twice a week, it is concluded that the experimental group and the control group have significant differences, and the experimental group has significantly improved its ability in batting and other aspects. Results: The results showed that: (1) 8-week agility, balance, and coordination intervention training applied in the warm-up part significantly improved the agility, balance, and coordination ability of children's tennis in the experimental group, and the intervention program was feasible to improve the agility, balance and coordination ability of children's tennis students in the interest class. (2) After 8 weeks of agility, balance, and coordination training, the number of goals scored by the students in the experimental group in the scoring area of 1, 2, and 3 points of forehand stroke showed a significant difference compared with before training, while the difference was only significant in the scoring area of 1 point of the backhand stroke. It shows that 8 weeks of agility, balance, and coordination training can improve the stability and accuracy of forehand strokes more obviously. Conclusion: (1) Stability and accuracy are based on good agility, balance, and coordination. Agility, balance, and coordination can improve the accuracy and stability of forehand and backhand in tennis training for children. (2) 6-10 years old is the best period for children to conduct agility, balance, and coordination intervention training, so strengthening agility, balance, and coordination training in tennis warm-up training can not only improve the stability and accuracy of children's tennis shots but also increase children's interest and concentration.

Employees' perceptions of organizational culture and motivational factors that increase labour productivity in food enterprises

The purpose of the study is to analyze the attitude of food industry workers to the elements of organizational culture and the characteristics of their attitude to the mission, goals and values of the organization. The objectives are to establish the relationship between the demographic characteristics of employees and the concepts being analyzed, to identify key aspects that contribute to the effective work of the team, and to determine the nature of employee relationships outside of work tasks. To test the hypothesis that the opinion about the presence of the mission, values and goals of the company, as well as adherence to them, is associated with the demographic characteristics of the respondents, 60 employees of food enterprises were surveyed, and a non-parametric method of mathematical statistics, the «Chi-square» criterion, was used to check the reliability of the research results. It has been established that there is a moderate connection between age and work experience, on the one hand, and the perception of the organization’s values, on the other. Research has shown that employees who are older and have longer tenure identify more strongly with the organization. It has been proven that employees who accept the concepts of the key characteristics of the organization's organizational culture follow these principles. The special significance of the mission for the majority of the company’s employees was determined. The share of respondents who confirmed that they follow the company’s mission is the highest — 66,7 %. Gender differences in the perception of the mission are identified, and a diversity of opinions is presented regarding the mission in the organization, its assessments and understanding of its significance for the organization. The results obtained show not only the importance of monitoring employees’ commitment to the company, but also allow them to competently draw up a program for training and motivating employees to strengthen team unity.

TRUST AND SATISFACTION WITH HELP RECEIVED FROM SIGNIFICANT LOVED ONES

Background. Numerous studies have noted the role of trust in building a variety of relationships. In our study, we focused on studying the connection between trust (personalized and generalized) and a person’s perception of the help provided to him in difficult life situations from their loved ones. Research methods. Method of “Critical life situations” by I.V. Kuznetsova, A.L. Sventsitsky; Method of “Trust” L.G. Pochebut, M.I. Kiloshenko, A.L. Sventsitsky, T.V. Kazantseva; Method of “Psychological Well-Being Scale” by K. Rieff, adapted by T.D. Shevelenkova; socio-demographic questionnaire. Processing of the obtained data was carried out in IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription. The following methods of mathematical statistics were used in the study: analysis of primary statistics, Student's t test, multiple analysis of variance (Scheffé test and intergroup effects), correlation and regression analyses. Results. Our study confirms the important positive relationship between trust (both personal and generalized) and the level of satisfaction with assistance. The most requested help (regardless of gender) is the need for moral support. The most significant person is mostly either the mother or the father. An overabundance of help is often associated with the excessive involvement of loved ones in solving situations of interpersonal interactions and providing help without a request. Men with a high level of psychological well-being admit that more often. Conclusion. This study also touched upon such issues as the roles and functions of modern friends, partners (spouses/wives/fiancés and grooms) in the life of a modern young man, in which he can only receive basic help from relying on himself or his parents. This issue will be further discussed in the future.

