Problem. The creation of WEB applications today is one of the most promising areas of activity for many companies engaged in the field of high-tech digital and computer technologies. Goal. The article analyzes the existing methods of distributed access to the website, developed materials on the principles and technologies of creating sites with distributed access. The creation of such modules as registration, authorization, password recovery, distributed access to courses was analyzed. The tools used to write a site are covered, namely a code editor, a database, and a programming language. In this article, we analyzed the existing methods of distributed access to the site. Methodology. The modernity of the site development is explained by the following factors: the speed of providing information to a wide range of people; improving the company's image and increasing its popularity; the ability to organize feedback with clients; operational communication with branches and representatives in different parts of the country and abroad; organization of marketing research; advertising and attracting buyers and clients; increase in traffic. Results. The developed technological and logical modules were analyzed, namely: registration and authorization; password recovery request form; password recovery; administrator profile; course acquisition module. Originality. If the user was able to enter his profile, then the main page appears in front of him, it displays the main information of the site, which it carries for a person. Practical value. An analysis of the tools used was also carried out, their advantages and disadvantages and the reason why they were chosen were determined.

DEVELOPING THE STRUCTURE OF A WEB APPLICATION FOR PERSONAL FINANCE ACCOUNTING

Modern payment services in the form of online banks and accounting services are designed to monitor the user’s funds. This allows you to track bank transactions through a personal account of the web-application, to keep track of the receipt or expenditure of funds. However, for a user who has several credit cards, current accounts, deposits in banks it is necessary to integrate information about current funds in a single information space.
 The purpose of the study is to develop a prototype web application for accounting personal finances.
 Method or methodology of work: methods of designing information systems.
 Results: the analysis of financial accounting applications has shown that they have a number of similar functionalities. These features are related to the registration of the user, the cardholder of a particular bank, tracking the progress of transactions, and ensuring security. However, the applications are limited in terms of the ability to record personal finances of third-party bank cards or electronic virtual accounts (e.g., mobile operators). Therefore, in our work we have developed an application architect, consisting of seven pages. The main page of the site is needed to ensure the safety of the application, receiving notifications from the banks by the user. The main functional purpose of the pages of the site - cards, credits, payments and transfers is aimed at interactive interaction of user with different banks, providing control of receipt and expenditure of money kept on different accounts. It is suggested to introduce the pages goals and calendar into the structure of the site to enable the user to plan expenses by specifying the list of goods and services at certain periods of time. The site page “settings” is used for tweaking the styles of the web-application.
 Scope of the results: the developed prototype of web-application for accounting of personal finances is needed for practical implementation of the application, which will allow integrating information about the current state of the user’s money.

Analysis and redesign of the website user interface of Universitas Faletehan using the design thinking method

The website of Universitas Faletehan as a media for publication of information and documentation as well as one of the student information systems. Currently, several problems have been found on Universitas Faletehan website. Among them are the appearance of the main page that is less organized and less organized, and page navigation that is still empty. For this reason, a design for improving the interface is carried out using the design thinking method. This method is known as a comprehensive thinking process that concentrates on creating a solution that begins with a process of empathy for a particular human-centered need. There are 5 stages in this method, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. The recommended application is built in the form of a prototype using the Figma application. The prototype that was built was successfully tested on 11 respondents by using the System Usability Scale (SUS) test and the application prototype with a score of 60.

Capabilities of the automated information support module for the oil and gas industry operator

In the Russian Federation, the number of accidents and fatal injuries to oil and gas industry workers is growing, which requires the development of labor protection measures. Among the effective measures are information software technologies including the automated information support module for the gas and oil production and processing operator. The present study aims to analyze this module. The research objects are types of work performed by a commodity operator: maintenance of tanks, shut–off valves, pressure gauges, oil release. The subject is technological operations and production factors of technogenic risks which were taken into consideration when developing the automated information support module. A brief description of the module, its navigation on the main pages and their functions is provided. The algorithm for the safe work of the commodity operator and a list of block diagrams were analyzed. The main features of this module were described. Taking into account the production factors and workplace activities, the contribution of the module to the values of occupational risk was estimated. The conclusion about the use of a module that reduces risks and improves safety at oil and gas industry enterprises was made.

DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION INTELLIGENT SYSTEM FOR MANAGEMENT OF SCIENTIFIC AND SCIENTIFIC-TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The information system of scientific and scientific - technical activity management is offered. Systems architecture design stages are considered. The general chart model of precedents for the further expansion and the activity diagram have been constructed. The developed behavior, sequence, branching and processes synchronization have been presented, which allowed to create a system of scientific and scientific - technical activity management of the higher education institutions. Modern web - technologies that allow to create interactive web - pages have been analyzed. The developed interface for data entry at the reporting level of departments has been presented. The main page of the information system, which contains all the basic structural elements, have been designed, the transition to which is carried out using hyperlinks.

Both indoor activities and outdoor activities. The PPL (Field Agricultural Extension) officers provide a lot of training and coaching to farmers in Belik Village. However, the involvement of the participating farmers is still very limited, considering that BPP Belik has very limited funds and time. This makes information not spread evenly to farmers in Belik Village. Dissemination of information in the form of training or articles evenly will certainly increase agricultural production. Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to have a new information system, namely the creation of a website profile of the Belik District Agricultural Extension Center as an effort to provide alternative solutions for PPLs in disseminating information to farmers. The development of information systems on the website profile of the Belik District Agricultural Extension Center is using the waterfall method. Which consists of the analysis process, system design, design and implementation. The data analysis stage was obtained from interviews. Creating a website profile for BPP Belik agencies using the PHP programming language and MySql database. As well as using the php Codeigniter framework. The system trial on the BPP Belik Agency profile website is using the black box method. This test was carried out by 2 admins and writers at BPP Belik. The tests carried out are testing the appearance / user interface on the admin page and on the main page of the website.

But as soon as the object is used for its intended purpose, its technical resource begins to be consumed. Early diagnostics and condition detection are important for reliable and safe operation of technical facilities. The results of early diagnostics are used both for prevention of emergency situations and for operation of technical objects according to their condition. In this article, the task is to analyze the methods and algorithms of data mining used in the tasks of determining and predicting the state of technical objects. Neural networks, decision trees, growing pyramid networks, metric algorithms, and the support vector method are considered. Advantages and disadvantages of data mining methods and algorithms are given. Special attention is paid to algorithms and methods for identifying informative features in empirical data, in particular, filtering, projection, and wrapping methods. The use of these methods and algorithms is important to simplify the models used to classify the States of technical objects and improve the accuracy of diagnostics. Analysis of the world scientific literature has shown the relevance of using methods and algorithms for data mining in integration with methods for identifying informative features. These methods are usually used in conjunction with wrapper methods and filters to improve diagnostic accuracy and condition detection of technical objects.

Social media platforms such as Facebook enable citizens to participate in politics by engaging with content from parties and politicians. Most research has described these activites by means of survey self-reports, smaller sample studies which combined surveys and digital trace data, or larger-scale aggregate digital trace data. The current literature lacks a large-scale descriptive account of individual users' interactions with political content. We analyze a large-scale collection of individual-level Facebook user data from the German federal election year 2017. The data contain millions of interactions by over 2.5 million unique users on 320 Facebook pages of major parties in Germany. They include almost all possible ways to publicly interact with content on these pages and as such cannot be collected today due to newer access restrictions. A large share of users participated only once, especially on the top politicians' pages, or interacted only with a single page. However, we also found a sizeable group of users who were active on many different pages even across party boundaries, and that these users were responsible for a majority of comments and reactions on almost all pages. In addition, there were substantial differences in user participation on the main national party pages and the ones of top politicians on the one hand, and the less prominent pages on the other hand. Our large-scale quantitative description provides context for previous and future smaller-scale in-depth analyses.

