STUDY OF LAND MANAGEMENT MECHANISMS AND LAND MARKET DEVELOPMENT

The need to improve the processes of land regulation is related to the problem of rational and effective use of land for various purposes in Ukraine. The issue of the land market is relevant in the conditions of martial law. Expropriation of agricultural land plots continues, agreements are actively concluded.
 The trends observed in the process of land use require new organizational and legal approaches to the regulation of land use and the creation of economic incentives for rational use. A mechanism for activating the land market and land protection in Ukraine is needed.
 The article summarizes the main principles of improving the effectiveness of the use of land of individual households, farms, holdings and the meaning of its assessment indicators.
 The study also examines the main achievements and problems of the land market in Ukraine; problematic aspects of the realization of the tenant's preferential right to purchase a plot of land and the transfer of the lease right without the owner's consent are revealed. The author describes the procedure and problems of compensation for damage caused to land owners by hostilities; raises questions about the territorial organization of agricultural and non-agricultural lands, assessment of the validity of land redistribution, restrictions on land use.
 The informational basis of the research is the materials of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre and the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, own research results.
 In the legal aspect, changes in the legislation on increasing the efficiency of land use by individuals and subjects of the state sector of the economy were analyzed. The positive consequences of the implementation of the specified legislative initiatives are indicated. The author emphasizes that land resources are today an element of food security in the conditions of armed aggression and recession of the national economy, which will worsen after the end of the war.

Marketing and Value Chain Analysis of Mandarin at Jorayal Rural Municipality of Doti, Nepal

The yearly decline in mandarin production, one of the important citrus fruit in the mid-hills of Nepal could be attributed to underdeveloped and non-systematic market and lack of value-chain participation by farmers leading to low profitability and hence reducing their motivation. So, this research explores market and value chain of mandarin sub-sector through survey of 100 households from Jorayal rural municipality of Doti district using semi-structured questionnaires. Results showed that the average production of selected mandarin farmers is 1.8 Mt with income of Rs. 24,059 but considering family labor gross margins are negative. The dominant marketing channel is FarmersàCollectors, with around 92% of sales volume. Among the different types of collectors, local ones are dominant market players although price offered is higher for those coming from outside the district (Rs.58/kg) compared to local collectors (Rs. 50/kg), with producer's share being 40% and 35%, respectively. Monopoly of local collectors is high but for local relationship farmers are compelled to sell to them. Due to remoteness of the area, there are low/no value chain actors and hence marketing efficiency is also low. The major problem in marketing is found to be the low market price along with the unavailability of storage facilities or collection centers. Low networking of farmers is also contributing to reduction of the marketing efficiency and hence they are found not to be interested to scale-up their mandarin farms. Cooperative marketing may be one of the best options to increase the bargaining power of small-scale and scattered farmers.

The optimal combination of pastoral activities and wildlife conservation in the Serengeti ecosystem

AbstractThere is competition for land between Maasai pastoralists and the park agency in the Serengeti ecosystem. The park agency wants to use the land for wildlife conservation while the pastoralist community wants to use it for livestock grazing. Predatory wildlife kills livestock while herbivorous wildlife competes with livestock for water and grazing. In retaliation, the Maasai hunt predators and grazers to protect their livestock and also to supply the black market for wildlife products. With both the Maasai and animal populations growing, increased conflicts are inevitable. This paper develops a bioeconomic model with three animal species to analyse the optimal combination of pastoral activities and wildlife conservation in the Serengeti ecosystem. Using Pontryagin's maximum principle, the market problem for each agent is optimized and compared to the social planner's outcome. Results show that the market solutions are suboptimal because of negative externalities affecting both agents and inadequate regard to biodiversity conservation values. Mathematical simulations of the bioeconomic model are used to generate a solution in which the Maasai pastoralists and park agency can optimally share the land for their mutual benefit. The policy implication is that the government should establish an independent regulatory institution with a primary mandate of balancing the contested socioeconomic and ecological needs of stakeholders in prime ecosystems such as the Serengeti.