Comparative Analysis of Life Plans of Inmates of Different Regimes in Places of Deprivation of Liberty

The relevance of the research topic is due to the importance of studying and analyzing the life plans of prisoners in prison. The purpose of this study was a comparative analysis of the life plans of prisoners of different regimes (strict, general, colony-settlement). The study was conducted on the basis of correctional institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Ryazan region . It was attended by 118 male convicts serving sentences in various regimes (general, strict, penal colony). Methods. During the study, the following methods were used: observation, conversation, questioning, analysis of personal files, methods: “Self-assessment of life plans” by A. V. Naprisa (modified version of the “Self-Assessment of Orientation” test by V. G. Deev); “Time Perspective Questionnaire” by F. Zimbardo; “Time Attitude Scale” by J. Nuytten, V. Lensom; Questionnaire “Style of Explanation of Successes and Failures” (STONE-B) T.O. Gordeeva, Ye. N. Osina, V. Yu. Shevyakhova; “Vitality test” S. Maddi (adapted by D. A. Leontiev, Ye. I. Rasskazova); methods of mathematical statistics. Results. It has been established that convicts in colony settlements have the most constructive life plans . For general convicts and strict regimes requires the development of a psychocorrectional program that will allow them to realize the values of their life, model positive plans for the future, and admit guilt in the crime committed and become law-abiding citizens

Methodical system of teaching students computer science: competence-based approach

Relevance. This study investigates the relevant issue of training specialists with knowledge and ability to apply information technologies in professional activities. The relevance of this study is conditioned upon the national programmes and regulatory documents adopted in recent years in the field of education and the importance of being capable of using and studying computer science in modern times. Purpose. The purpose of this study lies in developing a methodological system for teaching students in a competency-based approach, which would maximise the impact on the quality of education and the level of proficiency in computer science. Methodology. The following general scientific methods were used in this study: logical-historical, pedagogical observation, analysis, synthesis, systematisation and generalisation, methods of mathematical statistics, as well as the Help&Manual programme. The use of the created methodological system was carried out involving students of Nasirdin Isanov Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture, Kazakh University of Transport Communications, Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev in 2018-2019. Results. The result of this study is the motivation-target, content, activity-based, and evaluative-reflexive components of the methodological system highlighted by the authors, each of which is characterised quite succinctly and accessibly. The authors of this study covered the role of the course of computer science in the development of students’ skills in using the possibilities of information technology in the professional sphere, the development of instrumental competencies. Conclusions. During the study, a model of the methodological system of teaching students was created, which was based on factors, conditions, principles, and criteria of methodology, competencies, and the level of their development, forms and methods of teaching. The results obtained can be used in the methodological work of university teachers and in advanced training courses for schoolteachers.

Non-destructive method for determining the strength of concrete based on immersion and extraction of steel nails

Introduction. The method of concrete strength control based on immersion of a steel dowel into concrete due to the energy of a powder charge has been used since the 60s of the last century. Since the early 2000s, the method has been supplemented by the definition of the dowel pullout force from concrete and the definition of an indirect characteristic in the form of the ratio of the pullout force to the depth of immersion of the dowel.
 
 The object of the present research was a method for determining the strength of concrete based on measuring the depth of immersion and the pulling force of a dowel nail installed in concrete.
 
 Aim: to develop requirements for testing by the proposed method, allowing its use as a non-destructive method for testing the strength of concrete.
 
 Materials and methods. The following research methods are used in this work: analysis of available regulatory documents and technical literature on this issue; collection and analysis of the results of previously conducted research using mathematical statistics methods, development of a research program and assignment of parameters, the value of which must be controlled when performing research; performance of own tests and research; analysis of the obtained results of the performed research using methods of mathematical statistics; analysis of the influence of various factors on the result of research, exclusion of non-influencing factors; development of recommendations for the use of the studied control method.
 
