Functionally graded materials (FGMs) are currently the subject of great and ever-growing interest from industry and science, and are widely used due to their advantages. These advantages are due to their unique properties and, therefore, their many real and potential applications in various fields of industry, science and everyday life. In this literature review paper, we will briefly focus on some of the properties of FGMs and on some of the existing and expanding future applications of FGM in aerospace and related industries. A critical discussion is presented. Possible future expansion of work in this area is being considered.

Innovative Leadership: A Literature Review Paper

Innovation and leadership have been two key areas of research in the last decades. Various scholars have come up with multiple definitions of the terms, all revolving around the influence notion. Leaders have been reported to influence other individuals to dedicate their efforts to attain a given objective. Leadership, however, is a broad term, possessing many definitions. It includes and affects various approaches, situations, skills, reactions, competencies, and qualities. On the other hand, innovation is a practical implementation of methods or ideas that facilitate introducing new products or improving how services and goods are offered. To clearly understand the real meaning of innovative leadership, it is crucial first to fathom the leadership and innovation concepts. The paper aims to review the innovative leadership style as portrayed in the literature, and combining the two terms, and offering more insight and structural foundation for researching elements of innovative leadership.

A Systematic Literature Review on English and Bangla Topic Modeling

Due to the enormous growth of information and technology, the digitized texts and data are being immensely generated. Therefore, identifying the main topics in a vast collection of documents by humans is merely impossible. Topic modeling is such a statistical framework that infers the latent and underlying topics from text documents, corpus, or electronic archives through a probabilistic approach. It is a promising field in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Though many researchers have researched this field, only a few significant research has been done for Bangla. In this literature review paper, we have followed a systematic approach for reviewing topic modeling studies published from 2003 to 2020. We have analyzed topic modeling methods from different aspects and identified the research gap between topic modeling in English and Bangla language. After analyzing these papers, we have identified several types of topic modeling techniques, such as Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Bi-term Topic Modeling (BTM). Furthermore, this review paper also highlights the real-world applications of topic modeling. Several evaluation methods were used to evaluate these models’ performances, which we have discussed in this study. We conclude by mentioning the huge future research scopes for topic modeling in Bangla.

Barriers, Role Models, and Diversity – Women in IT

Despite the growing need for IT professionals all around Europe, women are still severely underrepresented in IT-related fields. According to Eurostat, female IT specialists constitute only 16.5% of the workforce in the EU28 countries. Gender imbalance, however, is conspicuous already in higher education: only 23% of students majoring in IT are women. The reasons why girls are reluctant to consider a career in IT are complex. Based on the analysis of recent literature review papers about young women’s barriers, we can differentiate four basic obstacles that keep girls from IT: social, educational, self-efficacy, and labour market factors. In order to overcome these obstacles, the necessary tools are the presence of role models, the promotion of diverse IT paths, and inclusive teaching environments. The present paper aims to introduce a study conducted within the settings of a non-degree, tertiary Computer Science program, with the usual scarcity of female students and a high dropout rate. As part of their program, students also need to attend an interdisciplinary course, in which they are exposed to an inclusive teaching environment, the presentations of role models, and diverse career paths. Before, during, and after the course, students were asked to reflect on the issues of barriers, diversity, and role models, which were analysed in a quantitative and qualitative manner. As a follow up, female graduates of the program, already working as software developers, were surveyed about the same questions, in order to explore what women who do end up in IT careers share.

THE IMPACT OF FAKE NEWS ON HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS’ REPUTATION DURING THE COVID 19 OUTBREAK

Health organizations face several challenges including economic crisis, new patients’ demands and fake news. These companies resort to corporate communication initiatives to protect their brands and this way reinforce their strategic positionings. Since the Covid 19 outbreak started in 2020, many of these organizations have been accused of lying concerning masks, vaccines or side effects. This literature review paper aims to analyse how quality information is a priority for health organizations interested in building a reputed brand. To do that, we carried out a literature review about health communication (interpersonal, internal, and external initiatives), health education, post-truth and fake news; we analysed some fake news spread since December 2019 concerning the Covid 19 outbreak, as well as their impact on health organizations’ reputation; and, finally, we proposed a Decalogue for these organizations on how to implement corporate communication strategies for facing fake news. We concluded that these organizations should prioritize a corporate communication approach, promote research on communication and establish multidisciplinar teams integrated by expert in communication and public health.

EFFECTS OF COVID-19 INFECTION DURING PREGNANCY AND NEONATAL PROGNOSIS. WHAT IS THE EVIDENCE?