Research on the Market Development of Mongolian-Themed Films

This study aims to explore the market development of Mongolian-themed films and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions. By analyzing the current situation and problems of the Mongolian-themed film market, combined with the development trends of domestic and foreign film markets, we study key issues such as the commercial operation mechanism, market support, and marketing of Mongolian-themed films. In the process of market development, Mongolian-themed films face challenges such as insufficient financial support, poor marketing promotion, and limited distribution channels. In order to promote the market-oriented development of Mongolian-themed films, diversified publicity and promotion strategies, strengthening market support, and optimizing commercial operation mechanisms are needed.

Elaborating ESG Of TESLA Based on Information

Sustainable development is now a hot topic in the world. In view of the serious problems in environment, society, financial market and other aspects, international organization, countries and even enterprises around the world have put forward ESG and other sustainable development action plans, so that human beings can develop sustainably. Therefore, the research theme of this paper is Tesla's ESG performance in 2022 The research method of this paper is as follows: Firstly, massive data about Tesla's ESG in 2022 and ESG of other three companies are collected, and then the ESG of Tesla company is analyzed and the ESG form of Tesla company is compared with that of other three typical companies. This paper draws a conclusion on the defects and advantages of Tesla's 2022 ESG and their differences between other companies ESG, which provides valuable reference materials for future scholars studying Tesla ESG and the whole situation of world range companies ESG.

Проблемы трудоустройства выпускников профессиональных образовательных организаций в условиях современной экономики России

The article examines the problems of the modern Russian labor market: the lack of specialists, scarce specialties, and replenishment with new specialists – graduates of professional educational organizations – including the ways graduates search for work and methods that allow graduates to find employment. An important place in this study is given to the employment of young professionals. One of the main criteria (requirements of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation) and accreditation indicators for assessing the quality of training of specialists by professional educational organizations is the number of employed graduates. The indicators of employment in their specialty are also important, which is considered an indicator of the quality of training future specialists. To evaluate this criterion, the study analyzes employment indicators and the methods of employment used by graduates when searching for work in modern economic conditions. The analysis of statistical indicators on the graduation and employment of graduates over the past years, their dynamics, and factors of influence are revealed. The main goal of the study is to find opportunities to achieve an equilibrium between supply and demand in the labor market. As a result, the authors propose a model of interaction between the main participants in the educational process. The main participants in the proposed model are employers (enterprises, businesses, etc.), creating demand for specific labor market specialists; professional educational organizations (offering educational services); consumers of educational services (students and applicants; parents of students); and the state (as the main customer of in-demand specialists for the country's economy). The author's model structures the methods of interaction between participants in the labor market, allows us to identify the factors influencing the interaction of the main ones, and can be applicable for the national labor market and for regional markets.

Recent Patents on the Industrial Application of Biosurfactants.

Biosurfactants are natural bioactive compounds produced from fungi, bacteria and plants. These molecules have several properties that enable them to be involved in various industrial applications. The surface-active properties of biosurfactants allow their use in various sectors, such as agriculture, health, cosmetics, bioremediation/ petroleum, mining, and bioprocess. The objective of this study was to analyze the patents deposited in intellectual property databases for applications of biosurfactants in the areas of agriculture, health, cosmetics, bioremediation/petroleum, mining, and bioprocesses, with the research period consisting of the last six years. This study targeted the use of biosurfactants in various industrial sectors. The patent search was carried out using the Google Patents platform, a platform that is commonly used for this purpose and freely accessible. During the search for patents related to applications of biosurfactants in industry filed in the last 6 years, results were found to be distributed in the following areas: agriculture (70), cosmetics (2311), bioremediation/petroleum (179), health (1794), mining (5), and bioprocess (133). Six patents were selected from each area, except for health and mining, for which the search resulted in only 5 and 4 patents, respectively, to be discussed and provide information on the biotechnological applications of biosurfactants in the industry. The present study showed a wide area of application of biosurfactants in industry. The interest in the inclusion of biosurfactants in the industry is directly related to the need for more sustainable solutions to solve real market problems. The cosmetics sector presented the most patents that employ the use of biosurfactants.