 Results. The limitations for the application of the investigated method and the factors that have the most significant impact on the accuracy of the method are revealed: the power spread of the powder charge, the parameters of the indenter (plugged dowel), the criteria for the quality of the dowel installation; a method for rejecting of low-quality results and processing test results has been developed. The factors that do not have a significant impact on the test results have been identified.
 
 Conclusions. Taking into account the identified limitations, a method has been developed for determining the strength of concrete by the magnitude of the local destruction force of concrete when pulling out a dowel nail immersed in concrete, and proposals have been made for inclusion in the State Standard R "Concretes. Determination of the strength by the depth of immersion of the dowel-nail".

Study of factors influencing the occurrence of conflicts in pharmacies

The aim of the study was to investigate the factors influencing the occurrence of conflicts in pharmacies during the provision of pharmaceutical care, with the subsequent goal of optimizing the social and psychological climate within the team and improving the quality of service to the population. Materials and methods. Systematic-analytical, mathematical statistical, comparative, and sociological research methods were employed in the study. Descriptive statistics were utilized to present the obtained data. To assess the significance of individual factors, the questionnaire results were converted into corresponding component weights (Wij). Results. The study of conflicts between visitors and pharmacy employees, from the point of view of visitors, revealed several key findings. Most customers expressed dissatisfaction with the prices of medicines and medical devices (Wij = 1.00). Additionally, there were concerns about the perceived quality of the products (Wi j= 0.67), and some customers reported feeling distressed due to the unavailability of necessary medicines (Wij = 0.57). The study, conducted from the point of view of employees, focused on conflicts between employees and visitors. The findings revealed that conflicts most often arise due to dissatisfaction with the prices of medicines and medical devices (Wij = 1.00). Additionally, issues such as requests to dispense over-the-counter medicines from the list of prescription drugs (Wij = 0.70) and returning medicines to the pharmacy after purchase (Wij = 0.67) were identified as contributing factors. The analysis of factors that provoke conflicts in the pharmacy team revealed several key contributors. The most significant include the inadequate behavior of employees (Wij = 1.00), inconsistency in words, assessments, and actions of some team members with the expectations and requirements of others (Wij = 0.89), and psychological incompatibility between employees (Wij = 0.88). The study of conflicts between the administration and subordinates in the pharmacy revealed frequent occurrences linked to several factors. Most notably, conflicts were associated with an imperfect bonus system (Wij = 1.00), high workload (Wij = 0.92), and a perceived lack of career development opportunities (Wij = 0.76). Conclusions. The factors that contribute to the emergence of conflict situations in pharmacies have been identified and studied. Approaches to preventing and resolving conflicts by pharmacy employees are proposed.

Educational intervention on oral cancer in high-risk patients between 35-59 years

Introduction: mortality from oropharyngeal cancer ranked tenth among cancer types in Cuba in 2020 and 2021. Objective: to implement an educational intervention on oral cancer in high-risk patients between 35-59 years old. Method: an educational intervention with a quasi-experimental design, before-after type, was carried out in consulting room 19, La Demajagua, Isla de la Juventud between April-September 2023. The population was 126 patients, the sample being made up of 80 at high risk of oral cancer. Theoretical, empirical and mathematical-statistical methods were used and the variables were used: risk to predict oral cancer, risk factors, oral hygiene, teaching aids and level of knowledge about oral cancer, oral hygiene, risk factors and oral self-examination. Results: the risk of suffering from oral cancer was high in 63 % of the patients between 35-59 years old in the study office. Before the intervention, bad knowledge predominated, representing 48,7 % of the sample, managing to raise it to good after the intervention by 96,3 % . The Wilcoxon test demonstrated highly significant differences. Conclusions: the main risk factors were: poor oral hygiene, smoking, consumption of hot or spicy foods and stress. The use of the website contributed to raising knowledge about oral cancer, the main risk factors associated with its appearance and oral self-examination, allowing the transformation of modes of action and the evaluation of the educational intervention implemented in high-risk patients between 35 and 35 years old as satisfactory.