Background: Regarding the potential risk of Covid- 19 among pregnant ladies and frequent fetal transmission is the main aim of this study.
 Material and Method: To answer the health-related field questions, systematic literature review papers are published, that during pregnancy and neonatal transmission what are the effects of covid- 19. Pregnant women with counts 755 and neonates having counts 598 are observed. Having C- section women are almost above half of the total, for SARS 398 (82%) infants are tested and infants that results positive are 9 (2%). Vertical transmission has no evidence because of the care provided during and after pregnancy, there is a shortage of biological testing, and knowledge gaps are more.
 Conclusion: the clinical conditions of pregnant women infected with SARS- CoV-2 cannot be ruled out, whether the occurrence of respiratory disease, cardiac rhythm disturbances, acid-base imbalances, the infection is associated with comorbidities or not. So before and after the delivery of the baby, testing should be recommended.

Female social entrepreneurship in Indonesia: a critical literature review

This is a literature review paper related to female social entrepreneurship in Indonesia by using content analysis methodology. Based on papers related to female involvement in social entrepreneurship, there are some gaps within current literature that we tried to analyse. Most research in social entrepreneurship is considered as blurry areas where a female is categorised as 'the other' type of entrepreneur. This condition is also occurring in Indonesia. Even if females are described in the literature, most researchers focus more on the physiological and psychological differences between male and female. Females are rarely being highlighted as the subject of change. They were not seen as the change makers that have contributed more to the social values creation that emerged from their involvement in social entrepreneurship. The contested problems came from the Western point of view that has given some limitation to female empowerment in Indonesia. Therefore, we provide a new focus that emphasises the Eastern tradition to portray how female involvement in social entrepreneurship may give more impact to the social value creation.

Systematic literature review: opportunities and trends to the post-outbreak period of COVID-19

Goal: The aim of this study is to conduct a systematic literature review to identify opportunities to minimize Covid-19 impacts on businesses.
 Design / Methodology / Approach: The methodology used corresponds to a literature systematic review, covering bibliometric and content analysis. For this purpose, the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) was employed in the literature search. In total, 98 papers were selected to compose the bibliometric analysis, of which 14 are within the scope of the investigation (content analysis).
 Results: Bibliometric results present a grouping of keywords, authors' co-citation network, geographic distribution of publications and main journals. In the content analysis, trends for post-pandemic economy are pointed out, unveiling guidelines and opportunities to ensure the resilience of business proposals.
 Limitations of the investigation: The conclusions present limitations inherent to literature review papers, where filters are used to limit the search. In this work, the research was restricted to articles, published between 2015 and 2020 and written in English.
 Practical implications: This article proposes perspectives to react in a resilient way in the post-Pandemic period of Covid-19, in order to guarantee the permanence and competitiveness of the companies in the market.
 Originality / Value: Product-Service Systems and Circular Economy were found to be related to the trends and opportunities identified for the short-future economy.

Toxicology of Commonly Found Ingredients in E-Cigarettes: A Brief Review

Electronic cigarettes (EC) have gained popularity among smokers due to their taste, smell, appearance, and easy availability compared to traditional cigarettes, as well as the perception that they are safer than traditional cigarettes. These devices result in aerosols containing nicotine, propylene glycol, glycerin, ethylene glycol, vitamin E, and chemical flavors inhaled into the lungs. Other components found in these vapors include heavy metals such as nickel, chromium, lead, manganese, and tin. In addition, some ingredients volatilization leads to toxic aldehydes formation such as formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, and acrolein. Smoking cigarettes is addictive and has been associated with many health issues such as heart disease, lung cancer, etc. Rising awareness of these dangers moves more people towards these electronic delivery systems, reducing the health effects of cigarettes. The toxicity of EC’s ingredients is well studied when ingested; however, their toxicity through inhalation remains unclear. Consequently, the use of ECs has become a significant concern worldwide and raises whether it is indeed safe to use. This paper will serve as a literature review paper to discuss the toxicity of commonly found ingredients in ECs and their associated health issues. Our conclusion emphasizes that even though smoking EC is less risker than smoking traditional cigarettes, it is still not safe due to the potentially harmful effect these E-cig’s ingredients have on the human’s health. In addition, E-cigarette’s aerosol could also contain toxic compounds such as formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, and acrolein due to glycerin’s thermo-degradation.