Research on the Marketing Strategies of Luxury Bag Brands in the Chinese Market

In recent years Chinas luxury industry has been developing rapidly, and the market for luxury bag consumption is gradually maturing. The marketing strategy of luxury brands in the Chinese market is relevant to the development status and prospects of the brand and the industry. This paper provides an overview of the current situation of the Chinese luxury market. It analyses luxury brands marketing strategies in the bag category from four perspectives: product strategy, pricing strategy, promotional strategy, and placing strategy. The study identifies brand marketing problems within the Chinese market, including unregulated marketing practices, failed localisation, and ineffective consumer targeting. Based on these issues, the paper provides suggestions for luxury bag brands to strengthen internal management and localisation, as well as to increase the use of technology in order to keep up with the times and meet the diverse needs of consumers. Analysing the marketing strategies of luxury bag brands in the Chinese market can provide a reference for the industry and promote its development.

A New Angle to Ease Consumers Pain of Large Consumption - Based on a Comparative Case Study of NIO

Compared to the former essays, this essay proposes a new perspective on the existing theory of the pain of paying, which refers to the unpleasant emotional experience generated during the payment process that may affect consumer purchasing behavior since the economic and cultural trends have changed in recent years. The paper uses a comparative case study method with NIO, an innovative electric vehicle company in China, as the main case and traditional fuel vehicle companies (BMW Brilliance) as the auxiliary case, accompanied by field investigations, interviews, and secondary data analysis. Analyzing the existing literature review, market marketing problems of traditional fuel vehicle brands, market marketing innovation of NIO, and comparison between the two, the study aims to provide future trends and enlightenment at the end of the article, which is that extending service duration, improving service quality, and building a sense of community belonging do help NIOs customers reduce the pain of paying and can be the new future perspectives.

Opening of the agricultural land market in Ukraine: advantages, disadvantages and ways to solve them

The paper covers the topic of opening the land market in Ukraine, in particular, focuses on the advantages, disadvantages and suggests ways to solve them. The author studies the main regulatory legal acts in the field of agricultural land. It is found that the quality of agricultural production and the overall food security of the state depend on the level of functioning of the land market. The authors examine the arguments and counterarguments for lifting the ban on land sales. It is concluded that the current moratorium only exacerbated the existing problems of the land market. The author analyzes the number of contracts for the sale and purchase of agricultural land plots by region. The analysis shows that due to the hostilities in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv regions, this indicator is low compared to other regions. Both positive and negative aspects of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Terms of Agricultural Land Turnover" of July 01, 2021 are highlighted. In particular, the author focuses on problematic aspects, such as: lack of equal access to credit resources for all forms of business in the agricultural sector; lack of criminal liability of state registrars for registering land involved in fraudulent schemes; unregulated sale of agricultural land to foreigners and some others. It is found that only proper and clear legislative regulation will help to eliminate the existing gaps.

The Application of Sukuk Mudharabah and Sukuk Salam for Agricultural Sector Development in Indonesia

Agriculture sector has a strategic and important role for Indonesia's economic growth. The accured problems are lack of capital for developing this sector, agriculture modernism, uncommitted human resources and ignorance of farmer's welfare. At the same time, the development of sukuk develops rapidly in the world. Sukuk is used for financing all aspects that are needed into finance. So, this is such an opportunity for Indonesia to integrate sukuk for financing in developing agriculture sector in Indonesia. This paper proposes some concept of financing for developing agriculture sector with mudharabah sukuk and salam sukuk. This concept may achieve many capitals for agriculture in Indonesia. Because except the fund achieved for sukuk, the government also gives the budget allocation for this sector. Thus it, the capital problem such as technology, excellent seed, fertilizer, infrastructure, marketing and many other problems may overcome soon

Research on Marketing Strategy of Social E-commerce Platform --Taking Xiaohongshu as an Example

With the continuous development of the new media era, the trend of integration of e-commerce and social media has gradually emerged. At the same time, social e-commerce platforms have low marketing costs, convenient payment methods, high customer stickiness, and a huge customer base, so they have rapidly occupied the e-commerce market in recent years and become the first choice for many merchants to carry out advertising and marketing and attract customers. Xiaohongshu is a representative case that has gained wide attention and popularity among social e-commerce platforms. Therefore, this paper will take Xiaohongshu as the research object to explore the marketing strategies of social e-commerce platforms, summarize their success, find out the current marketing problems of social e-commerce platforms, and put forward corresponding suggestions to contribute feasible views on marketing and enterprise development and construction. This report includes a review of previous relevant research, an introduction to the development of Xiaohongshu, a marketing strategy analysis, existing problems, and suggestions.