The use of postural balance restoration tools in the complex treatment of children with cerebral palsy

Physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy (CP) requires long-term, systematic, individual and step-by-step use of a complex of tools to restore lost motor functions.
 All forms of cerebral palsy cause a violation of the body's balance control system, which is manifested by unsteady walking, unexpected falls, swaying, and impaired coordination of movements.
 The purpose of the study is to increase the effectiveness of comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with cerebral palsy in the late residual stage by using means of restoring postural balance.
 Research methods: analysis of special scientific and methodical literature; analysis of medical histories; assessment of the level of motor disorders (gross motor function classification system (GMFCS); assessment of the degree of change in muscle tone (modified Ashworth scale); assessment of balance function (Berg balance scale); methods of mathematical statistics.
 To achieve the goal, an examination of 20 children with cerebral palsy from 6 to 12 years of age with mainly spastic forms of cerebral palsy was carried out. Patients of the main group received standard rehabilitation treatment and classes on the balance beam and in the rehabilitation system "Spider" in combination with therapeutic gymnastics. The control group of patients received the standard rehabilitation treatment used in this rehabilitation facility. The standard rehabilitation program included therapeutic gymnastics, segmental-reflex massage, mechanotherapy.
 The impact of means of postural balance restoration in combination with existing methods of physical rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy on coordination and movement disorders was studied.
 It has been established that complex therapy with the use of means for restoring postural balance can improve the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy, both in the older and younger age groups. According to all the conducted tests, positive dynamics were obtained.

 The following methods were used to achieve the goal: theoretical analysis and data processing, descriptive method, classification, systematization and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, sociological research methods and methods of mathematical statistics.
 The research was carried out at NUFVSU, at the Department of Health, Fitness and Recreation, as well as at the fitness studio "GLOW FLY&DANCE" in Kyiv. Women in the first period of adulthood who work in the fitness studio "GLOW FLY&DANCE" took part in the research. The total number of women is 40.
 Considering the effectiveness of a complex of wellness programs in correcting the figure of women in the first period of adulthood, a complex of high-interval training, cosmetology procedures, SPA procedures, as well as general nutritional recommendations was selected.
 Prospects for further research. Further research will be aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed program.

Integrative education as the basis for students� worldview knowledge in the process of teaching biology in high school

Relevance. The research relevance is predefined by the continuously developing system of integrative education, which puts forward new requirements for the process of teaching biology in high schools as the basis for the formation of students� worldview knowledge.Purpose. The research aims to conduct a theoretical and practical justification of the methodology of the formation of the worldview knowledge of students in the process of teaching biology in high school.Methodology. The primary research method is a pedagogical experiment, which allows a comprehensive consideration of all the contradictions in the research problem and improves the effectiveness of the process of teaching biology in high school. For this purpose, the auxiliary methods of mathematical statistics and graphical representation of the results of student achievement in the subject �biology� were used.Results. During empirical research, interviews and questionnaires with the participants of the experiment were also conducted, during which the interests of students in the subjects were determined. The worldview component in the content of school education, especially in biology classes, was identified, principles justified, stages of the process of formation of students� worldview knowledge identified and implemented. This led to the inclusionary approach in which forms and methods of integrative education, which promote the development of worldview skills of young people could be quantified and disclosed.Conclusions. Research materials are of practical value for graduate students of higher pedagogical educational institutions, and teachers of secondary general educational institutions which implement integrative education in their teaching activities in high schools. Thus, the purpose of education is not just the regurgitated transfer of knowledge in biology, but the preparation and adaptation of students to the new conditions of society.