Thus, to create a multidisciplinary forum of discussion on recent advances in geospatial research of coastal environments, original research articles and literature review papers addressing advances in geospatial research of the coastal environments have been considered for the publication in this special issue. Finally, a total of 40 papers was published in this special issue. In this editorial paper, we review the previous special issue related to geospatial research of coastal environments and summarize the papers published in this special issue.

Online reputation management by cancer hospitals: A systematic literature review in the USA and Spain

Cancer hospitals manage social media platforms in a professional way to improve their relationships with internal and external stakeholders and reinforce their corporate brand. To do so, they need their health professionals to be involved: these professionals become brand ambassadors able to influence society. Nevertheless, they face different challenges: legal issues, new patients’ demands, privacy-related matters, or the difficulty of disseminating scientific content. This literature review paper analyzes how cancer hospitals manage their social media platforms to improve their reputation. To do this, we carry out a systematic literature review focused on papers published in the USA and Spain, based on the Salsa framework proposed by Grant and Booth (2009). We then define an online corporate communication model allowing cancer hospitals to improve their reputation through Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube (MedPac Model for Building Cancer Hospital Brands). The paper concludes that this model is useful for cancer hospitals because it prioritizes persons (brand ambassadors) rather than companies, focuses on scientific and emotional content rather than business information, and is based on human values.

Accounting Teacher Professional Identity Framework: A Blended Concept of Accountant and Teacher Professionalism

This systematic literature review paper explores the importance of embedding accounting teachers' professional identity concept in the Indonesian education system particularly in teacher education. The Indonesian government is still struggling to enhance teacher professionalism; thus, many training pieces have been developed to overcome teachers' low quality. However, the teacher's competency in Indonesia is still behind the other countries implied in the PISA score, indicating a missing link in teacher education. The professional identity has attracted scholars in various fields to define the meaning of professional identity and develop it in an individual. The particular definition of accounting teacher professional identity is still not studied. Therefore, exploring previous studies in professional identity to identify teacher professional identity is needed. In the accounting teacher context, the paper proposes to combine two professional identity formations from teacher and accountant. By reviewing both fields, the concept of accounting professional identity and the development is drawn. This paper will discuss accounting teachers' identity that may be a new solution for the teacher education program, especially in accounting. In short, developing professional identity in accounting teachers needs to be done in three stages (pre-service, beginner, and experienced teachers). Every step has unique identities, but all phases need community involvement to ensure professional identity is formatted.

Technology-Assisted Career Counselling: Application, Advantages and Challenges as Career Counselling Services and Resources

The emergence of computer and ICT decades ago has gradually changes the lives of every individual in all parts of the globe. Through the use of internet and technology in career counselling services and resources, both counsellors and clients are affected, both positively and negatively, which can assist career counsellors and practitioners in finding ways to enhance their services. Hence, this systematic literature review paper will discuss on how technology-assisted career counselling is applied. The advantages and challenges were identified. Scopus, Science direct and Medline were searched to identify research published between 2010 and 2018 which had reporting about the application, advantages, challenges in technology-assisted career counselling services. A total 30 journal articles were selected for present a systematic review. The findings show that the advantages cover the expended reach of services, constant access, immediate response, generating info gathering and also the use of audio-visual. The challenges identified are self-limited thinking, lack of awareness, limited access to internet, digital illiteracy, and quality of information, confidentiality and client’s urgent needs. Implications of this paper is also discussed on how the role of career counsellors and practitioners; researchers and educators are emphasized in order to enhance counselling services for current and future use and references. Trust and commitment in supply chain management: a systematic review of literature

PurposeTrust and commitment (T&C) among the supply chain partners in the context of supply chain management (SCM) are of interest for both researchers and practitioners. This paper analyses literature on T&C and identifies gaps for further research.Design/methodology/approachThe current literature review paper provides a comprehensive perspective on the topic using bibliometric analysis followed by a systematic review of literature. In all, 207 relevant articles were extracted from the Scopus database using the relevant key word searches. For the purpose of the systematic review, another 48 relevant papers were identified through an iterative process. Hence, 255 papers published between the years 1990–2019 were analysed for the sake of this study.FindingsA total of 15 definitions of trust, nine definitions of commitment, 13 classifications of trust, 40 antecedents of trust, six classifications of commitments, 39 consequences of trust, 11 antecedents of commitment and 15 consequences of commitment were identified and analysed. Future research directions were presented.Research limitations/implicationsThe study is limited to identifying the antecedents and consequences of T&C. A detailed framework could be developed in future research. The antecedent and consequences for T&C could be discussed in greater detail.Practical implicationsImportant implications for managers emerge from this study for building and implementing T&C, as SCM requires a thorough understanding of relationship-building skills. The discussion on the definitions of T&C, types of trust and the antecedents and consequences provides important insights for practitioners for strategy formulation. Results provide important insights and bring about greater clarity for researchers and practitioners on T&C in SCM.Originality/valueThrough rigorous analysis of the prevailing research, this paper extensively reviews literature on T&C in SCM till 2019. It summarises the current status and proposes future research directions.