FREELANCING IN THE KAZAKHSTAN MARKET: NEW OPPORTUNITIES

The purpose of the research. Assessment of the real volume of the freelance services market, the scale of freelancing in the Kazakh labor market based on the available official data from the information systems.Methodology includes the use of methods: statistical and quantitative analysis of labor market indicators; qualitative analysis in reviewing the works of domestic and foreign scientists on the topic of research; graphic methods of visualizing the results of the study.Originality/value of the research. The paper offers the results of the analysis of the current state and key problems of Kazakhstan's freelancing market; it assesses the scale of domestic freelancing, considered new prospects for the development of freelance, its social and economic role in solving the problems of reducing unemployment and ensuring employment of the population.Findings. Freelancing in Kazakhstan is currently not widespread and has little impact on the labor market, although many freelancers are still out of the picture. The freelance services market is closely interconnected with the situation on the labor market. Rather high level of unemployment, lack of opportunity to get a job in their specialty force people to this type of employment.

Comparison of Artificial Intelligence Techniques for The UK Air Passenger Short-Term Demand Forecasting: A Destination Insight Study

Web search queries become essential drivers to forecast air passenger demand for operational benefits. Scholars and marketing experts. Forecasting passenger demand is one of the most important marketing problems that experts frequently encounter, but there are very few studies in the literature using search queries. The main novelty of this study is to show that Destination Insight (DI) can be useful as an air passenger demand proxy in the UK. To prove this primary objective, this work uses several machine and deep learning multi-layer perceptron (MLP) methods based on a big-data framework. The findings indicate that DI is a crucial predictor of the UK air passenger demand. Besides, popular error metrics (RMSE, MAPE, MAD and AIC) were compared to find the best model in this study. Specifically, results indicate that MLP following feed forward neural networks works better for the UK air passenger market.

Corporate Digital Transformation and M&A Efficiency: Evidence Based on Chinese Listed Companies

In order to help enterprises to achieve high-quality development and improve the capital market regulatory policies by supporting with more factual basis from China, this paper conducts research on clarifying impact mechanism of digital transformation on M&A efficiency of listed companies. Taking the mergers and acquisitions of listed companies from 2007 to 2021 as a research sample, the influence mechanism of the digital transformation degree of companies on their M&A efficiency was studied. The research results show that the digital transformation of listed companies will improve their M&A efficiency. Digital transformation will reduce the degree of mispricing stocks of M&A companies, curb conflicts between managers and agents of M&A companies, and improve their M&A efficiency. Further research finds that the promotion effect of digital transformation on M&A efficiency is more significant in non-state-owned companies, with a higher degree of financing constraint and high analyst attention. In the future, regulatory authorities should actively promote the digital transformation of listed companies, curb mispricing and management agency problems in the capital market with digital governance, and improve the efficiency of mergers and acquisitions in the capital market. This paper not only provides a more factual basis on concrete case from China but also enriches the related empirical analysis on corporate digital transformation and M&A efficiency.

Influence Maximization in social networks using discretized Harris’ Hawks Optimization algorithm

Influence Maximization (IM) is the task of determining k optimal influential nodes in a social network to maximize the influence spread using a propagation model. IM is a prominent problem for viral marketing and helps significantly in social media advertising. Previous Greedy and Reverse Influence Sampling-based IM approaches are ineffective in real-world social networks due to their significant computational cost and execution time. Further, even heuristic approaches applied to IM generally yield minimal performance gain relative to the decreased time complexity. This presents a challenge in developing cost-effective algorithms with low execution time that can handle diverse social networks. In this paper, we propose the discretization of the nature-inspired Harris’ Hawks Optimization meta-heuristic algorithm using community structures for optimal selection of seed nodes for influence spread. In addition to Harris’ Hawks’ intelligence, we employ a neighbor scout strategy algorithm to avoid blindness and enhance the searching ability of the hawks. Further, we use a candidate nodes-based random population initialization approach, and these candidate nodes aid in accelerating the convergence process for the entire populace, reducing the total computational cost. We evaluate the efficacy of our proposed DHHO approach on eight social networks using the Independent Cascade model for information diffusion. We observe that DHHO is comparable or better than competing meta-heuristic approaches for Influence Maximization across five metrics, and performs noticeably better than competing heuristic approaches.