Показники динамічної рівноваги за методикою Star Excursion Balance Test у спортсменів різної кваліфікації з Кіокушин карате

Purpose: to test and compare the indicators of dynamic balance by the method of star excursion balance test in sportsmen of different qualification in Kyokushin karate. Material and methods. The results of the research were obtained at the Lviv State University of Physical Culture named after Ivan Boberskyi at the department of «Fencing, boxing and national martial arts» in the period October-November 2023. Qualified male Kyokushin karate fighters aged 18-22 years old in the amount of 21 people took part in the collection of experimental material, among which there were 13 representatives with a level of training 1-2 Dan, and 8 representatives with a level (student belts) not higher than 1 Kyu. Among the participants of the research there are champions and prize-winners of national and international competitions in Kyokushin karate. Methods of the research: the analysis of literary sources and materials from the Internet; measurement of basic anthropometrical indicators of sportsmen (height, weight, length of arms and legs); measurement of indicators of Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBT); methods of mathematical statistics (calculation of statistical indicators of the arithmetic mean (Mean), standard deviation of the arithmetic mean (Std.Dev.), comparison of results by the statistical method Mann-Whitney U-test with the help of the standard package Statistica-7). Results: the advantage of anthropometrical indicators of group № 2 over group № 1 was established: 8 sportsmen with a level of fitness up to 1 Kyu have on average a little higher height, more body weight, longer arms and legs than 13 athletes with a level of 1-2 Dan. Highly skilled Kyokushin karate athletes with 1-2 Dan level of training outperform athletes with up to 1 Kyu level of training in most SEBT positions. The dominating advantage on average group indicators of SEBT of sportsmen of Kyokushin karate with a level of preparation 1-2 Dan over sportsmen with a level of preparation not higher than 1 Kyu testifies to regularity, and not accident of the received results. Conclusions. On the basis of objectively received indicators of Star Excursion Balance Test and anthropometrical data, it is possible to conclude that sportsmen of Kyokushin karate with a level of fitness 1-2 Dan at smaller anthropometrical indicators (height, weight, length of arms and legs) show better indicators of SEBT, than sportsmen with a level of fitness up to 1 Kyu. The Star Excursion Balance Test indicators reflect the amplitude characteristics of athletes' movements along with dynamic balance and are related to the skill level of athletes. Purpose: to determine modern aspects of schoolchildren's interest in martial arts classes. Material and methods. The following research methods were used in the work: analysis of scientific and methodological literature and Internet sources, questionnaires, methods of mathematical statistics. In order to determine the main aspects of schoolchildren's interest in martial arts classes, a questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire consisted of five questions; the first two questions had two answer options (yes/no). Answer options were presented for the last three questions, and in the option, other schoolchildren could provide their answer option if they wished. Results: the results of the conducted questionnaire among schoolchildren indicate a high level of physical activity among schoolchildren, where the majority of respondents (84,6 %) confirmed their experience of playing sports or visiting sports sections. At the same time, 15,4 % do not have such experience. Interest in martial arts turned out to be significantly less, however, more than half of schoolchildren (56,3 %) expressed a desire to practice or try martial arts. The following results were obtained during the survey of schoolchildren regarding their desire or existing experience in martial arts. Eastern martial arts stand out as the predominant choice among respondents, accounting for 38,2 %. Boxing and kickboxing (26,8 %) also showed great interest, overtaking wrestling and judo (19,7 %) in the choice of schoolchildren. 15,3 % of schoolchildren want to practice other types of martial arts. The results indicate a high level of interest of respondents in the development of self-defense skills (68,6 %), which exceeds other aspects. Improving physical fitness (47,2 %), the opportunity to learn something new and interesting (34,5 %), as well as forming new acquaintances (31,4 %) combine a significant number of answers. The most important factors preventing attending martial arts classes were the lack of appropriate infrastructure or a coach near the place of residence (46,6 %) and insufficient free time (38,4 %). Conclusions. The survey revealed a high level of physical activity among schoolchildren, but interest in martial arts turned out to be less. More than half of the students expressed their desire to engage in this activity, in particular, oriental martial arts were of particular interest. The ability to self-defense and the desire to improve physical fitness turned out to be key motivators for students. However, less than a third of schoolchildren consider martial arts to participate in competitions, which should be taken into account when developing this direction. Модельні характеристики сучасної змагальної діяльності кращих спортсменів світу в греко-римській боротьбі