During the work, a detailed review and study of the development process of tourism and the impact of the Internet on the promotion of online services for finding and renting housing. Existing analogues of rental housing systems were described. The main task of developed online service is to provide tourists with the opportunity to search for and rent apartments for the duration of their travels. The traveler, being on the site’s main page, should be able to specify the search criteria, namely to enter the details of the destination, the desired rental dates, the number of inhabitants and special requirements for apartments. The online service, in turn, must immediately sort the proposals based on the specified characteristics and display options to the user. According to the research, functional requirements for the future service were formed and described, the architecture of client-server software development was chosen for implementation, steps of software product implementation were described, data warehouse creation was created, and the image of ready online service was presented.

The Development of UMS Building Catalogue Information System

Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) as one of the biggest private university in Indonesia has a large number of new students per year. However, most new students often get confused to identify and even do not know the location of the buildings that handle various activities in the early period of lectures, such as student orientation, English pre-tests, etc. This is due to lack of information provided by the university to the new enrolled students. To overcome this problem, this work aims to develop a web-based building catalogue by implementing a framework, namely Ionic. This system is built to help the new students getting the building-related information in UMS and find out the location of the building. By following the waterfall model to build the system, the results show that we have successfully developed the building catalogue information system. The main page of the information system displays a list of buildings that are within the scope of UMS, starting from Building A to Building L completed with photos and detailed information about the building. The system is helpful for new students to get the information of all buildings in UMS.

Telehealth Content From United States Chiropractic State Board Websites Compared With Medical and Physical Therapy Websites During the Early Stages of the COVID-19 Pandemic

ObjectiveThe purpose of this descriptive study was to evaluate the presence of telehealth content on chiropractic state board websites compared with websites from the medical and physical therapy professions during the early COVID-19 pandemic. MethodsState board websites for chiropractic, medicine, and physical therapy for each of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia were searched for the word “tele” to determine if there was a link on the homepage for content related to telehealth guidance. If there was none, the homepage was queried for the word “COVID” to determine if there was a link for COVID-19–related guidance. If yes, that linked COVID-19 page was queried for the word “tele.” Consensus of 4 of 5 reviewers was sought. Binary results were entered into a separate spreadsheet for each profession (telehealth content easily accessible, yes or no). Easily accessible was defined as information found within 1 or 2 clicks. This search was performed between January 1, 2021, and March 1, 2021. ResultsThere were 11 of 51 (21%) chiropractic state board websites that provided content regarding telehealth on the main page, 8 of 51 (16%) provided content on a separate COVID-19–related page, and 32 of 51 (63%) did not provide content that was accessible within 1 or 2 clicks. Comparatively, 9 of 51 (18%) medical state board websites provided content regarding telehealth on the main page, 20 of 51 (39%) provided content on a COVID-19–related page, and 22 of 51 (43%) did not provide content that was accessible within 1 or 2 clicks. Lastly, 10 of 51 (20%) physical therapy state board websites provided content regarding telehealth on the main page, 19 of 51 (37%) provided content on a COVID-19–related page, and 22 of 51 (43%) did not provide content that was accessible within 1 or 2 clicks. ConclusionTelehealth content was more readily available on medical and physical therapy state board websites compared with chiropractic state board websites in the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The authors of the article have developed methodological grounds, designed and constructed an information system to implement protected voting. The analysis of the main ways of using information technology in voting area has resulted in the finding that mobile devices with certain software can significantly reduce the number of visits to polling stations, which make political voting much more accessible to people. The authors have designed the information system using a structural approach and design model Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). They have also developed a context diagram of the information system and decomposed its main process to demonstrate ways to convert input into output. Algorithm of work have been presented in the form of a Petri net, also the authors have specified on the tables of positions and transitions of this network for a better understanding of system features. The functional purpose has been presented, the analysis of software tools has been done that allows us to achieve the set goals in designing the system. Verification of work has been carried out which is proved in screenshots of program windows of the system and contents of the main pages has also been described.