Along with the development of modernization and globalization which has now entered the industrial era 4.0 revolution there is a blockchain based technology, Cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency is one of the developments of the blockchain that is often used as a decentralized digital currency. The word Cryptocurrency means a virtual currency that has no physical form, and Cryptocurrency also means that the transaction currency cannot be seen and is safe. This digital currency has many types such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, and many other types. Although it has no physical form, this currency functions the same as conventional currencies in general and has an exchange rate. Exchange rates on Cryptocurrency fluctuate which means unexpected, this is often exploited by traders. Cryptocurrency transactions in the form of forwarding from one individual to another individual online, therefore they deal directly without a third party. Every technology has advantages and disadvantages aside from efficiency and convenience, Cryptocurrency has the disadvantage of not having the authority responsible for dealing with all problems that occur in all transactions, and money laundering crimes also often occur, this is a challenge for how to utilize Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology in the current era of globalization.

Unpacking stakeholder relationship management in the public and private sectors: the comparative insights

PurposeThis literature review paper attempts to discuss and present one’s current knowledge on the wide spectrum of stakeholder relationship management, to highlight future research opportunities.Design/methodology/approachThe research is based on a literature review methodology involving different streams of research.FindingsDiverse and distinct sections concerning stakeholder relationship management with specific regard to corporate governance and CSR, entrepreneurship and open innovation/open social innovation are discussed.Originality/valueThe paper presents future research opportunities concerning the wide spectrum of stakeholder relationship management.

Searching for Spiritual Intuition in Management

This paper is a search for spiritual intuition in the management literature. The amount of published work on spiritual intuition is small compared with other types of intuition (creative, expert, moral and social). This literature review and conceptual paper: (a) searched for and reviewed the research on spiritual intuition in management; (b) alighted on the work of Frances Vaughan as the primary exponent of spiritual intuition; (c) traced steps backwards from Vaughan into transpersonal psychology; (d) found evidence for spiritual intuition in the work of two of the most prominent psychologists of the 20th century, James and Maslow; (e) identified links between spiritual intuition and other types of intelligences and capabilities. A contribution of this paper is that it adds a fifth type of intuition to the four types that have already been identified and shows how this is relevant for management. The types of intuition shown to be related, but they draw on different source disciplines and have different implications for management. A framework is presented which unifies five primary types of intuition. Spiritual intuition is proposed as being at the core of this framework for ‘intuitive intelligence’.

GNSS Vulnerabilities and Existing Solutions: A Review of the Literature

This literature review paper focuses on existing vulnerabilities associated with global navigation satellite systems (GNSSs). With respect to the civilian/non encrypted GNSSs, they are employed for proving positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) solutions across a wide range of industries. Some of these include electric power grids, stock exchange systems, cellular communications, agriculture, unmanned aerial systems and intelligent transportation systems. In this survey paper, physical degradations, existing threats and solutions adopted in academia and industry are presented. In regards to GNSS threats, jamming and spoofing attacks as well as detection techniques adopted in the literature are surveyed and summarized. Also discussed are multipath propagation in GNSS and non line-of-sight (NLoS) detection techniques. The review also identifies and discusses open research areas and techniques which can be investigated for the purpose of enhancing the robustness of GNSS.

Forty years of research on factors influencing ethical decision making: Establishing a future research agenda

The purpose of this study is to review, synthesize and critique the voluminous, multidisciplinary literature on factors influencing ethical decision making (EDM) by adopting a unique qualitative approach. The main results of this paper initially involve identifying 42 factors provided in the past forty years of research as potentially influencing EDM (provided by four main systematic literature review papers on EDM). We adopt the Ebb and Flow Visualization to summarize and classify those 42 factors by using two main criteria descripted in the paper. The results clearly show that in over forty years of literature, there are factors that have received much more research attention than others and that some factors have been identified more influential than others. A proposed future research agenda has been designed providing possible activities to further investigates the impact of factors influencing EDM. Finally, theoretical and managerial implications are also provided in the conclusion section.