Purpose: to develop model characteristics of the modern competitive activity of the world's best athletes in Greco-Roman wrestling. Material and methods. The research used the following methods: analysis of scientific and methodological information and Internet sources; analysis of protocols and video recordings of competitive activities; expert assessment, methods of mathematical statistics. An analysis of 51 matches at the 2023 World Cup and Continental Championships (Europe, Asia, Pan America) was carried out. The object of observation were the wrestlers who took the first places at the 2023 World Championship in the Olympic weight categories (60 kg, 67 kg, 77 kg, 87 kg, 97 kg, 130 kg). Results: the analysis of scientific and methodological information and Internet resources allowed to determine that the analysis of competitive activity in sports wrestling is important for predicting the success of athletes and building models of the world's strongest wrestlers. The 2023 world champions in the Olympic weight categories also took first place this year and at continental competitions (Europe, Asia, Pan-America), except for the wrestler in the 87 kg weight category - he took second place at the 2023 European Championship. Based on the analysis of protocols and competitive activity, model characteristics of the modern competitive activity of the world's best wrestlers in Olympic weight categories were compiled. The analysis of the model characteristics of the competitive activity of the world's strongest wrestlers of different weight categories showed that each athlete uses basically the same technical and tactical actions during the day, but the tactical algorithm of fighting and conducting techniques is individual for each wrestler. Conclusions. The analysis of fights at the 2023 World Championship in Greco-Roman wrestling made it possible to develop model characteristics of the competitive activity of the best wrestlers in Olympic weight categories. It has been established that the strongest fighters use from 3 to 7 technical and tactical actions to achieve victory in a fight. The most performed tricks on the floor are rollovers and throws with the back belt, and in the rack - fallbacks and push-ups behind the carpet. The evaluation of the structure of the technical arsenal showed the superiority of the parameters of the champion in terms of the number of successful attacks and points won, along with low values of missed attacks and lost technical points. The developed model characteristics of competitive activity of the best wrestlers allow the coach to more effectively organize and manage the training process, timely identify deficiencies in the wrestler's preparation and make certain corrections. Психологічна готовність єдиноборців до змагань

Purpose: to determine the level of psychological readiness of martial artists for competitions and to provide methodological recommendations. Material and methods. The following research methods were used in the work: analysis of scientific and methodological literature and Internet sources, questionnaires, methods of mathematical statistics. Assessment of the level of psychological readiness of martial artists for competitions was carried out by filling out a questionnaire, which consisted of two parts. Each part of the questionnaire contains 4 questions with a rating from 1 to 5. Students of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, 1-4 years, who are involved in martial arts, took part in the survey. Among the representatives were athletes engaged in wrestling, judo, boxing, karate, etc. The total number of respondents was 21 people. Results: during the research, the results of the athletes' assessment of their own level of psychological readiness for the competition were obtained. Athletes rated their confidence on average at 3.9 points; self-assessment before the start of the competition at the level of 4,3 points; Emotional stability at the level of 3,6 points; the ability to control emotions and readjust oneself during a match at the level of 3,9 points; confidence in performing technical and tactical actions in a certain interval of the match at the level of 3,2 points; the ability to mobilize forces at a critical moment of the match at the level of 3,5 points and the ability to focus and concentrate attention at a certain moment of the match at the level of 3,7 points. Conclusions. The general results of the survey indicate that athletes have a high level of emotional control, but are less confident in performing technical and tactical actions at various moments of the match. The results also indicate instability in solving tactical tasks during competition and relative readiness to respond to stressful situations. Based on the analysis of scientific and methodical literature, recommendations are provided, which include key areas of psychological preparation of martial artists for competitions. The importance of developing emotional stability and increasing confidence in performing technical and tactical actions is highlighted.