Digital Marketing Logic, Mechanism, Strategy and Evaluation

Digital marketing is a marketing method based on digital technology and internet platforms. In recent years, with the popularity of mobile Internet and the development of social media, digital marketing has attracted more and more attention from enterprises and organizations and has become one of the important means to promote consumer purchases, enhance brand recognition and increase sales. This paper systematically expounds the underlying logic, mechanism, and strategy of digital marketing, reveals the important role of digital marketing in enterprise marketing, and provides theoretical and methodological support for digital marketing-related research. In addition, the paper proposes the selection and use of performance measurement tools and methods, and how digital marketing can optimize and enhance performance. At the same time, given the future development trend and problems of digital marketing, this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions, which provide a valuable reference for the practice of digital marketing in enterprises.

Analysis of Marketing Strategy in Life Beauty Industry

Life beauty is a developing industry since Reform and Opening up in China. Especially, today, more and more people attach great importance to health, so life beauty industry gains more attention. Although it has a bright future, but the small companies are hard to catch a chance, because they are not familiar with outer environment for advertisement. Also, the quality of service influences the marketing strategy. The research was talk about the development of life beauty industry, pointing the problems in marketing and offering some suggestions. A company in SPA will be taken as an example. In life and beauty industry, there are several problems in marketing. The ways for attracting customers are too simple, the promotion lacks originality, and the VIP system is not sound. Also, both political factors as well as economic ones are affecting the marketing environment. It is suggested that companies should offer designed plan for customers and make good use of media.

Multi-period portfolio optimization using a deep reinforcement learning hyper-heuristic approach

Portfolio optimization concerns with periodically allocating the limited funds to invest in a variety of potential assets in order to satisfy investors’ appetites for risk and return goals. Recently, Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) has shown its promising capabilities in sequential decision making problems. However, traditional DRL algorithms directly operate in the space of low-level actions, which exhibits poor scalability and becomes intractable in real-world problem instances when the dimensionality of the environment increases. To deal with this, in this work, a novel DRL hyper-heuristic framework is proposed for multi-period portfolio optimization problem. Instead of exploiting the entire action domain, our proposed approach is more effective by searching for low-level well-developed trading strategies. In addition, our proposed approach is data-driven and respects the nature of the problem by taking advantage of expert domain knowledge and posing it multidimensional states to further leverage additional diverse information from alternative views of the environment. The proposed approach is evaluated on five real-world capital market problem instances and numerous experimental results demonstrate our proposed method can achieve notable performance gains compared to state-of-art trading strategies as well as traditional DRL baseline method. The data we used are from five stock indices, covering the period from the 2012 to 2022. Our study can have salient policy implications for investment strategy formulation and effective regulatory frameworks establishment.

Comparison of Goose Breeding Activities in Uşak and Afyonkarahisar Provinces

This study was carried out in order to reveal the current situation of goose breeding in extensive and semi-intensive conditions in Afyonkarahisar and Uşak provinces and to determine the important problems encountered in breeding. The material of the study; consists of a total of 200 survey data, 125 from the villages of the Merkez, Bolvadin, Sinanpaşa, Sultandağı, Çobanlar, and İhsaniye districts of Afyonkarahisar province, 75 from the Central, Banaz, Sivaslı, and Karahallı districts of the Uşak province. According to the research findings, it has been determined that more than half of the producers in Afyonkarahisar and Uşak have an average of 1-10 years of goose breeding. It has been determined that the number of breeding male geese per farm is 1-5, and the average number of breeding female geese is 3-20 (M/F: 1/3-5/20). It has been determined that 64% of the goose shelters in Afyonkarahisar and 50.6% in Uşak are made of briquettes or bricks. In conclusion, it can be said that the main problems of the producers are feed costs, inadequacies in care and feeding, breeding with low-yielding domestic breeds, difficulties in the supply of breeding animals, and problems in marketing. Expanding the scope of the goose incentive will provide an opportunity to prevent losses in our goose stock and to increase our goose presence again in the future.
